Thank you for taking the time to read and learn a little about what we here at Hero Plumbing are about. We are a family owned plumbing company servicing most of the inland empire and parts of Orange County. We are very customer service oriented, so we understand that hiring a plumbing company for your problem can be stressful. Our company strives in making an amazing impression if allowed in any home and knowing that we will not only take care of a new customer but also earn a new customer for life is what we aim for on every job. That is why we always put you as the customer first. We are aware that with out our customers we would not be in business. There for we treat all of our customers with respect, we treat all of our customers like family. ( like the ones we like) lol We also give affordable/ reasonable prices, as well give options. How to start! I had family over and my kitchen drain clogged. Luckily, I called a friend who had used this company! And boy did they rave on about this company! So, obviously I called. Within 90 minutes I had a courteous and knowledgeable technician at my doorstep ready to get to work. Come to find out there was a lot of sludge build up in my line. He cleaned the drain, and had my sink running in no time. After a camera inspection we concluded that it was in desperate need of repair. So he gave me an awesome quote and came to work the following day. They kept their entire work space absolutely clean! My wife was so grateful they actually left it cleaner than what I had it! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much guys for all your hard work!!!

Clogged drain during the Super Bowl. Ernesto came right away. By the questions he asked he knew exactly what had happened  and where the main was. He got it fixed. I would recommend Hero Plumbing.

We ended up having a clogged toilet that was backing up into our bathtub. This of course happened at 10:30pm.  We called Hero Plumbing and they came out within a half hour. They were amazingly fast and very friendly. We will definitely be using them as our regular plumber from now on.  Thank you!!!

We had an emergency due to our water heater leaking and called Hero Plumbing, Ernesto answered and said he could come over within 3 hours he showed up saw what the problem was and told us what needed to be done. He even drove to pick up the new water we needed came in and installed it same day( all of this was happening at 5-6pm which was great for him to be taking care of this late in the afternoon) cleaned up really well were the install took place and made sure we were satisfied. Really good service from him would recommend to anybody that ask.

I found a leak in my home and called hero plumbing. He was at my house within 20 minutes. He found the leak and was able to reroute the plumbing within a timely manner. I would recommend hero plumbing if you're having any plumbing issues!

Hired to fix broken pipe that only lasted a couple of years.   Called to have him fix the same issue and he increased his charges to almost 4x or 400% his initial charge which i thought would be a little lower than his initial charge since it his unreliable workmanship that caused the current issue.   Quality of work would be 3 of 10.   Beware Neighbors!!!

Called Ernesto and he was able to come over very quickly. I told him about our situation and he was able to recommend the best course of action for the least amount of money. He walked me through every step he took in assessing the problem and had a number of recommendations. He cleared our drain and we didn't have to resort to hydro jetting like I thought we had to do. The most professional and over the top customer service I've ever experienced. I cannot recommend Hero Plumbing enough for anything plumbing related. As long as we're in the San Jacinto/Hemet area, Hero Plumbing will be our go-to for plumbing services.

I needed two valves replaced on my garage utility sink ASAP, as we are having our kitchen remodeled and needed this sink. I sent out a request for quotes, Hero Plumbing was the second company to respond. I liked that they are close. I've used another local plumber but won't use them again due to poor customer service.

After agreeing to the quoted price the plumber showed up very promptly, and after showing him where and what needed to be done he got to work. About an hour later he was done! So happy to have this ready before our demo on the kitchen.

Reliable, prompt and quality work. I recommend this company and will use for any future plumbing needs.

Ernesto was extremely fair and he took the time to explain everything to me beforehand. He was reasonably priced and was even willing to allow me to purchase the water heater myself (w/no markup). This guy tried to massively overcharge and my friend (who's a journeyman plumber in a well known plumbing company in LA) told me what to ask so I don't get overcharged. And sure enough his prices floated up to the surface like a turd in a swimming pool and he got agitated but tried to play it off as if I wouldn't notice. After he said that he couldn't help me, I wasn't going to respond back and I guess what I told him was festering in his brain and he had to say something back which was completely unprofessional.

And also, was on the phone with my friend after the conversation and threatened to meet up and fight my friend at the Hemet Mall. Everyone please read this review, I urge you. DO NOT get swindled by this guy. Everyone else that has reviewed him on here, already got cheated, it's too late for them. But not for you, reading this right now.

He charges triple the price for work. Imagine how many have been cheated by him, elderly and young alike. Go with someone else please. If anything, find out his prices on what you need, then divide that price by more than half and that'll be what you should actually pay.

This review is long overdue! We closed escrow on a remodeled mid century home and of course right after we close, after all home inspection repairs were completed, boom our hot water heater dies... Hero plumbing definitely saved the day for us after we had been waiting multiple days, showering in cold water, for our appointment with another home warranty plumber. I decided to call Hero and they transferred the job to them and handled that with the home warranty company and were out within an hour. Hero responded quickly, assessed the job in the evening and even picked up the water heater I had delivered that was the incorrect size and and met me at Lowe's to help me exchange it for a correctly sized unit, and get the parts needed to install it that night. A few hours later, well into the night, with some pretty decent modifications that he needed to make complete, we were back in business with hot water!
This company is top notch. Our repair is 4 months in and working beautifully. We will definitely be using Hero Plumbing for all of of plumbing needs

This is the first time we have used Hero Plumbing. We had a leak in the garage, and the shower in the master bathroom.
Ernesto was was courteous, efficient, and really hustled. It was easy to see that he was not trying to do unnecessary work, or extend the time to charge more.

Ernesto was prompt and informative. He was personable and professional. We have had a clog which we thought was happen in one of the pipes in the house. I needed a line cleared quick on a Sunday and Ernesto responded right away came out to the house and cleared the line quickly for a temporary fix and later came out to hydro jet for a longer term fix. I highly recommend Ernesto and Hero Plumbing.

