Jason our plumber was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to identify some other plumbing issues throughout our house and wasn't overly pushy to get them all done like other salesman/plumbers.

We had 2 sink drains replaced and 6 new drop lines installed. Unfortunately, the job was really sloppy and below my expectations. Dave left with 3 leaks (3!!!!) on 2 separate occasions, and left a lot of dirt and trash at the site. I wasn't home to supervise the issue but it really shouldn't need me to do quality check on each part! Ultimately, Hansen plumbing came back and did all of the job and they were willing to work to my satisfaction, but this was below average.

Very professional service and reasonable price for my plumbing service. I had a new faucet installed in my kitchen. Would absolutely recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for plumbing service!

Chris showed up on time and performed the work perfectly. Most impressively, he checked his work for leaks multiple times. He was able to work around my schedule and provide a fair price, even on a Saturday. I will definitely use him again.

I would  recommend them. They remained in contact by phone and email with updates as to when the tech would arrive. Shanne started off with a call at 7:30am...very pleasant and helpful.  Follow up calls (Craig or Greg?) during the day until Mike P. arrived to do the job (emergency job). All in all a very easy friendly and knowlegeable company to work with. I would recommend this company.

I'm a little perplexed...I really like this company but now after a bid to fix a leak in a pipe to the auto fill for pool --estimate was for $2586 and I would still need someone to fix my pavers... I decided to get a second opinion from a leak detector company. Turns out it is not in my line!  They also did a dive in the pool and checked the pop ups (all ok). The leak was in the fill valve.  He corrected the problem. ....bill for all this $425.  That is a big difference!  I did have a 1/2 pressure vacuum breaker replaced at $642 and now Im wondering if that was a mistake AND I bought the membership....???

Had a really stubborn clogged kitchen sink drain pipe due to my wife jamming a bunch of asparagus down the disposal and running it for about 5 minutes. Asparagus is really stringy and makes for a nasty clog--compounded by the fact that running the disposal really forced it down in there (probably about 20 feet). I suppose I should note that I'm not actually married...I'm just blaming this on my fictional wife to sound like less of an idiot.

Anyway, tried for the better part of 2 hours to snake it out myself. Did the last ditch drain cleaner hail Mary and let that sit overnight. No luck.

Lawson responded to my quote request via yelp almost immediately and had somebody out the same day. Power snake did the job, the guy was polite, and my sink now drains. Would use them again, and so would my wife.

I probably had the most thorough annual AC inspection, tune-up and cleaning today than I have ever had.
Karl arrived on time per scheduled appointment  and did a complete inside and outside exam of both my Trane AC units.  He answered all questions that I had and addressed all of my concerns.
Upon finishing, he showed me pictures of every piece of equipment with recommendations if needed for any follow up.
He was pleasant, professional, attentive and highly thorough in his assessment.

This company responded to me through the Yelp right away. Brian Kaib did a great job fixing the plumbing problem at my house. He was professional, and did the job in shorter time period. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

They did a great job handling a weird emergency on a Saturday.  Everyone was thorough and professional and nice.  I didn't get other estimates, since no one else I called could even come today, but the price was less than I expected.  I will definitely use them again.

Charged thousands of dollars to fix an issue they couldn't even fix. Never got a refund and they left the work incomplete. We had to end up doing it ourselves. Ended up trying to charge us for work that was never done. Only removed the excess charge when we mentioned it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Jordan and team answered my call and got me on the schedule right away! After accessing the problem, Jordan communicated the issue and provided solutions to ensure it would be fixed quickly. After moving to Chandler 10years ago, I am so glad I've found a reputable company to service all my plumbing needs.  They have replaced my water heater (on a short notice, the owner came on a Sat).  That was my first experience with them!  Awesome service and left the place super clean!  Since then I've called them with other problems, most recently a leaking shower.   Tony came out on time and did an amazing job!  Their prices are very competitive and they always show up super professional and friendly.  They don't mind answering any questions you have and also try to educate you.  Again, with so many plumbing companies out there, this company is top notch and  the best!!!!  You will not be disappointed!

We called this company needing emergency plumbing service due to family and friends coming over for the wedding. We were finally able to locate a plumbing service that would service the Tonopah area for an additional fee of $175. We agreed to the cost and was informed of an hour and a half wait time. However, 30 minutes later, they called to tell us to let us know that $175 was not enough and that it would cost more money to come out and service us. We were given a quote and agreed to it. Now, they want more money for doing a job they specialize in. No way. This company has technicians that are sharks. Don't use them!!

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

Brandon and Randy arrived to replace the under-sink water-heater and had the job knocked out quickly, professionally and were very personable - I enjoyed the conversation while they were getting the old out expeditiously and the new in so we have instant hot water again for dishes.
