HISTORY

Established in 2019.
I've been a part of several start up companies that ended up being dishonest so I finally decided to start this on my own with help of some amazing master & journeymen plumbers. We love what we do and take so much pride in our work at a fraction of what other companies charge. We also provide a one year on all parts and labor with the exception of any rooting. We like to include our customers in the entire service so they understand exactly what they're getting, why and how much goes into each job. I did not start this to become rich, I started this to be able to help those that need a break and everyone walks away feeling good about the services.

I’ve been part of several start up and helped failing companies over the years. Raised four children alone and have a big heart. Wanted to show my now older children you can build something based on honesty.

Having your water heater go out in the winter and flooding your basement is a stressful situation. But Bonnie, the owner at Tombstone was on it from the beginning. She is very responsive (even when this happened on Saturday), polite and simply a pleasure to work with. She helped me through the insurance process and got everything approved, ordered and installed in two days. Sidney, the Tech, who did the install was quick, polite and did a great job with the install and bringing my old plumbing to code. Most important things to me in a major home repair situation are speed, quality of work and communication, Tombstone and Bonnie nailed them all.

I was experiencing water hammer after I flushed my toilets at home. It's a irritating problem where you hear repeated knocking in your pipes while water is flowing to refill the toilet. Tombstone quickly answered my request for a quote and was able to correctly diagnose what the problem was. They were even able to fix the issue for me the very next day - and at a reasonable price!

Tombstone Sewer and Drain are THE WORST! I had standing water under my kitchen sink and a clog. I had 5 different visits over three different days and they replaced a faucet that wasn't authorized, they removed an air flow filter and capped it, stating it wasn't necessary, they ran snakes 4 different times. When each snake failed, the technician stated that his wasn't working properly, so I had to wait for another one to come. Then, his didn't work either. Two weeks later (leaving me with no access to my garbage disposal), the technician returned with his personal snake that he had constructed. The coil had a kink in it, and then recoiled as the technician used it on my wood floors. Ultimately, the clog still wasn't fixed and my wood floors were scratched up. He called back a couple days later stating he had an operational snake at that time, but I had already contacted my warranty company and asked that a new plumbing company be assigned, so I declined their appointment. The new plumber at Team Plumbing fixed the issue in under an hour, took the time to make a report on speaker phone about what he had to re-do to fix the issues Tombstone had done incorrectly, and left my plumbing in better shape than it has ever been in. Bonnie (the owner) has been rude, inconsiderate, and uncooperative. I have requested a formal complaint be filed with my warranty company and am still awaiting some assistance with the damage done to my floors. DO NOT USE TOMBSTONE!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEAM PLUMBING and will use them for all my needs moving forward!

Tombstone Sewer & Drain did such a great job!!! They just completed our pretty huge sewer fix on our house we were selling in Colorado. The street and sidewalk ended up needing to be torn out, city permits and traffic control, etc., and it all seemed to run smoothly on our end, which is exactly what you want from a company.
Bonnie was so great at communicating with me through text and calls, she made it seem like a friend was helping us out with our sewer! :)
Thank you guys so much for all your hard work in the snow and rain.

As a friend of Bonnie's, I'd like to testify to her honesty and integrity in the business she has chosen to make her life's work. It's difficult to keep in touch with this young lady because she is so busy serving her customers in this relatively thankless business. Not all the time, but many times the first time a customer utilizes her services that customer is not in the best of moods and Bonnie drops anything she needs to drop to serve and service that emergency ASAP. As Springsteen sang at one time, She's the One.

2500 people a DAY are dying from this COVID crap and Sydney shows up at my door with no mask, no gloves and no PPE. When I did mention the mask he got one that looked well worn. I'll be talking to my home warranty provider about their choice of plumbers. Over all a very non-professional appearance and showed up in an unmarked van. Not a very good first impression at all.

Although the work was completed to our expectations, I am giving three stars because; the quote was slightly delayed, there were cost overruns (double what was quoted), scrap materials were left behind for us to dispose of, cigarette butts were left in our walkway, and the tech was late (he did call to say he would be late).

Pros: they responded promptly via Yelp and did come out to see us right away.
