Family owned and operated business by Scott and Sheila Reisack. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured. We hold an A+ rating with the BBB. We have zero complaints with the better business bureau and through the State of Arizona. We started as a single vehicle service company. As the owner, Scott performed all the service calls, and handled the day to day operations. Sheila handles the office and HR. Over the years we have expanded and now have a great service team to handle our customers needs! To keep things efficient we have implemented a software program that allows us to see everything from estimates, invoices, and pictures in real time as they are sent. When Will T. from EZ Flow Plumbing arrived to check out my kitchen and bathroom to detect any leaks, I immediately felt a positive vibe. His assessment of my situation was honest, clear, and forthright. Fortunately, he did not find any leaks, but he did notice some corrosion that could present a problem in the future, as well as pointing out that I would probably need a new water heater soon. Will spent about an hour checking everything and emailed photos for my reference. All of this was at no charge. (How often does that happen?)
Prior to his arrival, I received texts to confirm details and his ETA. Will's friendly and polite manner elicited a feeling of trust and confidence, as he demonstrated his expertise and belief in extreme ownership. I would recommend EZ Flow Plumbing any day of the week!
We decided to do an annual membership with EZ flow and I'm so thankful that we did because we had an emergency situation this week where there was a flood of water in our guest bedroom. I had no idea where the water was coming from and that can be super scary especially if it's a foundation issue. I called EZ that morning and their tech Ben, came out within 3 hours of my call. He was so thorough, friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue so quickly, it was an above ground water line and then he referred us over to a restoration company who came to help us take care of the water damage that afternoon! I am so thankful that EZ flow was able to solve the problem quickly and go above and beyond! Will def continue to be a lifelong member!
Michael was very honest, kind, and explained my toilet issue thoroughly. I was totally prepared to pay to have one or both toilets snaked out. He didn't feel that would help the problem because my toilets were old. He gave me an estimate on installing one or two toilets and encouraged me to get other estimates. There was no charge for todays visit. I will definitely be calling EZ Flow Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.
I loved the ease of which this all got handled! I received text messages reminding me of the time of the tech's arrival. I received a text that provided the name, picture and details of the tech who was coming to save me from cold showers. Ian was fabulous! He figured out the problem, showed me the damage that the hard water had done to the water heater innards (prior to me buying the house and installing a water softener!) and promptly replaced the rotten parts. I was up and running in no time! Thank you, Ian! Thank you EZ Flow Plumbing for an easy and tech savvy way to manage this! I even love my emailed summary of the water tests! Logan did a superb job installing a replacement sink/tap unit that had somehow failed. It was a $750 ( at less that 1/2 original list price)
Let me just say that I have been a customer of EzFlow for a long time. They always go above and beyond on first response, and follow-up.
At 90+ years of age, I have had some experience with contactors all over the USA.
This company is top of my favorites list.
Caleb provided a great experience responding to service our soft water appliance. He also gave us advice regarding the water heater which was very helpful. EZ installed the soft water machine approx 15 years ago and it is still performing like a champ.
We will certainly continue to call EZ when we need plumbing support!
I had replaced a compression angle stop valve under my kitchen sink, but it had a slow leak no matter what I did with it. Logan came over, determined that the copper tubing was deformed, cut it off, reinstalled the valve with a new compression ring, and got everything working perfectly. He even recommended a couple tools I could buy to make these DIY replacements easier for me in the future. On top of all that, he did all of this completely free of charge. Couldn't be happier with the service I received!
I had the plumbing from the house to the street replaced. Recently, where EZ Flow Plumbing dug to do the work, the dirt collapsed.
I sent an email to have someone come correct the issue due to the warranty I was told the work would have.
I sent an email on the January 15th and someone finally called me back on the 18th and assured they'll get it fixed. The person they put me in contact with to fix it was the person that ran the job. When I talked to him, he tried to say that it's not under warranty if there's landscaping. Lucky for me there's no landscaping. First he told me he'd come look at it, but then I offered to text him a picture. He said it'd be taken care of.
On January 28th, I texted him again to see when someone would be out to fix it I'll get someone out first of the week to scrap the dirt and level it out .
It is now Thursday of the following week and still nothing has been corrected.
Matthew did a very professional job fixing my plumbing problem. He used all his resources to problem solve.
I've used this company for many years and have referred them to many of my friends.

I called to have a toilet that I had bought at Home Depot installed. I give them five stars for timeliness, and five stars for professionalism. Matthew the technician removed the old toilet and the installation of the new toilet took 50 minutes. All in all a great experience and a job well done
I had my water heater replaced today. The process went well. Ben, my technician explained each step n cleaned up . Old water heater was removed. My HOA used this company months ago for an emergency issue. They were able to come the same day. I'm very impressed with their professionalism
This a COVID Period Review
Recently, we decided to upgrade our downstairs powder room and realized it needed some additional attention.
I searched Yelp for plumbers in our area and settled on EZ Flow Plumbing. Jake arrived on time, masked and gloved, wearing protective shoe coverings. Nice. He provided a reasonable estimate for the work we needed done and completed everything in a timely manner. It took less than two hours and when he left, we were pretty happy with his efforts.
We would absolutely use EZ Flow again.