Ernesto went above and beyond fixing my plumbing issue.  My builder simply glued a lot of our pipe systems so he rebuilt the entire pipe configuration and even added parts to make the system more accessible for snaking/water jetting without having to take the entire system apart. He thoroughly tested the the system to ensure there were no leaks and all was properly draining.  Even snaked the system a second time.  He was happy to explain each step and provide tips to prevent further issues.

Would def use Hero Plumbing again for future plumbing projects.

After discovering what ended up being a slab leak, Ernesto was at my home less than 20 minutes after initially calling him. He immediately got to work, discovered the source of the leak, stopped it and went out of his way to help us with everything. He adjusted his schedule to fix our issue. What I liked the most is the fast response time. I did everything through! Sent pictures, got a price, and a scheduled time all within minutes. Ernesto treated my issue as an emergency and handled everything quickly. Ernesto and Omar were friendly and I believe the price was fair. Resolved my issue which was a broken pipe within an hour. Highly recommended!

I called this company because of the location, San Jacinto, to my house...They didn't have lots of reviews but after I check the comments which were all great, I noticed 27 more comments that Yelp filed as not recommended.... Yelp does that to filter comments which in turn doesn't help the company because they should of had 32 five star ratings...I started reading those and everybody loved the customer service from a guy named Ernesto...I called and asked for Ernesto, he was the one that answered the phone and explained my problem and said he will be out later tonight to give me an estimate...I love that part because most places charge a service fee just to go out there...He crawled under the house, recorded a video, showed me the leak and came up with a very fair price....Everyone was right, Ernesto is one of the best customer friendly and helpful plumbers i have ever run into...Highly recommend this small local company...We need to help out the little small guys...Good job Hero

Hero plumbing definitely lived up to its name! Imagine this. Saturday night. Holiday weekend. Toilet overflows and won't stop flowing at 11 o'clock at night! I thought my whole house is going to be flooded and that I was going to be screwed. I threw out a Hail Mary yelp message and Ernesto got back to me, thank God! He was here within an hour, diagnosed the problem, solved it quickly, and was on his way! His rates were super reasonable and he is a super nice guy! We were having trouble with replacing a leaky outdoor faucet. This review is very tardy, so my apologies to Ernesto for that. I had 4 plumbers come out to my home to assess a potential plumbing problem. Two plumbers told me that I had broken plumbing pipes and quoted me almost $20K to fix them. Two (including Ernesto) told me that I did not and also gave me excellent advice about handling potential plumbing problems... and some plumbers. Ernesto came out to my home three times. In the end, I chose him to install my new toilet, which flushed just fine and showed once and for all that there was no plumbing problem that needed to be fixed for $20K. While he was here working on the installation, we engaged in some great conversation about business ethics. Ernesto is probably one of the most honest and ethical private business owners I have met. He puts the customer first and foremost. If you use his services, I can guarantee you that you will be dealing with a super honest and caring person who will charge you a very fair price. If I ever have any plumbing-related problems or repairs that need to be attended to, he will be the first person I call. Thanks Ernesto! I highly recommended Hero plumbing to anyone. I have contacted them on two different occasions. The first time, Ernesto addressed my concerns over the phone and reassured me it was not an issue. Other companies i contacted said they would come out for a diagnosis for a fee!  I knew this is a honest company, so I contacted them again for a possible broken pipe. Ernesto came to our house and checked without a diagnostic fee and let us know the condensation pipe was the issue. He didn't charge us anything. I don't wish for any plumbing issue, but I know I will definitely call Hero plumping if issue arises!  Thank you again for all your help!

Hello,

I generally never leave reviews but this time I decided to share that this company was able to assist with all my water heater needs and issues. Water heater started leaking at 10pm at night with a newborn and toddler I didn't know what to do. I messaged Hero Plumbing and Ernesto was here the next morning. Unfortunately we were unable to fix the water heater but we replaced it and everything was done in a timely manner. The whole job was done by 2pm. Ernesto honesty and great customer service was superior. Highly recommend and will be calling back for all my plumbing needs.

We noticed there was water in our office. We had no idea how it was happening and we noticed on a Saturday when everyone was closed. Hero plumbing is the perfect name for them because they came out within thirty minutes and really helped us through the crisis. They handled the problem and gave us information on the next step. This is the first time it ever happened to us so we had no idea. We had a leak from our water heater so Ernesto helped right away. As we continued into escrow Ernesto and his brother Omar were always there ready to help us whenever we needed. Called for a clogged drain, got price of $200.00 with camera view of drain line and snake to clear clog. Came in 90min and cleared clogged line. It was goo to see inside my line to why it keeps clogging over the years.  Hero was fast to answer , show up and get the job done. Ernesto did a great job. I would recommend .

WOW and thank you so much Ernesto and Daniel for coming to the rescue! My mom's mobile home had some clogged drains, so after a lot of prayers and some Yelp research I came across Hero plumbing and with so many 5 star reviews I called them. It just happened to be that they were by my mom's house and  they were there within 15 to 20 minutes. They fixed the problem right away and the price was great! I haven't come across this level of professional service in a long time. They really deserve all the stars.

I was given one very expensive option/quote thru my home insurance's contracting company for a plumbing issue I was experiencing. So I decided to get a second opinion and found Hero Plumbing via Yelp. Ernesto was very helpful over the phone and because of the urgency I had, he scheduled me same day and came over right away to inspect the plumbing issue. He walk me thru the entire process and gave me some options to consider. I'm very satisfied with the work, knowledge and professionalism I experienced with Hero Plumbing. We had a problem with our water pressure being TOO high and it was making high pitched noises every time we turned it on. They quickly identified the issue as being a broken pressure regulator and swapped it out quickly with no issues. No more high pitched noise, so that solved our problem. Thanks!

Hero plumbing came out and did the job I needed done after being turned down by other plumbers. For it to be a small family owned business, they got the job done. We had a busted pipe 3-4 feet underground. Ernesto loaned us the proper equipment to break the concrete, and informed us of everything that he did to repair the issue. Not only did he get the issue resolved, but he repaired a pipe that was not allowing my washers water to drain at no extra charge. He snaked all my pipes and included a hydro jet cleaning. Overall we are very content and happy with the outcome and appreciate all the help hero plumbing provided us with. Great prices, great customer service!!!!!

