A truly HONEST plumber!  Received a home inspection report for what was stated as mold, leaks on subfloor and water leaks. I was not home and he was honest in sharing what appeared on paper to be an issue for buyer credit should not be honored because that minor moisture on pvc is very typical for age of home which is being sold under value to provide built in futures credits for home owner already. And the alleged mold was old calcium build up from hard water in the Bellflower area.

Will definitely call again when I need a plumber in the future!

I'm so happy I decided to use No Limits! What I thought was a simple snake down the drain job turned into a complicated nearly 5 hour mystery case. Grateful for Michael and his partner who took their time to diagnose the issue and then provided a solution to fix my drain issue. Definitely will use them again for future plumbing issues!

Jeremiah came out pretty quick after we called and he let us know that going under the house would be a cost but cost would be deducted from contract which we agreed with.

We contracted for a new run of copper pipe but the copper they brought out already had patina. We also told them to anchor the pipes but you can see the pipe was not anchored with proper on-center spacing.

The pipes would flail around and hit adjacent material when turning the water on and off. This can be clearly heard in the kitchen.

We contacted them to go fix it but they never came out and fixed the issue. Not a company that owns up to their warranty or workmanship.

Would not recommend.

Very responsive and honest. Came over to gave a free evaluation on my thankless water heater.  Was quick thorough and knowledgeable.  Will definitely be calling him to service my thankless when the time comes.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

Rob is terrific! He came over on a Sunday and wouldn't leave until the job was done. Ultimately they had to dig a new clean-out but the entire process was honest, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Definitely worth giving him a call next time you need help.

Jose showed expertise in his job. He walked me thru the process on how effective hydrojetting. My kitchen drain has been a problem for the past 2 weeks, and have gone through 2 plumbing specialists but we're not able to fix it. Jose was the only company to give me a 5 yr. warranty for his work. I am very happy with his service. I highly recommend him for any plumbing problems.

Excellent service and professional attitude.  Really impressed that they came out to unclog a drain on the same day, making the call in the late evening! Don't see that very often.  The price was good, the work was great.  Will definitely use again and recommend.

We thought we might be having a plumbing issue under our  house and called Pinson out to inspect. They were prompt and friendly. Super helpful because they gave us an honest opinion and did not charge us because we ended up not needing their services. Andrew the plumber did an amazing job great service very honest was in and out made 1 trip to home depot for supplies and got the job done well worth it and there prices weren't bad at all unlike rota rooter they were overcharging tonys rooter are my new plumbers for sure !!!!

I had a water leak emergency on Saturday and called C & C plumbing. Lance came to my house within an hour from my initial phone call. He quickly diagnosed the cause, gave me the price, and completed the job in next an hour. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Also, the price was unbeatable (IMO). I don't wish to have another plumbing issue but if it does happen, I would definitely call them again :-) Thank you, Lance!

Fabulous plumbers, Erik & Elias came to my rescue a few hours after I called, rushing from a job in Lake Elsinore.  I had been tagged by the gas company when I called to ask them to re-light my pilot light.  They refused and said I had a loose vent that would be causing the air to backfire and leak into my garage.  Until I got it fixed, they would not be responsible for re-lighting the pilot light, leaving me without hot water and no warning.

The next morning, Erik & Elias came, assessed the problem, as I had been thinking I was due for a new water heater costing at least $1,600.  Erik assured me it looked great, and went to Home Depot where they purchased vent material re-lighted my pilot light, even allowed me to make a video showing me how to do it next time it goes out, and I was in good shape.  Erik told me anymore problems with this, he would come back to take care of it.

They were kind, neat and incredibly punctual.  Thank you guys!!!

Jeremy was amazing. He showed up in like 15 minutes after I called him, and finished the job in about 20 minutes, so he took $50 off and I just paid the flat rate $125 for an hour and he didn't charge any extra for the replacement hardware he supplied. Super fast and quality work.

