Not only was the service from Tracy 5 star, he arrived quickly, unblocked the drain in about 5 minutes, and just knocked the ball out of the park!!

I needed a plumber fast for my clogged bathtub drain. Elmir Dudo from Quality Assurance Plumbing was reassuring and took care of my problem within two hours. I highly recommend him due to his professionalism and the speed with which he was able to come over and take care of the problem. I will definitely hire him again when an issue arises!

I recently contacted Joshua in order to have my water pressure regulator replaced (it had failed and the pressure was way too high). Joshua responded quickly, we spoke about the symptoms I was having and immediately knew it was the pressure regulator. He agreed to come out the next morning. He was there the next morning and replaced the water pressure regulator in no time! Extremely fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The price he charged for his time was also very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Joshua for anything plumbing related in the future. I was impressed to say the least!

We had an issue with another company we hired originally where they lied to us about the reason for failure and gave our home warranty company another story - which left us out of coverage.

Philip was not only patient with us to understand the dilemma we were stuck in, he helped us with a quote and was patient till we got reimbursement approvals to get the job done.

He truly went above and beyond, I know who I will be solely calling for my water heater and home care needs going forward. It is hard to find someone you can trust and I am happy that I do not have that problem anymore.

He is professional, patient, understanding and listens to his customers. Most people don't do this well or even care to try at all in my opinion when I compare that to the compassion and detail-oriented dedication Philip puts in his work.

We noticed water pooling in our basement last night after one of our toilets wouldn't flush and realized our main sewer line was clogged.  We called Centennial Plumbing and Khan was out 30 minutes later.  He assessed the situation and unclogged the main line in no time for a very fair price under the circumstances.  We would definitely call them again in the future.

I was very stressed out dealing with a situation in our new home with clogged pipes in my daughters sink in the basement. I ran across a really funny Facebook ad for Go Direct and loved the content so I figured I would go with them. I spoke with Jennifer who does marketing for Go Direct and she was so helpful and very caring. She immediately sent me the info to be able to call Go Direct and we had someone come out the next day! Eric came out and cleared out the drain and fixed the pipe no problem. We haven't had any issues since and dealing with Go Direct was so professional, fast, and efficient. We would definitely hire again!

Unfortunately Yelp doesnt allow less than one star! A tech came out to fix a thermocouple on our water heater. First, I had to weather his several attempts to tell me the water heater needed replaced. Then he tried to charge me $425 for a 30 minute job and a $20 part. Then he got angry with me when I said no way! So, I went to Home Depot and bought a $12 part and spent exactly 32 minutes changing it out. Water heater fired right up and runs perfectly. I called the company and asked what their hourly rate is for labor. She told me that the techs set the price for each job on their own and they dont have standard pricing. Stay away from this company, they will rob you blind!

Excellent service and each problem solved.  Tim is a very knowledgeable plumber.  Tim and Danielle have owned McAdams Plumbing since at least summer of 2018.  I have had Tim visit for a number of jobs over the past 1.5 years - and each time, Tim has solved the problem.  He works efficiently, is timely, and on budget (has never gone over the estimate).  Danielle books the appointments and is very careful.  She asks key questions to understand the issue, will sometimes she will have me text photos of the problem, and has been very accurate with scheduling time as well as giving accurate cost estimates.  The most recent job was to correct a problem with our frig water dispenser which was present from Day 1 of move in (we couldn't get more than a thin stream of several fluid ounces to come out). Frig came with the house so we were not sure what was wrong since the ice maker still worked. We finally called McAdams.  Tim replaced the saddle valve with a proper connection, as well as corrected the inappropriate tubing between pipe and frig.  Now we have cold filtered water coming out of the frig's water dispenser at a normal pressure.  Yay!

I used this company several times with no problems. Spent thousands. One day they came out after a year on a repair they had done previously. I had a receipt showing a 7 year warranty. Gordon tried to tell me my problem was not covered. I argued with him until he relented but I had to complain to BBB to get it fixed. The owner accused my of using the f word with his tech, many many times Right, I am at work in a call center on a recorded line using the f word. Cannot recommend this company.

Wow, came out a few weeks ago within an hour, the tech Tim showed up and cleared my drain, quoted me one price, and paid that price.  No BS... called another company and after numerous calls, could not get them to show up within 2 plus hours.. will use Mile High again down the road if needed..

I was driving on I76, and saw this truck. Thought to myself I should call them for a quote on my basement, less than a minute later he Cuts across 3 lanes to cut me off in my semi, then slows down and cuts across the lanes again to the other side to get onto 85. If your drivers cut people off with no thought, what would they do to my house.

I had Greg come in to move shower plumbing during a remodel and that was good.
During the job we discussed having him install a new shower pan and moving the floor drain. I waited and waited for the quote, called over and over only to finally get a quote for a size that wouldn't work. I took it upon myself to remeasure and find a source for something that would work and then forwarded the info. After receiving the bid I asked when he could do the install and knowing the supplies were coming from HD I gave him the locations that had the products in stock(thinking I was helping him out). His response was well go buy them then and nothing else. A week passed and I heard nothing, thinking that the last response was a joke I texted asking what was up? He responded you were going to buy the supplies and call me ???? WHAT, the supplies were included in the bid? My response explained that I was letting him know the locations that had the parts in stock and I was only trying to help to speed things along, after that nothing and I haven't heard anything since.

All of this started Thanksgiving week and it is now January 18th.

I was motivated to use him due to a barter exchange but now that we are pushing 2 months I've given up. I understand that sometimes cash customers get better treatment then barter but this is insane. My old company and the company I work for now always treats(ed) every client the same cash or barter.... In the middle of December Greg came into the store where I work and special ordered products on barter. He received great service and even though they were special order items everything has been delivered and installed, unlike my shower pad that is sitting at HD.

This bad service may be due to the barter, maybe he's not really interested in accepting more barter dollars? If that is the case he should have told me from the beginning instead of dragging me along. Cash is king, and he might be great if your paying with cash.

One last thought, the store I work in didn't ask him to buy the supplies for his barter purchase, we ordered everything and delivered as if he was a cash customer.....

Dennis showed up when he said he would and got right to work.  He explained everything he did and we even had some additional work done.  He didn't put it off, saying it would put him behind but got right to work.  Very polite and knew what he was doing.  It's nice to finally find a company that we can depend on - we've tried other big names and were disappointed.  Not this time!  We will call again when needed.

Had a bad clog in the kitchen.  George came in a timely manner and did an awesome job!   Great job!

Had a service appointment schduled with them. They didn't show up, call to cancel, call to reschedule, or anything. Just didn't show up. I find this very rude and unappreciative to someone's time.