Tried to install my own sink bowls in hopes of saving money. Ended up spending a lot of money and my sinks still leaked. Someday I'll learn my lesson and trust a professional.  Requested a quote late Sunday night and Ernesto immediately responded and scheduled an appointment the following day. He showed up, not on time, but actually early, which is unheard of and fixed my sinks in under an hour. No more leaks! Hero Plumbing and Ernesto are now on my speed dial.

Was very disappointed by the attitude of the owner !
Seemed to be impatient and short with the co owners of the property as well as the tenants . 11 units to redo the plumbing .
Maybe it was the heat or maybe too much work but I did not like my interaction with Hero .

We recently had Tropical Storm force rains in Palm Springs. I have 3 back patio drains were not draining. This had been the case a couple months back when we got only a little rain, and they drained slowly but they did drain. This time because of the heavy rain & my pool overflowing, the drains could not keep up with the water.

I called a company who came out to look at it. I was charged $750 and nothing was fixed.

Ernesto initially was not going to be able to help me as his equipment that we thought he needed was not available. After I had 3 companies say they could not help me, (total 5 plumbers) I called Ernesto back and spoke with him again. He said he would come out and have a look.

He discovered that the drains in my back patio had NEVER been hooked up to anything. There was a pipe that was simply hanging there waiting to be attached to the street drain. This was the case on each side of my home. This is a relatively new house, built in 2014 so I would not have expected this.

Ernesto was able to connect the drains that drained on the East side of my house (which was 1 of the 3 of them) to the pipe that leads to the street.

He came back the next day, to do the other side (my other 2 drains drained to the West side of my house). He could not locate a pipe leading to the street to connect the drains to.

I had some solar hearting put in for my pool, which caused digging and addl pipes, etc. to be put in on this side of the house (West) which may explain why the pipe was not easily located.

Since I am in the first year of living in my home, I am for now looking into what my recourse is. Once this is figured out, I wil have Ernesto back to also repair the West side of my home.

Ernesto is honest, forthright, dependable, on time & does what he says he will do and really really worked hard to accomplish the task at hand.

I had reported a gas smaell to the gas Co on Saturday and they came put and turned off my gas.  I called Hero Plumbing and Ernesto answered and said he could be to my house in 30 minutes.   He came exactly when he said.  He figured out the problem.  He explained his plan and started the gas line repair.  He had everything finished within hours.  So fast that I was able have the gas company come back the same day to turn my gas back on.  Ernesto was wonderful.   Hero Plumbing will be my go to from now on..THANK YOU

I contacted This company for a clogged sink. Other plumbers I called couldn't come out for several days. Ernesto said he could come out the same day! He gave me a timeframe and stuck to it. I thought I needed a water heater after waiting 2 day for another company I searched Yelp and found Hero Plumbing out of San Jacinto. So happy I did after! After messaging back and forth and sending video, he thought it might be a slab leak said he would come out and see if it was they were on time actually 10 minutes early. After looking around told me he didn't think it was a slab leak after all he found a small pipe that led from my water heater to the roof so he climbed up on the rook and found the problem. A small hole in the waterline to a swamp cooler that is not used because my house has solar. He put a new shut off valve for my water heater and disconnected the swap cooler, so that this never happens again. He is fair priced, diagnosed the problem and didn't try to over charge me for work I don't need. Ernesto and Daniel were very professional and just great.

I needed someone to replace my water heater and fix a leaky, outside faucet in a house I no longer reside and live 5 hours away.  I did my research on Yelp and took a shot on Hero Plumbing; Ernesto came through for me.  Without me being there, he came out to the house immediately to assess the project and gave me a reasonable estimate with full knowledge of the fact that I was trying to sell the property.
Ernesto finished the job in an afternoon; he even sent me before and after pics and suggested that the buyers have his phone number so that  if there are any problems, they can give him a call.

I don't usually write reviews, but I know how frustrating it can be to find good and reliable plumbers. I had been having trouble with the plumbing system in my kitchen, but I kept putting it off until one day it completely stopped working at the most inconvenient time possible. I had water all over the place; It was very frustrating.  After some online researching I decided to call Hero Plumbing. The service was excellent, prompt and fairly priced. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a plumber in the area. We needed a wired reconnected to our water heater valve and sent pictures to several other plumbers on Yelp and most wanted us to pay $80+ just to come out to diagnose our problem.  Some even told us that we would need a new valve over the phone, but not Ernesto.  This young man was able to diagnose our issue over the phone and said that it wouldn't take more than 3 minutes to reconnect the wire.  Ernesto showed up asap and fixed it in less than a minute and refused to take any $$, but we insisted.  He gets 5 stars not because he was willing to do it for free, but because:

1).  He was knowledgeable enough to diagnose our problem without charging us a fee to do so.  Ernesto knows his stuff!!

2.  He's honest and professional

Most businesses lack integrity and you can read the reviews for some of them and see this upfront.  Hands down Ernesto and his team are exceptional and we're thankful.

Last night my shower would not go off after a shower.  So we got a waterfall coming out of the wall.  I called Hero on my way to work and he needed pictures of the name brand and valve type.  I got those to him later in the day once someone at home was able to get them to me.   Amazingly, they came out that afternoon after I got off of work and he replaced the valve and some washers and got it to shut off.

Ernesto was our service man.  He did a wonderful job!   I am amazed they still did same day service even though I got info to him on my lunch break.  He also wave me good follow up info.  I highly recommend this company.  I will sleep tonight with no stress about a waterfall shower.

