Zef is the owner of this business and he is incredible!  Very knowledgeable, diligent, effective, and fairly priced.  Any time I have used him he has gone above and beyond in solving my HVAC needs, plumbing and he even installs water softeners.  One of the best contractors I've ever met.

Lettow was there in a crunch.. Monday morning hot water heater leaking in the back of the garage.  Everyone I called were unable to do it same day and many were ridiculous in their labor charges. Lettow was great from the moment I called, asked me to text pictures and then promptly sent Chris over to scope the job. Within a few hours I was back up and running with a new water heater and some copper pipe that had a pinhole in was replaced as well. The guys were friendly and made sure I knew when they arrived or had to leave for parts and when they returned. They also cleaned up after the job and hauled the old water heater away. I now know who to call for our next plumbing needs.

Mark is a very honest hard working professional.  I would only use Beckwith Plumbing for my plumbing needs.  They stay in touch through the work and show up when they say they will be there.  The cost is what they quote and the work is top quality.  Mark is a true Christian that can be trusted.

I must say, this company has the utmost respect for integrity. Due to the fact, another plumbing company came to my residence prior, and informed me that my one piece toilet needed to be replaced. This diagnosis seemed odd. The technician was unprofessional, disrespectful and disclosed little to less knowledge of the plumbing issue.

I contacted my warranty company and they appointed Workman's Kwik Fix Plumbing, technician Brian arrived and did an awesome job!!! He diagnosed the problem within a timely matter and mentioned that the toilet flapper needed to be replaced and not the one piece toilet.

After 4 different plumbing companies, many months and money attempting to find the root cause of our sewer line problem causing toilets to back up, we called Hall's Services. Unlike other companies, they actually answered our call (on a Saturday no less) and said they would be there by around noon, and they actually were! They were professional and knowledgeable and unlike the others, discovered the cause of our problem. A section of pipe need to be replaced. They came back the next day and worked to fix the issue until it was complete and problem solved. Cleaned up leaving the site almost as they found it. We will be using them again for other repairs and upgrades to our plumbing system.

They came out promptly and fixed a spa faucet that wasn't working and also a leaky outside water faucet.  They didn't overcharge for any hardware needed and their overall price was very fair. Will use them again.

This is a wonderful place to do business. We have used them several times over several years and they always come through. These days it is difficult to find a reputable company do perform outstanding work, so when you find one that does follow up, gives great estimates, is professional, funny, relatable and timely it makes all the difference in the world. Wow, this is the company you want for your plumbing needs.  They fixed my clogged drain pipe, were very thorough about it, explained and showed me my issues.  Extremely professional and I highly recommend them!!!

I had the most pleasant young man come today to bring the old lady with artificial hips a decent sized toilet. He knew just what I needed and had the old toilet out and the new one in in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable. Good price, great service!

Greg Faulkner himself took my call and we agreed on the work to be completed after me sending him some pictures via text. We also agreed to his pricing which he estimated he could be completed within 1 hour. Items to be completed were tub spout diverter replacement (took roughly 10 mins), change the P trap in the kitchen to an S trap (about 20 mins), replace the toilet tank inside parts (about 5 mins times 2 toilets), and change a shower arm to a longer one ( about 5 mins). The quote was $125 for everything except the s trap, another $50 for that. He asked me to call to remind/confirm my appointment the day before which I did, and I realized that he had forgotten on the phone when I did by the way he was determining if he could still be there at 9a.m.. He instead asked to come earlier which we agreed and did not show up until 9:45a.m.. Arrived at 9:45 and was in his truck leaving at 10:45 yet charged for 2 hours labor. When asked about the second hour he said he brought someone else with him so 2 plumbers were working at the same time in conjunction that he didnt really remember our conversation and him saying that he could complete it all in 1 hour. Now mind you they didnt work on thew same jobs at the same time, one did the toilets while the other did the shower, ect. The rest of the time was walking back and forth to the truck, talking, writing invoices, and such. Would not recommend based on not being professional (not on time) (require the customer to remind you of your appointment)(have no notes of anything you are supposed to do, nor what you quoted) and unethical business practice of billing for more hours than you were actually present for.

UPDATE: After contacting the company about my bill, the owner of the company personally called me, and we discussed my experience. He promised to retrain his staff, and assured me I would not be charged, and apologized sincerely. I was impressed with the time he took to address my concerns, and with the quality of the customer service, even if my original experience with the company wasn't great. My reservations have been resolved fully.

Appalling service. They charged me 92 dollars for a 10 minute diagnosis, and then promptly told me they would need to come back another day (no problem, I understand that). They came back a second day, and removed a piece of a beam from under the house to reach the pipe, and then had to come back another day when I could let them into the house (also no problem). However, after this I scheduled 3 separate dates/times for them to meet me and fix the pipe. The first day, they called 3 hours after our scheduled time to report that they were not going to be able to make it. The second time the plumber told me an hour after our scheduled time that he had to go home for a family issue. The third time they did not show up for 4 hours, so I called to find out where they were. They told me they were swamped, but would try to come by. They came by, looked at my wall, and told me they had to come back. When they canceled an additional time, I got another plumber to take care of the job, and they knocked it out in one day. I had to take 5 days off of work for Sunshine plumbing to do nothing, something that I cannot afford to do.

In the end, they charged me 300 dollars for basically nothing.

They did a great job replacing a hot water heater. Very fast service and very knowledgeable and local to Ponte Vedra. I would definitely use this company again.

Never completed work and would not call back.   What I found out is the work that they did perform was incomplete and it was incorrect. I would not use the car again for anything. Very very poor quality and lack of professionalism. . Terrible service.

He Came to Do My bathroom. I Paid Him what he asked. He propostioned me for sex and when I said no he never came back to finish my bathroom. Is a total creep. Services  sucks.