I called EZ Flow Plumbing after my husband discovered water in our hallway, and followed it to its source in the bathroom. Technician Matthew Larson found a leak in a pipe in our bathroom wall right away. We were amazed with Matthew's knowledge, and work ethic. He answered all our questions, explained the process of using a restoration company after the leak was fixed, and expertly fixed the leak. We were surprised at the reasonable fee, after an afternoon of work. We have used EZ Flow Plumbing in the past, and will continue to use them in the future!
I was a first time customer. I called EZ FLOW with a non-emergency to replace a broken kitchen faucet.
EZ FLOW was prompt to do the repair and a good job was performed.
My only issue was the HIGH price they charged. Does it look like a $527.00 faucet to you? The same Kingston Brass faucet at Home Depot is $53.00. That's a big markup.
Look at the pic and you be the judge. Does it look like an $814.30 job?
Matt explained what was wrong and when fixed explained the difference. Very courteous and polite. Did a thorough inspection of all water related items. Advised, but not pushy!

I will NEVER use another plumbing CO. These people are AWESOME!!! My Hot Water Heater went out in the early morning. I had to go to work. I called them as soon as they opened. So nice and helpful. They could be here in 2 hours.... except, I had to work. They came as soon as I got off work and I had hot water by that evening. And, for a fair and reasonable price. Won't be dealing with any other plumbing service in the future.... this CO has my Biz for life!!!

Called and scheduled this morning for hot water heater, and got prompt service. Was put on the books for same afternoon. Joel and his helper went right to work installing our new hot water heater. EZ Flow Plumbing has done small & large jobs for us. The staff are attentive & professional. EZ Flow Plumbing has always responded in emergent situations. Recently we had a leak in a major water pipe & they attended to it promptly. Matthew did an excellent job & was professional & kind.
EZ Flow Plumbing is first class in all the right areas, namely customer service. Our service call went well, but one of the products we purchased to help with a water hammer issue did not provide the solution we were looking for. Shout out to Service Manager, Chet for his superior professionalism in how he handled our issue. We will be using EZ flow for all of our plumbing needs.
I used to like EZ Flow, but recently they adopted a new price model where they charge $250 for every item they touch. A minor under sink repair that takes the technician 15 min can cost you $1000. Until they come back to earth I strongly recommend looking for someone who has a fairer pricing model.
Once again EZ Flow Plumbing came through for us. I had an unknown type water leak in the front yard that would only stop if the main water supply was turned off. Of course my husband was out of town and I didn't know where the main water supply valve is located. A neighbor helped me with that and then I called EZ Flow. Emily was able get someone scheduled for later today which was great since I had no water. As it turned out Logan called about 20 minutes later and was able to get to me much sooner than anticipated. He showed up as promised and had the repair done in no time at all. EZ Flow had done a great job for us when we used them about a year and a half ago for some bathroom fixture replacement/welding and Logan did a great job again today. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Emily and Logan!
Derek, the QA guy, is a scam. He acted like he knows all but in fact he talks all the random numbers and make you feel like you got a good deal. He will scam to do things & get your money in every possible way. Do not fall into trap and do anything they ask.
I had them to fix the slow draining issue in my master bath. I bought their scams and spent over $1000 but the issue was not fixed. They came up with another bullshit theory to fix but it would cost more. They said they will provide me the inspection video but they never did.
I hired a different plumber and they got to the solution, gave me estimate and fixed the issue.
I am surprised how this company gets high rating. AVOID THIS PLUMBING COMPANY.
After 15 years of ignoring maintenance, we decided to have a reputable plumbing company inspect, assess and report to us on the plumbing of our home. EZ Flow Plumbing responded quickly after our contact, and dispatched Joel the same day. Joel has been here 3 times: each time has been when he said he would be here. He is pleasant, well spoken, and knows his stuff. His work was thorough. As the client, I was treated respectfully. Explanations were provided, and options were described clearly and in a timely manner.
Lots of techs available. Had an emergency leak and of all the places I contacted, EZ flow was the quickest one to respond. Helped me fix the leak and call any additional contractors that were needed as it was a bigger mysterious project than original thought.
When the EZ flow plumber fixed the leak however, he didn't seal up the room and all the dry wall dust invaded my room. EZ Flow was great in resolving that issue by sending out cleaners to clean the room in question. It did take a few days since the cleaners were booked but they were great in helping fix issues I had.

I needed a plumber and called one of the top yelp rated plumbers in my area. He was booked but referred me to EZ Flow. I had a shower leak that I was very concerned it would require wall surgery to fix but Ian at EZ Flow was intent to get the old pipe out and replaced without needing to open the wall. What I expected to be a super expensive and time consuming job was handled with professionalism and expertise and at a fraction of the cost I imagined spending.
A day later my main sewer connection got clogged from a piece of wood that had gotten stuck in a clean out (Let's just say I need to come up with a better way to hold the pool filter discharge hose to the clean out in the future). Once again, they sent Ian and he came up with an ingenious way to pull the wood out of the pipe without any digging and then snaked the main to quick draining perfection. Again, fixed at a fraction of what I expected to pay.
Needless to say, EZ Flow is now my plumber.
I had used Ez Flow a few years ago and had good and no hassle service from them. Decided to use them again for a slow drain service of $69.
Appointment was easy and tech showed up exactly on time. The assessed the problem and said yes this qualifies for the $69 drain cleaning service. However, 2 mins in, I was told that I needed a turbo drain flush and that would cost either a $700 for one time or $1200 for a year service. What?!!
I asked that they just perform the $69 drain cleaning only. They also pushed and sold me some Bio-One maintenance product for an additional $69.
I didn't like the hard sell and the outrageous of additional services after being told I was only interested in a drain flush.
They came out right away, and were able to fix my water leak the same day. They were very honest and i felt i could trust them about what the issue was, and gave me a fair price. Thanks again

