Their fees are astronomical. Insanely high!!! Even with the Yelp discount they extended I believe it was way too high.
The billing department added some ambiguity to the bill by not being on top of it immediately. Over 1.5 months later I received a call asking if they can charge my credit card for additional services (they feel was left off the first time).
I hate confrontation... I disagree with them completely... I agreed they could charge my card.

Crooks. Stay away. Called them based on their reviews and explained my leak that I could visually see. They quoted me $180 for a service and assured me they can handle the job. Technician arrived and refused to even look at the job without precision findings even though the leak was obvious to a amateur homeowner like me. They took my $180 like crooks and just left. I then texted and emailed them precision finding pictures as they requested but they never responded and just ghosted me. Like I said they are crooks and completely unprofessional. I'm in the wrong business and need to be making easy money like them.
The only plumber I will ever use going forward. Tom and the guys/girls at Apple Plumbing Services are simply amazing. Not only was Tom professional and kind, he took the time to explain all the details of the job and answer all of my questions. Thanks to Tom and Apple Plumbing Services I now have the gas lines properly sealed and piece of mind that the job was done correctly.

They do a great job, there's no doubt about that, but it always takes them a while to come out, I have called them out to different properties many times and some times it takes them up to 3 hours to come out, some times 30 minutes... I cannot comment on their prices as I do not handle that, I do not know what they charge, I use them because they are our main plumbing contact on our vendors list.
These people are great. Husband and wife run it together and their customer service is beyond what you would expect. They come out fast and try to find the least expensive fix to your problem before going to the next level of expense. It can be hard to know who to call when you have a random problem like a pipe in the front yard bursting but I'm glad I called them because now I have a plumber for all our future needs.
I was referred to Apple Plumbing by Handyman Connection as they thought my issue would need a camera tech (ended up not needing it). Dustin did a great job of replacing the broken exterior cleanout pipe while minimizing the demo needed to the side of our house.
I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of Tim when he came out to clear some slow drains in a rental property of mine. He got both drains on the line flowing smoothly by snaking both from the outside cleanout and then through the actual interior drains and was very careful in keeping the areas he was working within the home clean with drop cloths. I highly recommend Apple Plumbing for any plumbing needs! I will definitely be using them in the future for my six properties.
I've used Apple Plumbing for years and had great experiences every time - this latest service was just as good as all the rest. Their staff and Mitchell, the tech, were professional, friendly, and prompt. Apple is the only plumbing service I call because their work is high quality and because I've never had the feeling of being offered work I didn't need.
I don't post on the internet much but I had to take the time to post rave reviews about this company. We called a different plumber (picked off the internet) and when their price to replace a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal was over $900, we sent them on their way. I contacted Apple Plumbing based on great reviews on a different website and if I could give them 6 stars, I would. They fit us in their schedule and charged a very fair price. Their service tech was very professional and courteous. If you're looking for a great plumber, look no further.

After noticing that a toilet was leaking, I called Apple Plumbing to see if they could come out to look at it. The woman who answered the phone was super nice and transparent about their schedule up front. They decided to try to squeeze me in for that afternoon, with a promise to call me later in the day for a status update if I needed to be rescheduled for the next day. I got a call back as promised with an update which was very appreciated!
They were able to make it out that afternoon within the promised timeframe and I received a text about 20 minutes before the technician arrived. He took a look at the leak and then went over pricing on the fix. He was hard working and very efficient! After he was done, we settled up and I went on with my weekend.
I will definitely be calling Apple Plumbing for my future needs. Thanks for the prompt service!

Quick friendly service for water heater installation. Competitive price, good warranty that I hope to never use.
Apple plumbing came out and rerouted our pipes due to a slab leak. They explained the process thoroughly, did a great job on the work and were very helpful helping us with insurance questions and challenges.
Their pricing was more than fair - less than the other quotes and workmanship excellent. Would use them again and appreciated their service.
I had no hot water to the master bath/shower and called Apple (we were referred by a prior customer who was impressed with their service). The plumber (Shane) came out and fixed the problem along with two others (that were costing extra money on our water bill each month).
More importantly I was impressed with Shane's ethics. He said he may need to replace a valve on our water heater (that appeared to be broken) to further diagnose the problem and that it might cost close to $200 to do so. I said 'no problem, sounds good and expected that he would do it. Shane came in five minutes later and said I've figured out a way to troubleshoot around it and won't need to replace it. I was floored. I just ok'd $200 worth of work without flinching that Shane could have done and added to the bill (we're not rich, but he could tell that we could easily afford it). That single action impressed me more than anything I had ever experienced with a service oriented business.
Overall the price was fair (less than I expected), service was great, and Shane was honest and professional. I found out that my experience was not unique as my boss that recommended Apple and worked with a plumber named Randy had the same experience.

