Established in 1992.
All Phase Plumbing & Heating Inc. was founded in 1992 by owner Matthew Carson. Originally based in NY I moved the business to Colorado in 1997. Business took off strong through word of mouth referral customers and continues to thrive to date from mainly word of mouth referrals.

Shout out to Austin who works with Matt Carson. Seems we're always calling on All Phase to fix things that other companies or contractors have screwed up. Most recently, our new dishwasher was falling out of its slot after the installation folks from Denver failed to install it properly. Austin came out, checked out the bad installation job, and then properly secured the dishwasher and made sure everything was connected and not leaking.

These guys are professional, courteous and straight shooters when it comes to assessing a situation, and they give you all the facts about what they can or can't do. Thanks for helping us keep our home safe and operational!

While I don't doubt the level of knowledge and expertise that this company and it's employees have with plumbing, I can say very honestly that they don't hesitate for one second to squeeze every possible penny out of their customers and without warning. Furthermore they exhibited extremely unprofessional conduct, even after having paid them over $300 less than 24 hours prior.

After being nearly three hours late to arrive, they charged us their full plumber's hourly rate of $325/hr for their drive time to (and from!) our house without telling us that this travel charge would apply. They were here for less than an hour, did an assessment, and then left saying they'd have to come back another day to do any repairs. So we paid them hundreds of dollars just to come out and not even fix the problem. If they had gotten here when they said they would, we might have had enough time to fix the problem then and there.

When they left, my wife and I were in shock with the charges for basically having done nothing towards fixing the actual issue we had. We tried to talk through the charges on the spot, then felt obligated to just pay for it and send them on their way, as it was getting late.

The next morning we called and asked for more clarity on the charges incurred, and also asked for some better communication and transparency as far as what else needed to be done, how long it would take, how much it would cost, etc. They literally didn't even call us back. We called again the next day. Again, no response. No return call. We made a THIRD call to them and STILL received no return phone call. Not one single reply after leaving three very polite messages. How incredibly unprofessional.

They saw the opportunity to do a quick cash grab from a couple of desperate people, and they took it. Then they left us completely high and dry when they realized we were unhappy. The craziest thing is, we paid less money to the people that actually fixed our plumbing issue than we did All Phase.

If money is no issue for you, then you will probably do just fine with All Phase. But if you're on a tight budget, expect no mercy from these people. These are the plumbers that people warn you about. No transparency. No accountability. No customer care or concern.

I can't wait to see their scathing reply to this review...

Stay away. Sadly they don't no the current codes required to replace a water heater....   Felt  ripped off too...

My very complex science project of a heating system developed a fault. Matt and Dylan came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back on line in less than 2 hours. The also charged a price that is less than some 'service call' fees I have been charged by others. I really dont think having someone else come in and diagnose the NTI SCADA computer control system was going to be a success - Thanks All Phase for knowing what your doing!. They also tweaked my water filtration system for better pressure, because it will make it run better .  Just attention to detail to look at the WHOLE system not just fix whatever isn't right at the moment.

Our technician did not show up with a mask and wanted to shake my hand. He immediately said our boiler was bad, it had a major CO issue. I was curious about the device he read the CO level. Something seemed a little fishy. I placed my CO detector next to the flue and it read zero, I recalibrated and it still read zero. But these guys are suppose to be the experts so I asked for a quote to repair or replace and no one ever called me back. Be a little wary of this outfit.
I did contact another company and they tested, found no leaks, no out of range CO levels and all thermostats were working fine.

The owner of the company directed comments of sexual harassment toward my sister as she was completing her profession. She is a wildlife firefighter and while power washing their vehicles she was approached and he told her next time you should wear a bikini. Would he have dared to suggest that any of the men complete their professional job in a swim suit?? I'm thinking not. These kinds of comments cannot be ignored, this is the kind of culture that needs to be changed immediately. My sister has worked all summer being transported across Colorado and California fighting the fires that persisted and destroyed homes and wildlife. She worked around the clock sleeping in camps and eating donated food. She received third degree burns on her hand during her shift.  So, no sir, it would not be practical for her to complete her job in a swim suit. This kind of service revolts me.

Had called to have a more accurate time frame set (Then a three hour window)
Over an hour before the beginning of said window.
So that I wasn't waiting around the house all day for him to show.
 After waiting for a response(For Over an hour and a half) to either message I left. (Both his cell and office recordings)
I had to leave.
 I came home to an invoice of $75.00 taped to my front door window. That acknowledged the messages that I had left. (Still with no returned call) And that there needs to be at least 24hr notice for ANY changes to appointment times.
 
He even illegally signed/initial the signature line on the invoice. That states
(I hereby acknowledge the satisfactory completion of the above described work)
  And that there is a Finance Charge of 5% per month and (60% APR) Will be charged on outstanding balances after 30 days.
I still can't believe the audacity of this piece of.
Don't give him your Business

And God help you if you should ever have a plumbing emergency such as a broken water heater or something.