Greg, the Service Technician, arrived early and did a full inspection of the unit and the outdoor plumbing situation and was able to explain to me exactly what he noticed and the repairs needed to complete the job. Oh did I mention it cost $0 to have this completed.
Only grip of mine is the price quoted was far beyond what other companies are offering. But that has nothing to do with the service and professionalism of what EZ Flow provides. Thanks EZ Flow!

I am remodeling a bathroom, and needed to have a tub installed. I had someone help me install it who knew what they were doing. Needless to say, they installed it incorrectly, so 2 days later, I took a sawzall to my brand new tub, and spent 3 hours sledgehammering and chiseling out the mortar of the bad install. I called EZ Flow, and they sent someone it to install the replacement tub for a price that was in line with other quotes, so the pricing was fair. The difference was night and day. Jake was professional, put me at ease, and did excellent work. The tub was installed correctly, and looks great. I would absolutely recommend them for this service. Don't try to save a buck, pay a pro and get it done right, you will save money.

If you have plumbing problems...This is the one company that won't let you down!!! Exceptional service and when they give you a window of times they will be there, believe they will be there! The serviceman they sent was ready to work and even covered his boots to make sure your floors wouldn't get dirty. I had so many plumbing problems that he (Jesse) checked them out like it was a piece of cake! No problem! What a relief!!

They were easy to book with however would not give any price range as to the expected cost. How can I wait 24 hours to have a toilet cleared without even knowing what it might possibly cost. It's really disappointing!
Called this company to find out about having a drain snaked. I was not given any pricing or relevant information over the phone. Instead, my phone number was given to one of their plumbers. I waited for the plumber to call me, and when he did, he said it was $69.00 for a basic drain clean. Then, he proceeded to tell me that it was the weekend, so there would be a weekend cost, which I was already aware of and was willing to pay. Then, he proceeded to tell me that they had to put a camera down the drain to view the problem. I have dealt with many plumbing companies, and I have never been told that I had to pay for a mandatory camera snaking. I am an ex-plumber and know the business.
This company tries to up-sale every little thing. But the mandatory camera was over the top! The price went from $69.00 to over $300.00! No thanks. I went to home depot and rented a snake for less than the base $69.00 price! Would not recommend this company.
We had EZ Flow out to unclog our kitchen sink and highly recommend them for any plumbing issues/services. They were friendly, on time, professional and very informative. We will be using them in the future to move some pipes and a drain for a bathroom remodel.

We hired a company prior to contacting EZ Flow Plumbing, that company came ripped out a wall and misdiagnosed a repair needed. Today Logan came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Logan was extremely professional, honest, and thorough. We ended up having Logan complete other plumbing issues other than what he was originally called out for. I highly recommend this company and will keep the number handy for future needs.
Justin replaced all the drainpipe under 2 bathrooms. Absolutely fantastic service! These folks put in 12-14 hour days, were polite, honest, and driven to get us back up and running. Cannot recommend highly enough. Rare to find folks that show so much work ethic.

We have used EZ Flow Plumbing several times in the last 2 years. In 2018 we remodeled our kitchen and they did all the plumbing reconnect like sink, faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. In 2019 our bath tub faucet was replaced and it was kinda a big job because the wall behind the faucet had to be cut in order to solder the copper pipes. Both repairs were expertly completed!!
Today we had a leaky master bath vanity sink repaired. The tech was Greg Churchill and he was very courteous, assessed the problem and finished the repair in less than 20 minutes. While none of us ever want plumbing issues, I am comforted by the fact that EZ Flow is just a phone call away!!
Have used twice now for outdoor plumbing work. Very fast response, very professional, and flawless work performed. Recommend if you are looking for top tier work.
After calling another company that wanted to charge a fortune for a new sewer line, I called EZ Flow Plumbing. They came out the same day and didn't charge to do the camera inspection and estimate. (Another company wanted $250 to use their camera.) EZ Flow verified that the sewer line needed replacing but quoted thousands less than the other company. And their warranty was much better.
Jessie was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me so I understood what the problem was and why the repair was necessary. I felt confident and had the repair done. It's never fun spending thousands of dollars for a house repair, but I appreciate Jessie and EZ Flow Plumbing and I will call them again if the need arises.
After posting the review I received a call from the owner of EZ Flow. He explained to me the the tech had made a mistake and overcharged me. Scott, the owner, said there had been a change in the fee and I should have been only charged $69. He apologized and told me that he had a meeting with the techs and clarified that the $69 was good unless they went on the roof or pulled a toilet. He immediately refunded the overcharge onto my credit card. I am very impressed with the company now and will definitely use them in the future.

