Earlier this week we had zippy out to fix out toilet and shut off valve to the wall. They offered to come sooner but we didn't need them to come till a couple days after the call but it was nice to know they were willing to fit us in. Brett did a great job, he was quick and pleasant to work with! He had to work around window installers and didn't skip a beat. During the process he answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed to do so. Their pricing was also reasonable. I have a few more things needing to be done and I'll definitely be calling them again.

Incredibly responsive, kind, and trustworthy. Helped us within a hour of me calling with a broken water heater and helped us work through all of our options. We called them because we had an issue with our hot water tank and Don the technician came within an hour and a half and was really quick about replacing our hot water tank. This company specializes in just water heaters. You get a great water heater at a great price with the installation and warranty. We couldn't be happier

Mike was great to deal with. Hearing that there was a water leak involving the faucet repair he was able to come by sooner than anybody else, on a Sunday morning no less!. He arrived on time, got right to work and even took care of a small water leak from the RO system. The total cost was very reasonable and considering the other estimates that I had received were more than double what this cost in total, even adding the cost of a new shutoff valve and the RO leak repair! I can only imagine what some of the others would have tacked on for an emergency charge or the added costs for those extra parts. Mike took the time to clean up the area, and make sure that everything was in working order. Super job, will be keeping his number close by for future projects!

We were so lucky to have been pointed in One Call Plumbing's direction! After our last renters left our rental home, they left it with some serious damages, especially plumbing ones! Arthur came in and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining what he was doing and why. Also, his pricing was super fair and reasonable. I was having trouble with some shower drains at a  4Plex on a weekend night. Our goal is to get this problem solved immediately and to keep things flowing, so to speak.
When I called Rainforest, it was nearly 10 PM on Friday. The call center took all of my information quickly and sent it to their on call plumber. A few minutes later the on-call plumber, John, called me with an ETA. After he arrived at the property and assessed the problem, he called me back with the course of action and a price upfront, before he did any work. His description was concise and gave me enough detail to make a good decision.
He even asked if I was interested in speaking to the on-call supervisor to make sure I understood the issues involved.
I was very happy with the service that rain forest provided. Great job!

I had the honor of Arid Valley work on our kitchen faucet leak and toilet leak. Arid is an amazing team who responds quickly and does the job well. They are an honest business and does not try to sell/scam you.

TJ, who was our technician did a perfect job in a short time. He was punctual, responsive, and honest.

He should really be ashamed of himself.  I am so disappointed with his job, and lack of skills.  I was referred to Coury, and I really hoped that he could complete this job.  My toilet was leaking and he fixed the leak, but my toilet does not flush.  I called him again to advise him that it did not work at all.  He wanted to charge me an additional 100 dollars  for a toilet that he did not fix.  After he came out a 2nd time, It still will not flush and he basically scammed 280.00 from me.  Pleased be advised and invest in someone that is licensed and can complete the job.  I ended up using a licensed professional to complete the job.   NEVER again.  He is as useful as a defective condom.
