Looked us Plummer in Yelp and Pink Plumbing came up. This service was for my mom we had a leaking bathroom sink and a clogged sink. My mom called and left a message. They immediately contacted her and scheduled time to come out the next day. My mom said setting up the appointment was very easy. The person I spoke with was very nice.

No complaints from my mom - she said the service guy was friendly and was able to complete the job. He spoke with her about a soft water system, not sure if he had to try and pitch that to her or if she asked him about it.

Excellent service!  My call was answered immediately and they were able to get a guy out to check on our kitchen sink blockage within a couple of hours.  Very friendly and explained everything he did - got the problem resolved quickly and the cost was very fair.  Will definitely call these guys again for any future plumbing needs.

Randall Weeks with Lawson Family Plumbing came out to my mothers house to replace her hot water heater this morning.  Randall was polite and explained the process to my mother.  He was quick and efficient.  They could not have been better.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who was in need of a plumber.  From our first contact and through completion, all of the Lawson Family Plumbing staff was wonderful.

I came across Pro Skill Plumbing during a random search online for an affordable 40 gallon water heater.  I was already armed with quotes as high as $1400 (water heater only) to midrange $999 (heater and installation) to bargain $700 (heater and installation).  Price was not my only consideration since I work until 5pm everyday and live alone, so I needed a company that could work with my schedule.  Pro Skill blew all of them out of the water with a quote of $650 for a 50-gallon water heater installed this past Saturday morning.  Juan arrived on time and installed my water heater with courtesy and professionalism.  This family-owned company will be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Justin, our technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  Justin gave us a quote for a new unit and a quote for rebuilding the control panel of our current unit.  He wasn't pushy about trying to make the sale.  Merely gave us the information and left, allowing us to think it over.
I have never heard of this water softener, but on the other hand, I couldn't find any negative reviews either.  The unit has an excellent warranty in my opinion.  I checked with the BBB online and they have a rating of A+.  I would certainly recommend this company.  Dave makes appointments, communicates with the customer and handles the follow-up.  He is also very accommodating.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

Michael showed up professional and ready, right at the agreed upon time. It felt like I was inviting an old family friend over to help me with my plumbing. He quickly solved my problem, assured me that if I had anymore problems I could give them a call (so they could further investigate), checked my water pressure and was gone. I had Brandon from King come out to give an estimate for a waterline to the refrigerator and for my dishwasher. He was completely progressional in appearance (that matters to me) and manner. So impressed I called them back the next day to the job. The day before he showed up we had our AC quit working, he was nice enough to take a look at it and even figured out the problem right away, so my wife and newborn could get some cold AC. I am very impressed and will call them anytime I have any issues.

We recently were having problems with our hot water heater and, as fait would have it, it went out the day before we had the worst snowstorm (yes I said snowstorm) at our home in north Scottsdale which overnight dropped seven inches of very wet and heavy snow wrecking many of our trees and other outdoor plants.
