Richard was incredibly nice and friendly. We had a backed up kitchen sink and he snaked the line which improved drainage drastically. He still wasn't happy with the draining flow rate and said if it backs up again or keeps backing up in the future we may need to add a clean out / redo a little plumbing. I typically let my fiancé do all the household duties but this go around it was out of his scope of training. He mentioned he needed a Hyrdo jet stream or something like that. Sure enough when Richard came with his helper he said the jet stream would clean it out. It was the best decision we made hiring Quick Rooter real quick to help us with our stoppage and lives very close so he came within the hour. Fair pricing and offered a warranty on the issue fix so can't beat that. I'm glad we did work with Quick Rooter Plumbing. Everyone needs a good plumber, car salesman, electrician or contact. Our renters contacted us late in the evening to let us know that the toilet was plugged and the shower drain was backing up. It was the only bathroom in the home so it was essential to get the issue corrected right away. We contacted A-Quick after finding them on Yelp and he showed up and fixed the issue that evening. It's not easy to find a plumber that responds quickly to resolve something others would consider a small job. Richard was great and very professional. We will definitely use his services again.

Richard came out within 2 hours of my call. It turned out to be a pretty big job of installing an access drain in the main line from the house to the sewer line in the street. I was very happy that A-Quick Rooter was early on the morning they came out to to the work. Completed it in one day, came out the next morning and cleared all the house drains. The price was fair. Just purchased a clothes dryer and needed to have a new spring valve put in before it can be installed. I also needed my tankless water heater to be descaled. I started out renting a snake at the nearby hardware store to clear the mainline drain from the house to the sewer. As I proceeded to run the snake, it got stuck. I called the hardware store for help and they recommended I call a plumber. I needed help so I was going through Yelp and friends on a reputable plumbing service. It was after 7pm and called several numbers and left messages for call back. Only one person actually picked up the phone and talked to me and that was Richard from A-Quick Rooter & Plumbing Co. I described my situation to Richard and helped me over the phone. He gave me suggestions on getting the snake un-stuck and it worked! I was able to continue to run the snake but was unsuccessful at clearing the clog. I called Richard and he came out in the morning. It was a tough mainline clog and he was able to get through. I needed help and Richard didn't have to help me over the phone without compensation. I was glad I had Richard to call and would use his services again. Richard was punctual, polite, and most of all...helpful.

our main water line coming from the city valve to the house valve sprung a leak early in the morning. We didnt realize what happened until i walked outside and noticed the entire side of my house was flooded and water begin flowing to the front and sidewalk. Being that it was around 8am when we caught this, we called the city who came out quickly and turned off the main valve from the city-side but unfortunately the problem with the pipe leak was ours. A-Quick team came out and arrived super fast (like 5 min after the city water supervisor had just left). They took a look at what happened and estimated what was needed to fix. Gave me a fair quote (compared to what friends have paid for similar service) and told me the job would take approximately 5 hours since they had to repipe it with new copper pipes. My house already had copper piping inside but the outside main pipes were still the original galvanized ones.

they got the materials needed and cleaned up the fix in time and perfectly. Checked everything was working and no hidden surprise charges. These guys are LEGIT!! will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs and recommend to any friends/family if asked.

Was going to try the Mike Diamond route, their commercials go all the time. But I decided to Yelp them and the reviews were some of the worst. Local with only a few, but great reviews was A-Quick Rooter.

I called them up, Ray and Enrique were there, the drain unclogged and the order written up with a 30-day guarantee within an hour of the call. They were personable and on task and this company deserves its great reviews. And the $99 Diamond price was their price as well. So all was topnotch, price, speed, service and quality of work.

A-Quick shout out to the guys at A-Quick Plumbing for a job well done. I called and spoke to the guy who answered, he sounded like he was already out in a call. He quickly sent a text back asking for the address of the problem. He then sent Ray out to investigate. Ray was great, saw the issue quickly and made a solid recommendation. I went with it and few minutes later another guy arrived with the pumper truck. A shirt bit later the main was draining perfectly. Should have seen the grease!! Great plumber. Had a clogged drain on a Saturday, and after trying to clear it myself, decided I needed to call a professional.

Called and spoke to Richard, and asked for immediate service. He was at my place 28 minutes later, and was able to fix my issue in about 10 mins. Overall it only took 1 hour and 20 mins from phone call to problem fixed. Fair price, and kept my weekend on track!