I called them about the $69 fee to unclog a drain. On the phone they told me that it was $69 unless they had to go on the roof or there were two lines. I made the appointment for between 11-2. The tech arrived close to 2:00. He did text earlier and said he would be running close to 2:00. After he looked at the kitchen sink he informed me that it would be $168. The $69 fee was only if they went though a clean out and the sink was a fixture. It costs $99 more if it went through a fixture. I didn't want to wait until the next day with another plumber so I said yes. He did an excellent job and cleared the drain. It did take him close to an hour so I felt I did get my money's worth but $69 is clearly a bait and switch tactic. It left a bad taste.
These guys are amazing Justin Reinbacher was professional and did an amazing job unclogging our drain. Great price and very pleasant. He's an amazing employee for ez flow. These guys email you a video of what they completed. I'll be using them from now on thanks to Justin. Thank you.
Had a clogged drain. Same day appointment was available, and there was no emergency fee. A competitor had come out and quoted over $200 to unclog the drain. (Guess he needed to pay for all those sons). EZ Flow charged us $69 and the job was done to our satisfaction with no issues. Technician Justin was friendly and professional.
Steer clear of these people! Gary the plumber was rude, nosy, and totally in competent! I read the reviews and thought they were an honest and decent company. They aren't! I will never let them in my home again!!! They do lousy work! Avoid at all costs!!
I had EZ Flow Plumbing out to my house to fix some known issues on my house that I was selling. Greg was the individual that came out and listen to what I wanted fixed and asked if I had the fix list by the inspector. I did not have this list yet but wanted to be proactive. Greg then explained that there were other things that he saw that would be flagged and needed to be fixed. I appreciated that help and not having the need to schedule another appointment to fix other items.
Greg then wrote an invoice for what I called to be fixed and what he recommended and the needed fixes. The price difference was negligible, so I decided to do most of the other things on the list. Greg never pressured me to anything that I did not need to do.
Once we settled on what needed to be done, Greg got to work. He systematically went through the house fixing all the needed items including a bathtub that we thought was going to be difficult to find parts for, but thankfully it was an easy fix. Greg also listened to my questions and showed the parts that I had questions on.
While it is never a nice thing to have to call a plumber, I would not hesitate to call EZ Flow Plumbing.
We contacted this company to get a quote on some needed repairs related to a house inspection for a house sale. Joshua arrived and gave a quote in person. We talked over the work that he was going to do and the estimate was reasonable: replace P-trap in one bathroom sink, set and seal both toliets, check faucet for repair, and replace tub valves. Joshua worked hard and had to leave for a bit to get a tool. I appreciate that he didn't talk down to me as we talked about the repairs. He worked quickly and efficiently. He discovered an issue and offered a high and a low cost solution. I asked for a middle cost solution and he offered that as well. We went with that since we were selling the house. I didn't ask at the beginning but was relieved to know that the quote included labor. He also didn't mind the dogs that I had in the house and was very friendly with them. I would recommend Joshua and EZ Flow in the future.
A Yelp search gave us EZ Flow Plumbing, based on their high ratings. They did not disappoint! They came out the very next day after my call and fixed a complex problem in 1 day for a fair price. Outstanding service, prompt, courteous staff, we would highly recommend EZ Flow. We will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

He even noticed a slow drain and fixed that at no additional charge, just because he noticed it! I have found my go to plumber!!
I contacted EZ Flow Plumbing to address an unusual smell that I thought was connected to a slow drain. They sent their technician, Kai and she recommended I purchased their enzyme solution. I followed instructions but it didn't fix the smell. EZ Flow came back out to further inspect and reassess. Turns out the smell was unrelated to sewer/drainage and hence why enzymes were not effective. They traced the smell to what seems to be the silicone used under the tub and have offered several remedies to try. EZ Flow has made it abundantly clear that they are committed to customer satisfaction and truly helping people. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
I have had to call on EZ Flow Plumbing twice in the last year or so and they have always been awesome. Both times I needed a plumber I thought for sure I would need something that would be associated with a charge and both times I wasn't charged a dime; not even a trip charge.
The first time my master bath shower wasn't working and we knew what was wrong with it, but we couldn't figure out how to do it on our own, he came and looked at it and figured it out fast (we felt rather sheepish) and told us how to do it from there and was really easy, so we did do it on our own; and in the same trip he went ahead and looked at our water pressure. That is a longer story, but to make is short we were offered options and great advice and not charged a dime.
More recently, the elbow under our sink fell off in the middle of night and it flooded to the point where we had water damage in the ceiling of our basement and he came and looked at it and tightened the elbow and explained why it probably happened and that the damage done was as simple as letting it dry unless we wanted to repair the asthetics of it (which wasn't that bad either). But they do have referrals for other contractors that do repair and other work if needed which is also great. Same situation; no charge! :)
Both events were two different employees and it looks like they all operate the same and follow the same rules and guidelines financially since neither charged me since there wasn't really anything they could 'do'; but they were still happy to help which is priceless.
So, I am not saying that they are free or advocating free service, I am just saying there was no trip charge and no service fee since there were no parts or tools needed for my particular issues. I would recommend them to anyone!!
I just bought a new house and we wanted to renovate the Master bathroom. We needed a plumber to move two drains, change a shower valve and a few more things. I called EZ flow plumbing. The plumber showed up and after we explained what needed to be done he sent us a quote of over 3,500.00. That's completely absurd. I called a different plumber and he did all of it for 400.00. I would not recommend anyone using EZ flow.
If you need plumbing work done, call and ask for Jessie Sage. The guy is super cool and to the point!

