Nino came within 2 hours after I called. He is pretty expensive. He charges $99 service fee and $225 for a none programmable AC thermostat, $279 for a programmable one. Retail only sells for $25.

He said $99 service fee includes labor charge when I called, but it's not at the end. It doesn't make any sense and I felt I was ripped off. No wonder he is not busy :(

Don from discount plumbing was not able to help me but pointed me into the right direction he seems like a very honest businessman. I would have no problem doing business with him.

The company was fast and responsive to my needs.  I was able to install the Toto Toilet which would have been extremely difficult since I needed to move the water pipe.  I was able to finish the project afterwards and turned out great.

Val is a great guy who you can rely on. He is very responsive and has helped me urgently clear drains on 2 separate occasions. His prices are reasonable and has great communication. Would definitely recommend him if you need a plumber!

Joes guy Adrian did a fantastic job. I traveled from outta town and Adrian was already at my house. He opened the pipe in my 1940 house and gave me the 25.00 coupon discount. 94 bucks on the bill total! !!!

Rigo and Jason did a great job installing our tankless water heater. They were on time, tidy and friendly. They also completed the job relatively quickly and the system works great. We shopped for a few quotes from reputable companies and Water Heater Masters was a competitive rate for great service and a quality unit. Thanks Rigo and Jason!

This is a great plumber to do business with.  I called him with the issue, he asked me to send pictures and suggested some fixes.  The fixed did not work and that's probably because my disposal is who knows how old.  He promptly gave me a price to come out the same day and replace with a new disposal.  We upgraded my disposal and he was in and out in about 45 minutes.  Super nice guy that is willing to serve his customers well.  I am happy I decided to go with this company, I will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

They came out for service as they said they would. In fact a bit earlier.  They made quick work of a cartridge that had to be replaced in the shower.  Very professional and quality work.  I would recommend Mr. Ed's for your plumbing needs.

I don't know where to begin.  I called Carlos one day to get an estimate on a cabinet repair.  He was like the fourth call I had made trying to get this cabinet repaired.  He came and assured me he could do the job as well as three other projects.  I had my doubts but he delivered on everything he promised as well as stayed around and helped his wife Rosie do an outstanding cleaning job on my house.  They are a great team!  While helping her I ran into two additional jobs and he jumped in and did them.  I have since hired Carlos for a problem my daughter had in her apartment.  He always delivers. I highly recommend Carlos and Rosie.  They are the best!

Thought I'll give this company a try after seeing all the positive reviews on Yelp, but after wasting two days on scheduling for service repairs on my parent's water heater I should have just looked elsewhere from the beginning.  First day, I called and spoke with Gene at the office to schedule me in for the repairs.  He went over their service fee of $99.50, 100% guarantee, polices, and said he'll call me as soon as somebody was available to come out.  Never got a call and I followed up the next day with Michelle.  She did not see that I was scheduled at all, but did recall hearing Gene talk to me.  She had no explanation what had happened, but rescheduled me in for the day.  I decided to give them another chance...  Mid afternoon, I received a call from Gene, but didn't get to the phone in time, however I called right back.  Literally it was less than a minute after the miss call.  He answers and said that unfortunately he had sent the technician already to another job because I missed his call.  I don't understand how that was even possible when he was leaving me a voice mail at the same time I was calling him back since I could hear my incoming call beeping in the voicemail when I was listening to it afterwards.  Talking to him on the phone he proceeded to ask what was the make and model of my water heater.  At the time I did not know as I was calling for my parents.  He then informs me that they do not do repairs for all models since they are only contracted to buy parts for certain ones.  WHY weren't I informed of this from the beginning??  After being told they possibly would not be able to come out for another day... I was done with this company.  It became apparent to me that they didn't want to waste their time on a customer that they may not be able to make money off due to a unit they might not be able service.  If you're looking for honest and great customer service, then steer clear of Knights Plumbing.

Excellent service! They installed water heater for us two weeks ago. They sent Anthony twice to the home when we had questions after the installation. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! We will definitely use them in the future.

Gino was fantastic and didn't even charge me for a minor fix to my backyard door! He was very friendly, respectful and was punctual. He stayed in communication with me and was considerate of my time. Gino will definitely be on my #1 go-to list for any future work I need done around the house. Thorough and honest work--done in less than an hour. Great job to Gino and thank you soooooo much! My hot water heater was overflowing and I needed a replacement.  Mohammed gets 5 stars for his professionalism, honest, and timeliness. He had all of the parts to install my water heater to meet the current codes.  He was didn't sell me anything that I didn't need.  He was extremely efficient with the install.  I'm super happy to receive this type of service and will definitely call Mohammed when I need additional plumbing assistance.  Very highly recommend!

Colin was on time and on cost. The company is great at communicating with the customer and he took the time to run me thru all the scenarios to fix the issues with our pool. He was able to repair our issues in a few hours. The fix looks better than the original!  Really appreciate his hard work and rapid response. Would recommend to anyone needing leak detection and repairs. Colin was COVID aware and followed all the proper protocols when at my location.

If I could give them zero Stars I would.  We called them yesterday at approximately 4 p.m. for service and they said that it would be between 5 and 7 p.m. they would be here. The guy was 45 minutes late. When he showed up he said he couldn't do anything and would be back in the morning between 7 and 8am. He was late again and didn't show up until 8:45 a.m. when he was here he snaked our drain and didn't even check it before he left. 20 minutes after he left it was backing up again. I called the service number again and the lady said that they would have to send another guy out and charge us an additional $175. We had just paid $175, 30 minutes before that. She was very rude. When the guy left he said there was a 30-day warranty and it had been 30 minutes. We also tried to call the manager twice today and the manager was supposed to be there but wasn't there or something. We have no running water or toilet. Thanks for the shady job.

They showed up on time, wearing masks and ready to work.  They explained everything, made sure I knew how everything worked and they did clean and efficient work. I will definitely call them again for my next job.