This is so sad, I believed and trusted Matt Carson only to find out he did not stand by his word or his work.  I put in a reverse osmosis system under my sink and he told me it would clean up the water to be 98 to 99% efficient.  Well I had the water tested at two different labs comparing the untreated well water and the water that came out of the RO faucet.  One lab told me it was 71% efficient and the other lab said it was 50% efficient.  Matt Carson will not warrant his work or the system he put in.  He also told me he charges $195 an hour as an HVAC person.  If I had known that I would never have hired him to do the job.  I guess I learned an expensive lesson, never will I use All Phase Plumbing and Heating!!!

After interviewing many hvac companies up here in the mountains and hearing much nonsense from some of them I was lucky enough to find an add for all-phase in the paper and schedule a visit.  Matt and Austin showed up and quickly made an assessment of my situation which required a new boiler.   We scheduled an install and between that time and arrival of my new boiler my old boiler failed.  Matt was able to arrange his schedule to do the install earlier than planned and now we're basking in heat, never thought my house could get this warm!

All-phase had the best bid and when our boiler developed a harmonic noise he showed up immediately to tweak it and correct it.  Great job all-phase!

I am really baffled by the previous negative reviews. Our experience with all-phase was completely positive.

The in floor radiant heating in our recently purchased home did not seem to be working properly. Weren't sure if there was something wrong with the system or if we were doing something wrong or had wrong expectations. We called all-phase and made an appointment at a time convenient for us.   They arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, immediately removed shoes and got to work. Within an hour, he had correctly diagnosed the problem as an airlock on one zone and had it corrected. We were charged a reasonable fee for a skilled service. (Additionally, the technician did not mind my husband shadowing him, so that he could become more familiar with a hearing system we'd previously had no experience with.)

We were not only impressed by this tech's depth of knowledge but by his work ethic. We will absolutely call all-phase again for any plumbing or heating issues in our home and will highly recommend them to all our neighbors.

Matt has handled our plumbing and heating needs since we moved into Conifer in 2005. He and his team are always professional, proactive, and responsive. His prices are fair and the quality of the work is consistently excellent.

We highly recommend All Phase - and Matt - to anyone up here that requires plumbing and heating services.

Great experience with All Phase. Communication was clear, and they showed up exactly when scheduled.

The repair was handled quickly, and I was left with the impression that they were trying to fix our issue in the most cost effective manner.

Matt and his team did a terrific job recently replacing my 23-year old water heater. They did careful work, and made sure everything was installed not just adequately, but with excellence. Matt's done some other work for me, too, and he's always been knowledgable, careful, and excellent at his craft. Recommended!

All-phase installed a high efficiency Goodman furnace in the home we purchased last year. The install date was 7-6-18. Their card and the date is on the furnace and a tankless hot water heater installed 4-20-16. . We've had two issues with the new furnace and all-phase has refused to acknowledge their mistakes. Matt,  accused my husband of wanting free labor and today said we weren't their customer. They put the dehumidification line into a drain that doesn't drain and caused flooding in our crawl space. Wires for the booster fan were not reconnected. This install was for an 80 year old woman. Matt also stated they have enough business and don't need ours. All we wanted was for the work to be done properly. Obviously, this is a do not use this company rating. I was forced to select a star to post.

All-Phase Plumbing did fix our leaking pressure tank. However, I would have preferred they replaced the cracked fitting rather than soldering it. There are a few things I would have liked to known up front: 1. Their hourly rate is $195 an hour (They charge door to door, they were here for about an hour and 15 minutes). 2. All-Phase charges a 2 hour minimum. 3. They charge a 2% fee to use a credit card (which I understand but if we knew this going in, we would of paid with a check). We also scheduled them for Thursday between 11-1, they instead showed up the day before with no warning. I took time off to be here on Thursday, thankfully my wife was home on Wednesday and took care of it. We will not be using All-Phase again as we have found a highly recommended, reputable plumber with reasonable rates.

First let me say I'm not one to leave a review. All we needed was a new sink put in. They brought two people for this job which I don't understand so I feel like they were motivated to bill higher as a result. I looked at the clock when they pulled in and by my watch they billed us for an hour more than they were there. I tried to call to ask about this because the boss let the employee write up the bill so I figured he just didnt look at their arrival time. Apparently they bill from the time they leave there office which is ridiculous. I could prove they made a mistake billing after and I just got blown off like I'm crazy and never got a call back about it let alone a refund on the $150 mistake. Never had a problem with plumbers before this one but watch the time closely and make sure they know you know what time they got there because they will definitely round up to say the least.

