I've lived all around the world and have hired many plumbers along the way and most have been marginal on a good day.
A friend gave me their name and they've been extremely responsive, skilled, reasonable and professional.  
I now trust them intrinsically and won't use anyone else.  They've fixed pipes, water heaters , leaks and given quotes on a gas line issue. We had 3 other big  plumbing company quotes in one case and Babcock was head and shoulders above their competition.
The pride of ownership is apparent for this family owned business. A rarity these days and we feel fortunate to have found them.

Sad they came to install a faucet and drain in new vanity.  Plumber came  2 weeks ago and said I don't have the part with me. My boss would kill me if he knew that.  He then left and said he would be back in a day or so.  I have text him couple times and still has not showed up. 2 weeks now and I called the office this Am at 0800 and they said boss would call. 4 hours latter no call

Communication with him is easy and he always responds timely. His attention to detail is remarkable. A job done by Russ is always done with exacting precision. My husband called this company yesterday, and we were able to get someone out today.  Scott called me to let me know his current work was taking longer than he had anticipated, and he would be later than expected.  He called before arriving, and then discussed the problem knowledgeably and in everyday terms.  He repaired the multiple leaks and cracks and charged a reasonable amount.  To me, that is the bare minimum with a service call.  What bumps Scott's service to a 4 star is the use of social skills, which can be lacking with some workers in this field.  He identified himself by name and called me by name; he was well-spoken, easily understood, and made eye contact with me.  He also did not speak down to me or make negative assumptions as can be the case.  He was a great blend of friendly but professional.  Once he started on the issue, he worked on it...no texting, no calls, no messing around.

I was in a panic, due to a failed water heater and faulty shut off valve, I had no water Saturday and Sunday.  In a panic Monday morning, I started calling plumbers in my area, no one could schedule me until Thursday!  I called Spencer and he was able to shoehorn me in at 1pm Monday.  He was on time, recommended a quality hot water heater.  Great service, installation, and a great price.  He was so good coincidently my neighbors hot water heater started leaking Monday morning.  Spencer installed his on Tuesday.  Great guy and a great job.

Currently, we are taking measures to upgrade our home for sale and as a result we've been in seeking a reliable plumber to assist with a few faucet exchanges. I've had a handful of folks come over to provide quotes however the length of time to get the job done as well as the costs were far outside our comfort zone. I scheduled an appointment and Dave and a partner arrived two days later on time and ready to help. They were quick, efficient, and kind in providing their services and they stood behind their work. I appreciated the kindness and I was glad I reached out to them as I may have found a long-term plumbing company to work with going forward. My upstairs TRANE HVAC went out, and I wanted repairs. Units were over 20 years, tech suggested using expense money on a new unit and scheduling a sales rep. The rep was great going over the estimate, why, and how. Due to the expense, I got six estimates. They were the second cheapest, however, I picked them due to the great reviews/recommendations/BBB A+ rating. Rep informed me it would take 2 days for two units. Travis and Julian showed up on time Thursday, explained the process, prepared the site, and showed me pictures step by step. They were BOTH very professional, and respectful and took extreme pride in their work. Every day they cleaned up, then prepared the area and cleaned up both inside and outside. I was extremely impressed with Travis and Julian's work! I cannot express that enough.

I live in Fountain Hills and was looking for a local business to repair my toiilet.  The toilet's water was running contiuously where i had to shut the water to it.  I have used Shaddrach Plumbing before and was verry pleased with their work!  Jared was on time .He appeared very professional.  He used plastic shoe coverings while in the house. i directed him to tfhe toilet that needed repair and he knew exactly what the problem was.   He proceeded to fix the toulet and was very meticulous. His price was very reasonable. I'll continue to used Shaddrach.

Set appointment a week ago for them to give me estimate on fence repair.  Waited from 8am-9am as scheduled, no one showed.  Reached company after 11. They sent someone over. He did good repair work at a reasonable market price. My advice is call day before appointment and remind them, other than that company was readonable, easy to work with and they did a good job repairing my wooden fence. Repair man also offered me advice on how to maintain the wood for years to come. Great value from him mostly.

They were great! Super quick to arrive and very professional. Have used them on multiple occasions, once for a flooded bathroom and another time to replace our kitchen sink. Can't recommend them enough.

We called Instant Plumbing at 1:00 p.m., they said they could send Angel out in about 30 minutes.  I got 2 texts, the first one confirming arrival at 1:30 and the second one stating he was en route.  Angel arrived at 1:30 and it took him 30 minutes to fix the toilet that wouldn't flush.  Angel was friendly and provided speedy and accurate service.  Would highly recommend Instant Plumbing.

After getting in touch with David, their Vice President I was able to schedule some repairs after he agreed the work wasn't up to professional standards. Unfortunately Mike, the one who originally did the subpar work, was the one who would be doing the repairs. Well, after taking off a Friday afternoon to meet them, Mike spent about 4 hours basically making things worse, then left without letting me know, and left my garage door wide open in a busy neighborhood. At this point I was livid and gave Dave(their VP) a call. He once again agreed, and asked if they could have one more chance to make things right. I told him I'd be happy to give them another chance provided Mike comes nowhere near my house ever again. So the following Monday, we scheduled Kevin. Man, what a difference, I immediately sensed his professionalism. He took one look at the prior work and shook his head. He then asked if he could basically start from scratch and do things correctly...I gave and enthusiastic yes!. Fast forward 3 hours and Kevin's work was fantastic. Straight pipe runs, clean joints, routing that made sense. All in all, while I wouldn't let Mike anywhere near anything I own ever again, I do trust Smith Plumbing to do what's right when problems arise, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin.

Ok I used AHG for at least five years. No problems at $54.50 a month plus the repair company gets $50.00 dollars for just showing up. The first thing which broke the camel's back as you might say .... We had our gas line break at the connection to our house. It wasn't covered. Then we had our dryer go down, they sent four people to fix it. And all they did was make the matter worse They were all retired and worked for Sears. Worst repairs I ever had and the repairmen would leave parts out. Never to show up again and if they did I was the told, I have no idea where this part goes. Gas water heater went down. It was a total replacement. I never saw the bill btw. But they didn't want to pay for it. I did pay the company for the water heater install though because I don't like debts that I incurred. I should have thunk in 20012 when my a/c went down. No help, because I didnt keep up the maintenance prior to 2012. Hello we moved into our home in 2013. And I had quarterly maintenance always done. Well get this .... My credit card expires in Apr 2015, in March I get an email saying they are cancelling my account because I had not updated my card and I still owed money to a company that was assigned to replace the water heater. Not true at all, I pay our bills.My reply to them was ... no way. No answer from them. But you know what? I'll see you later AHG, NOT.
Don't ever use this rag tag POS of a company for anything. They are just a rip off. Yes I know its more expensive going to local companies to repair items around your home. But those companies (if they are any good) will work with you to help pay for their services.

Save your money and don't go to these home warranty scams. Put a bit of money aside and save it for home repairs and/or do it yourself. JMHO

Cautionary tale to follow when I have more time...but do not trust them with your ac install! I have had 3 ac professionals check out farnsworth's install and they're all appalled and say it's companies like this one that gives them all a bad rep. Communication is terrible as well and i have been waiting a week to hear back from the owner/manager but am giving up hope because I wouldn't trust them to do it right anyways.  Fixing their crap install will cost me around $2000. Terrible company.
