We had a major hot water leak in the foundation of our house. Omar came out, assessed it, told us we would need to Re-plumb the entire house, and quoted us for $5,000. It was a steep price tag, but we needed to fix this problem immediately. Not only did Omar go above and beyond fixing our poorly built plumbing system, he was kind, thorough, and fast. A job that I think would take most people a week to do, he did in a day and a half. I never want to call anyone else ever again. This company is wonderful, the owner is a kind person who gives discounts whenever he can, and Omar is an absolute gem.

Imagine requesting a service and being asked to whip out your wallet BEFORE a service has been rendered or even SCHEDULED. Yeah, that's what Diamondback Plumbing felt they had a right to do this time.  I simply asked them on the phone while inquiring about a service call if they would take a credit card payment over the phone from my out-of-state landlord to fix a hot water line.  Sure they said, just have him fax back the credit authorization form!  We will email it right now to you!  Great!   So I emailed the form, and then waited for them to call me back to let me know they were sending someone over...and waited..and waited.  So I don't get a plumber, but a phone call several hours later from the plumber himself saying We haven't received the credit card authorization form YET.  Please call us back.  Huh? Well, Diamondback Plumbing must not think I was good for it and wanted their money first.  Seems very unorthodox for a business to want to see proof of future payment for a service that hasn't been even rendered yet.

I had new flooring installed and was told that I had several valves that were leaking. I found Hansen Family Plumbing here and with so many great reviews I had to call. Meagan was very polite and courteous when I called and I had service the next day. Dishawn came out and did a fabulous job. He then brought to my attention that my water softener was no longer working. Another reason why the need for so many valve replacements. I am very grateful for him taking the time to help me and recommend a new unit.

If you don't hire Lawson Family Plumbing you are making a huge mistake they are fantastic! The woman I spoke to in office on Friday around noon was a delight and very informative. We were fortunate that they had a same day opening! The Plumber came out at 2:30 the same day.

The plumber who had 2 ideas of our issue. He however couldn't access where he believed the problem was coming from. water was appearing in out spare bedroom behind where our master bathroom shower is located. So he recommended Bingham Restoration; to come out and gain access.

They had guys in the area and were at my house within an hour! They gained accessed to the problem area quickly and then cut away the damaged area, cleaned everything up well and left dryers and de-humidifiers for the weekend. Then helped me file my insurance claim the same day!

Nick from Lawson came back out on Monday and saw where the problem was and unfortunately had to have our entire custom cultured marble shower taken out to access the leaking pipe.  

So the next day Bingham was out to remove the shower and the next day Nick was back to fix the pipe. Bingham suggested a general contractor to restore the drywall, carpet, baseboard and wall texturing and paint to the spare bedroom and then replace the shower.

This has been a super smooth process and I am very impressed will refer Lawson and Bingham to everyone. I cannot recall the name of the Contractor. I am meeting with them today to choose my new marble and carpet!

Had an issue with my plumbing today. Toilet flooded and I looked on Yelp to find plumbers. Chris answered right away and was able to get to my house within an hour. Found my issue and fixed it quickly. Was priced well and service was done fast. Would recommend and continue to use him for any issues I have later on. 10/10!

Jake was super amazing! He noticed water damage in the wall while fixing a pipe leak for us and even recommended a company to fix the damage. He was super honest and friendly. Definitely will use this place again!

Plumber showed up in mask and repaired broken solder joint on my sprinkler service line. He was polite, professional and very reasonably priced. I have used Kendall before and had similar great work. Also, I called at 8am, this was not an emergency I could shut water off to the leak but the job was done correctly by 10:30am the same morning.  It doesn't get better than that.

I have been using Proskills for my HVAC needs and continued maintenance for quite sometime now. They have always been professional and exceptional at their work. I reached out via Yelp on Saturday evening, they responded within less than 5 minutes and scheduled me for Monday morning between 9am-11am. Monday morning at 8:45am I received a call, which I didn't answer bc I was in a work call, so Steven (technician) sent me a text to let me know he was 10-15 minutes away. The tub/shower was unclogged within 30 minutes. They also took a look at our sump pump as our home has a basement and I'm not familiar with sump pumps. They gave me piece of mind by letting me know it was working correctly. Super friendly, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Elite Rooter to anyone looking for a solid plumber!

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Very professional and quick. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day. Also they were an hour earlier then originally planned but called to make sure it was okay first. Which was awesome when your ac unit is not working in the summer in Phoenix the earlier the better. And our technician was great! Frank was polite and got the job done fast. He was excellent at explaining to me what the problem was and gave me a few options for repairs. He went above and beyond getting our two units working perfectly and the expensive was less then expected. I also found it very useful that he gave me some tips on monthly maintenance I can be doing to keep my units running more efficiently. Being a first time home owner I really appreciated this. I will be using Hays for any of my future ac/heater needs.

Today was my second time being thoroughly impressed by this company. They were able to come out to my house within a couple hours of calling, they were highly professional and were able to successfully fix my a/c quickly.
