Best Plumbing Services in Colorado
I found JK Plumbing via Yelp. My expectations were exceeded by John from the moment I first texted to get onto his schedule, to the time of job completion.
John came and looked at my job, a small bathroom renovation, and priced it for me. He was then able to do my job the next day due to another job cancellation.
John is so courteous and efficient and very tidy. His communication is great. He fully and clearly explained what the job entailed and his initial estimate was spot on. His prices are very fair for the quality of his service and obvious skill.
John offered great advice with my bathroom fitout which I greatly appreciated.
I am extremely happy with JK Plumbing and would highly recommend that you reach out to John for any plumbing projects you have. You can be completely confident in him, his team and his great work and professionalism.

Today, I pulled my refrigerator away from the wall to wash the floor behind it and as I began, I noticed one of the copper pipes hooked to my refrigerator looked broken. I lifted it up and water started flowing all over my kitchen floor. I went downstairs to my basement and turned the water supply to the house off. Water was pouring from a ceiling light fixture in the basement. It's the 4th of July and the thought of not having water for any daily need was daunting. Of six calls I made, only Cuse Plumbing responded. I hate calling people on holidays, but Anthony was so understanding and came right over to help.
Anthony Syracuse, owner of Cuse Plumbing, is an unusual Master Plumber. He's not only knowledgeable, he is calm, understanding and kind. He assessed the problem and explained what he needed to do. He invited me to walk with him as he looked for the water shutoff for the refrigerator. He explained that he could close off the refrigerator water line and, then, I would be able to turn the house water back on. Problem: I know where and how to turn off the sprinkler and household water, but I had no idea the refrigerator had a separate line or where it even was; never had this problem before. Anthony kept a calm demeanor as we looked in various spaces and, then, he saw the water pipe in a corner behind my furnace! I never would have found it! He also checked out my water heater and had me accompany him to the outside water spigot where he explained how to read the meter he was using to check my house's water pressure and why it was important to check the pressure.
I learned a lot today and also discovered there are several appealing options for me to consider for how I want to repair/redesign the layout of my refrigerator's water lines. Anthony wrote out the options we discussed and was careful to separately price each one; making it easy for me to develop an incremental plan and without any pressure from him.
I enjoyed meeting Anthony. He has a strong plumbing background and is now starting his own company - a new entrepreneur! I highly recommend him! He is thoughtful in his approach to a problem, thorough in explaining his work and educating his customer. I will use him again!

My husband and I recently purchased a condo, and as part of our home inspection, the inspector noted the water heater was 17 years old and that we should prioritize getting it replaced. Okay, no problem--I called 3 plumbers as well as Home Depot for quotes.
On the low end (Home Depot) I was quoted just over 2k for a new 40gal heater. On the high end, I was quoted $3200. I decided to go with the middle option, Courtesy Plumbing, which came in around $2600 and included the tank, labor, disposal of the old tank, and modifications to put the tank in per updated codes. Ryan took the call, came out for free to check out the space, and came back a couple days later for the install.
I appreciated that Ryan was transparent, courteous, and diligent. He and his partner got it done correctly and they left no mess or evidence of their work besides my brand new tank. He even did a water pressure test for me after he had some concerns that our pressure was too high. Rather than immediately try to upsell me on a regulator, he got creative and found a way to test the pressure, only to discover that it was actually fine. As a layman myself, I felt reassured that Courtesy was not trying to trick me out of more $.
I also upgraded to the silver client package after they finished the job because I liked them so much. We'll eventually need HVAC work done in here, and I will be calling Courtesy.
Thanks to Ryan, and extra thanks to Courtesy for acknowledging my husband's service as a USMC veteran and offering us a discount.

The service was excellent; the technician very skillful, professional, personable. I'm giving this company a 3 because we were charged $455 to change the wax ring of our toilet. I just looked on Home Advisor and changing the wax ring should cost about 50 - 200 dollars. It's our fault for giving the technician the okay to do it.
Then he (with our consent), checked our water pressure and said it was very high, not up to code, and would cost $685 to fix. We found out later, it was much lower, well withing code requirements.

