I received a call from my landscaper telling me I had a huge problem. Our house was leaking water from an outside wall. There was no indication of a leak from the inside of the home. It could have been anything!! I panicked a little and called our homeowners insurance. They said we needed a leak detection specialist I didn't know they existed... so I Googled it naturally... Phoenix Leak Detection (Dave) came out within minutes to assess the problem. He was able to determine where the leak was in minutes and stop the leak before it got any worse. Thank you Dave!! Your level of professionalism was superb!!

I had Mountain Park Plumbing out today to fix a broken valve under the kitchen sink and the main valve that supplies the house.  Both valves were broken and not working.  They showed up on time, were courteous, finished quickly, and charged a fair amount.  I would certainly use them again.

Awesome customer service, was able to give me an accurate quote after I sent a picture of what I needed done. Came same day and did excellent clean work on changing my ice maker valve. Highly recommended

These people will rip you off!  Call anyone else but them! My toilet was running so we called Apple Plumbing.   They said it was a bad flapper and quoted a low price to fix.  Plumber was very, very rude and offensive.  They ultimately charged me $160!   A few weeks later a different toilet was having the same problem.  I replaced it myself, cost $4.98 and took me less than 5 minutes to fix.   I feel Apple plumbing really took advantage of me.  They act very dishonestly and I would not recommend them.

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

Andrew came out to give me an estimate on replacing my sink. He was communicative and considerate. He even wore shoe covers in my house. He provided me with some valuable information on the water pressure coming into my home and a referrals for my quartz countertops. Thank you Andrew.

I contacted Alex and made an appointment, 4 days later he came to check our pool for leaks.  He and his Son were so polite and friendly.  They got right to work and checked the plumbing system.  They were so professional and explained everything they found.  He even pointed out things we could fix on our own.  I would definitely recommend this company.  He was much cheaper than most companies I contacted.  Quick, trustworthy and financially affordable.  Thanks guys, I enjoyed our interaction!!

What dare are JB send us the bill.  This is a shame!!!   Today they sent me a bill for level 1 diagnostic & service call in which I knew I exactly what need to be done in advance.  We were asking for quote.  We gave them the new buyer inspection report with picture.  I called my realtor and told her how unhappy I am with JB Water.  We both agreed JB Water don't know what they doing.  My Realtor is going to pick up that $85 tap to say sorry to us.(I am really please she is doing that for us)  She is very disappointed at them.  Guess what. We are not going to use JB Water ever.  As a matter fact,  I will make sure all my friend and family know if they ever have plumbing need, they will not call JB Water.

Charles was great!  He was recommended to me by a friend and he's now who I recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.  I had a slab leak and was searching for quotes to get it fixed.  One of the big chain plumbing companies quoted me a ridiculously high price and so I kept looking around.  That's when a friend gave me Charles' number.  He came over in the evening and did as much diagnosing as he could without cutting into the wall and gave me an estimate.  He then said that if he were to cut into the drywall in the garage at the manifold he could find exactly what line was leaking and give me a more precise quote.  It was already later in the evening so I didn't expect him to really start getting to work that day, but I told him to go for it.  So he did.  With a few cuts to expose the manifold and then some deductive reasoning, he figured out the exact problem and told me he could fix it no problem, easily capping off the broken line and rerouting it.  Before leaving he capped off the broken line so that we could turn our hot water back on without worrying about further leaking (it was leaking about a gallon a minute under the slab) and had our hot water restored to most of the house.  Then he came back later in the week (would have been sooner but my schedule didn't allow for it) and ran the new hot water line through the attic, abandoning the broken line that ran under the foundation.  He really knows what he's doing and finished the job real fast.  Not only that, but he charged about one tenth(!) of what that large plumbing company wanted to charge me.  It's ridiculous to see what some of those companies get away with charging people.  Charles' prices, on the other hand, are extremely fair - he's not out there to rob anyone like a lot of these companies are doing!  He's very down to earth, honest and knows his plumbing.  I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Reynolds plumbing is amazing!  They were at our home in 30 mins. or less and fixed our Hot Water Tank input line in 30 mins. and the cost was half what other plumbers have charged us just for showing up at the house!  The plumber was very knowledgeable, polite and fun to talk with!.  He really knew what he was doing!!!  FIXED - no more leaking all over our carport and no - we didn't need a new Hot Water Heater as some had replied to us!

This plumbing co is absolutely the best plumbing company I have ever done business with. The plumber they have sent to me 3 times now is Stephen Bairn, and he is super honest and is on time every time he has been to my house. Great customer service all the way around! I will never recommend any other company!

We live in Fountain Hills, and our water softener was leaking.   We called Chris at Aqua Pro, and we were very happy with the repair he performed, as well as providing us with the name of someone he would recommend for irrigation system service.  Chris also does plumbing and reverse osmosis systems.

I needed emergency plumbing service for leaking pipes. I explained my situation over the phone and synergy plumbing, Chris, arrived in under 30 minutes with repair equipment in hand. He assessed the severity of my issue and was quick and efficient to fix the problem. Chris is an extremely knowledgeable plumber and gave me great preventative advice. Ever since his repair, everything has been working better than ever! I highly recommend this business.

Wish I could give this service 0 stars. I recently bought a new house on June 1st and had been having some plumbing issues since. My boyfriend was initially able to fix the problem for several weeks at a time by renting a snake from Home Depot; however, the back-ups continued and we suspected piping damage secondary to the roots of the neighboring oleander trees. My father had recommended Buff to me after being very pleased with his service at his own home. After several calls, I finally scheduled an appointment with Buff as well.  I told Buff that I suspected root damage to the pipes and was hoping for an official diagnosis from him. I was unable to oversee the appointment but was told he also snaked the pipes and did not suspect any root damage.  I was pleased to hear this information. It is also noted that his service cost $250 whereas renting a snake from Home Depot costs $80.  After only two weeks after his initial job all of the plumbing is already backed up again. I tried calling Buff for 3-4 days with no answer. Eventually, I got ahold of Buff in the morning, he stated he could be at my house later in the morning after he finishes with his current job. I waited until 3:00pm and finally called him again and he said he wouldn't be able to make it and would like to reschedule. I had family coming into town that night and had to end up renting a snake the very last minute on my own. Very disappointed in the cost, communication, and services.