We had a plumber sent out by Old Republic who turned out to be shady, to say the least. He told us part of the wall would have to be removed to make the repair. Apple had done an impressive job in the past so we had kept their card on our refrigerator. The Apple plumber did the job in 30 minutes, and the wall is still intact. There seem to be few plumbers who are competent and honest, and Apples is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to have 2 water lines, gas pipe, and drain moved.
Our experience was EXCELLENT. It is great to know there are still honest companies in the valley. We really appreciated the no cost estimate and did not feel we were being taken advantage at anytime from the initial call to the payment at the end.
Ted did our work. We would highly recommend him based on his hard work ethic, honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.

We had an electrical fire and were told to replace the air supply button for the garbage disposal. Apple plumbing did this and helped troubleshoot the source of the problem.

Apple Plumbing delivers quality service at a fair price. I've had them here twice. Grant came the first time to replace my kitchen faucets. He was on time, courteous and professional, and got the job done! I requested Grant the second time, to replace shower/tub trim and garden hose bib. Both jobs had complications that surpassed my do it yourself skills, but Grant took care of everything. Definitely worth a call if you have any plumbing needs!
Apple Plumbing continues to impress! We had a oh no, it's in the wall leak. Gabriel quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly communicated what he needed to do (and what problems he might encounter due to the age of our pipes) and repaired it in a way to minimize cost and damage to the wall. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what he was doing, how much it would cost and how much time he'd need to spend doing it. Plus, he was just a really nice guy! Highly recommended!

They quoted me a price in writing and then reneged on their appointment and commitment to do the job. And to make things worse, this appointment was arranged two weeks in advance and they called the day before the appointment to let me know. Very unprofessional!
I manage properties here in the Valley of the Sun and so far, Apple Plumbing has my #1 vote. From this point forward, I will be using the services of this awesome company. I am grateful for Randy's no fuss approach in diagnosing two homes with various plumbing needs last week. We have used Apple Plumbing for years and they have been solid but on their last visit they really outdid themselves. I called at about 10 am with a concern for a sewer line backup, complicated by the fact that I was having a party in my home starting at 5 pm. They got Kerwin out ASAP and he was diligent about working through the day to get the line cleared and the toilet re-installed in the guest bath, all wrapped up before my first guests arrived! Bravo!

Grant arrived at my house on time and with a call before he arrived to let me know. turned out i did not have a problem with a leaking toilet....but i did decide to install a new water heater. Grant gave me all my options as to cost and was extremely thorough in sharing information and choices. I would recommend this company based on my experience and look fwd. to an excellent install of my water heater. I do agree with other users that their fees are a little higher than average but I feel secure that they will stand behind any work they do.

I just bought a hot water heater from Apple Plumbing. They gave me an excellent deal. I have had them do work at my house twice before. They are family owned, always right there when I need them and do a good job. I totally recommend and trust them!
Apple Plumbing came up with a creative and inexpensive way of filtering water in our outdoor faucet. They took into account heat by the Arizona summer and the proximity to a built in gas grill. The installation had to be done in a tight space. We now enjoy filtered drinking water!
Ok, this is the second time we have used Apple. The owner came out first time, and was so honest, so ethical. He saved us alot of money on a water line repair. Same job that a previous plumber recommended we fix at a hefty price. Apple was correct in their recommendation of no fix needed yet and Wow-wouldn't even take a fee for his trouble. Spent a good 30 min at our house. He could have easily ripped us off but he was just so honest. We were amazed that there are still honest service repair people out there.
We just got into another home, and the water heater went bad today, leaking all over garage, so we called them again, easy name to remember. AGAIN, superb service, came after hrs, within an hour! Again, very honest, good pricing-we did our homework, and professional and quick! We got our pricing on the phone prior to them coming out. Here's a first, our cost ended up being lower than the phone estimate.
Honestly, we have lived in the valley for 30 yrs, and we won't use anyone but Apple now. It's nice to have a plumbing company that you can trust. Yeah!

Today our shop had a small pinhole leak in a wall pipe that led to our pool pump. I called Apple Plumbing - and while I was on the phone with them explaining my situation, they got a supervisor in the truck (Tom) and he started heading over immediately. He arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, fixed it VERY quickly, and suggested, then added, a turn off valve to make it that much easier for me in the future for any pool pump repairs. I highly recommend Apple Plumbing Services - and Tom was just wonderful - he was very respectful, he answered my questions, and was just a delight to be around. I plan to use them in the future personally and will be suggesting them to any and all friends as well! Great company - wonderful people!! Thank you!