So I'm in the process of buying a home and needed some one to do a camera inspection in the drain lines and visual on some other stuff. Hero Plumbing to the rescue!
We needed a plumber to investigate an awful sewer smell, swap out a toilet and repair a second toilet among other things, but those were the big ticket items for the day in our new home. As I usually do for problems around the house I took to Nextdoor and Yelp. There was one plumber that I contacted who shall remain nameless, that came highly recommended on Nextdoor as the local go to plumber in our neighborhood and he said he was booked for the next TWO WEEKS and couldn't help. Now he's the last person we'd call for help. I then spoke with another, long time, family owned and operated, been helping Palms Springs families for over seventy years company and he said he would call back with their first available appointment...TWO days later I got a call back from him! My take away from those two experiences is that these companies get a few great reviews from Nextdoor and Yelp and get carried away with themselves. Now they're in my database as companies not to reach out to ever again. However, all was not lost in my efforts to find a reputable plumbing company that actually cares about what a customer is going through and made the effort to come to our home and change our circumstances for the better. Enter, Hero Plumbing, Inc. to the rescue! I reached out to them last Tuesday and they were at our home the next morning solving our problems. Which were no easy tasks. Ernesto and his right-hand man Omar were relentless and extremely professional while dealing with the tasks at hand and we are eternally grateful that they were. They never gave up when the usually routine job took a turn for the worst through no fault of their own. Where other companies would have pushed our problems to the next day, they showed up at 9am and stayed well into the evening until the complicated jobs were done and we were happy with the results.
I could go on about how great they were, but you get the gist of what I'm saying. So if you need a great problem solving plumbing company, you'd be doing yourself a favor by reaching out to Hero Plumbing and asking for Ernesto and Omar to come out and take care of your problems.

Ernesto is awesome! He is friendly, knowledge, and professional. He is very honest and gave me a few suggestions on how I should go about 2 out of the 3 problems I was having at my house. He snaked my clogged bathtub in like 5 mins and cleaned up the tub afterward. He also helped unscrew some of the bolts on my water heater for me to clean later. After he left, I went to clean my water heater because we have no hot water and the unit was stuck! I called Ernesto back and he said he would come back in 15mins to help me out. He actually helped me clean the unit and put it back together and made sure everything was okay before heading out. I would definitely recommend Hero Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I contacted Hero Plumbing after I discovered my bathroom flooded. Turns out a had a slab leak. Ernesto answered my call on a Sunday evening and was willing to come that night. However, i opted to wait for Monday morning and Ernesto arrived ahead of schedule. Although he had remove my bathroom vanity to get to the leak, he did so without damaging the vanity. Further, he was also able to work around my hardwood flooring minimizing any damage. His attention to detail, professionalism, and expertise was greatly appreciated. My shower head went from a small drip leak to a constant dripping. My husband replaced the shower head thinking that was the fix and the dripping became even more frequent. My husband began tearing apart the shower knob to adjust water temperature, turn on and off... I called Hero Plumbing multiple times. Each time our call was answered promptly and we were talked through how to get ourselves out of the problem that we were progressively making worse. He is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! I think this company may be focused on emergency calls - which, if that's what you're looking for, great. They told me that they don't schedule appointments ahead of time. So I waited, and then there were conflicts.

This is the first time I've ever written a review...but Ernesto so was nice, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me that I feel compelled to write a review with a positive recommendation.  

We're at the end stages of building a pool, and the contractor was acid washing and scrubbing the pebble tec finish just prior to filling the pool on a Friday.  The contractor pumped all the acid wash and loose pebble sediment out of the pool and (unbeknownst to us) into our sewer clean out.

We went about our business the rest of the day Friday, and woke up Saturday at 6:30 am to 3 bathrooms that had flooded with sewage after the sewer line got clogged from the pebble tec. Ask adding to the stress was that we have 2 young kids under 5, and wife was scheduled to be induced into labor the very next day.

After cleaning up the flooding, we started making calls around 8am on a Saturday morning for an emergency plumber.   Ernesto of Hero Plumbing was the first to answer.  He said he could be at the house by 10.

Ernesto show up at about 10:05, and apologized sincerely for being late.  Seriously?  I was impressed that he was within an hour of the promised time but to apologize for being 5 minutes late? Incredible!

He snaked the main sewer line to unclog the jam, and then ran a camera to conclusively determine there was pebble tec finish in the sewer line for as far as the eye can see.  

Ernesto strongly recommend we hydrojet the sewer line to get all the pebbles out.  While his company does that, his hydrojet truck was committed to other jobs for the rest of the day.

Ernesto went out of his way to call other companies who could come out and hydrojet our sewer that day, even though it meant his company would lose the business.

Ernesto charged the $68 as advertised on the website, with no upsale, and no weekend emergency rate.

It's not often you come across an honest contractor, especially when your back is against the wall, but I'm glad that I had the opportunity to meet Ernesto and I give him my highest recommendation to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

Ernesto did a fantastic job, from start to finish!!! He picked up the phone promptly and arrived within 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon. He snaked the drain and ran a camera to see what was causing the clog, which was very important for me since this is not my first clog. If the line clogs again I'll have him return to clean the line with hydro jetting. I have never encountered a plumber who had a camera to confirm what was in a clogged line.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced back in May, and Ernesto was very quick to respond with an estimate after getting some information on my plumbing and sink fixture. He was extremely professional from start to finish and definitely practiced COVID-19 precautionary measures (face mask, shoe covers, etc.). The sink install needed some modifying of the sink itself so the job took a little extra time but the final product came out great. Absolutely Amazing Experience!! There are not too many people I would say are more reliable than Hero Plumbing in the Riverside area!! We had an emergency in our business with a broken water line in front of our business and without a proper shut off we were in real trouble!! If I could give more starts I would!  
We have 5 family members staying with us, and 1 of the bathtubs decides to misbehave and clog and not drain.  Half a bath tub of water!!  Then 2 toilets decide to back-up!   I went to Yelp, found Hero plumbing with 5 stars, and local to me.  They responded to my Yelp inquiry within the advertised10 minutes! I explained and they quoted a price.  
Ernesto was the Technician that responded to my call.  Ernesto is very knowledgeable.  Given that my misbehaving plumbing was upstairs, nothing downstairs, Ernesto explained all the potential problems, but felt snaking the tub most likely would do the trick, and it DID!!!  I am so grateful yo Ernesto & Hero Plumbing.  They will be our 'go to plumbers and the one I will recommend.  Thank you Hero Plumbing & Thank you Ernesto!!

