I had plumbing work done in my kitchen in December of 2017. There was a long-term leak in some old plumbing (from the 60's), which required demolition of part of the wall to repair.  Jason K from Lawson was very expert in diagnosing the problem and did a fantastic job on the demolition portion and the repair of the plumbing.  I also had an outdoor leak repaired at the same visit.  In addition to doing a great job on the two problems, he noticed that the pressure control valve (PCV), which was installed by a different company 2-3 years ago, had already failed.  He repaired that as well.  Furthermore, rather than just charging me the initial estimated price, he charged for the actual time it took to repair, so that the total job, including the PCV add-on, was less than the initial quote.  The service was exceptional from the initial contact and everything following. Jason was not only very knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company.  Their reviews are well deserved.

My shower was leaking to the condo below and they came and did a through inspection and were very helpful! They gave a couple options as to how we could proceed and fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with our AC, left a message via Yelp and was contacted immediately and a tech was at our house in a couple hours and repaired our issue and we were very happy.

All was going pretty good until they decided we needed a new pressure gage( or whatever)additional 800.00
They did not have the part and said they would be back in am. And would rake and clean up area . They installed the 800.00 additional item. And said they did not put back hose and large potted plant because they did not move it, and they most certainly did.I contacted them 3 times and no response. Would never use again.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Had water dripping through my kitchen ceiling yesterday from the upstairs bathroom.  I didn't want to wait a few days for the home warranty people to come out.  I found their info on NextDoor and called them right away. They had a technician out within 2 hours.  He explained what he was going to do and was up front about the cost of diagnosis.  He determined it was a faulty seal on a recently installed upstairs toilet.  He fixed the problem.  Everyone was professional.  I think the repair and reseat of the toilet cost was fair given it was an emergency call.  I asked him if he should check my other upstairs toilet that was recently installed and he took a look and told me he didn't believe there was an issue with that toilet and he didn't want me to have to pay for him to pull the toilet and then reseat it if there was nothing wrong.  I would use them again for sure.  No negatives.

I've used Diamondback Plumbing several times now, and have always had a great experience with them. They may not be the cheapest out there, but as they say, you get what you pay for. What I've gotten with Diamondback is high-quality work that I trust, performed by very friendly and professional technicians (Ozzie and Bryan have both been great).  Not paying an additional fee for work done on a Sunday is just icing on the cake. I recommend these guys 100%.

I called this company at around 1pm a couple of days before Christmas and they came out at 6pm after I got off work right when they said they would. Chris, the technician was friendly, helpful, and fast. He answered all of the questions I had about the sewer line and life cycle etc. I would highly recommend these guys.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

After moving to Chandler 10years ago, I am so glad I've found a reputable company to service all my plumbing needs.  They have replaced my water heater (on a short notice, the owner came on a Sat).  That was my first experience with them!  Awesome service and left the place super clean!  Since then I've called them with other problems, most recently a leaking shower.   Tony came out on time and did an amazing job!  Their prices are very competitive and they always show up super professional and friendly.  They don't mind answering any questions you have and also try to educate you.  Again, with so many plumbing companies out there, this company is top notch and  the best!!!!  You will not be disappointed!

So my first call to option one they forgot to add me on the schedule which I was fine with but the plumber they sent literally told us he didn't know how to work on our heater. I requested a new plumber and they sent the same exact guy who once again did not know what to do but told us an electrician was needed. Electrician came out and said the breaker was fine and that it's a water heater problem. So not only did these guys take $200 on service calls they never actually found the problem. Thanks

UPDATE: Received an e-mail from Steve Kenyon last night and a call from Chris Hays this morning. Both apologized and conceded that they made substantial pricing error. To be 100% fair, I want to point out that the $300 repair I had done would be equivalent to what Hays would consider a Rescue motor that they feel would be inadequate, but I want to make sure we are apples to apples with what I had done, and they would have been $700ish for the rescue motor, which is in line with what others quoted for an OEM Motor replacement. They also revised their estimate for the OEM motor install (That they feel is necessary and I don't disagree) to $950ish (Still substantially higher than others).
I do appreciate their followup very much and their handling of this has been very professional polite, and they offered to refund my service charge which I appreciate but wasn't expecting, so I'm updating my review from a 1 Star to a 2 Stars

SHAME ON YOU!!!! The AC died at our business today and what do I do.... I go you Yelp Call the highest rated company and scheduled a service call. Guy shows up early PERFECT Relief soon!
After 30min or so the tech come in and tells me The fan is dead and your unit will need an OEM fan because the Rescue fans we keep in our vans wont work with your unit. On top of that, the compressor overheated and we wont know if it will reset until it cools, so it could need more than just a fan.
I say okay, what are we looking at? He said Our Rescue fans run $700-$750 but since yours needs an OEM fan your probably over $1,000 shocked I ask for a quote so we can talk to our building owner and make a decision. He says sure, no problem. He goes to his van and come back a few minutes later and e-mails me an invoice for the $79 service call and a $1,250 Estimate to JUST swap the fan... If the compressor was bad then that would be a whole other thing. We happily paid him for the $79 service call and told him we will let him know what we want to do about the fan once we speak to the building owner.
After the Hays tech leaves, I call the building owner and she referred me to the guy that has worked on the unit in the past. I call him and let him know what Hays said and he choked at the $1250 and said I'll be out in a little bit, but I suspect I can replace it for you for $400-$500 Tops. He said if you can go up and get me the the fan motor HP Rating, RPM and Shaft size I can grab the correct motor on my way and get you up and running. He did agree that we are still hoping that the compressor survived but that's just the chance we have to take.
I'm a fabricator and a mechanic and a general smart guy so I climb up and get all the info off the motor including the Model and part number. I call the guy that the building owner referred me to give him the info and after getting off the phone I decide out of curiosity to google the Model & Part number...... and holy crap!

I can buy it all day long for under $88. I own an auto parts business and by no means am I expecting to pay internet price to have some one come and replace a fan, but lets be real here.... I would expect to pay $250'ish for the fan motor and $250 TOPS for 30min in labor it will take to swap that fan. This sort of predatory business practice is shameful. I have a call into them about this and before she told me she would have a manager call me she said We guarantee our work WOW that must be some guarantee.

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.

Affordable Plumbing was referred by our home warranty service. We have used them twice, once for a warranty item and the second for a non warranty issue. Each time they have been very professional and have done a very good job and a fair price. Ben was the person dispatched for each service and his customer service skills are excellent. Explains everything in great detail and cleans up after as if the house was his. If you need a plumber this is the company to choose.

The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend! Extremely responsive with excellent communication. Excellent turn around time. From the moment I contacted them to the time our repair was completed was under 12 hours. The price was beyond reasonable. If your reading this review and are hesitate on which plumber to go with, go with this company.
