Superior Water & Air, Inc. Superior was founded in 1956 by Jake Lambourne and is located in a new facility at 3536 South 1950 West in West Valley City. Superior employs more than 120+ people who service nearly 80,000+ Utah homes--making it one of the largest and most respected family run and operated independent water dealers in America. Shawn and Sean both master plumbers came out for our reverse osmosis, new hot water tank & new water softner tank last week. They arrived in the morning as promised and were completely finished with three major installations by 2pm. We ordered this bundle thru our Costco membership services that contracted out Superior Water for their installation services and I must say both plumbers were Proffesional, kind, and patient with our questions during the process! Sean even helped me with leaking shower while he was here & only charged me for parts. ( Much appreciated as we were at our wits end with that shower leak ). Our water softener installed is top of the line, remote monitoring with it to.measure water usage and rock levels. The water tastes really good, if possible to believe and super clear! We absolutely love our new water system. Thank you all - even Melissa in office has been pleasant to deal with my post installation questions. We have found our plumbers to use going forward! Especially since they come out to Elizabeth.

I have had Superior Water and Air install a reverse osmosis water purification system and also help out with a mystery leak in my home. The company I had previously used for my water system changed ownership, and unfortunately, the new owners had no idea what they were doing. After searching on Yelp, I found Superior Water and Air. The young lady I spoke with went above and beyond to try to find filters for my old system so that those could be installed. When we realized that brand of filters were not to be found, I decided to have a new system put in. (Apparently my previous system was exclusive to the previous company.) Thankfully, I was able to keep my own water storage tank. The plumber cleaned the storage tank and installed the new system quickly and efficiently. I have had it for several months now, and it is working perfectly.

Now, about the mystery leak. I received my water bill last month and had quite a shock. My normal $20.00 winter bill became a $160.00 problem. According to Denver Water, I had consumed 23,000 gallons in January. Well, I hadn't installed a pool, my family members (furry ones included) assured me they hadn't been taking luxuriously LONG showers daily, and there wasn't a lake forming in my basement, so there had to be stealth leaking somewhere. Although the water department assured me it was common to have a leak and that a mischievous toilet was the usual culprit, I was still a bit freaked out about the whole thing. I called Superior Water and Air and everyone was very helpful. Julie and Shane listened to me patiently and assured me that they could help me out. Shane came to my home, and repaired the suspect toilet. Mystery solved. Now, after submitting my invoice from Superior Water and Air to Denver water, I am awaiting an adjustment of my billing. Happy ending!

Very professional, very friendly, prompt expert service. Changed out my salt to potassium shortly after install since my skin was breaking out in a rash from the salt, no charge!!!

I needed to call for assistance as my RO system tank wasn't filling up. James was dispatched to my residence by Melissa and quickly diagnosed the problem; I had accidentally moistened the RO system leak detector, which is very sensitive to water intrusion and will shut off the system. James resolved the issue in a very few minutes and provided an instructional tutorial at the same time. I really enjoy working with the people at Superior Water; Melissa and James are just great, always professional and friendly and caring about their customers and their water treatment systems.

I am delighted with the service and the quality of the product Superior Water and Air provides. Our water has high levels of lead and is also very hard and so I went with both the eco-water system to soften it and a reverse osmosis system to filter out the lead. Etta, who sold me the system, did a marvelous job of explaining everything and was very patient about answering questions. Brian, who installed the system, is amazing. He was efficient, effective, and so professional. He set up my wi-fi, answered my questions, and walked me through the system. I feel very confident that this system is exactly what we need and that this company will give us any support required. I have already added a time to my calendar for a year from now to have them service the system and change the filters!!

We recently changed from a Culligan water softening system. After interviewing four companies and doing a ton of research, we settled on EcoWater Systems offered through Costco and installed and serviced by Superior Water. It's been a couple of months and we are so happy with the system. They installed a whole house softener and purification system that also removes chloramines. We also had them put in a reverse osmosis system that goes into the frig and to the kitchen sink. The water is silky, soft and doesn't smell like chemicals. It feels much softer than it did with Culligan.

The whole system is wifi enabled and we can monitor it from our phones. It alerts us if anything should need servicing or if the salt needs replacing. The installation was flawless and Etta, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable. The installer, Brian, was very professional, friendly and the installation was flawless. We used our Costco Visa and got an extended warranty and an 10% rebate via a Costco Cash Card, making this the best priced system of the four compatible systems we researched. Superior Water has followed up several times to make sure everything is going smoothly. We couldn't be happier.