My tenants called me in a panic regarding a water leak at my property. Water was gushing out from below the baseboards in the kitchen and flooding the lower level of the house. To complicate the matter, some of the people in the house had recently tested covid-positive. Needless to say, I didn't think any plumbing company would be willing to help me, and most of the ones I called weren't. Not only was Ernesto with Hero Plumbing willing to take the job, but he did it the same day and for a very VERY reasonable price. This was no small job either. He had to cut through a large portion of dry wall to locate the leak and access the pipes. Since I live over an hour away from the property, I could not be physically present. Without my asking, Ernesto took it upon himself to record videos of the damage, the actual leak, and his repairs. He kept me posted every step of the way. Hero Plumbing, specifically Ernesto, prevented this complicated situation from becoming an absolute catastrophe. He even set me up with a water mitigation company to take care of the water cleanup, dry out, and construction repairs. I could not be happier with the outcome and will definitely call Hero Plumbing for any future plumbing issues I may have.

This guy is amazing! Within just a couple weeks of buying our house, the water heater began leaking (pouring) water out into our garage. We still have boxes there that we haven't even unpacked so this put us in panic mode. I reached out to at least 8 different plumbers immediately and he was the only one that was able to come out the same day to help us. On a Saturday no less! It was too late to buy a new unit yet, but he got the old one removed so we wouldn't have any more leaking and he returned first thing in the morning after buying the new water heater. He was fast, efficient, very honest, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him again and if I ever need a plumber again I know I will he reaching out to him as well.

Ernesto was prompt in communicating with me when I reached out, responding in just a matter of minutes. I let him know I needed a home inspected within the next 24 hours and he delivered.

He found time the next day and worked in the blistering heat to get us our inspection and quote. He let me watch on the camera as he scoped the various pipes in the house and was good to explain what I was seeing, any concerns, and details around what the next steps would be to fix any problem areas.

I felt confident with his findings and he even spotted an issue related to the city sewer line that could have resulted in a major issue, not just for us, but the houses around the area.

I will definitely be calling Hero Plumbing back and requesting Ernesto to make any of the fixes once our home closes.  He was courteous, professional, and fantastic about following-up with other thoughts and concerns via yelp messaging and text as necessary.

Ernesto has has come to my property twice and both times he was so professional and honest and even patient (lol) let me explain why.....on the 1st visit for a clogged toilet he had to go out 3 times because Tennant wasn't home. We needed someone to hook up our sink and install the garbage disposal. When I called Hero Plumbing Ernesto answered the call. Ernesto is professional and said he would come out for an estimate. He said he probably could be at our house at 3 pm but to be safe set it for 4 pm. He arrived early and assessed our needs.  He even offered to walk my husband through the install but being we are in the midst of remodeling we just wanted him to do it.
Ernesto do the work and ensured that there were no leaks before leaving. Very personable and reliable. He even even waited for us to return from Lowes because there was an issue with our faucet.
I recommend Hero Plumbing and would use their services again especially if they are all like Ernesto.

Reached out for a quote to have them come out and Hero Plumbing was the first to come back with a quote. During this time we are going through renovations and we set up a time for Saturday. Ernesto reached out to tell me our time has been cancelled when asked why he said because you didn't send your address I responded with I can send now totally forgot to send. He never sent me any reminders before then, again I was going through renovations and it slipped my mind, other professionals would have send a courtesy reminder and would have been on our way. Excellent service from Hero Plumbing. My water heater burst and my home warranty called Ernesto. He came out to check out the damage THAT NIGHT despite it being around 8-9pm. I appreciated the fact that he treated my situation like an emergency because I felt very helpless and didn't know what to do.

I have used Hero plumbing this year several times. These mid century homes are lovely but the plumbing is definitely aging. I have called on Ernesto several times and he has made himself available to address emergency situations. He has provided fair prices and good advice on what needs to be done. He has also provided inspections on homes I plan to purchase so I know where I stand with plumbing. Ernesto has been reliable and is excellent with communication. We all hate to deal with plumbing issues but having a reliable company available makes the worry a bit less.

We had two plumbers come to our Palm Springs home for a slow drain in one of our bathroom showers. Both companies didn't seem very interested in finding a solution. We are so pleased with Ernesto! We had an issue with our water heater late on Sunday night to where we were unable to use it until it was looked at. The next day being Memorial Day I was worried no one would be available to come look at it. Our kitchen drain was in need of some service. I tried my best with a drain snake that simply did not fix the problem.
I reached out to Hero, Ernesto responded with in minutes, and was at my house in less than an hour. He snaked the line, then proceeded to run the camera. At that point he determined we needed to hydro jet, after seeing the grease buildup on the screen I completely agreed.

Ernesto was very patient and explained everything every step of the way which was very reassuring. He snaked both toilets and then had to removed a toilet to put a camera through. He also took his time and was very thorough. He found a buried drain cleanout in the front yard, dug it out, and extended the cleanout above ground. Now I won't have to remove the toilet in the future if this issue happens again. Overall I couldn't be happier with the services provided, very professional thorough, and a great price!

Had a leaking water heater in my San Jacinto home. Called Ernesto in the evening and he went out that night to take a look and advise me on what was needed with a reasonable quote.  Ordered the materials but couldn't pick it up. Ernesto took care of me and picked it up and got it installed the correct way (the old one didn't have a drip pan and drain pipe).  Went above and beyond in my opinion and that's important to me. I found Ernesto's company here on Yelp. After reading the reviews I had him come over for a free estimate. He came back and worked on my bathroom just after the Labor day weekend. I had a clogged drain that he snaked and he noticed that my toilet water  shut off valve was frozen open. He replaced my old toilet and valve then fixed my showerhead. All of that took less than 4 hours including a trip to Pierce Plumbing store. He removed my old toilet, cleaned up after himself and was the nicest young man. I'm going to hire him to replace the waterline at my son's house next. I would recommend him to anyone needing an honest hardworking plumber.

