I had replaced a compression angle stop valve under my kitchen sink, but it had a slow leak no matter what I did with it. Logan came over, determined that the copper tubing was deformed, cut it off, reinstalled the valve with a new compression ring, and got everything working perfectly. He even recommended a couple tools I could buy to make these DIY replacements easier for me in the future. On top of all that, he did all of this completely free of charge. Couldn't be happier with the service I received!

Arrived early in the morning , trenched my front yard, replaced my sewer line and had me back up and running by noon! And they came in under the original estimate. Polite and courteous service. I am thrilled with Zippy Zebra!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Kevin installed a Water Softener and undersink RO System for me this summer.
His work was efficient, high quality and his service was very friendly.
I don't anticipate having any plumbing problems, but if I do my first call will be to Kevin.

Found this amazing company over the summer when my AC went out. They came out promptly and fixed it the same day! Just had them out for a minor plumbing issue today and I couldn't be happier. Call them and trust your in good hands. Super professional customer service on the phone and even better in person. I will be telling my friends how great they are too.

I would highly recommend Anchor Plumbing! There was a crack in our 10 year old fiberglass tub. Anchor ripped out the old tub and the surrounding tile for us. They provided a simple, beautiful white porcelain over steel tub and updated our funky old fixtures with oil rubbed bronze fixtures. He was extremely punctual with his in home quote process and also when he came to do the work. I'm so glad to have found Anchor Plumbing and hope to use them again when it's time to overhaul our master bath! For reference on our pics, we had Clayton Family Tile install the surround... five stars for them as well!

Don't bother with this company. We called these clowns for a problem with my plumbing, 3 young unprofessional guys showed up, looked like they were partying all night, and walked around with their hands in their pockets and didn't even look at my problem. Just kept rattling prices ; $300 to touch a pipe, $300 to go on the roof, $300 if they take their tools out,.. etc so much for a free estimate what a waste of time. They wanted to tear out the tile floor and knock out a wall to try and figure out what's wrong !!?? What a joke.

Had an emergency situation with a water heater and a timeline for leaving the area. Water Heaters Only had a repairperson to my house in less than two hours, as promised. The repairperson, Don, diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and repaired the water heater in 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! Excellent wok!

I would give Mike 10 stars if yelp would let me. I am grateful to have found him, by searching reviews. I have used him repeatedly, for a myriad of repairs and improvements - from lighting/electrical to plumbing and plumbing fixture installation to small oddities such as garage door seal replacement and other tweaks. He is reliable, on time, incredibly competent and professional and extremely reasonable. He also just happens to be a wonderful person and nice guy to spend time with and have in your home. If he doesn't do a particular job, he has no trouble saying so. He never tries to extend a repair, up-charge you on labor or materials and there is never a question about what falls into his realm of work. If he doesn't do something, he will tell you willingly, though he seems to be able to do almost anything. I have worked with a myriad of contractors, repair people and home service personnel in my life time. Mike is right up at the top of people I appreciate and look forward to seeing and using, again. I'd want to keep him to myself but he already has a loyal following. It's earned. The only thing you might need to know is that his work load is consistent, due to his great service and pricing. He's worth waiting for, if you have a project that calls for him. And he diligently aims to get to you as fast as possible. Mike is truly a great man to have around.

We were pleased with the service they provided us. The technician got here when he told us he would, he gave us an estimate, honored the estimate, fixed our water leak, and patched up our yard where he worked. The technician was very helpful.

Kevin is fabulous. Our old hot water heater failed. It is in a terrible location, access from outside with the the base 4' above a narrow walkway that drops off another 5', plus very tight working conditions. I thought my only option was an expensive tankless system. Kevin looked at it and said he could put in a standard tank heater and save me lots of $. It turned out to be a very difficult project. He called in a helper and got it done. Kevin gets my highest possible rating. I highly recommend him.

Hit or miss unfortunately. Sometimes they are johnny on the spot or other times they bomb like when you are told you have to wait 15 days for a coil that is in stock on the coldest days of winter.

Candidly, this review should be zero stars. I am highly offended by the actions taken by this company and its representatives. I own a rental building in Scottsdale. Dan Prinzen inspected a drain pipe, behind a kitchen sink, and attempted to create a large homeowner's insurance claim for a minor issue. A crack was clearly visible and above a plumbing junction. Instead of completing a basic repair, Mr. Prinzen manipulated the situation and spoke (in a loud voice hoping to disturb my tenant) that the crack was definitely in the building's foundation causing substantial damage. He recommended restoration companies that would charge thousands of dollars to my homeowner's insurance and told me that he would help me collect the most from my insurance company. This company works with home warranty companies and attempted to take advantage of a situation. Turning a repair that should cost a couple of hundred dollars into a tens of thousands of dollars homeowners' claim is incredibly unprofessional. I was forced to use this company by my home warranty and will never use them again.
Mr. Prinzen attempted to tell me what my home warranty would cover and what it would not cover. He must have never read coverage policies because pipe leaks are clearly covered (as well as unobstructed access through walls). He then told me that my home warranty company was incredibly difficult to deal with, as was my homeowners' insurance company and that he should lead any and all conversations with them. Regretfully for Mr. Prinzen, I handle insurance claims regularly and knew the game he was playing. Had I not had experience in this field, and a reliable plumber that gave me a second opinion, I may have been manipulated into this company's scheme to baselessly increase the cost/scope of repairs.
Initially, I was told that this repair would be completed same-day. Once I informed Mr. Prinzen that I did not want an unnecessary re-pipe, his demeanor completely changed (like an individual selling timeshares and is told no). He then told me my tenant would have to wait several days (even though his company had already cut into the walls of the apartment in question). Thankfully, I obtained an opinion from an independent plumbing company that verified the leak was not in the building's foundation and that the repair needed was minor in nature.
This situation was analogous to the stereotypical mechanic that attempts to take advantage of customers. I cannot speak to the normal practices of this business; however, my experience was negative, unprofessional, and manipulative. Therefore, I will avoid this company at all cost in the future.

Adam Coury is not licensed nor does he have the skills to do the work he claims he can do. He renovated our shower and tub and installed new tile in the shower. His work was sloppy and we had to have the bathroom redone within months because there was a gaping CRACK in the shower wall opening up to the inside of the house. The shower was unusable. I have attached photos of Adam Coury's handiwork. Beyond the shower being unusable, the work was sloppy. Tiles were installed uneven and crooked, tile edges were jagged due to bad cuts, excess grout covered the decorative tiles, etc. Just look at the photos. By the way, this was his second attempt at tiling this shower. The first was worse. Adam was unwilling to make things right, so we received a partial refund through a credit card dispute.
We spent an additional $5k to repair what was a functioning bath/shower before Adam had got to it. We have considered taking him to court to recoup our losses, but we know we'd never see a dime. He couldn't even pay $200 to get supplies at Home Depot to start the work. In fact, he asked for additional money halfway through the job after we paid a substantial deposit.
All this to say, watch out for Adam Coury. He is ILLEGALLY soliciting contract work without the proper licenses. I wouldn't trust him to unclog a toilet.