I have an old boiler in my home in Marshdale that was acting up over the holidays and it needed a number of repairs to get it back on it's feet (expansion tank, temp adjustment, bleeding and a carbon monoxide inspection). I had another plumber come and he supposedly fixed it but it was still not operating correctly. I was having a very hard time finding anybody that could get me on their schedule who had experience with a boiler furnace. I then called a very reputable company from Tom Martino's Troubleshooter website and they provided excellent diagnosis but the prices were more than 10 times what the repair eventually cost. I called All Phase to get a second opinion (never used them before) and Matt was able to get me an appointment in 3 days. He put us on the schedule, called on the day of the appointment to let us know he was running late and showed up when he said he would. Upon inspection, he gave us an informed and honest assessment of whether or not we could repair the boiler safely, he accomplished the repair in less than 2 hours, charged us for just the items that he replaced/repaired and the furnace has been running perfectly ever since.  He did an outstanding job, communicated well, cleaned up after he was done and the bill was very reasonable. So THANKS All Phase Plumbing and to Matt and his helper for getting our furnace back up and running. Your quick work, honest and knowledgable assessment of the existing furnace and advice for a replacement boiler in the future was very much appreciated. I'd recommend his plumbing services to anyone that requires a plumber without hesitation and I'll certainly be using him the next time I need an honest, practical and professional plumber.

We call All Phase because our furnace suddenly stopped working.  We didn't have heat and other companies told us it would be 2 weeks to 1 month before they could get to us.  All Phase found out we didn't have heat and they were there that day.  They got our heat working with a minimal charge and even told us what to listen/watch out for with our furnace.  

I will highly recommend All Phase to my neighbors and friends.  Fast, friendly and efficient service.

There are not very many plumbers in the Bailey, Conifer area.  Matt and his team were on time, the price was fair and didn't charge a show up fee like other companies in Conifer.  They installed all my faucets with care and everything was to our liking.  I would recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Matt of All-Phase is hands-down terrific. He installed a whole-house Rinnai filter and upgraded plumbing for us many years ago. We just had him out to install a frost-free faucet and attend to a couple of other minor items. He's always fast, does an excellent job, and is fairly priced. Definitely our go-to plumbing and heating service!

WOW all i can say is that Matt is a God send. I had an issue in my rental property where the tub was leaking in the lower unit i called another plumber company (tippin hat) and i explained the format and what i had seen. The plumber came out and looked at the lower unit then went to my unit - turned on the water and then we waited a few minutes and went back to the lower unit. He said the leak was from the overfill area and it was going to be 785.00 to cut a 3X3 section in the lower units ceiling and any repairs would be more. Also  if he could not reach thru that 3X3 section he would have to call a recon team to come out and test the section for asbestos and then they could come out to fix it after that. He then handed me the hand held device and it said 785.00 - i asked  why would i pay that if you cant even fix it and cant give me an idea on cost? He shrugged gave me his card and also told me he had a contact for a recon team if i needed it. ( My insurance claim person stated this was a big scam and should not be done) i called Matt and told him the situation and he came down. we looked at the downstairs unit and then went to my unit Matt hopped in the tub and started undoing the hardware of my tub and found it was a broken gasket!!!. He replaced all the gaskets and resealed everything. He asked me if the other plumber had looked at that - and i told him no he turned on the water and tried to charge me 785.00. Matt shook his head - thank goodness for Honest businessmen and those that have some integrity. you saved me 400 plus dollars and someone taking advantage of me . I have recommended you to 4 people and will continue to recommend you

I was out of the country when I had a pipe burst. I was referred to Allphase and Matt rearranged his schedule to get out there as soon as he could. He met my son there and got everything fixed before I got back. Great work!  Affordable and very professional. Thank you!!

If I could give a ZERO I would. We have had All Phase Plumbing do 2 different jobs at our property in the mountains of Morrison. First was a good job but left a bit of a mess behind. Second was a simple faucet fix which they wore their muddy shoes in and out of our home making a mess. They used our white hand towel to mop it all up...ruining it. The last (FOREVER) was when he came up to do a $1500 job of running some vents for our stove and dryer. He parked in a way blocking our driveway. I requested he move his truck over as we have a ton of room to park but just one exit. Instead of moving it or expressing his concern that he would be further from the house...he just left without saying a word. We called him to ask where he went and he told us that he didn't want to walk that far (which was an extra 10 feet) so he just left and ultimately hung up on me when I questioned the sanity of his response. I expressed we had got time off from work in preparation of him doing this job...HE JUST HUNG UP. The EGO on Matt the owner is unreal...I have never been treated in such a way in my life by a business owner. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM.

I make an appointment over a week in advance to check my heater. The day of I have to take time off work for the inspection. An hour after the scheduled time I call and leave a message. A total no call, no show. Nice way to do business!