This is my second time using Hero Plumbing.  I had an emergency early in the morning (5am) in which my tenant called me saying there was water in the their bedroom floor. Ernesto truly is a HERO. I called after 4:30 today for my mom and grandma because their hot water heater was not producing hot water. Ernesto arrived within an hour to inspect the water heater. He determined that the pilot light was out and relit it at NO CHARGE! He gave me the info to order the pilot light assembly myself in the event it goes out again. Thank you!

We recently had a big water heater leak. This brought mold on the drywall behind the water heater. In November I needed a garbage disposal replaced in a recently purchased condo because the one that was installed was rusted, didn't run, and the sink was very slow to drain. I requested a quote through Yelp and was walked through my options as far as far as providing a disposal or installing one I'd already bought. The quote I was offered was on of the lower ones I received from Yelp and he was very responsive and available quickly. The installation took a little longer than expected due to how badly rusted my drain was but he didn't charge me extra and made sure to double check everything ran correctly without any leaks. I always think it is worth hiring a professional for plumbing problems and even if it isn't the cheapest I think Hero Plumbing did a good job and was very professional. My experience with lowball quotes is that the work isn't up to par or they charge extra for anything they say comes up. I would definitely use this company again.

Looked these guys up on yelp and they were awesome. They were very competitive with the local plumbers but were able to come out same day for a garbage disposal swap.  Other places had a long wait or would send a guy for a quote one day and service on another. They got here fast and did the work perfectly. I love the optional sticker they added to the unit.  Now I can't forget who to call with any issues. I typically don't call plumbers, I like to save money like everyone else if I can and try the DIY method first. I had a clogged drain line that usually gets fixed with any product I use but this time it was a no win situation. After spending hours trying fluids and a snake, nothing seemed to work this time. So I yelled for Yelp! Mind you it was around 5pm and the Hero Plumber is a 24/7 service. I got a reasonable quote after explaining to Ernesto the problem, he showed up in about an hour. So Ernesto got to the root of the problem right away, literally there were roots blocking the pipes and was able to see it for myself through the camera Ernesto provided, very impressive high tech equipment and was even able to pin point the exact spot on the ground where the problem was. Overall Ernesto unclogged the drain, was punctual, thorough in explaining the problem and reasonable. He even gave me a 30 day warranty on his work on top of that! I also paid with credit which was nice in an emergency like this. I recommend this company because I didn't feel ripped off being I had an after hours emergency. Ernesto explained everything what needed to be done in detail, thanks again Ernesto!

I called Hero Plumbing on a Sunday do to an issue with our kitchen sink. Within 30 minutes Ernesto was at our home and resolved the problem in less than an hour. Ernesto was professional and and thorough. The cost was very reasonable and he gave us options after he showed us the video of our pipes. I felt confident in his recommendations and because of his approach he gained my trust. Often you are at the mercy of the person helping you and hope they are not ripping you off. Ernesto did a great jo for us. We had clog in the drain line which was backing up and flooding the bathroom. He came over immediately and cleared the line. He also took care of a leaky bathroom sink and was able to install a new water heater. He did all this in less than 24 hours. Ernesto came back twice after the job was done to inspect the work and answer any questions we had. I feel that we were lucky to find a plumber this responsive, courteous and conscientious. He is now our go to plumber.

Heros Plumbing is one of those diamond in the rough companies that delivers way beyond expectation. Ernestos work ethic is hard to find. He was responsive within minutes. His experienced troubleshooting led to a conclusion of roots going through a drain out that surved no purpose. It was 4 feet below ground covered over concrete. His excellent customer service and professional work ethic got the job done fast with no complaints in this vigorous San Jacinto heat.  He even broke down the drain issues in our house and even troubleshooted a potential leak for free. 10 out of 10 I would call heroes plumbing again!

All great working with Ernesto! Got a recommendation from my neighbor and good friend to call Hero Plumbing. First called him on Sunday morning and we set up a time on Monday for him to come by.  Called 15 mins before arriving and he took a look at our broken water heater and discovered that we just needed to fix the broken valve, all these other companies that came by said to get a new one that was gonna cost a whole lot, so Ernesto saved me a lot of money when it came to my water heater. Hero Plumbing has been responsive on the chats, but for some reason when I requested them to stop by in my second chat with them, they could not come. They didn't give a reason and I didn't ask. The first time was understandable as they had to go to another town at the time. Otherwise, they are responsive to my chats and were helpful about what shops or plumbing services to try.

I asked for help on drain cleaning in Desert Hot Springs. I gave a basic description of our problem at 10 PM. Ernesto was the first to answer ... in about five minutes. He gave us a reasonable and realistic quote, and was very responsive to my follow up questions. After reviewing the other responses, I gave him a call at 7:15 the next morning ... and I very glad I did. He was punctual, polite, and very helpful. We had a leaky kitchen sink at our rental property. Ernesto came out to the house and quoted the job for free. We got several other quotes, and Ernesto's didn't include upcharges that others quotes included. He was exacting as to what needed to be fixed. When he was out at the property to do the quote, he fixed the leak until he can come replace the faucet. He is pretty flexible and allowed us to purchase our own materials and only charged us for labor. After we ordered the faucet and valve, he came back out and installed a new faucet and new shut off valve. He was easy to communicate with and coordinated with our tenant. Ernesto from Hero Plumbing came out to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing. He snaked it and it still didn't work. So he recommended getting a new toilet. I bought one according to his dimensions. When he pulled the old toilet off he discovered that roots had grown into the toilet hole. It actually looked like a large piece of wood. He cleaned out the hole pulling the roots out then put down some root killer around the edges of the hole. He installed the new toilet and everything worked great. Very reasonable price.