Apple Plumbing switched our garbage disposal from our left sink to the right sink. Clay was very efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend this company.
We had a leak at a joint in the main water line just out from the meter box on July 9th. Apple was short handed and couldn't respond quickly so they suggested I go elsewhere for this repair. The line is about 1-1.5 feet under ground. The line did a 90 degree turn (in two 45 degree increments) about 2 feet out from the meter box. The joint closest to the meter leaked. The Parker and Sons plumber seemed a little put out that I didn't allow him to replace the entire main line for $3,200. It's 20 feet from the meter box to the house. The main line is PVC I guess. He did what seemed to me a bit of an unusual repair for $609. It was an inverted U with four elbow joints out of PVC. His reasoning was that he didn't want to put stress on the main line since he thought the PVC was brittle. When he finished he left the site as a small mound of dirt.
This repair lasted until July 28th, so 19 days. The leak started back up in the same location. I had Apple Plumbing out since they are my preferred company. Ted came out late Friday and determined what likely needed to be done. Tim was the on-call guy on Saturday who did the work. What Tim found was interesting. The leak was coming from a crack in the inside seam of one of the elbow joints used in the inverted U repair. The Parker and Sons plumber either used a faulty technique putting the joint together (too much stress and cracked it) or used a faulty product. Tim from Apple did a simple straight line repair with copper replacing the inverted U repair without difficulty. The charge was $500 dollars. When he finished, instead of leaving a mound of dirt, he carefully tamped the mound down flat even with the surrounding ground, and raked the landscaping gravel back in place. A professional job the whole way through.
I had the plumber put back tail piece back together under bathroom sink spend maybe 10 minutes. cost 150.00 I told him it was hight, told me this the price.use to be good customer other the year,in the past the charge was according to the job at hand.need to find Mr handyman

When I scheduled them to come to my house I asked about a military discount and said yes they have that and the plumber will let me know. The plumber arrived and I showed him the two toilets I had already purchased and he looked at the areas and came back and said $500 for everything. When I mentioned the military discount I was suppose to receive he sighed and said okay. He did the job and when he gave me the bill it was $500 and I said that was the price before the discount and he told me you owe me $500. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I'm very happy with the quality of Service from Apple Plumbing. Very nice people, did a great job and a reasonable price. I used them for Hydrojetting my drains.
I had a serious leak inside the kitchen wall from the kitchen drain. Apple Plumbing came on time and gave an estimate after an examination. The repairs were done as quoted and I found the professional expertise to be just what was needed. Thanks to Apple Plumbing the leak is repaired and the wall is ready to paint tomorrow.
Not cheap, but fast, efficient, and courteous. Called warranty company Old Republic and they sent AM/PM PLUMBING and got the run around for 2 days. 3 toilets and 2 showers with NO drainage. In the end, called Apple Plumbing on my own. Came out same day, Grant was courteous, on time, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM with a 75 foot line from the roof, the tech used about 65 feet of his line and AM/PM told me he couldn't fix it with 100 foot line (lies lies). Just FYI -Don't flush Costco Kirkland flushable wipes, they don't break down. This company was there for us and we won't forget it. Thanks for your help!!!

I had Apple Plumbing out for a simple service item, replacing a filter cartridge for an h20 system in my home. During the replacement of the cartridge an o ring was broken and solution from the h2o system was spilled by the technician, damaging my new epoxy floors. I purchased new o rings for the system and had the tech come back out. This time the tech could not get the o rings on the h2o system and I was told my only option was to now replace the h20 system all together. In the end, a simple repair left me with damaged epoxy floors and having to remove a water system from my home, that was functional when they first arrived at my home . I reached out to the company to see what they can do to fix their errors and they ignored my calls for weeks. I am posting this now, to let others know my experience with a company who does not stand by their work or damage to your property.

The folks at Apple Plumbing are fantastic. I highly recommend them. I have relied on them for all of my needs and installations. They are professional, great to work with, and do quality work! Their fees are competitive and I trust them. We recently had a pipe leak behind a wall. They came in fixed the leak, got everything cleaned up, and installed the replacement system. We are extremely happy!
There isn't a price high enough for peace of mind. Apple Plumbing came to my rescue two years ago for a major issue after two other plumbing companies performed unsatisfactory work. I wish I would have found them first. They are extremely professional, timely and stand behind their work. Other companies dodge phone calls and they answer the phone with a smile. From the owner, to the office staff to the plumbers onsite. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I've had them out to fix a balky shower, to fix a tricky wall-mounted kitchen faucet, and to snake out some clogged drain lines. Each one was a great single-visit encounter, except the kitchen faucet. When I noticed a small pool of water a few days later below the kitchen faucet, the owner of the company came out and handled the fix himself. So they're good, and the stuff they don't do right they will come back and do it right the second time. That's really all you can ask for in a plumbing company.
I don't normally write reviews but rely on them, which is not fair, so I am going to start and there is no better time.
I assure you, Apple Plumbing Services are not only polite (Beth+Judy), but they have a phenomenal tech named Grant.
There are other techs I have not encountered because Grant has always fixed my plumbing issues in all the years I have owned my home, so I had no need to look any further.
He is very professional, polite, and most definitely has a gift from God.
The short time it takes him to diagnose issues are uncanny and he has never left without my problem being unresolved.

