It was Sunday. I was about to start a 12 hour a day work week. I needed help and called Cumberland Plumbing. I left a message and a very kind and professional gentleman called back. He arranged for a plumber to come in an hour. I received a heads up call from Michael Green that he was enroute.  He arrived, donned foot coverings and proceeded to take care of my issue . He was professional and efficient. Cost was very reasonable. I've got my plumber forever! Thank you Cumberland.

Man named Courtney showed up-not Dale as I was told and he took a photo of my house without my permission and when I questioned why he did that he said he just does that to all the homes he goes to to show Dale he was there(??) I told him he did NOT have my permission to do that while on my property, but this did not seem to matter. He arrived for
his 9am appt. at 9:08am and by 10:10am he was done. I had my kitchen faucet & garbage disposal replaced (I provided the new replacements) and the price quoted me over the phone was charged.  Over all very pleased and would recommend and use Dale's again. I wore a mask-Courtney did NOT.

Highly recommend! Gavin is very knowledgeable and thorough. He's honest and polite. If we have future plumbing issues we will call you immediately!

TD, the plumber was so nice and on time coming to my home to solve my plumbing needs. He is very trust worthy and gets the job done in a reasonable time. His prices beat all competitors too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They were very professional and courteous when they serviced my home, I had the father and son working in the house and they did a good job. They explained to me what they did and answered my questions. I would call them again!

With Hurricane Irma looming, I found myself in the parking lot of Home Depot with several planks of plywood that would not fit into my car. A pick up truck w/ the WW Gay logo on the side was parked nearby and I asked  the driver, John, if he would like to make a few bucks to haul my wood the three miles to my house. He graciously agreed immediately, helped me load and unload it, and then absolutely refused to take any payment. For him to take the time, when I'm sure he had his own hurricane prep to worry about, reflects well not only on John (who's last name I did not get), but on the company he works for. Thank  you, John!

Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