Worked on my parents home since I work/am not handy. Job was facuet installs and fixing a leak from pipes under a bathroom sink.

-Responsive
-Seems knowlegable (from my not-good-at-plumbing perspective): made small suggestions to keep costs down and prevent big future problems with PVC pipes (since they don't corrode/weaken from build-up I guess)
-good temperament: Honest guy, feels like an old school plumber, and not so much like a used car salesman.
-BEST PART: Didn't try to upsell my parents telling them they NEED to replace a bunch of other stuff. I hate pushy guys that do that.
-prices felt reasonably priced compared to 3 other plumbers and handymen we requested estimates from (including a smell good plumber, if you know what I mean). In my case, this was the lowest price of all the estimates, which is odd since handymen are usually supposed to be cheaper than plumbers for simple plumbing jobs.

I got his business card, and personally will be calling him when needed in the future, unless he drops to two stars on yelp for some odd reason.

Main line was clogged. Water everywhere in the master bathroom. Even though it's Good Friday, Ray was here within minutes. Answered all of our questions, discussed our options and even gave suggestions for preventative care of our plumbing. Can't begin to say enough great things about A-Quick Rooter. Richard and his youngest son Enrique, showed up to my grandmother's house a mere 15 minutes after I called him. Through introductions I could tell they were ready to work, I pointed out the issue to them and he gave me the most economical and least invasive option. Due to the plumbing leak being as severe as it was, me and my grandmother took a chance without any other quotes. This decision to hire Richard and his son is the best one we could have made. They did an amazingly thorough job and was sure to explain what was done and even clean up after the work was complete. Had a backed up shower and toilet, had another plumber company (rooter guard) come out and they said they couldn't fix it. There recommendation was to replace all sewage pipes under my house. I called Ricardo a few months back to snake my tub as it was backing up. After two other company's suggested 10k in work by saying (this issue couldn't be fixed by a snake) Ricardo came out and did it!

Fast forward to this evening my main sewer line backed up both my bathrooms. I texted Ricardo and he sent out Ray. Within no time ray unclogged everything and all was back to normal.

What I value about this company is their honesty not trying to upsell anything. They make their customers issues feel like a priority not just a way to make money. I did have to pay a bit more because it was after hours but i fell it was worth every cent because I truly trust them.

Ray took his time and explained to me why the back up could have happened. I was really worried that I would have to replace my sewer line but Ray was confident that with yearly maintenance we should be okay (no promises) but based off of his assessment.

I do recommend this company. I have not had any major work so I cannot speak to that capacity . However, from what I know I feel confident they will do honest work. I'll be calling them from now on for that Healy maintenance Ray suggested and any of my other plumbing needs.

I called 2 companies for quotes on 3 bathroom issues. I went with A-Quick because of the lower quote. Richard and his workers, Rigo Sr. And Jr., were friendly and courteous. They got right to work and all 3 projects were completed within 2 1/2 hours. They took the old toilet with them, so I don't have to worry about the disposal. Richard quoted me a price, but cautioned me that I may be charged more for parts that may need to be replaced. In the end, I paid the quoted price, no extra charge. I appreciate the honest, straightforward way of doing business.

Super fast response, quick to find the problem, and no-nonsense when it comes to getting the job done!

I called A-Quick Rooter late on a Saturday night; my main sewer was clogged and we were unable to use any toilets, sinks, or showers in our home. The man who answered the phone was upfront about the minimum price given the late hour and weekend, but it seemed very reasonable for an emergency situation. He said he'd be out in an hour, and sure enough, he was at my door in about 45 minutes with an assistant. He was very efficient, as he walked around the property and asked focused questions to identify the issue. Since there was no access to a clean out, he unloaded some impressively large equipment and climbed up on the roof to gain access to the main drain line. After 10-15 minutes, everything was running again. When I asked what the problem was, he said probably a baby wipe, which was surprising, since we never flush anything like that. Fortunately, he was able to retrieve the item causing the blockage, which on further inspection actually turned out to be a cloth rag that was flushed by our cleaning person. As the assistant wrote up the invoice, we had a moment to chat a bit. Turns out he's been working in this area (long beach) for decades. He was super nice and helpful with suggestions that would make any future issues cheaper and easier to deal with. This guy is solid. He has an excellent work ethic, and even wanted to drop the extra charge to climb on the roof to fix the problem. But if he was willing to work on my steep roof in the middle of the night, I felt he should get paid for it. Overall, very reasonable price for an emergency plumbing situation late on a weekend night, that he quickly resolved. I will call him if I need ANY plumbing work done in the future.