Outstanding service... needed a same day plumber for a problem I ran into when remodeling a home built in the 60's. They were the 5th company I called. They were polite, attentive, made a same day appointment. They showed up when they said they would, gave me the 30 minute notice I asked them to, wore a mask, was extremely professional, and completed the job quickly which involved banging out concrete, cutting an old galvanized steel pipe, and installing a new shower drain. As a woman, your always concerned about being taken advantage of. Not this company.. I would absolutely recommend them and will use again for future needs.

Ted replaced the garbage disposal in the kitchen, replaced the shot off valve for the hot water in the laundry and replaced a shower head in the master bathroom shower. He was quick and efficient. Our water heater went out unexpectedly this morning. Apple Plumbing was able to send someone out this afternoon. Clay showed up and figured out our water heater was still under warranty. He took it over to Home Depot and got us a new one. After installing it, he serviced our reverse osmosis system. He was very professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job!
Always a pleasure to deal with. Ted came the last two times. He's good at tracking down a problem. In fact, he squeezed through a small space in our attic and took pictures of our ancient steamer. We didn't even know where to look for our steamer!

This was the second time we have used the services of Apple Plumbing. As with the first, the service was good and prompt. Our technician, Grant, was very professional. He did a good job for us and cleared our clogged drain. The only issue we have is with the cost structure of this service call. It was a little over $200 for an hour of work. I do not mind paying more for great service but one aspect of the charge was a little weird. Specifically, we were charged $50 extra for what Apple Plumbing calls a roof charge since the technician had to take the ladder off of his truck and climb onto our roof. Not sure how this justifies an extra $50 being added to the bill. The fact that the tech had to take his ladder off of his truck did not add any value to the call and did not increase the costs to Apple Plumbing for providing the service to us. Not sure how $50 is justified here. Oh well, when you have taken time off work to be home and the technician is standing there and you need to have your drain cleared whadayagonnado?
I had my water heater go out over the weekend. Apple plumbing came to me highly recommended by a friend who has been using their services for 15 years. They were able to come the very next day and install a new water heater. The representative was wearing a mask, entered through the garage, and was safety conscious. Apple Plumbing to my Rescue!
In my almost 30 years as a homeowner, I hadn't used a plumber more than a few times until the past couple of months.
The past 6 months I have had Apple Plumbing on speed dial for both scheduled and unplanned needs following a recent home purchase. My realtor recommended Apple when one of the emergencies occurred and they were so responsive. Jamie in the office kicked things into gear. The tech onsite (Ted) was very helpful and thorough.
I then consulted them when I was doing a remodel project and again they helped with great recommendations on dealing with the situation both economically while meeting my needs.
This past week we had an old water heater erupt and again, it was a call and same day service to get out, help get the situation under control and consult on next steps.
They have been honest, friendly and so compassionate in a time of crisis!

We had a broken water line under our house and Apple responded urgently to help! The pricing was very reasonable and the work was top notch. 10/10 would recommend!
Apple Plumbing is incredible and we have used them for three different homes we own! We had a massive clog in our main line that caused sewage back up in several bathrooms. They understood our emergency and redirected technician Grant immediately. It was late on a Friday, so even more appreciated. Grant arrived within 40 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. He resolved our blockage rapidly and gave us recommendations about maintenance for the future. He even insisted on covering his shoes before entering our home. A+ for Grant and Apple Plumbing.
We had Clay come out and he was amazing! He worked hard and fast and cleaned up after. Very polite and professional definitely recommend!
I recently used Apple Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet at the base of unit. Gabriel the tech was great. Identified and explained the issue and promptly fixed. Also repaired a previous install issue. I have used Apple Plumbing in past and am never disappointed in the great service.
I had a dishwasher plumbing issue scheduled for Sat 11-1. No one called or showed and then I called at 3 and they said they mixed me up with another customer and now couldn't make it out. I advised stayed home all day and they said they couldn't do anything until Monday now. I asked how they would make this up to me since I had used their company 4-5 times already and spent over $1000 over the last year. They said no to a free service call on Monday or even half off due to inconveniencing me. I thought that was a reasonable request. They said they could offer me $15 which is basically what they give all new customers. Really disappointed at the lack of customer service and appreciation of repeat customers. Won't use again. Find a plumber who appreciates your repeat business
My landscaper found a copper pipe spraying water all over the place. I called Apple plumbing late on Friday and they were out the next morning to fix it. Got the job done quickly and at a very good price (I was expecting the worst based on other plumbers I have used in the past Will definitely use them again.
I had a leak in my garbage disposal on a Friday evening. I had to make a trip on Sunday and wouldn't be back until Monday night. I didn't get a chance to call Apple Plumbing until after 5:00 pm on a Friday night. Lo and behold someone answered the phone. I got an appointment set up for Tuesday to have the leak repaired, but then I found out that I had to take another trip on Tuesday. I called Apple Plumbing and asked them if we could change the appointment and they did it for me and a plumber showed up on Wednesday. By that time our garbage disposal wasn't working so we had to have it replaced which also fixed the leak. The price of the repair/installation was great, as always. This is the reason that I have been a customer of Apple Plumbing since 2010.
Clayton is amazing . He will go above and beyond. He was able to fix many issue with plumbing in my home. He is our go to guy. Jamie is amazing and always communicates what's going on. I love apple plumbing.

