I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.

The first time I called Tavares Plumbing, it was great - Andy responded quickly, got the job done well (garbage disposal replacement), and at a good price.

So several weeks later when I needed some more work done, I called him first. Sadly, this was a mistake.

First, he said he'd be there the next day around noon. That next day, I called him at 12:30 and he said it would be 2:30 at the earliest. He was still working on another job, and I told him I understood, that was fine, as long as he'd be able to come to our house that day.

After I called him a few more times for status updates (note: he never called me to let me know what was up, and always seemed surprised at how late in the day it was), he just stopped answering my calls completely. I had called several times, texted, and left one voicemail message... and nothing.

He had my address, phone number, and my information here on Yelp -- and he didn't just drop the ball, he kicked it into the next county.

It was very frustrating because our plumbing problem was with a sewage pump backup -- not only rendering a bathroom unusable, but filling the house with a horrible odor.

Had he said from the outset -- or, heck, even the next morning -- that he couldn't/wouldn't do the job, I could have contacted someone else sooner rather than later.

I ended up using Lawson Plumbing, who were awesome (if not exactly cheap).

Anyhow, I have called Tavares twice more since this debacle to see if he had any explanation or rationale, but he's apparently not taking calls (or at least not mine).

I'm not sure what happened with him, but it was super disappointing that he ghosted. It was also tough to have two adults and three kids sharing one bathroom, when this whole issue could have been resolved much sooner if he'd either done what he said he'd do, or had simply let me know he didn't want the job.

I've given him two stars in total: the average of 5 stars for the first job, and -2 stars for the second attempt to give him business.

Fast, friendly service!  Rafael came out the same day I contacted him, we reviewed the repairs needed, and he was back the next morning to fix everything.  The workmanship was great, and the service was excellent, I would highly recommend CIB Plumbing.

I had a major leak that was difficult to locate the source of. WaterPros got to the bottom of it doing everything they could to remedy the issue. It turned out to be an hvac issue but they took care of all they could to prevent further damage until the specialist for that job could come address the problem with the hvac system. They are honest, hard working, reliable, and I trust their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling on them again for a water treatment project I have planned.

We purchased a new park model and when I did my first load of laundry, my bathroom was flooded!  After working on the issue for quite some time, they figured out the problem!  There was a plastic cap/plug stuck in the hose!  Ezra was like a 'surgeon'!  He was able to use a small camera and with much patience, he finally got that sucker out!

Dustin & Ezra did an awesome job!  They were polite, professional and got the washing machine hose unclogged!

Ascend plumbing responded in record time was patient with my time frame and got the job done quickly and efficiently. All in all they were great. The price was also a lot better for the sinks than most others. 10/10 service.

We moved into a house which had many leaks, frozen valves, and needed a bathroom addition. Sam was wonderful. He spent a lot of time analyzing each issue, and gave us great advice on how to proceed with the addition. His bill was very reasonable. He's now not just our neighborhood plumber, but our family plumber.

Had a little problem installing a new kitchen faucet. Actually a pretty big problem and had to turn off the water to the house. Called at 8:30 in the evening and left a message. Eric called me right back and made an appointment for the morning. Showed up on time and did an amazing job fixing my mistake. Reasonable fee and a great guy. I highly recommend using CTR Plumbing.

Amazing work! I had to take some time off work to meet Mark at my home for some drain repairs. Not only did he confirm our appointment the morning of, he also called me an hour before the appointment to tell me he was on the way. After all this, he was right on time. That helps a million because I work hourly and need all the hours I can get.

While here, he talked with me about the issues and let me explain my concerns and goals for the plumbing. He fixed the drains quickly and then pointed out another issue and gave me option to fix it.

Mark gave me all the pricing before he got working and even got a quote for me for a future tankless water heater! No surprises and a very kind person to have in your home while fixing the problems plumbing presents.

I needed a chandelier taken down and a much bigger, heavier one put in its place.  Joe was on time and always very polite and accommodating.  He worked fast too and before I knew it the job was done.  I will definitely be calling them to come back for my next job.

I used Compton plumbing for my business and wouldn't call on them again. Between the multiple issues of them not actually  resolving anything(I had to call them back the next day after paying them because the issue wasn't even fixed), their technician being hours late with no communication( We coordinate coming in outside of business hours to open up for them) and than the woman who answers the phone who when asked the question  of where's the technician that was suppose to be sent here 2 hours ago...she says she'll call us back with an update and then stops answering the phone after not hearing from her for an hour. The technician shows up, 4 hours after the scheduled time, apparently doesn't have the right equipment has to leave again. Comes back and then can't fix the problem?!? 2 whole days later, over $600 paid to them for their time  We had another plumber come out the next day and the issue was RESOLVED. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and wish I had cancelled payment on my checks because they didn't deserve a penny.

Right after we moved, we decided last minute to change an old kitchen faucet, an RO tap and add a soap dispenser.  Dustin responded immediately and provided a flat rate for all the work compared to other bids we got.
Not only that, he was right on time in the morning and his work is super clean!! He moved everything back under the sink as it was, even though I told him he didn't have to.
I will be using Phillips Plumbing again for future work and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We replaced TWO air handlers and air conditioners during the month of July 2013. Luckily we found Diamondback Air recommended from a friend or ours. John, the owner was very clear and provided in-depth information and recommendations. We had pretty much done our homework prior to speaking to him so the research and his opinion made our decision easy. The staff consisting of Dustin, Andy, Mark, Billy, Sergio were EXCELLENT! They worked tirelessly on very old 1984 systems and encountered several additional problems, leaking water, rust, additional sheet metal work and electrical work without a complaint....they simply fixed the problem to make it all work with no additional cost to us! Frankly, we did not think there was a company nor it staff left in American that actually did what they said they were going to do and did it well. It was a very pleasant surprise. The old systems were hauled out, house and garage was cleaned up and the two systems are working great. Could not recommend it highly enough.

At a loss for who to call on a Thursday night when we discover a water leak coming from the attic wet walls and carpet.  I can't thank Matt enough for coming out so quickly starting the process of getting everything dried out!!! Matt was very thorough with his inspection and making sure everything dried completely when he came back to pick up the equipment. I appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude along with the very clean job he did, no sign of the fact he cut out walls and ceiling, a very neat demo.  Thank you Lotus and Matt!!!

I've used a few different HVAC companies in the Phoenix area and AC Doctors are good. I've now used them a few times (at different properties) and the techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair. I had a service call with Anthony today and he did a great job. Was pleased enough to sign up for a annual maintainence contract, which I typically don't do. Would recommend

Had both plumbing and electrical come out. Both techs were extremely nice. The only reason it's not a 5 star from me is that electrical was late and missed their first appointment slot and we had stayed home from work to accommodate them. They didn't call right away but they did make sure they came back out that night once we were home. Electrical repairs needed were made within an hour, no trouble. We will call again when we are ready to replace our water heater.

I have AHS and they use this company unfortunately, eveytime they come out to my house they find some way to increase the cost instead of fixing the problem they were called out to fix, it is a nightmare dealing with them every time and they put the job off.