We have two water heaters and had to have the 15 year old one replaced. We had replaced the other one almost 2 years ago. Charles replaced our water heater and noted a couple other issues with the other water heater that he fIxed without an additional charge. He is a great guy that does top notch work and goes the extra mile for his customers. I wish he did other plumbing work as he's the best but he specializes in water heaters. This is the guy for top quality and and a fair price!

Matt came out last week to install a toilet, faucet, and replace a leaky valve in the basement. They came out to our house on schedule, performed the work quickly, did good work, cleaned up when they were done, and were very friendly and professional. In addition their rates were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time. Finished in a hour.. when a leak was discovered from testing the new connection the team returned immediately and corrected it... i would highly recommend this company.. the cost seemed high for an hours work at approx $600

This business is one of those rare finds that you will never regret hiring. We needed a water heater replaced. RAPID communication, A few exchanged pictures and we had an unbelievably competitive price for work. Even more shocking, we were able to get SAME DAY installation. Andon was incredibly professional and courteous. He was so clean and careful in our home. His work was meticulous and it is clear that he takes great pride in what he does. He even went above and beyond to notice a Pressure problem with our water and provided us an immediate estimate to repair. (Again, incredibly fair pricing to repair). We will only be using Euro Plumber for any jobs in the future. There is absolutely no comparison to any business we've used in the past. We would reward ten stars if we could.

Chester was great! I had a toilet backed up and it was flooding my basement. He came the same day I called (at the time he said he would be here) and was able to fix the problem pretty quickly and at a fair price. My house is over 100 years old and we talked about the problem and potential other problems and how to prevent them. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely use him again. Also a shout out to Jeff at Mr. Plumber who I have used before and who recommended Chester for this job. I appreciate the great referral!

Sergey was wonderful. Showed up on time, did a wonderful job, and for a very fair price. Very impressed with the final product. Thanks and I will definitely keep you in mind for referrals!

Great Service and Communication. Jonathon is reliable. We had frozen pipes and they came out on Sunday to fix. There was an extra charge but the problem was thoroughly diagnosed and efficiently corrected. We go to these guys first when we need help.

About 3 months ago, my back fence was destroyed by wind. I attempted to contact several contractors to do the repairs. No body responded.
I called House Heroes Colorado, and I was contacted within a few hours..
I hired them to do the repairs. They arrived on time and also completed the work timely. The work was excellent and very fairly priced. I highly recommend this company. I will absolutely use them again.

I concur with other reviews here. I too had initially called upon a large plumbing service to clear a block that affected my kitchen and neighboring bathroom sink. They had tried on two different occasions to clear the block to the best of their ability but just could not get it done. After being without the use the kitchen and bath sink for a couple of weeks due to life interruptions, i began the search for the outside of the box plumbing pro. That is Joe!!! Even after I described my situation, he gave it some thought, had some ideas and agreed to work on this for me. He showed up early and went right to work. My home was built in the 50's yet the plumbing was mystifying to both of us. After many attempts to locate and clear the block in my convoluted plumbing system, Joe engaged his creative plumbing ingenuity and determined that the approach had to be from the roof into the vertical stack - and he was absolutely spot on! He refused to let this baffling system block him. His wisdom, sheer tenacity, and total focus to help fix this problem was paramount to his success. I seriously doubt that any other plumbing service would have gone to such great lengths to find this enigma. Joe is truly an extraordinary and rare individual. He will be my plumber of choice from here on out!!!

Jan, 12, 2015. This is, by far the WORST company to deal with. Not only are they entirely unprofessional, they are unreliable and completely overrated. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
I had a leak in the basement and already had somebody else come look. The other person already did all the work (cut a hole in the wall, told me what needed to be repaired, etc.)
I was trying to be nice and give these people business and not only was the tech an HOUR late (with no phone call), he was in and out of my house in less than 5 minutes. He was very unprofessional and said he would send me my quote and never did.
I called to discuss the $60 bill they sent me and I never got an answer, claiming their computers crashed and the lady would take care of it. 6 months later (today) I get to speak to a very rude lady, Kay Eddleman, and claiming what I had talked to the lady before about didn't matter b/c she was no longer there.
Don't waste your time with this pathetic company. There are PLENTY of other reliable companies out there. Good luck!

