Chris is great. He can do anything! He is a real Professional and will always discuss cost before doing the work.

We were very pleased with his service. Very friendly, efficient, and timely. I highly recommend him; will use him again.

It's very obvious that these guys are professionals and I really appreciate that. I left a message at 8am and they called me back in less than an hour and put me on the schedule. They came, they saw, and they unclogged my bath tub drain in no time at all. And as they left, they guaranteed their work, gave me a business card, and most importantly, didn't leave a mess in my bathroom.
Added bonus: they were kid friendly.

I highly recommend them and will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Called Chris after getting an attitude from another top 3 rated plumber on Yelp. The other guy didn't want to deal with our home warranty, saying it wasn't worth his time to speak to them to get the job approval. Chris was fantastic. He had no issue talking to the home warranty folks and took care of the stoppage as well as another minor issue. He called me to give me an update, sent me a photo of the stoppage, and kept the tenants happy. His price was exactly what I thought it should be. I'm happy to recommend him to the Yelp community!

When my regular plumber didn't call back by 2:00 p.m. the following day, I called C.R.P.  I spoke with Chris and Arash showed up within 2 hours.  

He was extremely professional, knew what he was doing and had a great sense of humor.  Now we have a new plumber.

Had an issue with our water heater and gave Chris a call in the morning.  He said he would be able to stop by and take a look at 3:30 that same afternoon.  I was concerned that it might have to be replaced and wondered if he would have time for that.  He assured me that he would make time and install a new one if needed.

Chris showed up a little early and took a look and instantly found the problem.  A quick adjustment and relight, water heater works like a charm now.  He wouldn't even charge me for it, I couldn't believe it!  I got his business card and will definitely be recommending him to friends.  He was timely, honest, polite and professional, what more can you ask for?

I left him a voicemail this morning about a bathtub issue that started a day ago.  Neither he nor any representative from his company ever called back.  Few things irritate me as much as poor customer service.  Thankfully, the other guy I called got back to me within the hour, and was at our doorstep a few hours later.

If you are looking for an efficient, competent, friendly, clean honest and reasonable plumber in Orange County look no further than Chris Rogers and his associate Arash. We have had a water heater, kitchen sink       re- pipe and faucet installation and now a new garbage disposal installed. I highly recommend these gentlemen for any and all plumbing needs.

Chris replaced my kitchen faucet along with the hot and cold water valves.  Not only did Chris do a great job, but his high skill level and personality made it a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend Chris for anyone looking for a reliable plumber with very reasonable rates.

Recently called Chris Rogers for a job because my restaurant's bathroom was clogged up.

Pros
1) Nice, honest guy
2) Did whatever he could to free up his schedule to come out to our site

Cons
1) Does not guarantee his work
2) I was charged for a job that they could not fix (Money down the drain)
3) Left my restroom a mess with dirt stains on the floors and walls

I just called Roto Rooter and they finished up the job in like an hour.

My advice... Always stick with a large, reputable company that can guarantee their work.

Chris Rogers Plumbing has done a lot of work for us for several years, both at our home and also at our rental property. From repairs to installation of new products they have been excellent in everything they have done for us. When our most recent tenant was leaving, while disconnecting the line to their refrigerator ice-maker they broke the connection from the valve to the pipe in the wall. They phoned me and I phoned Chris. Within 20 minutes, before I could even get to the property, they were there and repaired the broken pipe, had the new valve on, and even had cleaned up the water that had accumulated before the tenant could get the water supply turned off. I walked in to a completely resolved problem that could have flooded the whole place. I can't give enough stars for Chris and his services. They are the best!!

Chris was my second plumber--first plumber told me he always gets the tough ones...  Needless to say that didn't inspire much confidence, so I sent the first plumber packing.  I had a couple of minor floods and suspected that a pipe had blown, but Chris took the time to really diagnose the problem.  In the end, he snaked the line (extensively) and fixed the problem.  As I write this, the dishwasher and washing machine are running simultaneously and no back up!!!  I'm thrilled.