I reached out to Hero Plumbing via messenger to get an estimate and trouble shoot a leak in my kitchen sink. Ernesto replied very quickly and was able to come to my residence within a few hours. I was very thankful as this is a rental property and I had guests coming in soon. Ernesto found the issue and it was actually not a plumbing leak but a caulking issue on faucet and we could repair easily to save money. I explained that I was in a rush to get it done and asked if he could do it for me. He was VERY helpful and not only caulked it for me but didn't charge to do it.  He also looked at a bathroom faucet that was loose and he tightened that as well. I had a dishwasher to be delivered and installed by Home Depot. They were unable to install due to a leaking valve. I immediately called a plumber and looked for one with good reviews. I called and spoke to Ernesto and he was able to fit me in the same day to replace the valve and install the dishwasher.  He arrived on time, but once he was here I asked him to put on a mask and even provided one for him. He looked at me and said ummm no. I told him I have a mask he said I touched it I offered him a new mask untouched and he said I dont do that its fine I'll wear the mask.  Once inside he addressed the issue and other things that were wrong and explained how to repair them. He even gave me an extra part for my garbage disposal. he was quick and very knowledgeable. When he was done I assumed he was going to install the dishwasher and he said he can't. I told him we agreed on that over the phone and he said I know but I have 2 more other jobs to go to. He explained to my dad how he can install the dishwasher how easy and quick it is. I mean the time he took to explain he probably could have installed it himself. When the invoice was written up my father who has very poor eyesight asked if he can read what he wrote and he looked at my dad like he was crazy and told him you read it himself and he'll let my dad know if hes right. In the end the valve was fixed no dishwasher installed and he charged me $25 less than what he quoted over the phone.
Im very happy and impressed with his work but It felt rushed, not completing a job promised over the phone.

The reason I ask the delivery guys, installers and anyone coming into my home to wear a mask is because my mother had a liver transplant and is immunocompromised. It's very important to keep my family safe and healthy and I assume anyone who works with the public entering people's home will have common courtesy and understanding. He did end up wearing the mask the entire time but I was thrown off by the attitude in the beginning.

Less than an hour after posting this review I was contacted by Ernesto who apologized for any misunderstanding and asked me how he can make it right. I have owned this house for 17 years and had many installers and handymen come by and I have never had anyone contact me the same day asking what they can do to make me happy. He insisted to come tonight to install the dishwasher. It was late and raining and I felt bad and let him know I already scheduled an install for later this week. He insisted and said customer service means everything to this company and he wanted to make things right. He was here within 30 minutes , put on a mask and went right to work. Let me tell you the job was not easy. It was a complicated install due to the cabinets but Ernesto stayed for 2 hours to make sure the job was done right.
I am extremely impressed with Ernesto following up with me. I was not expecting this job to be done tonight. This shows me how much he cares about his reputation, customer service and his clients. This was not just a job for Ernest, he took it very seriously, which says a lot about him as a plumber and business owner. I highly recommend Hero Plumbing and will definitely use them again. I was looking to get two new toilets installed and you would think that would be easy, well let me tell you , when you start calling around or go on Yelp , it is pretty crazy , if people contact you  they give you outrageous quotes and all kinds of reasons why it cost soooo much.Finally I found Hero Plumbing and Ernesto who gave me a good quote and was able to do the work without having to wait a week or two. I had a serious plumbing issue last night (too gross to describe).  Around 9 PM, I was scrambling to call 24/7 emergency services.  Two had no appointments until the next morning and two did no respond to phone call.  My daughter sent me the link to Hero Plumbing.  I called, the phone was answered and a plumber was dispatched with a specific arrival time provided.

Ernesto arrived a few minutes early and worked until 12:30 AM to resolved a clog in main line.  It was a bit of a complicated fix but he just kept working to resolve the issue.  The price quote for cleaning/snaking main line was $250.  This seemed a very fair price considering it was after typical business hours.

Hero Plumbing honored the price, explained the process and Ernesto had me watch camera video to demonstrate my main line was clear.

I called Hero for a slow sewer line to my septic tank. I called around 5:30pm and spoke with Ernesto and explained our problem. I asked if he serviced Sage area and he said yes we do. He was here in less than an hour to check it out. I was very impressed with him and his brother, very courteous and knowledgeable about our problem. He went right to work even as it was getting dark. They worked on it for over 1 1/2 hours. Job done and time to pay a very fair amount for the work and long drive to get here.
I will be using Hero when ever I need a plumbing job done.

I had a shower head installed by another company yesterday and it looked like it worked fine. When I turned on the water to use it this morning it was leaking from two spots that had the potential to ruin my walls from so much water,  I called Hero plumbing and they only had a late afternoon appointment available, but PM.  they called to let me know they could come earlier and were there by 2:00 PM. Ernesto and Oscar arrived and were something you don't find except rarely, professional, friendly and patient. The shower head was replaced quickly, tested several times and everything was restored to order.  If I see more plumbing problems I will call Hero Plumbing, no hesitation!

I was in need of a new hot water heater and Ernesto came to the rescue. We had a sewer line backup and Ernesto of Hero Plumbing was out to fix it in no time and at a very reasonable rate. His straightforward and honest approach was greatly appreciated. If I could give a 0 I would.  Just called today 3/16/22 and asked for help and all the gentleman did was give me ideas and the run around without saying he would come look at it for clarification.  I asked twice to come look and he kept going on about what it could be without even knowing if he might be able to get it working and when asked again about coming and looking at it(24 hours my ***)  the same run around and quote for 475$ is what he said not ok let me come now or at this time see what we can do.  Sounded like he didnt want to bother.  Very hurtful when your water heater is working and your taking warm showers! Wow and the comments in the text messages I received after the fact.  Piece of work.  Anyone would like to see them e mail or comment and I will forward them with delight. As a business owner myself I would never treat or engage anyone the way this gentleman did. I had to block him.  Oh and i was having a bad day.
Thats every business ownes got to when they r guilty but  its ok there's more than one business on to the next definitely a blessing i would not want someone like that at my home anyway and wow for sure guardian plumbing on there way to see if they can fix it if not then give options.  Thank you guardian.