I would strongly urge everyone to avoid using Bell Heating & Plumbing for any emergency repairs. During a recent cold snap I had a copper line break that was part of my baseboard heating system. When I called Bell, they could come to my house, but as a policy, they would not give me any estimates over the phone even though they have flat rate prices for every fix imaginable (more on that later). They clearly want to get to your house so you feel obligated to agree to fixes at outlandish prices. For full disclosure, I discovered the leak when I came home from work, and Bell was able to service my call after hours. I would expect to pay a premium for such work, but not to such an extreme.
As for the actual plumbing work, I had already identified the leak areas prior to the technician arriving. Part of the leak was where copper pipe rounded a corner in the house through a section of drywall. The flat rate I paid to expose frozen pipe? $407. The work involved? Taking a crowbar to the wall to break maybe 2 square feet of drywall which took maybe 5 minutes. (This first charge was the only charge I was informed of in advance, by the way. All other charges were presented to me when the technician was leaving). Next up, the technician needed to fix the broken piping. During this work, he removed a section of heating register (the part that actually dissipates heat into your house) that was only replaced with straight copper pipe, something that would need to be replaced again later. He welded in two small sections of new copper pipe (~3 or 4 feet worth for a total material cost of about $10 at home depot). This took an hour plus, especially since some welds leaked the first time the system was reloaded. The Freeze Break flat rate? $597. The final step of the puzzle is draining and purging the system. As part of filling back up the heating lines, you must first remove all air from the lines. This takes some time (maybe an hour), because you have run water through all the lines and slowly bleed out all the air, and then you have to add enough water back to the system to get it at the right pressure. The Drain and Purge flat rate? $220. So everything included, we are talking about over $1200 in charges for a few hours of service (including drive times and some time to look over the system upon arrival) and about $10 worth of material.
At first, I chalked up these charges to just being an expensive after hours call, but it was only when I started asking around to other plumbers that I really started questioning the service. First of all, by not replacing the register, the heating capacity in my home was reduced. I even placed several calls back to Bell for quotes on fixing the register, but never received a call back from the technician. The second mistake I came to discover is that no glycol (antifreeze) was put back in my heating lines which is a best practice for boiler systems. Without the antifreeze, I ended up having a burst pipe again a month later in the same spot that was repaired (the piping with no register), even when I was extremely sensitive about keeping my heat pumped up in the house after my previous incident.
That was it for my dealings with Bell. I called up another outfit when my second break occurred (Mountain Aire, if you must know). They basically did the same repair, only it was completed correctly. They installed a new register, fixed broken pipe, improved my system by installing several ball valves so I could have greater control over my system, and then purged my system and reloaded it WITH a glycol solution. So with material (register, copper pipe, ball valves, and glycol), and a few hours of work, I got a bill for $526.50 ($215 of which is material). Admittedly, this call was handled during the day, but they did respond immediately.
Once you remove material cost (since Bell's was negligible), we're talking about almost a $900 difference in price for the EXACT SAME SERVICE between two companies. Is the after hours premium worth that much, or is this price gouging a customer in a vulnerable position? I've made up my mind, and I won't be using Bell's services in the future.

WOW is this place insanely priced. Asked them to come out for a few small jobs, maybe an hour's labor, maybe 90 minutes. They wanted $1,200 because they use a flat-rate booklet that priced each little thing at like $300-700 per job. The $1,200 was actually his DISCOUNT he could give me as a nicety. Normal price was around $2k. For an hour's work. And not including parts.
I called another plumber and it was $75/hour plus parts. I was out the door at around $190 because it ended up taking about 90 minutes as I expected.
And they charge you a $40 trip charge just to tell you their crazy prices. Why bother with this nonsense? Call a plumber and get a price before you have a trip charge. If they won't give you a general rough guestimate, you can be sure you're either wasting $40 or will be cracking open that wallet with a jack.

Sinclair plumbing did our plumbing for kitchen redo a few years ago. Recently the pipes backed up. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive. I found a plumber to come out and he saw that the metal pipes have been glued together and did not have the proper fittings. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive once again.
Today we replace the pipes. Bob at Sinclair has proven to be incompetent and has no idea about customer service. We knew Lee Sinclair when he was alive and he was honest and wonderful plumber. It's a shame that Bob is running this company. Bob is simply incompetent and lacks any customer service. I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one.