Okay, Chris was great b/c he was on time; he took care w/my new paint job, made an effort to not step on my newly cleaned rugs, and he took his time to figure out was wrong (what I appreciated most).  (The other plumber wanted me to remove a built-in bookshelf as first step.)  Chris was a really friendly, upbeat guy, too.  It was clear that he knew what he was doing and as other person stated, he explained as he was diagnosing the problem.  His fees were very fair, reasonable.  

This is my first yelp review, so I guess that says something.  (Also, I'm a female homeowner and well, we have all been ripped off, so it's nice to NOT be in that situation.)

Highly, highly recommend.

Searched through YELP for help with cleaning out my drain line.  Left a voice mail but never even bothered to return my call. As a business owner, I know this is not a way to impress.  Glad I called someone else who did return my call, arrived at the appointed time and got the job done.

Chris Rogers is the man! He is honest, fair, and knowledgeable! He was referred to me by a very handy friend. If my very handy friend can just Chris Rogers I knew I could too.

Without charging me extra, he made an extra trip to make sure the tub was completely dry before he put on the silicone. He could have just applied it the same day he was here...I thought it was dry enough...

Chris is a nice nice guy. He's one of those guys that makes me write on my to-do list write yelp review! He was just that awesome. Thanks Chris.

BTW...he doesn't answer his phone calls while he's working...so if he doesn't call you back when you leave a voicemail...just give him another ring...that's what I did!

so last friday I noticed a leak from the ceiling in my garage. i freaked out. i called my sister and she recommended chris rogers plumbing. i called and chris answered he told me that he had time monday afternoon and recommended that i do not use the bathroom upstairs...just in case the leak gets worse. so he came on monday (10 minutes earlier. I LOVE PEOPLE WHO COME ON TIME!) and he checked my bathroom upstairs he tried everything he could, but there was no leak. he told me that i should use the sink for a day, the next day the bathroom, and then the shower (to target what is causing the leak) he informed me to also get silicone for the shower to patch up the cracks where the water could fall through. he told me he could do it, but it's easy enough for me to do it (plus CHEAPER) who does that? he's so awesome because he could have done whatever and charged me (since i don't know anything about plumbing) but instead he told me what to do (and the cheaper way to do things). AMAZING service! so far i can't find where the leak is coming from (i didn't get the silicone yet -_- yes i'm lazy...but i will soon!)

Chris is an honest, reliable, and dependable plumber. I've trusted him with many jobs (small and large) on my old 1920s home, and he has never overcharged me or told me that I needed work done when I  didn't. In fact, one time I had him exchange a toilet for me because I needed a different color for my bathroom remodel, and he brought me back the $75 difference in a gift card--I'm not so sure that many plumbers would do that, considering I wouldn't have known the difference if he hadn't given me the money. He is respectful, nice, and sincere. Sometimes he does get a little busy or overwhelmed, but be patient...he's also a family man and his wonderful (and highly knowledgable) wife will often help out when needed. As a sigle female and new homeowner, he has provided invaluable assistance/advice and goes above and beyond the call of duty...He has come on off-hours/days, counseled me during stressful situations, and referred me to other dependable and trustworthy contractors. I cannot say enough positive things about this man and his business, and I encourage you to call him if you need a good plumber!

They came and fixed two leaky faucets for a very reasonable price.  They were fast and competent (a good combination for a plumber).  I highly recommend them.

Chris is great. He and his partner installed a garbage disposal, snaked 2 drains,replaced a couple of pipes and fixed my toilet in a little over 2 hours. Chris is really helpful with advice to avoid future problems as well....and they didn't leave a mess. He's does a lot of work in Long Beach, so give him a call!!