Don't use these plumbers!!! Apple Plumbing are dishonest plumbers! They agreed to do a basic faucet repair, knowing that the insurance company was paying for it, and charged the maximum the insurance company would pay for the repair. A few weeks later, the repair failed, and Apple refused to stand behind their work. When I asked for the receipts to justify their original repair, they refused to provide any proof of the work done. Their employees are rude and abusive, and I'm very sorry I ever used them in the first place. I picked Apple for one reason: they had a good review on Yelp--but the reviews don't reflect my experience. They're crooks. Save yourself heartache and hire anyone else.
LOVE this company !! Right on time. They evan worked around my crazy schedule. Steve explained what he would need to do to fix my water heater ,and gave me a quote for what the approximate cost will be.. He was very professional AND personable. He finished up and and assured me that if there was any further problem in the next few days , he would return with no extra service charge. The cost was reasonable and right at his quoted price. APPLE will now be my plumber of choice and I have info for my friends.

Oh man all I have to say is it's great when the plumber comes to the job site prepared and ready to fix your issue! My toilet started leaking profusely at 4pm the day I moved in and of course getting a plumber at the end of the day is near impossible but to get one first thing in the morning is a godsent. We had a leaking hot water heater and called Apple Plumbing who we had used before. Andrew came out and replaced the hot water heater. He had lots of helpful advice and fixed a leaking kitchen facet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use Andrew for all my future pluming needs.

When they installed the water heater on our house, they Installed the safety TPR valve upside down. We found this out when the house was inspected upon selling it. When called, they refused to fix their faulty installation saying that the previous owner didn't want to have it fixed free when offered. How convenient for you, apple plumbing! Who in their right mind would refuse a free fix? A better question, who would install something upside down then not stand behind the quality of their work and fix it when brought to their attention? These guys! If you use them, you'd better hire a second plumber to go over their work or they might install something wrong. Btw, they quoted us a higher price to fix it than most of the other places we asked?! Not even a discount to fix their work, but instead a higher quote. Thanks guys! 1 Star.
Main water line from the meter to the house developed a leak I called several plumbers for a bid. I checked all of them first on Yelp, AZ contractor's web site and the BBB to be sure they were reputable companies. BTW: no company has perfect reviews but if the very positive outnumber the negative 25 to 1 that's good enough for me as you can't please everyone.
Apple was the best price by far. The team arrived on time. They were friendly and courteous. Got to work right away. Finished the job and tested all areas within the time frame that was estimated and left the area as needed.
I would recommend them to anyone.
I had Apple Plumbing out to fix a wax ring. The toilet was not secured properly and rocks. Since it has been over 30 days, they said that it would cost me another $150 to come out. VERY disappointing! The tech was very nice. However, if the company can not fix properly what was paid for already, then I would not use them again! Bad company policy!

Do not honor their work product or quality. We sent over to do work as a subcontractor on a home project and did not own the work thereafter. Kept trying to pass the issue off on other components of the project. Would not recommend at all, other honest and trustworthy plumbers in the area.

I called Apple Plumbing for a second estimate to ensure the first company was in line. I had no real intention of having the work done byApple as I liked the rep from the 1st company. Tom (Supervisor) came out and was very thorough in his review of the job needing to be done. He provided a written estimate that day. The estimate Apple Plumbing gave was approx $700 LESS than the 1st company w/ almost identical written description of the work. Not only cost, but Tom's professional demeanor & obvious knowledge won me over. They scheduled me 2 days after the estimate and Tim came to the house. He worked all day on a stubborn section of pipe and got everything done same day. He was friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. I paid the bill which was only about $20 over the original estimate. 2 days later I had a question and got an immediate response with an offer to send the Sup back out. That wasn't necessary as we were able to troubleshoot on the phone. Long review to say, pick these guys. You won't regret it.
So last night, against my own best judgment, I stuffed a huge pile of strawberry stems and cores down my disposal, hit the switch and prayed. It only took a second to realize what a stupid move that was as black, oily, smelly nastiness started backing up in my sink.
I'm sure there's a lot of you people out there who already know the basics of how to remove the pipes under the sink to dislodge whatever is clogging up the machine, but I wasn't one of them. After a STELLAR previous experience when Apple replaced a broken kitchen faucet for me in lightning fast time, I decided to call them again to clean up my mess.
The answering service gave me a service window for this morning from 10-1 which was perfect because I'm out schlepping my kid around town every day from 2pm til who-knows-when. I got a little bummed when the office called me around 9 this morning to say that the answering service got it wrong somehow, and there really wasn't a good time today. I explained my situation (nicely, by the way - you should try it the next time you need someone's help), and the very nice lady on the other end said she'd try her best to juggle things around and squeeze me in. I didn't expect much, but I really wasn't overly concerned. A clogged disposal isn't life or death...
Fast forward to 10:30 and my phone rings. It's Grant from Apple Plumbing saying he'll be by in 5 minutes! Fast forward another 30 minutes and he's giving me a little tutorial on how to remove my pipes if I'm ever stupid enough (my words, not his) to do this again. So yeah, now I know how to fix my own clogged disposal. I'm in the club! :-)
Seriously, thank you Grant for the excellent education and tutorial, but most importantly, thank you for lugging all that filthy black stink that blasted out at you from my sink pipes out to the street. You're the best!