Actually I live in the Seal Beach Ca area and I had problems with my Main Line, it was clogged. I spoke with a number of companies and got a number of different recommendations or courses of action which I held off doing, I got Richard's name from my primary plumber who does not do main line clogs. I lucked out !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Richard came
to my home and within 1 hour my main line was cleared. The amount of pain I saved myself by not going with the other companies is incalculable. Do yourself a huge favor, if you drain cleaning issues at your home call Richard first and don't bother calling anyone else unless you like pain !!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I live in Seal Beach and yesterday our garbage disposal got backed up and we were unable to repair it on our own. We needed help immediately! Ricardo was quick to say that he would be to our home within the hour. He has a kind and reassuring voice and we were immediately reassured. He arrived and greeted us with an extremely professioal manner. He is a nice man who with his 30 years of plumbing experience repaired our disposal and unclogged our kitchen sink. My bath tub, kitchen sink and bathroom sink were clogged. I had a plumber come out from another company that couldn't fix it and suggested that this was my main line that was backed up and he left frustrated and suggested I call someone else out to remove my toilet and work on it from there. This left me really frustrated.

I called A-Quick Rooter & Plumbing in hopes to have someone come out today. Ten minutes later I got a message back from them letting me know someone was on the way. Two men arrived asked a few questions, quoted me a fair price up front and had my issue fixed in about five minutes.

Thank you to Jeremiah at A-quick. I recently needed a plumber so I went on yelp and found a business called prodigy plumbing. I gave them a call and told them about the issue we have with the toilets. Once you pull the lever to flush , bubbles happen and cause the water to shoot out. They came by and told us we would need a complete re pipe of the house and the quote was $37,800. After stressing out for a while not knowing what to do , I saw Jeremiah at A-quick. Explained the issue and he came over within 2 hours and fixed it for $650. Everything is now working as it should.

The name says it all Quick. Both Richard and Enrique were like the Flash! They went straight to the problem, fixed the issue (snaked the drain), and left. Now that's what I'm talking about.

This was the second time I have used A Quick for plumbing issues. This time, Jeremiah responded and not only took care of the original toilet problem I had this time, but also spent alot of time and trouble to also fix my kitchen faucet and my floor heater! He cleaned everything so thoroughly and completely and made sure all were working and in great condition when he left. Both Jeremiah and Richard are very professional and nice. I am thankful to have found them and will call them in the future.

Highly recommended. Richard was very accommodating and sent Ray, one of their plumbers even after office hours. Inspected the house thoroughly and after discovering the root cause of the problem is not as simple as declogging, Ray explained what major repairs need to be done and was honest about it. He didnt charge us any diagnostic fee! And has given us chance to ask around, prepare and plan for the major repairs to be done. Truly a company that can be trusted.

Ricardo saved our family and home from what could had been a big problem. I noticed the water in my home sounding funny and I realized my tub was backing up. I called A-1 Quick and Ricardo arrived within 30 minutes and stopped the water from backing up into our home from three different bathrooms. I am so grateful because we were preparing to leave for the weekend. Great rates and fast friendly service!!

Called the first Plumber that came up on Yelp! Glad it was A-Quick Rooter & Plumbing/Richard & Son! Told them, I had a kitchen faucet that disintegrated in my hand!
They were here within an hour! New replacement faucet in within two! Flat rate of $189 for installation, plus the cost of the new faucet? And my kitchen was back in business, with water from my new faucet!
I'd give them 6's if I could!

Jeremiah came out pretty quick after we called and he let us know that going under the house would be a cost but cost would be deducted from contract which we agreed with.

We contracted for a new run of copper pipe but the copper they brought out already had patina. We also told them to anchor the pipes but you can see the pipe was not anchored with proper on-center spacing.

The pipes would flail around and hit adjacent material when turning the water on and off. This can be clearly heard in the kitchen.

We contacted them to go fix it but they never came out and fixed the issue. Not a company that owns up to their warranty or workmanship.

