Best Drain Installation in Phoenix AZ

Our RO system needs the filters regularly replaced and thankfully when we moved into our new home, Lou pointed out during the first replacement that the filters were unusually clogged (I don't have a picture but just imagine a cylinder covered in tar - it was scary). He recommended draining the tank more often and to have a check up in six months to determine if that was the issue or if we needed to look into a more serious issue with the water supply. Six months later I'm happy to report that the tar-like build up was due to our poor habits and simply draining the tank on the RO system more regularly cleared everything up! We are so thankful Lou brought this potentially hazardous situation to our attention, made a simple no-cost suggestion (without making us feel like a couple of lazy bums!), and followed up to make sure everything was resolved. This is the kind of service we always can count on when Lou is on the job.

I would call them again in a heartbeat!  My problem wasn't easy to diagnose. They continued until they successfully solved the problem completely!  All done within a matter of hours from the initial call.  Thank you!

Chris the owner responded right away. Called on a Sunday. Didn't charge any more for it being the weekend. Sent Larry out right away, fixed the issue and was super nice and professional. Definitely would recommend!

My experience:

   I called and made an appointment about 4 days in advance but the day my service was scheduled they had a few technicians out sick.  Mike from dispatch called me Saturday morning to break the bad news and tell me we might need to reschedule.  I explained I had a toddler, a pregnant wife at home and being down to one toilet was making our lives very tough.  He said don't worry let me see what I can do.  

He kept me updated every few hours.  He called in the afternoon to let me know Chance one of his techs could head my way if I was home.  Chance arrived in 21 minutes even earlier than the 25 min eta.  Chance was very professional, he explained everything, showed us pics and anytime he needed to change the repairs he went over everything with pictures and a full estimate.  He finished early and everything was awesome!!  I can't even begin to tell you what this meant to my family.  Mike went above and beyond and Chance was awesome!!  Thank you from the Mancuso Family!   I wish I could leave 10 stars.

We have been having an issue with a corner of the wall that meets the shower door, it has been wearing due to water, so we thought we had a leak, so TJ from Lawson family plumbing came by, he also was able to come earlier than expected, and gave me a heads up to make sure that was ok. He checked for humidity in the wall and couldn't find any, so he assured me it wasn't a leak. He ended up looking at the shower door and noticed the rubber bar that helped seal the shower was torn, and that is where water was coming out of. Water was hitting the wall, so gave me a few ideas on what to do. I didn't get charged for anything since no work had to be done, but TJ  figured out the problem, we have used Lawson before in the past, it has always been a great experience with them, if you need a 24/7 service or a regular day service Lawson is the place to call. TOO rich for my blood. 4 small repairs a shower valve a toilet valve and replace two outside faucets. 530 bucks ????? parts would have been 75 bucks tops from Home Depot a plumber could have done it all in 1.5 hrs. I've done these myself before in an afternoon. I think he wasn't really interested in doing it so they quote you through the roof to move on. I could fly my father in law the plumber in from Edmonton Alberta house him for a week then send him home for less.

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Reliable & I believe honest. They have handled our plumbing & water service needs for the last 5+ years. My husband recently passed away and I recently had to call them for shower leak & salt service & another repair issue and they were very accommodating & over & above to explain what needed to be done & to explain any charges that were incurred. They also installed our water heater system in 3 homes we own. Hope this helps!

Called them for leak around base of toilet, upon arrival pulled toilet and there were roots all around the flange and base of toilet.  They pulled all roots out of the and put new wax ring and reinstalled toilet. No toilet leak but the toilet was wobbly when you seat . Everything was done less than 20 minutes and I was charged $370+.. they forgot to give me invoice . they send me invoice return back and fix the wobbly toilet, they found another problem in the toilet kit and they charging us again. I think the charge was not reasonable.

This company and their technicians are incredible. Not only were they efficient, thorough, and quick to respond, their entire team was polite and compassionate during my Christmas plumbing emergency. Isaac was fast and extremely effective at unflooding my entire bathroom. I will only be using their services from here on. Thank you

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

Super friendly and helpful. I like how my technician suggested other options to try first before going the most expensive route with my problem. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

I had Brandon from King come out to give an estimate for a waterline to the refrigerator and for my dishwasher. He was completely progressional in appearance (that matters to me) and manner. So impressed I called them back the next day to the job. The day before he showed up we had our AC quit working, he was nice enough to take a look at it and even figured out the problem right away, so my wife and newborn could get some cold AC. I am very impressed and will call them anytime I have any issues.

Really good service and good work. Gave me a high level estimate over the phone. When I postponed the work, they were very flexible. They came back and completed the work, answering all of my questions about maintenance and construction of the water heater. The estimate allowed me to do some comparison shopping easily and there were no surprise charges added on. I would definitely call them again. The scheduling app was easy to use and I got text links to my request which made it easy to verify the service requested.