Chris Rogers Plumbing is great and very professional!  They have come out to our home twice.  The first time was to install a new kitchen faucet and to clean out the bathroom drains.  The second time was to fix the bathroom sink and the front faucet was dripping.  Both times Chris came out on time and was very nice and respectful.  He explained all of the options before going through with any procedure and he also explained all of the work he did.  Chris was very professional and did a great job.  I trust his opinion and I know he will do a great job.  I know that he is our go to plummer!  Thanks so much again for everything!

I was referred to Chris by a friend and I couldn't happier with his professionalism and work.  I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking to my cabinets.  His associate Brian came over and assessed the situation and we ended up replacing the faucet.  He was ontime and very knowledgeable.  Very reasonable prices for the work done.

Chris was very professional and friendly when he came over to unclog our kitchen sink. He spent two hours grinding away at the blockage, and a part of his auger even snapped off, presumably from the rusted metal in the aged pipes. He remained calm the entire time and billed us a price that was hard to beat.

This was my first time using a plumbing service, but I was pleased with the process. Chris arrived as scheduled, figured out a way to unclog the pipes, and cleaned up the mess when he was done. I would call him again for future plumbing issues and recommend him to anyone within range of his service.

Chris was super-fast and super-friendly. He showed up at my mom's house to fix her plumbing a lot earlier than expected, which was a blessing, and he even fixed something extra for free that we didn't call him in for because it was a first time visit. If you live in the Fullerton or surrounding area I highly recommend him, good luck!

Had only used Chris once, but he did a good job so decided to use him again; had an unusual problem with our sprinkler system.  At 9:00 pm heard an awful noise and went in the back garden to find water gushing off our roof -- looked like a rainstorm.  Figured it was something to do with the sprinkler system, but couldn't figure how it affected the roof.  Turned the system off and called Chris.  He came with his sidekick on time, and tested the system and found there was a hole in our drip system that was forcing water up at least 12 feet onto the roof where it hit the awning and cascading down.  All it needed was the hole to be plugged.  As it was such a simple problem Chris didn't charge me, which I thought was great as he could have charged for the time and problem solving.  It goes to show that there are still businesses that really do think of their customers and not just the bottom line.

Have used Chris twice now to fix some issues with my Kitchen sink lines, and both times he did a great job, was very nice and professional and charged a very reasonable price!  Would recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Finding a good, reliable plumber is seriously difficult, and I think I've actually found one with CRP!  So we just bought our first condo this past March, and obviously, we've run into a myriad of problems since buying...

Namely, we had a garbage disposal that was installed poorly by us...a stupid running toilet upstairs...and a mysterious leak downstairs.  I called CRP, and seriously got the fastest service ever.  Arash came the next morning (which I was not expecting at all) and figured it all out.  Turns out our mystery leak was a leaking toilet, which eventually needed to be replaced.  Arash filled me in on everything to look for in a toilet (whoa...lesson learned!), and my husband I hit the ground running, looking for what we needed (which turned out to be a ridiculous short toilet...)

I called Arash when our shiny new toilet was ready to be installed, and he was out the next day, installed it in a flash, and we were set.  I can't recommend these guys enough--they're fast, decently priced, and SO nice!  LOVE IT!!  I've even since recommended them to my Mom, who now also has a new regular plumber!

The plumber showed up late, 30 minutes.  He wasn't able to fix the problem I had.  I felt even more frustrated after he left.

My wife and I have used many plumbers in the past as longtime homeowners, but I have to say Chris is by far the best one based on a recent job that he and his employee, Brian, have completed in one of our bathrooms. There are many reasons why we were so impressed. To cite to a few, 1) they are incredibly EFFICIENT. Chris initially came to our house early in the morning one day before we had to leave for work as requested to discuss the best possible option in replacing an existing sink and faucet, then he and Brian followed through on the work in a timely manner. 2) Chris and Brian are very COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL. Chris was very thorough in explaining each step of the process and was patient through all of our questions.It is obvious from the way they treated us as clients and each other as colleagues that they practice the art of customer service. 3) Chris is extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE. Not only was he able to answer all of our many plumbing questions but, as a leak detection expert, he was able to find a confounding leak in my mom's house in one visit, saving her hundreds of $$ on her subsequent water bills. 4) Chris, the owner, believes in delivering HONEST, AFFORDABLE service to his clients. His company is independently owned and operated so there is no wasteful overhead. He also tries to save his clients money by looking for the most efficient way to get a job done. For example, he and Brian put a wall-mounted faucet without having to destroy a wall on the other side, as two previous plumbers insisted was necessary. Furthermore, the final price matched the estimate, without the cost creeping typical with other plumbers/plumbing companies.