Would not recommend.

I had three separate incidents of backups in my plumbing at 3 different places of my duplex. Two of those times, the clogs resolved. The third time, we called A Quick Rooter. Richard showed up on time, was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. After presenting options, I decided to have the drainage scoped for my peace of mind. Richard showed me what our plumbing looked like, and showed us some more options to consider in the future. He was not pushy, he was informative. He allowed me to decide based on information that would not be available without his tools and expertise. I appreciate how he replaced one of my P-traps that he found needed attention, and didn't charge me... he just did it as a courtesy! I thought that was a nice touch of good will that meant a lot to me. Overall, I felt good about what I paid, and the service I got. Thanks Richard!

Our garbage disposal hadn't been working properly and kept making this weird noise when trying to turn it on. I panicked thinking someone wouldn't be able to make it out during this quarantine. A-Quick Rooter thankfully were able to make it out to us within an hour the same day and fixed it no problem! I appreciated that they took precaution and wore their masks, didn't price gauge us and they were super friendly. I would definitely recommend their business!

We called a-quick on a weekend afternoon after we tried renting a snake ourself and had a different local plumber out. We should have called a-quick in the first place; they were able to get the blockage in our mainline cleared within 15 minutes of arriving. The first plumber tried to tell us we would need $600 worth of hydrojetting but a quick insisted we let them try a snake before we spend all that money, and they were correct. We know who we will be using for all future issues. They were honest, quick, and affordable.

We called A-Quick because we had a leak coming from our water heater. It is 13 years old and we figured it was probably time to replace. We found A-Quick through Yelp and saw they had 5 stars so we called. Ricardo answered when we called and said he would come by within 30 min. Within no time he had two helpers and a new water heater was installed within 1 1/2 hours. Super nice man and we appreciate all his knowledge. We would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Had a leaking problem under my kitchen sink. I had called another plumber but he stood me up twice so I decided to go through Yelp and search for other plumbers with good reviews.

I called A-Quick Rooter & Plumbing and Ray and Jeremiah came. They were both polite and professional. Jeremiah took care of the leaking problem and also helped me adjust the slope direction. He got the work done fast and was super friendly (he made friend with my dog - Molly in like 10 sec lol). He even helped clean everything up afterwords. The price was fair but most importantly is they got the greatest attitude I've ever seem! I'm satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Excellent and quick friendly service by a quality family business. Ricardo and his son are local to our area, and we couldn't be happier with their work. We had a clogged main sewage line, and they were here within an hour. Ricardo was very helpful and knowledgeable even during the initial phone call, before he even came over. He asked what the exact problem was, and knew exactly what to do before he even got here. Now that's a true professional with loads of experience. Work truck was also very clean and well equipped. A-Quick Rooter is now on our speed dial, and we highly recommend them to any of our friends and family.

After spending all day with another plumbing company as they attempted to clean our backed up main line they gave us a ridiculous price. We said we would discuss. Then called Richard at A Quick and he arrive at 7:30pm ready to go, lights, equipment, and knowledge. Boom! Done. Inexpensive- literally 3,000 dollars less and fabulous. Plumber for life!

Richard was very fast to respond to a weekend call about a clogged main. They are very knowledgeable and were able to find a clean-out (although inconveniently placed) that other plumbers had missed.

Since this issue was chronic (3rd or 4th time we have had the main clog) for us, we also had them install a new, more accessible clean-out. When they installed the new clean-out they did it right where the clogs were occurring, which also means we should have less issues in general now.

Great work, responsive and fair prices. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my sewage line. Called A-1 at 9:00 and was told they would be by within the hour. 30 minutes later Richard rolled up. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in no time. Job complete before 11:00. I have nothing but high marks for Richard and his son. The work was efficient and the prices very fair. I've dealt with three other plumbers over the last five years, but these guys are keepers!! I don't leave many reviews so when I do it's because it is rightly deserved. I was also quoted on some other projects and his prices were much more fair than previous quotes. Thanks again Richard!

The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could've been and unfortunately it wasn't caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow. I gave A-Quick Rooter a call and they were at my house within 20 minutes. After completing the job and making sure everything was perfect, Richard explained what was causing our problems and also informed us that our other bathroom would've started to back up as well had we not taken care of this as soon as we did.
