Dwayne is a lifesaver! He came out quickly and got the job done quietly and efficiently, no mess left behind. He even threw out the object my 4 year old tried to flush down the toilet; he didn't leave it behind for me to do. He told me the price beforehand and warned that if he has to remove the toilet, the price would be more. Thankfully he didn't have to do that. Would definitely recommend Drain Plumber!

I have used 1st Class Plumbing several times. First time was to fix what another plumber supposedly fixed (a running toilet) . The second time he installed a laundry sink. The most recent time he removed my previous sink in my kitchen and installed a new sink and faucet. Scott has always been prompt, informative and his prices have always been reasonable . I highly recommend 1st Class Plumbing.  It is a great local business !

We were very nervous when our septic alarm went off, we called Agent Drain. We were so impressed with his work and his honesty. He came out right away and did the job in a very efficient manner. He also provided us with some good tips for the septic system, over the phone when we initially called him.  We would definitely refer him to anyone who has a septic problem. Also, he  is reliable which can be hard to find in the mountains!!

I hired Isaiah to install a level 2 charger in my garage.  He was quick to get out to my house to give me the most competitive quote.  When I asked him to come on Saturday he was very accommodating and came Saturday morning.  He has the outlet installed in less than 2 hours and he cleaned up afterward. Paid them about $12,000 to replace a boiler in our home.  7 months after it failed inspection by the city, they still haven't fixed it. They don't return calls and when they do respond to emails, they claim they are too busy and keep pushing the time to fix it out further. They will be the first to take the money for a project but after they have money in hand, don't expect much. In my basement, where they vented the boiler, it looks like they just used a big hammer to knock a hole to the outside and fed a vent pipe out. There are huge gaps all around the pipe.

I was actually referred here by Lowes. Why they have what nobody else does is beyond me, but they do. Very knowledgeable and helpful, a must for those in need of something or other.

Seems like a 1 man operation, hence some of the complaints from others about speed. That said, he got the job done faster than waiting for mail-order.

I needed some repairs under my kitchen sink.  Tom Romano (a former employee of CW's who has just bought the company as it's prior owner retired) was responsive, efficient, and professional in doing the repairs.

Our pipes needed to be snaked. I called Roto-Rooter and left a voicemail. I got a call back shortly, and the nice lady was able to get a plumber out same day (on a Saturday - at no additional charge). There was a $88 special on pipe cleaning - bonus! Our plumber was Calvin, and he was fabulous. We would highly recommend them.
