Ruben is the real deal and deserves all the 5-star reviews. I had a backed up kitchen sink. Drain cleaner just couldn't get to it. Another local company wanted $1000, said they couldn't get to the clog without extensive reconfiguration and adding a new cleanout. But Ruben was able to take care of the issue in about 10 minutes, and at 11pm at night too! Great price as well, much less than I've ever paid before. Could not be happier with the service!

I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. I first spoke with Gary, who sent out Rick and his guys. They gave me a great deal for almost 14 hours of work. Rick is determined to get the work done RIGHT.. I never write reviews because it seems the work i get is never done right. I had to write a review for these guys. I can't say enough about them, just give them a try when you have your next plumbing issue. You won't regret it and don't bother calling for estimates any where else. You are wasting your time just call Drain Busters!!

We have used Adam twice now. One was fixing a leak under the sink and the other was replacing a cracked water heater copper pipe. Adam is very responsive first of all, he is very friendly and talkative and more than anything gets the job done at a super reasonable price. I believe he is in the Tustin area which is maybe why I get such a quick response but I know he will probably travel most anywhere. I would highly recommend Adam for any small project that most people just don't want to do or have the knowledge to do. I'm sure he will do most any project big or small but I have only used him for two small things. Thank you, Adam!!

Very friendly and professional, with a down to earth vibe! Tech Richard is skilled and permformed an excellent job,, he hydro-jetted kitchen drain, fixed a leak near the main and 'd the bathroom, all is well again.. Thank goodness! Highly recommend.

A few different people had done work on the kitchen sink in the house we're renting, and every time one problem was fixed, another one popped up. I decided to find someone on my own and found R.J. Plumbing, full of 5-star reviews on Yelp. I called on Tuesday and the receptionist said she didn't have anything available until Thursday, but she could recommend someone else if I needed service right away. I said I could wait until Thursday, and she gave me an appointment between 2 and 4. John showed up right at 2, diagnosed and fixed all the problems, and was out by 2:30. He explained everything he did and showed me that everything was working properly. The bill was far less than I expected, having had some plumbing work done in the past, and I was extremely pleased.

I am very much looking forward to finally being able to wash my dishes without having to clean up a puddle of water afterward!

Rosales plumbing was excellent to work with.  Robert - the plumber - was very professional and did great work.  They were reasonable with their cost and provided good communication, including invoices / receipts.

Excellent plumbing family business. Our water heater went out Friday night . They were very responsive, provided outstanding communication and customer service. They came out Saturday and replaced the water heater and got us up and running. Everything went very smoothly and they explained the process and everything that had to be replaced.

Finally an amazing Plumber!!  We found this company through Angie's List and had no idea that there were real plumbers who would go the extra mile.  Anything we needed, problem solved.  Chuck was great!  Super down to earth guy and very respectful.  We felt very comfortable with him being in our home.  He wore a mask for his and our safety as well.  Didn't upsell and the prices were great.  Very affordable!  So Chuck fixed our toilette, sink and shower!  Ya, our bathroom needed some tlc. =)  Highly recommend them!  Thank you!

I had just moved into a new rental, and the AC stopped working.  When I say stopped, I mean stopped - no fan, no nothing.

The property management company called Tony, and he got in touch with me to come out the next day.

Tony's great - he's personable and knowledgeable, and he had things back up and running within just a few minutes.  He also showed me a couple of preventative maintenance things I could do (that the prior residents hadn't done) that would keep the system running much better, and he also showed me a quick fix that would get the system back up and running if the same problem occurred again.

I'd gladly recommend Tony to any of my friends!

Well, guess what? No hot water! Pilot light on water heater

If there was more stars I would post it! Excellent service. I had multiple gas leaks in my home, even had leaks that I didn't know about. Armando was prompt and did excellent work... I will be acquiring his service again if need be!

I don't typically leave reviews, but felt obliged as I did have a very negative experience and want to make others aware.

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom while remodeling our house and was  drawn to Olson by the positive reviews. I called them morning of and they were able to schedule an appointment that same afternoon. However, they requested a picture of the leak. Based on the photo, they said they need more time to investigate so will come first thing next morning...Not a big issue.

Next day, the plumber arrives and immediately looks at the issue and informs us it's not a leak at all and that pipe is supposed to drain. He advised he could have told me by looking at a picture and avoided any charges. He was in my house for 5 minutes and proceeded to charge me $175.

After pushing back he did me a favor and only charged me $75. I asked if they could do anything to make it right since I had sent them a picture the day before and they should have been able to confirm this way. They did not make it right. I called customer service to let them know of the disconnect and they were still not willing to make it right.

I don't respect the way you do business. And  you will not get my business in the future, I do hope the $75 was worth it.

Alex was very responsive and showed up exactly the time set. He was very professional and installed the shower valve perfectly and quickly. He took the time to explain to me his process and why he does it the right way as opposed to the east way. Very professional and will definitely be calling him back for future plumbing needs. We need more plumbers like him!

At some point every body will need a plumber no matter what and it seems like it's always an inconvenient time when that time arrives.  Our sewer line decided to back up Sunday evening right after dinner. With a house of 4 where everyone still needed to shower and finish laundry this became something that needed immediate attention. Called A1 total service and they showed up on Sunday evening 1 hour after I called which I was impressed and pleased with.  Took care of the main sewer line backup and life was back in order. Completely effortless transaction on our part and was grateful for the great price.  They have earned any future plumbing business to say the least.