Very professional, arrived on time, even put booties on their shoes. And the pricing was very fair! I love to support small businesses. And I will support this one again.
Great service and great response. Terry worked nearly all day to figure out the problem in our plumbing system. He was also very courteous to our house guests.
Jessie came out for a free service consultation. I wanted a second opinion for a replacement part in our water heater since Parker & Sons told us we needed it. Jessie was honest and upfront about this particular part. He even flushed our water heater to see if there was any rust in it since that's what we were told. I appreciated his honest recommendation and will definitely be using EZ Flow for all our plumbing needs now.
I have had two great experiences with EZ Flow Plumbing. I found Scott through a friend of mine who owns a Serv-Pro franchise and I called him about a year ago after a competitor of his claimed that our lines had broken in our attic (PEX) because our water softener wasn't working.
I called Scott and told him about our situation and asked him to come out and test our water softener in-case it needed to be repaired. He showed up the next day and tested the water at multiple areas of the house and called me back to not only tell me that my water softer was within specification but also to tell me that there would be no charge for his service call that day. This was great news to me, since the plumbing company who had been there before and who had actually plumbed our house (Whitton Plumbing) were the ones to tell us that the water conditioner had failed, and were the ones that charged us nearly $500 to cut apart our walls and to fix the repair that had failed from their previous work.
Anyway, back to the review of today's work. I contacted Scott over the weekend and left him a voicemail and he texted me right back to schedule an appointment. I wasn't able to be at the house for the appointment but since they are bonded and insured, this really wasn't an issue. I received a text message and email from them to let me know when they were to arrive and Scott quickly tested my water and called me back to let me know that my softener had finally failed after 13 years of use. He was quick to develop an estimate and they were there the next day in the morning to replace the system.
The price was very reasonable and they have a longer warranty for both the parts and labor than the big-box stores. The area where they worked was kept clean and I am very satisfied with the work that they performed. Thanks very much EZ Flow Plumbing!
I understand if a business is busy and can't start a new job for a week or two. But ANY company that would take over a week just to send someone to give an estimate is in over its head. Move on.
Called them out due to an issue with the igniter on my hot water heater not igniting. Of course when the technician gets here it worked fine. Danny didn't charge me anything and gave me some pointers on how to keep it ignited and working right. I would definitely call them out for my future plumbing needs.
I was in need of a new garbage disposal so I had EZ Flow come take a look at it. They were very quick and easy to schedule and the technician communicated well about his arrival time. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I wound up getting a new garbage disposal and also had them install an RO system for me. Both done same day which was great. They also pointed out and corrected a few potential problems in the rest of the house that I really needed done. They did an exceptional job of cleaning up after their work and were super kind. We had this awful - sudden - leak in our front yard water main. After having our typical plumber come out and quote us an estimate of $4000 to have the yard dig up to replace ALL piping leading to the house - I had to get a second opinion. I called EZ Plumbing and Mike Cantrell showed up less than an hour later! Talk about service! Not only did he do a full review of the damaged pipe before quoting me - it in fact did NOT require digging up our yard to replace all piping. He was extremely thorough and detailed in explaining to me what happened to the damaged piece of pipe and how the rest of the piping was just fine. Pricing was extremely reasonable and he cleaned up afterward. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I needed to get it done. I do know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done.
Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and he cleaned up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest plumber but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs.
It's never fun (or cheap) when you need a plumber but if you find yourself in that situation, I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing.
The scheduling was easy and they got me in the next morning (which was a huge bonus). The on-site technician, Richard, had the best disposition and was very professional. He walked me through the issues and the proposed solution and once I agreed to move forward, he had everything fixed within an hour. He could not have been nicer and even put up with my barking dog.
I did not compare their prices to other companies so I cannot speak to value but that is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. Every other facet of this repair, however, was top notch. :-)
We've been using EZ Flow Plumbing for almost 5 years now. We first used them when we purchased our home and gutted it. The kitchen was down to nothing but concrete slab and walls.
Scott came in and dug a trench from one end of the kitchen to the other because we wanted the sink to be on the opposite side of where it currently was.
They've replaced our hot water heater when it flooded our garage, and just recently, J.D. came out and helped us out when our front yard was flooded.
I'm sure they don't have to go into as much detail with my husband, but plumbing talk is a foreign language to me, and they're really kind and patient with explaining things to me and even writing down what they're doing and why so I don't forget.
We will never go to anyone else, and are loyal customers for life!
Great service from Scott! A water heater in a rental property broke and he was able to get there the next day. He also fixed a toilet issue He was able to service our water heater the day after that and installed some extra values on our sink for easy water shut-off.
He was kind, courteous and pleasant which is unusual for service people. He kept me updated about what was going on and how much things would cost.
My home can be a bit difficult to find and I warned him about that - he actually looked at a map BEFORE getting on the road and called me with questions.
Payment was a breeze and receipts are emailed almost immediately. Prices seem fair and reasonable although I don't know the first thing about plumbing and what things cost.
I always appreciate hassle-free service experiences and this is definitely one of them!
I called for an appointment and they were quick to respond on the same day. The plumber was knowledgeable that came out to fix the garbage disposal and took care of the issue on the spot. There was some miscommunication from the dispatch, plumber and myself, so I called to clarify and the owner called me back immediately. We had a pleasant conversation to talk through it and I was extremely impressed with the customer service, which is such an admirable quality in a business to understand where there is room for improvement. I really liked the responsiveness and the owners business etiquette.

