Very nice people and the plumber who came to my house explained the problem and how he was going to fix it to me in non-pejorative fashion.

My sewer line clogged and backed up.  I called Apperson and Amanda scheduled the plumber, Josh.  Both Amanda and Josh were professional, competent and courteous.  Josh cleared the line in minimal time.  Both he and Amanda were knowledgeable and friendly.  Great company!

I had a plumbing leak for a few weeks and was waiting till I could gather up some money,as I thought it would be a major job.
PimaCouncil on Aging gave me the name of a few plumbers they said were honest and good
I called APPERSON PLUMBING in Tucson. The came the next day.
He looked at my wet floor and immediately looked behind my refrigerator and.
saw that the waterline for ice maker was leaking badly. He had to go back to the shop to get a part and returned very soon.
My bill was $148.00!!!!! I was expecting a very large bill.
Very refreshing to see honest and efficient work,which is un-common these days.

They did excellent work for half the price of what other companies had quoted. They were responsive on the phone and on time for the appointment. They fixed my toilet and installed a new faucet. Every other company I called had quoted $400, but Apperson did it for $200 and they did a very good job. I will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

Very expensive. I had them out to fix my garbage disposal, which took only 30 minutes and involved using a plunger on the drain and fiddling with the knob on the dishwasher. For this I was originally charged $167. After speaking with management and relaying my displeasure at such an outrageous fee, it was reduced to around $100. I appreciate that management worked with me, but their pricing structure is outrageous. I was charged for one hour of labor (at $75 per hour) for the plumber to drive to my house. The service was fine, but it does not justify the very high costs.

Customer service from start to finish was excellent. Scheduling was easy on the initial phone call, and I received a call before the tech Jose came within the promised window of time. He was polite, friendly and efficient, explaining his work and offering options. CoViD precautions were appropriate. I have a new plumber!
