I messaged them through yelp because our garbage disposal was clogged. They came out for a free quote. They were supposed to come out a day earlier but the technician's car broke down. They came early the next day instead. Technician had a mask on but he did wear his shoes in the house, from what I recall. It took about an hour and he declogged the garbage disposal from the outside and charged us $145. Overall, everything was quick and efficient.

They showed up on time and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend using them on any plumbing thing you need.

Used them for my house and my parent's. No nonsense professionals who get the job done well, quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Just had these guys come out and check a problem I was having with my toilet and shower. Not only did he fix the problem quickly but he explained everything in easy to understand terms and patiently answered all of my questions. He also cleaned up afterward and it looks like he was never even here! Highly recommend this company. Very honest and easy to work with! I will not hesitate to call them again.

I had a leak in an upstairs shower that leaked into my downstairs ceiling.  My home warranty sent a plumber who gave me a quote for 2 hrs labor plus parts for $2600.  I decided to get a second opinion.

Rick was recommended to me by some friends that own a cabinet shop.  Ricks guys came out and gave me a quote for 2 hrs of labor plus parts for $400.  WHAT????  As it was late in the day and the leak was not an emergency.  I asked the guys to come back the next day and do the work.

They showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up all the mess, then showed me what they had done, and explained that if there were any issues to just give them a call back.

I have since used Rick's service a couple more times.  Everyone that I have dealt with has been professional, upfront and honest.  All that and they are very responsibly priced.

I highly recommend these guys!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They came out to fix my septic tank emergency even in the rain.  Albert is very knowledgeable and works hard to get the job done right! I knew nothing about septic tanks and they took the time to educate me on what I needed to know.  The prices are affordable and they're honest.   I will continue to use this company for ALL of my plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone that I know.

We were so pleased with Jorge on our Bathroom remodel!  It is absolutely beautiful and he did an excellent job.  He is a very pleasant person and has a lot of integrity.  Everything he said he would do, he did!   And more!  My husband ordered a vanity that was too large for the space we had and Jorge took him over to Home Depot to get a replacement so he could finish the project when he said he would.  So, so pleased.  We highly recommend him.  We would hire him again in a minute!

Quick follow up to my Yelp review from yesterday: Problem returned, but so did Nick--along with Rob and Francisco--and they took care of things the very next morning. All at no additional charge from original bill. Big shout out to Rob, who was especially knowledgeable and very helpful.

I was shopping around for a new plumber in the area and I saw Sara and thought, what, yes!. A contractors broke off the handle of our hose bib and it was stuck dripping. Casey answered the call in the evening, gave me a quote and price matched what another local master plumber quoted so I had no reason not to try them. Sara and her apprentice Jack arrived and they are both pleasant and kind. Jack has a very sweet and gentle energy and was very concentrated on doing the job right. Sara really cares about what products she uses and doing things the right way. Best thing about it was NO TOXIC MALE ENERGY! They serve all of Orange County and Long Beach so don't hesitate hiring them as your new plumbers.

After looking around we found ConceptWater on yelp.  Called and left a vm for Kent, after 30 minutes he return my call same day. This was the most honest conversation I have had with a vendor. He did not push me on upgrades, provide me a solid quote upfront. We decided to schedule the installation and purchase of the smart combo PSE2000 for our new home. He said he would call 30 minutes before the schedule appoint and keep his word to the dot. He showed up on time and discussed the installation process and after a few hours later it was fully installed. We strongly suggest reaching out to Kent for your water solutions needs. If you are looking to deal with a vendor with honesty and gets to the point of your concerns Kent is the man. We look forward to keep reaching out to him in the future and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Rick was prompt, reliable, and honest. He assembled a very difficult spaulding The Beast basketball hoop without any issues. He's someone I will use again !

Josh Ortiz from All City is the best. He's so nice, really thorough and honest. I would 100% recommend him! He doesn't start work he doesn't think he can finish and is very transparent with the work that needs to be done.

Loved the work that Eric Austin did for us. Complete redo of our front and backyard. He was very patient with me since everyday I would add something more to the job!!  BBQ, pavers, cement, rock added onto the house, Eric did it all. He was always on time, cleaned up, and was a delight to work with. You won't be disappointed!! In fact, we recently added on to our home and Had to make changes to our backyard, Eric will be doing all our work again, sprinklers, lawn, and pavers. Total professional!!
