Jacob came on-time to our appointment for repairing shower faucet. He brought his tools and promptly removed the stuck cartridge and replaced with a new one. Also tested out the water flow before he leaves. Very trustworthy person!

Jacob did an excellent job working with me on removing mold from my house. He responded very quickly, on a weekend and within an hour of my request. Other mold removal companies would just ignore me or not give me a quote. Jacob was the best. He walked me through every step of the process and was very transparent with his pricing. He also sent me pictures of all of his work along the way.

I was skeptical about choosing this company for my repairs at first because there were no reviews. After  Jacob reassured us that he could get the job done, we decided to give him a try.I  had plumbing issues, my sink was cracked and needed to be replaced. No one else could guarantee me that they would not couse damage to my counter top because the sink was glued and hard to remove. Jacob took his time without causing damage. He fix the hole on my wall and my squeaky step, and replaced 2 toilets. His partner Edward the plumber was also great. I  really appreciate all what you guys did for us  Jacob,I will definitely use you two in the future .

Working with Jacob was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We had a roof leak during the crazy CA storms the past month and Jacob was quick to respond to my inquiry and flexible with scheduling a complimentary in home inspection (while other companies charged $250+ for a consultation.) My husband and I were impressed with how much knowledge he has for his craft and appreciated that he explained to us, step by step, what he planned to do to fix the leak / restore the wood and walls / repair the roof etc. We were immensely grateful for his transparency throughout the process and felt reassured that we would be taken care of. His pricing is fair and competitive and while we got similar quotes with other companies, Jacob was 100x more trustworthy and knowledgable. He came on time everyday that he was scheduled to work, was clear with all of his communication, cleaned up after himself (dusted, mopped, vacuumed etc.) and took all the necessary steps to ensure that he left our home in the best condition possible. THAT was greatly appreciated. Jacob's an all around great guy to work with. Super respectful of our space and clear with his process from beginning to end. We'll be recommending him to anyone who needs restoration services and he's got a customer for life in us.

Our house was hit hard by hurricane  Ian and Master Recovery Restoration came  in and quickly tested the home for water damage.  They removed our damaged ceilings, walls, and the insulation that had begun to breed mold and took care of the problem by treating everything for mold, dried the house with powerful heaters,blowers and dehumidifiers.  Their price was much less than others as well.  We could not be more pleased with the work done by Jacob and his sons.  They are very honest and hard working.  Don't  hesistate to hire these men you will be glad you did.

Did a great job and did for lesser than quoted because it was a simpler fix than originally anticipated. Does not upsell unnecessarily.