He even offered a partial refund as compensation, which he was not required to do. Everything from start to finish was great with AZ Flow Plumbing. They called me back in less than 30 minutes to schedule. They gave me a 2hr window for our appointment and he was right within the time frame. The morning of, I received a text, email and phone call from Andy to confirm he was on his way. Was working on a bathroom shower arm that had way too much play, water was leaking to second floor. Was thinking I might have to open up shower/wall to repair. Called EZ Flow (based on Yelp reviews), and Andy Simmons came over the next day, and with his special tools and expertise, skillfully removed the partially sheared shower arm, without stripping the threads. Then he checked for leaks - nothing. They're a little on the pricey side, but when I think of what it would have cost me if it were not done correctly, I guess it's alright. Andy was a pro, explained everything, and our dogs loved him. And hey, it was done quickly and correctly. We'll use them again.
I have to give a 5-star shout out to this company! I had a complete stoppage in the main line due to roots. My neighbors had just had some issues so I ran to my neighbors to get the name of the company they used. I called them and got their after hours line. I left a message and they returned a call within minutes! Their after hours person was on a call and they said he could come to me when it was done but I told them that I could wait until the morning. They told me somebody would be there by 8 o'clock in the morning. It wasn't between eight and 10, it wasn't between eight and noon, they said by 8 o'clock. Jessie showed up at 7:50 AM and had it unclogged in minutes! He then ran a camera down to make sure the integrity of the line was still viable. He found where the line had been breached and while the camera was down there, he used a locator to find out exactly where it was. He then gave me estimates and options. I highly recommend this company!!! They treated me like family and were very fair to me.

I found this company on Yelp and was very impressed. Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.
They answered the phone, took a message with my info, and a plumber (Mike) called me back within 10 minutes. He scheduled an appointment (not an emergency, but we did have a leak) - he came promptly and fixed the issue with expertise. We had had another plumber out who said it was not a plumbing issue, it was a landscaping issue - after having a landscaper company out who couldn't fix it, it ended up being fixed by EZ Flow the first time. He also gave me instructions for an issue inside the house for a pipe for our remodel that was not done correctly (but I hadn't contacted them for this issue and wanted to fix it myself or have the original plumber fix it).
I told the initial lady on the phone that I found them on Yelp, so I could get the $30 off they are advertising currently for new customers. That is the only issue that we had - they charged my credit card but I am not sure if I got the Yelp discount, as I do not have this as a line-item on the invoice.
We will definitely use this company again for our plumbing needs.
We have called EZ Flow Plumbing for over 6 years.. We've moved and I continue to call EZ Flow every time I have a plumbing repair. The service is always outstanding, prompt and professional. I have had many services performed by EZ Flow. We've had EZ Flow change out valves and toilets, our garbage disposal, water softener, water heater, sump pump in our basement, repair leaks both inside and outside. Some of the jobs have been updating older fixtures, some have been smaller like a problem faucet. A lot of them have been big jobs. I completely trust Scott (owner). One of my latest calls was for the basement sump pump. My daughter got up and noticed a bad odor in the basement. We were leaving that morning for two weeks and Scott and his team came right over and started to work. We had to leave, but Scott's crew did an amazing job . The new pump was installed and my son returned to a fresh-smelling house later that day. It isn't any fun to need plumbing repairs, but I feel so much better because I know EZ Flow will do a good job.
I had a great experience with EZ Flow. I had a Tanklesss water heater system put in my house recently after my 5 year old tank rusted out. It may be more expensive up front. But the Tankless is guaranteed for 20yrs and made locally in Scottsdale. EZ Flow broke everything down for me, and dealing with them was quick easy and painless. Technicians were very friendly and eager to teach me about my new system. 0 maintenance, 20 year factory guarantee, and I don't have a ticking time bomb of 50 gallons sitting in my garage waiting to destroy my walls, floors, and cabinetry again. EZ Flow is a professional as they come.
This guy is horrible! I've been waiting a week for him to come to take care of the leak underneath my sink. He calls me the day of the appointment at an hour before he supposed to show up that suddenly he can't come because he's got other customers with emergencies because my leak isn't an emergency to him and then he's going to be out of town and he can't come for another week. Horrible customer service. Never! !!!
So he called back immediately to apologize. He said he would do anything to make it up to me. I decided to give him another chance. My daughter had a clogged toilet. I asked him to come and do it for free, thinking, no way he would. He agreed. Wow, what a turn around. He apologized about 10 more times. They've definitely earned a lifelong customer. There's never a good time to have a plumbing issue, but I called for service and received a callback from Bobette within a short amount of time. She was very kind and understanding of my situation. The gentleman that came out to assist me was Terry. Wow. Very professional, answered all my questions, and went over pricing with me prior to doing the work. The price was reasonable and I'm left with functioning plumbing AND money still in my wallet.
I had the main shut off valve for the house replaced. The plumber was on time, the work was completed in a timely fashion once he got here, and it met my all expectations. The cost was reasonable, and far less than some of the other plumbers I called. I will be working with EZ Flow again primarily due to their plumbers professionalism and willingness to entertain my numerous plumbing related questions.