We can't say enough good things about Chris Rogers's plumbing service, and we will DEFINITELY call upon Chris every time we are in need of plumbing service in the future.

Chris is very professional  and honest person, price's are excellent. He re-routed my home with copper tubing professional clean job. very sincere. went out of his way to do a little extra put a new toilet handle with no extra charge. Would definitely use him for another job.

Well I had to send in an updated review because I used these guys again and they were awesome.  Chris was able to come out the same day to unclog my kitchen sink.  What a disaster couldn't wash dishes, nothing!  But they were in and out and so professional and I always learn something new!  Thanks Chris for the tip on running cubed ice down the garbage disposal to clean out the blades and that yukky smell!

My last review back in February was to let everyone know we had used him multiple times for not only clogs but he also installed our instant hot water heater, set up hot water at our office. And unclogged pistachio nuts from our dishwasher drain!  He explains everything is very thorough and the work is excellent.  I would highly recommend.

I am writing this review not based on any work rendered, but on their lack of returning phone calls and not following up with what they say they will do.
My husband called yesterday around 2:30 in regards to a leak that we had. The man on the phone said that they couldn't come out that day, but then after talking for a short while, he said that he could probably come over around 7pm after his last job. He said that since we lived in Fullerton and he lives around here, that it would be  on his way home.
We never got a call back or a return call that evening. I waited at home for him even though I had to go to the bank and our wedding facility to put a down payment for our upcoming wedding reception. I really don't have the time to wait around for a flakey plumber. A phone call would have been professional and courteous.
I did get a return call this morning at 8am, saying they could come today to fix the problem. I had written a negative review last night after wasting my time. My husband wanted to give them another chance so he called them back. I took down my review to give them another chance. Yet AGAIN no return phone call at all today.
I called Comstock Plumbing who came in the designated time and who fixed another leak in the pipe free of charge. Jeff was great!!! I will definitely use them again for our future  plumbing needs.

Another good Job by Chris Rodgers Plumbing! Still dealing with the damage caused by Scott AT FULLERTON PLUMBING. More rust in my system due to Scotts inability to know the difference between a water pipe and a natural gas pipe! Chris saved my ass by coming the same day i called for the big part of the job. He rescheduled to to the balance of the work mentioned above. He is the best!

Chris and Brian were prompt and informative (explanation with pictures). They crawled under the house and identified a few questionable green spots and leaks. Instead of patching one pipe having multiple leaks, they replaced the pipe with type L copper pipe (reamed ends, of course). Thank you guys for the quality service at a reasonable price. This should reduce waste and lower my water bill.

i always hear horror stories about people getting ripped off by plumbers so i know that finding a good, reliable, trustworthy plumber is not the easiest find but luckily through the yelp community i was able to find one.  I did a simple search and found that Chris had nothing but good reviews.  

my bathroom started flooding and water was coming up through my bathtub (pretty gross btw) and so i called chris and he came to my house the same day and fixed the problem.  he told me he would be here between 3 and 4 and so i assumed that he would come closer to 4 but to my surprise he came 10 minutes early!

not only was he early he was super friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions.  he was very honest about what needs to be done and what doesnt need to be done and it really felt like he had my best interest in mind and not his wallet.    in a short time he was able to fix the problem and the cost was way less then i had expected.  he even gave me a 10% discount for this being my first time.