I've had these guys out 3 times and have been supremely satisfied after each visit. Not only do they fix your problem, they'll tell you why it happened and give suggestions on preventing it. Ted came out here most recently and gave me some really good tips on keeping our drains unclogged...now I know more about garbage disposal use than I ever thought was available. Will definitely call them again.

Our shower valve broke and Apple Plumbing was quick to come to the rescue. Clay was available to assess the problem the day after I originally called, and confirmed the problem, and suggesting that our present valve (due to age) may need to be replaced...he tried to get it working with the existing, and when he couldn't, made a knowledgeable recommendation as to next steps. While it involved a new shower head and valve, he was able to return a few days later and successfully complete the work. Clay is an amazing associate - genuinely cares for his customers and works to ensure satisfaction. Couldn't be more pleased with the work and given that I'm already a return customer, would absolutely use Apple again and recommend to others.

Apple plumbing is honest, on time and communicative. I feel like the technician did his best to repair items rather than tell us something needed to be replaced. This meant a less costly repair and our trust in their expertise. Will use and refer to everyone. Awesome plumber and office staff!!
Great service and they got me in the same day. A little proxy but worth getting it done right away.
We have used Apple Plumbing three times and each time the service has been exceptional at a very fair price. The plumber wore a mask the entire time and even reminded me to wipe the door knobs he had touched. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
Andrew from Apple Plumbing came out to fix a toilet that was leaking & running and a water shut off valve that didn't work. He assessed the situation, told me what it would cost and quickly went to work. He was very efficient and very nice. I thought their price was reasonable and will definitely call them again in the future.
Excellant next day service for multiple non emergency problems. Shane was professional and competant. We used them once before as well.
Prices are a little bit high, but not as bad as we have experienced from the shiesty big chain plumbers in the area.
Definitely would reccomend them.

Grant from Apple Plumbing came running to fix yet another issue that had popped up. Love this Apple Plumbing from the minute they pick up the phone. Always friendly, never make you feel like an idiot. Their prices have always been either equal to or less than the others. Grant quickly figured out the first approach of least resistence and least cost and he was correct and it worked. Kudos to Apple Plumbing!
It is difficult to find a company that's competent at their craft, makes me feel safe to have them work on my house, and doesn't make me feel taken advantage of when it's time to figure the bill. I'm so glad a friend referred me to Apple.
No matter how I might ramble on the phone, the folks in the office understand what I'm getting at and everyone teams up to meet my needs for scheduling/rescheduling, records with multiple addresses (I'm a property manager as well as a homeowner), etc. Grant is not just polite and knowledgeable, he works hard to use his time efficiently so that I don't get charged more than is necessary, which is something I really appreciate.

I had drainage issue with a shower and a bathroom sink. It got to the point where I needed to get this fixed.
I called Apple Plumbing and it was easy to set the appointment and the tech was out the next day. He arrived on time, was fast and efficient, everything drains perfect now, and even to a look at my water heater to make sure it was still in good condition.
Pricing was fair and reasonable and the quality of work was exceptionally high. Completely recommend Apple Plumbing to anyone out there.
Due to poor plumbing work in a bathroom remodel last year, we needed adjustments. Ted was great during his estimate process and fixed all issues efficiently and professionally, a bonus on top of his guidance and empathy!

