Nino is an awesome man!!! He is very helpful and informative. He fixed my heater... PGE may have diagnosed it, but like everyone said PGE was WRONG!!! Nino is the best couldn't have asked for a better person to fix my heater.. Yes his price is very fair. If I ever have another problem heating, air, or plumbing I WILL be calling Nino....

I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Absolutely zero hassle! Whole house flooded from the water heater. Contacted numerous plumbers with bids twice as much. They came out to pressure sell.
He gave us a quote over yelp! Sooooo refreshing! Costumer for life! Thank you Jeff!

I don't post a lot of reviews, but I had to this time. I received unbelievable service from this company this past Saturday. I came home around 4pm to a leaking water heater. I searched around and found the great reviews for Water Heater Masters and called them and left a message at 4:07pm, thinking I probably wouldn't hear from them until Monday and would have to go the rest of the weekend without hot water. Wrong, Alex called back within 10 minutes and said he could have an installer there between 5 and 6pm. Even better, Jorge showed up before 5pm and had the old water heater and the new one installed before 6! Unbelievable! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Water Heater Masters!

My hubby got home late from a 15 hour day. I hit him with the drains are clogged. He was so exhausted he just said call someone. We picked the perfect man to call. Luis immediately responded. Gave a competitive price and said he'd be there first thing in the morning. He arrived on time. Explained what he would do and fixed the problem in a short time. Provided a 30 day guarantee. He was professional and kind. I highly recommend!!!!

We had a water leak under our house, which was diagnosed to be sewage by plumber sent by home warranty company. We had to hire (our own expense) someone to pump out the water and sanitize. The plumber returned and decided the leak was under the kitchen - he said pipe had not been installed to connect washer, kitchen sink and dishwasher to sewer and water was just leaking out under the house. We've been here more than 10 years and this is just now a problem? Home warranty said missing parts meant the repair wouldn't be covered (and original plumber wanted to charge us A LOT), but they could get us a second opinion with an in-network plumber in another 7 days. Finally decided to call Mr. Ed's to ask for a diagnosis and estimate for repair. Technician (Alfred?) came the next morning and showed pics of BROKEN pipe, and quoted us less than 35% of what the other plumber wanted. It took him less than 3 hours, start to finish, and he showed me videos - with sound - of the new pipe with water was flowing as it should. I was so thrilled to get it done that I bypassed our home warranty altogether, as I didn't want even more delay for the review and approval process there. So our leakage dilemma of more than 2 weeks will officially be over once the pipe glue cures overnight and we can get back to our normal lives. Thank you so much, Big Ed's Plumbing (and especially Alfred) - you are my heroes!

Let me start off with, Carlos is my go to handyman from now on!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!
From the moment Carlos came over to take a look at the work for the bid/estimate to the moment he was leaving after the job he was professional.
I needed a couple of projects inside the home to be done. There was an old fireplace that had a corner of the second living room for itself. The fireplace corner had a tile stand that was built on the floor and tile on the wall around it. Personally, it took a good part of the second living room and had to go. And there was an unnecessary door in the back bedroom that was letting in heat. The back bedroom door leading to the backyard made no sense to me. It was an extra door that allowed anyone inside of the house, letting in heat and unnecessary. I put a request on Yelp actually, had a few other handymen give me a bid/estimate and Carlos got the job!
The day I scheduled Carlos to come have a look at the job I wasn't home. I told him that I wouldn't be home but that my husband and mother-in-law would be and to please pass on the information then. I wanted to let him know the situation and not surprise him. My husband and mother-in-law were very impressed with him and did not spare any details of the interaction they had with him when I got home from work. They said that Carlos was a very nice down-to-earth person that was reasonable. My mother-in-law said Carlos was very fair in the big/estimate and that he found ways to save money on the job without cutting corners (my father-in-law was a jack of all trades and did handyman/construction work a lot). If some of the work didn't have to be done but still met code and pricing then it would be an option. Carlos would give you the option of which route you wanted. My mother-in-law told me that Carlos would be the handyman we should go with. Not only based on his interaction with her but also the interactions she has had with the other handymen that gave bids/estimates for the same project.
After hearing the experience my husband and mother-in-law had with Carlos, I was sold. I told him that night that I would like him to have the job and to let me know his availability. He was quick with a response and we scheduled a few days later.
The two projects that Carlos completed was done with so much care and professionalism. The unnecessary door in the bedroom that was removed and made into a wall and the unwanted fireplace in the second living room. After taking the job and starting the process Carlos had noticed that the area surrounding the fireplace wasn't the material he originally thought. He said that if he had noticed it was actual tile and not linoleum like he thought, his bid would have been more. However, since the mistake was his and no one else's, he took the loss and kept his price and bid the same! You have no idea what a relief that was to hear that. It seems like these days when I receive an offer or bid, even after the work has been accepted and the bid or offer has been confirmed, the person I offered the job to would change the price. It is very frustrating. However, not with Carlos! Anywho, the door was removed and a wall was built and the old fashioned fireplace in the second living room was removed. Carlos and his assistant both did such a great job! Also, the cherry on top was when Carlos took the dead bolt lock and door knob from the unnecessary door that was removed from the bedroom and put it on the front door screen of the house since there wasn't any to begin with.
As I originally said, Carlos is my go to handyman from now on! You wont be disappointed with his work or him! He's a very down to earth honest guy that is professional and does great work! I will be referring to him for many of my home projects!
Thank you!

Quick to respond and the techs explains what needs to be done. The quotes are pretty pricey and the invoices lack transparency. No repeat business from me.

A client of mine had a plumbing leak that a previous plumber couldn't find. It part he didn't turn the water on but that's whole different story. JS showed up with in a 1.5 hr had found two leaks within minutes of being there. His price was very reasonable. My clients ended up having the insurance company pay to have it done with another plumbing company unfortunately. As a Realtor it's hard finding people like JS. I'll definitely be calling him back.

Freitas Plumbing did a complete re-pipe for our older home, a new water heater and other things. Guy was fantastic! He recommended some small additions which have greatly improved our house and yard (an extra outdoor spigot, setup for a utility sink in the garage). They completed the work as scheduled and did an excellent job. My husband is familiar with plumbing and construction and said everything was top quality.

I was out if town when my ex-wife's front yard faucet broke off at the old threads and water was blasting out. She managed to shut the main water valve off. I was notified and put out a couple yelp calls to handymen in the Stockton area. Gino answered the phone and responded to her location within 30 minutes. The whole job was done quickly, professionally and priced right for her budget. Thanks Gino. (And Thanks to Gino's dad, who tagged along, for his Military Service.) PS. I'm sure she will call you when she wants the other repairs that you all talked about completing later in the Spring.

Yesterday, I met with Al at the home, and showed him the curious issue we had with the hot water. When the water would come out of the tap, it would start out strong, and then diminish. What the heck could be causing that? Well Al has seen it all; he is a true pro who has been doing this for a long time, and doing it well.
He diagnosed the likely cause as being related to the valves/taps/nipples on top of the water heater. He said 'I think it's 70% likely that they are the cause of your hot water problem.' Well, he got to work, and more like 100% sure; he was spot on.
I was extremely impressed.
Here is what I will say about Superdrain.
1) accurate, honest appraisal of your issue
2) the ability to get to work and get it DONE
3) fair pricing and an EXCELLENT result
I would hire these guys again in an instant.

Colin is wonderful! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He is easy-going, explains what he's doing, keeps in touch with updates, and even fixed my leaky waterhose pipe before he left. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. Plumbing and leak repair is a hassle and not cheap, but if you want excellent service, this is your guy!