My shower was not draining and was affecting the toilet, and when the water in the shower stall started rising, I panicked and called Ernesto. Talk about a hero :). He was at my home literally within minutes and took care of the problem in no time. Ernesto is a wonderful human being and an honest professional. I trust him completely to do what is right, and he charged me a fraction of what the last plumber charged me for the same problem. We had a clogged garbage disposal with a terrible backup for several days and was unable to us the kitchen sink. My husband called several people and the answer was the same that they were busy and it would be a few days, finally, after trying Hero Plumbing, my husband was told that the plumber would be out in less than  an hour. Ernesto arrived and was pleasant and efficient and explained what the problem was. He gave us tips for future ways to avoid problems. My husband,  being a 30 year retired Navy Command Master Chief, knows efficiency and competence and was totally satisfied with the service. Now we will gladly reccommend this company's work.

They responded quickly to my message and had Ernesto come out and give me a quote pretty soon after. He gave good advice on the unit I had bought prior to the job, and gave me a few recommendations on other units that would work better for the size of our homes and the amount of people living here. I researched the unit and was convinced that it would indeed work out better for our home. Once I called Hero Plumbing back to confirm the job, they were quick about setting up a work date and went over the financing. Once Ernesto came back out to my home, he got to work right away. It's obvious that he is very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade which just reinforced my choice in choosing Hero Plumbing.

I woke this morning to water leaking behind my refrigerator after I moved it the night before to clean behind it. I called Hero Plumbing and spoke with Ernesto and he told me he would be here in 30 min. in which he was. This young man is very professional and honest. He tightened up the line to the back of the refrigerator and didn't charge me a dime or try to swindle me. I would highly recommend him and this company for honest and reliable service!

My wife and I have a rental in San Jacinto, we live in San Diego so finding good vendors has always been a challenge.
Recently we had a Main line clog and came to yelp for help. We requested bids for the job an received a prompt quote from Ernesto from Hero Plumbing.
The job was a bit more than expected but the additional work was necessary and with the explanation and pictures Ernesto provided made the decision that much easier. The clog was cleared and the repairs were promptly done.
Ernesto stayed in communication through the entire project and sent pictures every step of the way up to completion.
We are totally satisfied with the job done as well as the cost and are confident we'll be using Hero Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Discovered a wet spot on my ceiling, immediately shut off the water and called Hero Plumbing.  Ernesto came out quickly and was able to walk me through potential issues before really diving in and narrowing down where the problem was.  Turned out we had a busted pipe in the shower, was amazed at how quickly he was able to replace the section of pipe and restore the water.  Was more amazed by the price.  Definitely know where I will turn to next time I have a plumbing issue.

My hot water heater broke down and I needed to get it replace quickly and affordably. I contacted Hero Plumbing and worked with Ernesto. He was great, very flexible and responsive. I was able to purchase the water heater from Home Depot directly and he picked it up after inspecting the old unit to work out what else might be needed for the installation. He charged me a very reasonable price.  Despite the installation being a challenge because of the tight space the heater was going, along with the extra time he and his brother Omar had to spend troubleshooting (and having to go back to the store again), he never tried to renegotiate the price. The next morning (5am) when I turned on the hot water tap, it was cold. I texted Ernesto, and to my surprise he responded soon after and was going to be at my home to take a look at 6am. Although, I eventually worked out the problem and he didn't need to come over, I was very impressed with his dedication and strong customer service. I highly recommend Hero Plumbing, Ernesto and his brother Omar, and will certainly be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Ernesto and Omar did a real neat job.
I had a broken shower valve cartridge and I had to shut off water for the house. I called Hero Plumbing at noon for help. Ernesto made an effort to come in the afternoon, got it fixed in less than 30 min, and cleaned up mess. He is professional with excellent service.

I woke up to take a shower and realized I had no hot water.   I contacted Hero Plumbing and spoke with Ernesto who was able to come out that day to take a look.  (I had also done some research and realized the lifespan of a hot water heater and discovered I was likely going to need to replace it). Ernesto came out and gave me a price for a repair and a new system.  He recommended a replacement and due to age and the likelihood of future issues after a repair.  Ernesto was helpful, friendly and walked through all the steps of installation.  Once installed, he showed me how to adjust the temperature and how to care for the new water heater.  I appreciated his time and attention to detail.  I would recommend Hero Plumbing.

Hero plumbing is my hero. My water heater ceased to work Sunday morning. Hero plumbing, Ernesto, came to my house Sunday at noon. He surveilled the matter and gave me a fair price. He returned the next morning removed my old water heater and installed
a new one. Due to the location of the water heater is was a difficult job, but Ernesto prevailed, worked all day and got the job done right. He showed courtesy, respect and professionalism. I would strongly recommend Hero for any plumbing job.

I don't know if anyone is as cautious as I am about hiring outside contractors for things you can't (or shouldn't) fix yourself. I am always a little worried if I am being taken advantage of. I needed some plumbing work done at my house and I contacted Hero Plumbing here in San Jacinto. Write that down...Hero Plumbing! My contractor was Ernesto and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the pricing. We went through everything I needed and not only did he listen to what I was saying, he was very insightful and very knowledgeable. He explained things in a very clear manner so that I could understand, and was very patient and calculated in his work. Clearly, I had made the right choice! If you need any plumbing work done and you live in the Hemet, San Jacinto area or any area they cover, I HIGHLY recommend calling them first. I was very satisfied with the work he did and would definitely use them again in the future. All I can say is thank you for putting my mind at ease and your quality workmanship. A good plumber!!

Doesn't have enough experience to be able to work with old pipes. I wasn't aware that there are plumbers that only work on new pipes not the old pipes.  Thank you for letting me know and I can find a plumber that has experience in all types of plumbing.
