I paid $89 for a quote with the understanding it would be applied to any service I paid for. Their pricing was very high so I forfeited the $89 rather than to hire them. I found another plumber who saved me hundreds even with the forfeited $89.

Really responsive to request for quote on Yelp - requested quote late last night - got an immediate response and scheduled onsite visit at 9am today! Good communications via email and received a heads-up call 30 minutes prior to schedule. Jim arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Provided quote and performed work on first visit. Cleaned up work area afterwards. I was very impressed with Bumble Bee Plumbing from first interaction all the way through completed work. They will be my go-to source for all plumbing needs from now on.

Outstanding and professional service. 2nd time I've used them. Their employees and repair people are all courteous and professional, from the person who answers the phone to the follow up calls.

They are substantially less expensive than other plumbing companies. They showed up on time, charged me exactly what they said they would on the phone, and the repairman actually did more work than the original estimate.

I recently had them install a water heater I purchased from them. On top of the fact it's a much higher quality heater than those sold in box stores, and that it cost the same, Lawson provides a 6 year warranty with 2 years in - home service - perhaps 3. The manufacturer only provides a 2 year warranty, and 1 year in-home service.

Don't call anyone else! These people want to make sure their customers are happy and keep coming back. They've got a permanent customer in me and, no, I was not paid to review them!

Last year the air conditioning stopped working and as it happens my wife was going for surgery on that day and to return the next day. I was in an emergency situation and my home warranty company was no help. I had seen all the great experiences others have had with the people at ProSkill so I called to see if they could help. They came out the same day and unfortunately there was nothing that could be done to resurrect air conditioner. Needed to get it replaced. Tyler came out to inspect my house to properly quote replacing system for me. At the time my emotions were everywhere but there as I was supposed to be at the hospital with my wife during surgery and stay overnight for recovery but knew when I was quoted price that I could not afford to purchase system at that time. Meanwhile Tyler has someone come out to put a temporary unit in to at least get house cooled down to make it able for whole family to stay in the house instead of with neighboring family and friends. After much budget crunching still had no way to afford to replace system. I informed Tyler of the situation and told him to remove temporary unit and I'd try to get home warranty company to help me which by the way didn't happen. Tyler's reply was keep temporary unit free of charge until you can afford to buy a new one and all he asked was that I at least give him a chance to price replacement again when ready. I've never been so blessed to find a company that will bend over backwards to try and earn your business. Needless to say I did shop price I was quoted originally and found it to be very reasonable. After all of this drama when I was able to purchase new system I only called ProSkill to just do the installation. The installation went smoothly and have had nothing but great service from the people at ProSkill. I highly recommend them for anything you may need done that they work with.

Saturday morning we had a major kitchen sink clog/backup.  We tried all the usual homeowner solutions, like plunging, boiling water and dawn liquid detergent, and vinegar and baking soda, it would not budge.  To be honest, I called 2 other places only to be told me they don't work on weekends!!  Isn't that when you need them the most?  So I called Elite Rooter Phoenix.  Joel arrived a little over and hour later.  He did a super job, and was very professional.  He tried to save me some money by checking the main sewer tap outside, but that was clear so explained to me what his only option was and the price.  I won't hesitate to call when I need them again.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Today is our first experience with 100%, they installed a new water heater and 2 bathroom faucets.  They are punctual, courteous, professional.  Eden did a fabulous job!  Do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs!

Best in Phoenix not even close. We were quoted at around $1200 for a simple stoppage in our kitchen sink. Other company said we needed a clean out but Diamondback was able to fix the problem for around $200. They won't rip you off like the other plumbing companies in the valley guarantee it. Definitely going to go through them for anything in the future

This company is AAA+ with everything, including customer service, honesty, and most importantly, excellent work. I have used Rooter Ranger many times for both residential and commercial needs and have always received great service. A couple times I was more than impressed that the technician was able to overcome a seemingly impossible problem. I am not a friend of the company, only a sincere customer who is very happy to have them on my speed dial. Would highly recommend for any circumstance.

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Had a tough time identifying where a leak was coming from in our walls, but their plumber took on the challenge and didn't give up until he found it. Did an excellent job and getting it repaired quickly.

They gave me a window of 1 to 3. When no one had shown up at 4:30 I called. They told me I was next on the list and other jobs were taking longer than expected. I told them a phone call to let me know they would be late would have been nice.

The dispatcher asked if I still wanted to wait or reschedule. I reluctantly told her that if they couldn't be here by 6:00 to cancel the appointment.

About 10 minutes later the plumber called to say he was on his way.

He did end up going on the roof as I mistakenly told him the vent for the old Laundry Room went straight down and vented the utility sink in the Garage. I helped him carry the 1/2 machine up to the roof.

The vent was for the utility sink, where the Kitchen sink was backing up, BUT it did not go straight down. Instead it is offset about 8 feet. So that means the snake had to go down, 8 feet north, then back more than 8 feet south to get past where the Kitchen and utility sink meet.

He asked me to watch the utility sink and let him know when it drained.

10 minutes later he was out of snake and came down to tell me it would need to be hydro jetted. As we are standing there talking the sink miraculously drained.

I can't complain about the $49.50 price as another (BBB A+) company quoted me $94 to show up and extra if they needed to go on the roof. It would have been nice if they had called to tell me they were running late.

These folks really have it all together, starting with a readily available and eager-to-help office crew. Hays was recommended to me by a roof gutter outfit because of underground drainage issues in our backyard. They were quick and accommodating in scheduling a convenient appointment, kept us updated on that, and the assigned plumber did likewise that morning. He (Randy) turned out to be one of their more experienced and astute guys in diagnosing the cause of our backup, and to boot he was laser-focused on addressing what was needed to fix it (no surprise once I noticed the USMC pin hanging around his neck). Plus he was super-helpful in showing me some maintenance tricks to keep things flowing and prevent recurrent problems. All-in-all, a great service experience!

King Plumbing is awesome!! Terry is great about answering phone calls and he is so honest. Brendan is the best plumber ever. He always comes out right away, within a few hours which is very impressive. He is professional and kind and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

I needed the two water valves under my bathroom sink replaced.  Calcium build up prevented me from turning them off all the way.  This morning I broke one trying to install a new faucet and water flooded my room until I found my water shut off.  I called Zest for an emergency repair and spoke with a very pleasant lady.  She was able to send a technician out, early afternoon.  Soon, she texted and emailed me his photo and arrival time.  I met with my technician, Paris Psarros, when he arrived and explained what I had done.
He was very professional and put me at ease; so much so, I asked him to complete the installation of the new faucet as well.  He gave me a bid for each one, and discussed  the repair and installation with me for approval.
He was outstanding.  The work he performed was perfect.  He took the time to take before and after photos, which he sent to me.  He left the room meticulous.  Before leaving, he made some safety checks and was able to increase my water pressure (we enjoy showers).  I could not be more pleased and definitely recommend both he and Zest.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.
