Very pleased with the quality of work and neatness of work areas! I had to have an outdoor spigot replaced. This was tricky because of the builders method at original installation.

Jackie kept me current with repair schedule and arrival time. Michael and Chris were very neat and professional. I had a new access panel and spigot replaced within an hour!

We had to have an emergency repair on an external water valve that busted off. Robert's Plumbing was out in less than an hour and repaired the fixture. They are friendly, courteous, and do great work at reasonable prices. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

I don't normally have anything good to say about plumbers.   They make you wait and they charge too much.   Not true here.   Ronnie Ray responded to my yelp request within five minutes.   His office got me an appointment for an estimate the next day.   The estimate was free.   So I called in a work order.   He and his assistant came on time and fixed everything in half the time and at estimate.   I would recommend them at a strong four stars.

Our plumbing has been giving us problems since we started rented the residence. They would send someone and say oh it is fixed. I have NEVER lived somewhere where when you use the washing machine the sink starts to bubble water and smell like rotten eggs. Our children's toilet would flush slow as molasses and then sometimes overflow. After multiple it is fixed BUT not really, came home and my husband used the master bathroom and flushed and our kids toilet and tub flooded (you read that right) and our shower, tub and toilet did the same thing of sewage. GROSSSS!!!

This company was very professional. Bless their hearts, it was storming pretty bad when they arrived. They were STILL on their game and fixed the problem. Thank you for your professionalism and ACTUALLY fixing it and not blowing smile up our behinds.

We were very happy - Metro Rooter wanted the job, and they even showed up sooner than expected for our septic tank emergency.  We were told we needed the lines unclogged when the clean-out didn't solve the problem, and I immediately phoned Metro Rooter again.  They were
quick to find one of their plumbers who was nearby, having just completed another job, and he came right over.  The plumber got right to the root of the problem, literally - our line was filled with fibrous tree roots.  Problem solved.  Both the septic technician and the plumber were prompt, professional and courteous.  It's getting more and more difficult to find anyone who actually keeps the real office hours they advertise, answers their phone, says they'll be there, and then actually shows up when they promise to.  Metro Rooter did all those things.  Nobody wants to pump out a septic tank, (can't blame 'em, I don't either) and emergency is non-existent to most.  We only have one bathroom, and I am not into primitive camping.  Thanks so much for helping us out so quickly and professionally!  Metro Rooter, I think you're stuck with us for the long-haul.  Great job!

Called this company to repair a hot water heater.  Owner Andrew Vaughn  nasty in the way he treats company then said he was going to the truck and left.  Asked him if he treated all customers this way, he said pretty much.  Horrible experience.  They are not credited with the BBB

*BEWARE* Don't call them after hours! It was a Sunday when I called them for water coming up from under my toilet and we could not flush or use water. Their technician was at my house for less than 20 minutes. He walked around and said the ground is wet, there is nothing I can do and to use water sparingly, but he still billed us 300.00. When we initially called them they never disclosed their outrageous rate. The problem persisted a couple more days so we called metro rooter. They came out and found the problem within minutes and fixed it for a fraction of the cost.

Horrible drivers just got cut off while he was doing an illegal turn jumping onto the on-ramp to go down Atlantic all while talking on the cell phone. Jerks. It's illegal and you're trying to cause accidents no one should use these people for anything they can't even take care of them selves