I've been a customer for almost 10 years and have always been very happy with their work. Apple has done numerous jobs for me, from relocating my sewer line a few years ago (major job!) to fixing running toilets, leaky showers, and getting the 'yuck' out of my drains. Their work is always top notch, technicians/plumbers are on time, friendly, and highly qualified (shout out to Tim!). Customer service is super helpful and responsive. Pricing is very reasonable.
I had a clog in the main drain of my house. A recurring problem-- it happened the the first time about a year before. I called Apple on a Friday morning at 9am, and they had someone out by 11:30. Steve from Apple Plumbing was very friendly; he snaked the drain quickly and was careful not to make a mess. Since I'd had this problem before, he offered to take a look with a drain camera for an extra $50 to try and find the cause, but also said it probably wasn't necessary since he didn't feel any major blockage. I appreciate that he offered but didn't try to pressure me at all. I declined the camera, but if it happens again I'll probably ask for it.
Last time I called a different company who charges a flat rate per job... they charged me $250 to snake the drain, when it was only a 30 minute job. This time, the total bill from Apple was $128 - about half what the other guys cost! Friendly, quick, and a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

I have had absolutely great services and prices from Apple Plumbing. He was willing to really help explain everything to me, show me what he was doing, and go above and beyond what was expected. Husband and wife run it together and their customer service is beyond what you would expect. They come out fast and try to find the least expensive fix to your problem before going to the next level of expense. I would definitely recommend Apple Plumbing any time.

Total ripoff. The supervisor was sent out because the first guy they sent (twice) couldn't clear the clog. He poured some chemicals down the drain then gave us a lame story that my pipes were old and we would need to tear into the walls and floor to replace the lines. My husband went to Home Depot and bought a $14 snake and after about 15min had the clog cleared. They still charged us $135 and when i called them to tell them we cleared it ourselves, they just said that's great. Really??? Buyer beware!
All 3 of the toilets in my house were having various glitches at once so you can imagine the stress I was feeling not being able to use the bathroom in my own house. I took to Yelp to find a plumber in my area and came across Apple. They were on Angie's List and accredited by the BBB so I gave them a call. Their prices are on the higher end of things ($109 for the 1st hour, $90 every hour after) but let me tell you, they are WELL worth it. Due to a cancellation they were able to have someone come out w/in a hour of my phone call and I couldn't be happier. Steve was professional and fixed everything w/in the first hour. I will definitely be using them again.

I had a horrible experience with this company.
I contacted them via email on Tuesday morning. They responded shortly after opening time, which was good. It turns out the only good thing. I explained my situation, and they said that they were busy on Tuesday but would call me on Wednesday to schedule some time. Overall friendly.
They explained how they work with an outside firm that identifies leaks using some sort of infrared system, and that if they had to break into a wall that the damage is minimal because they know how to find the leak.
They mentioned that a visit would cost over $120, and I told them that was absolutely fine (I rent the unit so I have to get it fixed).
No word from them on Wednesday. I call them on Thursday and they had no idea who I was. I managed to jog someone's memory, and then she said that she remembered me and my situation. She didn't know what was going on and had to call me back. By this point I knew I was not going to use their service.
She then calls me back and said that they were going to have to dig into the wall and that they only do certain work and not other types of work and that I'd need someone of fix the walls. She offered a lame excuse to cover why they never called me back. I asked why she didn't mention this infrared company again. Then she just started babbling and I ended the call because they had already wasted two full days of my time.
I found a new plumber and they were there in two hours. They also didn't charge for the visit.
I needed a new Toto Toilet installed and the old toilet removed. I also needed two bidet toilet seats installed. Travis arrived just as scheduled and he was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He was able to remove our old toilet and haul it away and install the new toilet. We had a cracked tile under the old toilet and he repaired the tile since the new toilet had a small base that wouldn't cover the cracked tile. The bidet toilet seats were a different brand than the toilets, but he found a way to cut the bumpers down to get them to fit. The whole job took about 3-hours. Would definitely use again.

Apple Plumbing has great customer service! I think her name is Beth, but she is such a joy to speak with and schedule with over the phone. She deserves a raise!
Apple Plumbing also does a respectable job on the job. We had Grant come to do an easy and quick fix on our bathroom sink. He went over all of the costs and ins and outs ahead of time and was quick and efficient in the job that he did.
My only recommendation is that Apple Plumbing lowers their service call fees as they are rather high and expensive. Discounts are available, though, so just ask!
Overall, I would recommend Apple Plumbing.
I've used Apple Plumbing twice, they're now my go to plumbers.
Mitchell is my requested service 'guy', professional, knowledgeable, ontime, polite, I highly recommend him. Jasmine in the office is patient and problem-solving.
I had what I thought was a simple clogged exterior pipe, which prevented me from using 3 different outside faucets. I was sure that I had spotted where the leak was occurring. I called Apple Plumbing and they sent Tim. He arrived at 3:00 on a Friday ready to fix this not too difficult issue. 2 hours later, Tim and I were flummoxed as to the starting point of the leak. He returned Monday morning ready to tackle the problem that was turning into a monster. After much digging and searching and hitting dead end after dead end ( I was ready to settle for just one working faucet!), Tim figured it out. He never gave up, he was determined to not let this clog win! 5 hours later it was repaired and I have use of all 3 faucets!!! Tim was AWESOME!!!

Just had Apple Plumbing come out today and provide a service call and quote. Grant was on time and provided great customer service and recommendations. Grant also provided a quote for a Water regulator to control water pressure. Quote was same as other plumbers I had received. I will be using Apple for follow up repairs.

