Pat's Plumbing was highly recommended by my neighbor and I was very impressed with their service.

I contacted them by phone and the owner answered while working on another job site.  He said if he finished early, he might be able to come out same day.  He called back and accommodated us that afternoon.

The problem was a couple of leaking faucets in our bathrooms.  Two plumbers arrived who politely explained the repairs and immediately went to work. After they finished, they left all areas clean, just the way they found them.

Previously, a plumber from a different company came out and said he needed to order parts and would charge for a second house call.  By contrast, Pat had all the necessary parts on hand and completed the job in less than an hour.

He charged a fair and reasonable fee and we will definitely use him again.

What you don't realize when they appear in minutes to fix your toilet is that they are pulling their guys off a job that has already been scheduled!  Once they leave your home whether the job is done or not, you go to the back of the line for scheduling.  Friday I was supposed to get a bath vanity installed, a tub, a pot filler, a toilet.  They got a toilet and sink in.  Sending them back today to finish the tub and install a gas line.  Got the gas line done and they were done by 2:30 but who cares right ?  Someone else called so they'll come back and do my Tub on 12/30!  And when I complained they said we'll close out your bill and you can find another plumber.  The manager of this shop is charging DOUBLE what we paid in Dallas for the exact same services.  I'm talking thousands and thousands of dollars here.  This is NOT our first rodeo .  I have never dealt with such unprofessional scheduling in our 27 years of home ownership.  Wow.  Just wow.

Man named Courtney showed up-not Dale as I was told and he took a photo of my house without my permission and when I questioned why he did that he said he just does that to all the homes he goes to to show Dale he was there(??) I told him he did NOT have my permission to do that while on my property, but this did not seem to matter. He arrived for
his 9am appt. at 9:08am and by 10:10am he was done. I had my kitchen faucet & garbage disposal replaced (I provided the new replacements) and the price quoted me over the phone was charged.  Over all very pleased and would recommend and use Dale's again. I wore a mask-Courtney did NOT.

TJ provided us with amazing service when we needed a new water filter installed in our home.  Jacksonville is on the TOP #10 list for worst water in America; along with New York and others.  TJ was still in training when he serviced us and he did a perfect job.  Charged us for absolutely NOTHING but the parts and saved us $5000.  He knows how to get the BEST products for the cheapest prices and make it work beautifully.  He can handle ALL your plumbing needs.  Including getting your entire house cleaner water for cooking, laundry, showering, and most importantly drinking water.  I have saved THOUSANDS on bottled water and know my baby's are getting wonderful water out of EVERY single faucet in my home.  What can you pay for that peace of mind?  Seriously!  Priceless.... Amazing man with fabulous integrity!  He truly cares and will NOT rip you off in any way.  If anything he is too giving and should charge higher prices for his excellence!

A company that actually cares. Worked with us to make the appointment convenient for us. Called to confirm the time a day before and verify we were still ok with the timing. The morning of, the technician actually called to say he was on his way and what time he would be there. He was knowledgeable and quick. Had everything with him for parts so the job could be complete that day.  Perfectly executed customer service!!!! A rare find these days. Keep up the great work it's appreciated.

Residential potential customer. They are not doing residential anymore. The hours of operation are M-F with Sat being an emerg. call-in time for Commercial only.

Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