I can't say enough about how good our experience was.  Our only two bathroom sinks decided to back up midday on a Saturday and we were having a social gathering on Sunday.  Sal's said they could come out Saturday night.  David was our plumber.  He looked very professional and got right to work.  He fixed the problem and cleared both sinks fairly quickly and then told us what likely repairs would be needed in the future and gave a quote. The work he did was done at an extremely reasonable price.  I would highly recommend them!

UPDATE:  Our issue has been solved. A little math (not magic) showed that our diverter in the shower faucet was leaking at a rate of 1.8 gallons a minute. Enough for the heater to not keep up when we ran the shower. It's now replaced and our hot water is functioning properly again. They couldn't solve our problem. Felix was here for two hours. Mitch himself came and was here for only 20 minutes. Mitch, your FREE (industry standard) inspection was a waste of my time. I had to contact your company several times to get a response back after Felix came to our property.

Your one star review is based on this and the fact you guaranteed you could diagnose our issue and your lack of inspection upon YOUR visit. If you had taken the time like Felix did to replicate the obvious issue that we're running out of hot water way to fast you wouldn't have received such a poor review.

How Can You say it's because of winter we're running out of hot water after only 15 minutes when  you said yourself you have a family of 6 and rarely have had an issue with a 40 gallon? It's just me and my wife and we have a 50 gallon tank.

Ultimately we wanted answers and expected you to diagnose the problem being you're the OWNER and we thought we finally had the right guy. What more could you have done? Run the hot water for 15 minutes so you could see the issue for yourself! Trouble shoot with Bradford White! Stay till our faucet leaked again while running the dishwasher and then check for the high pressure that was previously found! If you had done these steps you would have checked his work but you DIDN'T. Sorry to say we're very disappointed.

Honestly, it's pretty crappy that you left us a 1 star review.  We were very courteous and came out twice for free.  I told my office to send me just to make sure Felix didn't miss anything... as a courtesy to you, my customer.   Yet my courtesy to you turned into a 1 star review.  Next time should I try less to take care of my customers?  It seems in this case that if I had an I don't care about my customers attitude I would have never told my office to send me out and you would have never left that review.  So it's my fault for trying to go the extra mile

Mitch the feeling is mutual! Your review is more important to you than our hot water issues. If you had spent as much energy on that as you are now this review would never have been 1 star. You were here for 20 minutes didn't do much of anything on the call and somehow you can draw conclusions about my personal life?

You have a HUGE ego and continue to make your company look bad with your statements. You never checked the inside of my shower head and If having restrictors removed is illegal you never mentioned that while you were here. Instead you said  It's okay, I do it to. Your review is well deserved and at this point I'd give you a ZERO.

Noticed a leak in a line coming from our water heater and I went online to find a plumber. The one we had used for years had recently retired so I had to rely on reviews. I wanted someone local and Garrett's Plumbing showed up with excellent reviews all across the board. Called and set up an appointment with Jeff. He came out right on time (a bit early even but that was great), diagnosed the problem, and walked me through the repairs that were needed. He went to get some parts and I left him to do the work. He quickly installed a new line and valve and made sure everything was good to go. For the work he did and the time he spent, the price was reasonable and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and he does excellent work. Jeff will be our new plumber from here on out. Thanks for the great work Jeff!

Brett came by to remove my shower arm because I didn't have the tools nor felt comfortable enough to do it myself. Being very responsive and prompt, he came by after one of his jobs and got it removed for me with no problems! He also let me know what tool I needed in the future for any similar task. Much appreciated!

I hosted a party and our guest bathroom got clogged, and we had to host another group the next day at noon. I called Tony in the morning at around 10am, and he was able to show up less than two hours later. He fixed our toilet in minutes and we were able to use our bathroom for the second group, who showed up barely an hour after Tony left.
Thanks to his immediate responsiveness and expertise, we were able to turn around what could have been a bad situation into a seamless party transition. Could not be happier! 10/10
