Best Faucet Installation in Phoenix AZ

Best plumbing company ever fixed my master bath was quick, professional and very quick on repairs, they even made a special trip to buckeye and they don't service that far out and still made it happen will never call another company ever!!

I called based on all the good reviews. The receptionist was super friendly, fast and gave excellent service. Our tenant called because her sink was clogged up and leaking. They were quick to get out there. I asked how much it would be. She said $149 or $209 for one sink to be unclogged, just depends on if they can get to the clean out. Very reasonable..plumber went out right away. Then he calls to let us know he can't do anything because the pipe in the wall is corroded and he needed access to the condo on the other side and that it might be anywhere from $500-1000 to fix. The neighbor wasn't home at the time, thank goodness. He left and we got a $149 bill which we paid. We called the HOA to see if they would cover the pipe in the wall since it was for both units. They sent out their plumber and he said the sink basket was broke and that was the problem and that he could fix it but would charge us as well. My husband, at this point, was upset, went and bought the $16 part and fixed it himself.
He called the owner to let him know what happened hoping they would refund something since their plumber did nothing and he said no...that was their service fee. I think they could have been more fair on this part...$149 is pretty high considering the plumber was there for about 10 mins and did not even diagnose the problem.

I had used Lawson Family Plumbing about 2 yrs ago when I had an exterior leak in my home while I was in Hawaii. They came out promptly and, although the price was high, I was happy with the work.
Fast forward to this past week.
I had a new tub put in my master bathroom. Unfortunately, it was set a couple of inches off from where it should be placed. (and I am above ground, so wooden floor)
I called Lawson to see if they could give me an estimate to move the drain 1-2.
I didn't hear anything back for 3 days. Finally I called for my quote.
$4300.00!!!!
No parts. Just Labor.
I won't be contacting Lawson Family Plumbing again.
And, I will update my review when I get my  job done!

These guys came out within a couple of hours of all my toilets clogging up-- and they gave me a discounted coupon rate! Larry was professional, helpful and made a difficult situation seem minor in retrospect. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I had a call back within one hour of emailing them. They set up an appointment within 48 hours even after knowing it was a complex sewer issue. We had received 3 other quotes and theirs came in right in the middle, which was not the deciding factor. The tech who came out spent over an hour and a half explaining in detail the photos from the scope and providing extensive options for the problem. This property was built in the 1930's and was completely remodeled 3 years ago, which is when we purchased it. The original galvanized plumbing was left in place and simply tied into with new appliances. It took 3 years for things to finally go south as we do not live in the home, my husband conducts business from there only; so showers and full loads of dishes have never been utilized. So when things did go bad, they went epically bad. We are so thankful, the crew was highly methodical regarding the approach, attempting to do as little damage as necessary. This sewer issue ran the property distance and went into the guest house as well. They did not know the extent of the problem until they jackhammered through the concrete to expose even a bigger problem.  They took us through every step of the way providing options, not just saying...looks like you'd better get a second mortgage for this repair. They provided a ten year warranty on all their work, and every member of this team, (including the front office, dispatch, office manager, everyone) has been five star at every turn. We had an unforeseen incident that could have gone entirely different if the Bumble Bee crew had not been on top of things. We would use them again for our personal home and our rental properties. Most impressed with the way they do business.

I requested a plumber who had been vaccinated. No problem. When he arrived, he also had a mask, and wore booties to enter our home! I have never had any home worker do that before. The Nick was a complete gentleman as well as an excellent plumber. In changing the kitchen sink faucet, he had a lot of extra difficulty due to corrosion around the old faucet, and did not charge extra. He also did some extra testing, found that one of the shut-off valves was corroded and not working, and replaced that. Then just as he thought he was done, an 'O' ring in my reverse osmosis water filtration system broke and it started leaking. No fault of his-I know because I was watching. He caught that by careful inspection of the job before leaving, fixed it, and suggested that I order 'O' rings for all of my folders. He's now my favorite plumber of all time.

Our air conditioner went down and ProSkill came to the rescue!  Jeffrey was a rock star - on time, explained everything thouroughly, fixed the issue and reasonable charge.  Highly recommend this firm.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. We called because we had a lot of water leaking in the garage and they scheduled us for 3pm then called and they came sooner which was awesome. We had to shut of our water so I was very excited they could make it out sooner. Did a good job explained everything !

Beginning our restoration project, and so far Allegiance has been outstanding to work with.  We're excited to be scheduling the work and look forward to the end result!

UPDATE:  Our irrigation system replacement came out perfectly, and Rommel V. is a true professional.  We'll be back with our next project soon.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

Lawson Family Plumbing is the absolute best company in Arizona.  Various members of my family have used them for plumbing issues, and they have always done the job to perfection.  
I called Lawson Plumbing (Mesa office) this morning about two issues I was having, and they sent someone out this afternoon.  It doesn't get any better than that!!
Michael was very professional, polite and so efficient.  
I would never use another company for any of my plumbing needs.

I am happy with Adam who arrived within the time frame and the price was as quoted. He was kind, quick and knowledgeable. I have a home warranty and refused to use it as they only send 1 & 2 Star rated suppliers. A few hours after my call, Al was at my door.  Professional and ready, he set out to work immediately.

Basically spend the whole time fixing the last guys mistakes. He showed me all the damage he found and his fixes for them.

Less expensive than i expected and 10/10 would use again.

I sent a quote to several locations through Yelp for a very easy job for a plumber, replacing a small bit of copper pipe for a bathtub faucet spout as part of a larger bathroom remodel. I simply did not want to buy the tools for sweating copper just to use them once.