Great service! Called in the morning and they were out that afternoon. Terry called when he was 30 minutes out and was right on time. Clear our slow flushing toilet and explained everything that was going on. He also inspected the water and the pressure and made some recommendations. The price was reasonable and what I expected. I have been using EZ Flow Plumbing since 2013. I called them yesterday to repair a water line valve and handle in the wall that connects to my refrigerator. They were able to get someone out today (Greg) to repair it. As always - professional, neat, did an excellent job, good rates, cleaned up their mess, and always honest. It looks better than it did before. They are the best!!

This is a tale as old as time, it was early in the morning, and like many folks, I needed to use the restroom. To my shock the toilet was leaking and the bathroom was flooded! How could this be? The toilet was working just last night! As a man with no plumbing skills, I had no choice but to use a bucket to hold the water at bay until a plumber could fix the toilet. I called a few plumbing companies, but unfortunately no one could guarantee a plumber would be available. For a moment I thought, is all lost? With finals around the corner, would I be forced to bail buckets with one hand, while holding a book in the other?
That is when I found EZ Flow Plumbing, and it was if the skies parted and the sun shone down hope upon me. Scott, the owner showed up, gave me a professional quote and knocked it out of the park. Originally we were going to install a water softener in the garage but I asked if we could hide it behind a cinder brick wall to save space and with a little more trenching, and no additional cost, he made it happen. He showed up on time, did what he said and for the stated price. Everything works as advertised and like a charm.

To add to onsite service...the all around service the company provides is A+. They communicate well by sending a prep email and a follow up email asking for feedback. Are polite on the phone and gave us a good price. Companies like this are hard to find these days.
We had our water heater broke and of course water all over (thankfully in the garage)- while Scott was not able to come out that night, he did call me and he was able to get to us the next day. He arrived on time as expected, super friendly and explained everything he was going to do. The new water heater he installed is better than the first with a conscious effort to plumb a line off the drip pan to ensure, in the future when it goes out (they all have a life), it won't get the drywall platform wet again.
I found his price reasonable and look forward to using him again - to potentially install a water softener. I highly recommend him!
I had EZ Flow Plumbing out for RO and a soft water system installation awhile back and was very happy with their work. Keep in mind they were not the cheapest but they were price in middle and dependable. My water heater went this month and needed a replacement water heater and EZ Flow was there same day service and replace the water which was 10 yrs old.
Remember people you get what you pay for I've always found EZ Flow very reasonable in price, and the service is AAA+ quality.
They followed up with me and made good on their service. I am happy with their customer service and what i paid for. Thanks for being so considerate, will use you guys in the future for plumbing needs.
I had the water supply line to the refrigerator fail open, and flooded the kitchen. I contacted EZ Flow online on Sunday afternoon. I was more than surprised to receive a response within *minutes* from the office. We set up an appointment for today, Monday, between 8am and 10am. I got a call that Jesse was on the way at 6:50am, and he arrived shortly after 7am. He assessed the problem, and replaced the supply line valve. He was quick, efficient and cleaned up after his repair, all within an hour after arriving. I will undoubtedly use EZ Flow Plumbing for any further plumbing needs. Thank you, Jesse!!
I picked this place because of the phrase EZ Flow in the name, since my problem was a clogged kitchen sink pipe under the slab.
Mike was the technician - 35 years of experience according to the owner Scott.
I had tried to use a 25' snake and hose bladders, but the snake was not long enough and the bladders did not build up enough pressure to clear the clog.
So Mike found a blockage just beyond the reach of my snake, and he went further to clear out another buildup further down the line. I appreciated that he could tell from feel what was happening in each of those 2 spots. A pipe whisperer if you will.
I was a bit surprised by the price - $215 - but that price was reduced to well under 200 since I had already ruled out an under-the-sink problem and had located and uncapped the cleanout on the outside.
After I had set up an appointment with Scott, another place called back and quoted me $145 - but not sure if that would have been the final price. My brother in Tucson says he has a guy that does it for $85. But that is Tucson and I worry about the questionable people he finds. The last person he hired mumbled a lot, only had a few teeth left, and had a tendency to go off on rants about the government. But I digress. I would call EZ Flow again if needed, particularly if Scott or Mike were the technicians.
The house we were moving into had the original water heater. We called EZ Flow Plumbing to install a new one before we moved in. Scott did a fantastic job. We have found our new go to guy for all our plumbing needs!!
We have used EZ Flow several times and they always do quality work. Most recently, we called them to fix a leak under the sink. Danny Try replaced our garbage disposal (fixing the leak) and replaced our kitchen faucet at the same time. He also unplugged our guest bathroom sink (free of charge!) because I mentioned it was backed up. He was kind, on time, and very professional - just like every other EZ Flow employee we have had come to our house. I'll call them every time!
Great experience with EZ Flow Plumbing. From initial phone call setting up service call, Scott called me back within minutes. Explained my problem and we set up a service call for two days latter. The problem got worse and I called Scott the next morning and Rich was out in a few hours. Problem solved and was charged very fairly. Being a home owner foe nearly 40 years I will be happy to call or recommend this company in the future.
There is a very good reason why you do not see any bad reviews for this company.....they are very very good.