Apple Plumbing Services is nothing short of a god send. I contacted Apple Plumbing after having a odd feeling about another plumber I had hired and worked with for a sewer line which collapsed. Apple Plumbing came right out and confirmed my suspicions and literally hand held me through every single detail of the job and their findings. Some of the work they found to have been completed correctly and they advised me of this. But the work which was not done correctly was explained to me in laymans terms included a color coded diagram! Yes, a diagram! I was losing sleep over this disaster in my rental home and they were able to repair the problem at a fraction of a price and have assisted me obtain the information needed to rectify the situation with the first provider who was already paid an exorbitant fee. I would not trust ANY OTHER plumber or drain company ever to come to my home. They are fair and conscientious and are reasonably priced...everyone deserves to make a living and a fair living at that, but this company prides themselves on excellent work for a fair price. Joni and Randy, and the entire staff including the hand crew, have been nothing short of fantastic! Highly highly recommend them!

I have had nothing but outstanding experiences with this company. Randy the owner came out to my house to discuss guest house kitchen options. He was very informative and never made me feel rushed or that my questions were silly. His ballpark prices we discussed were very reasonable. They will definitely be performing the kitchen services. Next I had a serious leak somewhere at my house that was outwardly undetectable. They sent Tom out who was very professional and spent quite a bit of time helping me narrow down the search for the leak. He, too, discussed many options with me with respect for my lack of knowledge and even seemed to enjoy educating me on the subject. After testing the system for a week with the water off on my irrigation he came back to replace my vacuum breaker, install a broken main house valve, and a new hose bib on the guest house. Professional work at an excellent price. I'm super stoked.

We called Apple Plumbing on a Friday at 4pm. They were over in 20 minutes and fixed our bathtub leak in no time. I wish we had gotten the plumber's name because he did an amazing job!! Very efficient, very knowledgeable, and came to help us on a Friday afternoon. I don't know many companies that would do something like that. Overall amazing service, and if we ever have any plumbing issues again, we know who to call!

Apple plumbing is the BEST! I own a flooring company so we're constantly identifying plumbing issues in my customers' homes, and there is NO ONE I would recommend but Apple Plumbing. They are extremely responsive, reliable, and do fantastic work that's sure to last. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

These guys were great! Ted came out within 1 hour from when I called, which was amazing in itself. Most plumbers take 3-4 hours or longer. He had the job done within 30 minutes and the invoice was much lower than competition, which was a nice surprise. The Yelp discount was a nice bonus, too! I would definitely recommend these guys again, excellent job!!
We had them come out and look at a leaking toilet twice. The first time they came out and we told them we thought the o ring was going. They told us someone was missing the toilet when going to the bathroom and the seal was fine. They charged us for the visit $175. Two weeks later the toilet starts leaking again more than before and we call the back again and they tell us we have a cracked water line under the foundation. We call a third party to scope the pipes to find the leak. He shows up and tells us the o ring on the toilet is gone. We have now paid 600 for an easy fix. Apple plumbing doesn't know what they are doing and are too expensive . Very poor business practices. Let's see if they refund my money due to their poor service.

If only all companies performed like Apple plumbing the world would be a better place. They can out to fix a broken pipe at my home and have also working on a couple friends of mine I referred them too. Each and every instance they were on their game. On time, on quote and all around good reliable people I've come to trust. Being a business owner myself it is so important to have the best people in my corner and these are definitely the people you should consider
These people will rip you off! Call anyone else but them! My toilet was running so we called Apple Plumbing. They said it was a bad flapper and quoted a low price to fix. Plumber was very, very rude and offensive. They ultimately charged me $160! A few weeks later a different toilet was having the same problem. I replaced it myself, cost $4.98 and took me less than 5 minutes to fix. I feel Apple plumbing really took advantage of me. They act very dishonestly and I would not recommend them.

The other reviews talk about price, but I always consider value of my time and knowing it will be done right the first time instead of just the price.
When I came home from work last night and found the floor under the sink wet, I called the pros at Apple Plumbing right after I turned the water off under the sink. Some things are better off done by a professional. I hate to ever need to call a plumber, but when I do, I appreciate knowing it only takes one call to fix my problem. This company shows genuine, honest Midwest values every time they've come out to my home. No matter who they send, I can always count on them being clean, professional, knowledgeable on time, and always fair... For us, it isn't worth worrying when there is only one # I'll call. For our dollar, there is a value to prompt, courteous service that solves the problem with a single call!
My plumbing issue was short-lived, and I'm thankful for Apple Plumbing.
I was in a bad car accident this morning. A gentleman in an Apple Plumbing van stopped to make sure no one was seriously injured. I really appreciate that. I've never used their plumbing services, but this says a lot about the kind of people they are. Thank you!!!