I called them over to fix a couple of issues in my home. One of the issues turned into something more complicated. It and the other issue were dealt with promptly.

I've used this company several times. Good people that help you work within a budget.
Almost (8) years ago EZ Flow Plumbing completed a complete repipe of our home home in Scottsdale. At that time I met Scott for the first time. Ever since that time I have found this elite contractor to display honesty, integrity, plumbing knowledge, and an elite level of customer satisfaction.
Fast forward to July 2018 and EZ Flow Plumbing prooved to me once again they are the plumbing contractor to call. This is where you get their elite customer satisfaction award from me. Two other contractors said I needed to purchase a new water heater. Both said they needed 2 men to
do the job. and at least $1200.00 each.
When EZ Flow arrived I was informed that the leaking water heater was still under warranty from the manufacturer. I was told to call the claim department of the manufacturer and a approval no. was assigned to me. I returned the water heater in my SUV received a new water heater with a new warranty of 12 years. It cost me $156.00 for the new warranty and water heater, plus a small amount of money for EZ Flow Plumbing labor.
How nice was that!
I had an odd question on a basement sump pump. I called many plumbers and nobody was willing to even to listen. I called EZ Flow and he owner, Scott called me back and set an appointment to come bid the job himself. He did as he said he would do, showed up on time (early actually) was very knowledgeable and professional. Ended up not going through with the original plan but he was awesome to work with. Will be using them again for all my plumbing needs!
I called EZ Flow Plumbing this morning after reading so many great reviews on Yelp. The answering service took my information and told me I would receive a call within 30 minutes.
Scott called 11 minutes later, took time to understand my plumbing problem (leaking water heater), then told me someone would come out between noon and 4 pm.
Rich came to our home and was very courteous. He looked at our water heater and explained our options. We chose to have him replace our leaking water heater with a new one.
The work was done well, Rich explained what maintenance we should do, and even took the time to make sure we understood our warranty. We had our new water heater running in time to prepare dinner.
Great service and neat work. I will definitely recommend EZ Flow Plumbing to anyone.

I called Scott at EZ Flow Plumbing after reading the excellent reviews in yelp and was very glad I did. Just moving into a new house with terrible water. So bad I wouldn't even let my dogs drink it. Scott went over all my options and I selected my system of choice for clean, fresh tasting water. Mark arrived on time, installed the system and within hours I had all the pure drinking water I needed--from every tap in the house.
The install took a bit longer than expected and I had to leave for another appointment, but felt totally comfortable with Mark finishing up the install in my absence. When I returned home the system was completed and everything working as expected. EZ Flow Pluming even has a very cool payment processing system and notification system so that you know when to expect their plumber.

FANTASTIC level of service!!! The best I have seen in my 17 years in Arizona!! Major leak in rental home early this morning, Called Scott (owner) at 7:30 a.m. and by 10:00 a,m. he had a plumber to the house. Received a text confirming the plumber was on his way and also an email with the picture of the plumber, confirmation of the property for the repair and notification he was on his way. Diagnosed the water leak as irrigation leak so I called my landscaper to fix the problem as plumbing service was not needed. No cost for the evaluation by EZ Flow Plumbing or service call!!! Also received an estimate and reason for leak emailed to me by the plumber within 10 minutes after the service call.

I had called two other plumbing companies I found on Yelp only to be told they wouldn't be able to handle a leak in my bathroom sink pipe that was located behind the wall. I was recommended EZ Flow and, after reviewing the company on Yelp, decided to call. I left a message explaining my problem and Scott called me back within the hour to schedule an appointment. I requested the appointment for two days later since the leak only occurred when the water was running (I used a different sink in the meantime).
I was sent both an email and a text message about 30 minutes prior to the tech arriving letting me know he was on his way. I was pleasantly surprised the email included the tech's photo and his name so I knew whom to expect to be at my door. Rich arrived well within the time frame I was quoted and was very courteous and professional. I was expecting that my whole vanity would need to be cut out for him to access the pipe. He did an amazing job of only cutting a small portion of the back and floor of the vanity, as well as into the drywall, to locate the part of the pipe that had become separated and was leaking. After a few hours, Rich had installed a new pipe part and repaired the leak. I felt for all the work he did, and for allowing my vanity to be spared (I can just patch up the small holes with plywood since no one ever sees its rear floor or back piece), the $385 price was very reasonable. Rich made the entire ordeal as painless as possible for me and I will certainly call EZ Flow for any future plumbing needs I have! Highly recommend!
I've had Scott do a couple jobs for me recently. The first was installing a Toto toilet that is much more difficult than a standard toilet install. His quote was right in line with other plumbers I called, and he took the time to read through the instructions before beginning work -- and the install was perfect.
The second job was installing a sink and new disposal, and it looks immaculate. My wife had put down vinyl mats under the sink, and he actually took them out, cleaned underneath, and then put them back in place.
I can say with confidence that you can trust Scott to provide a reasonable estimate and (more importantly) do clean and professional work for you.
We just had EZ Flow Plumbing install a water softener for us this morning, and I'm very pleased with them. We had a different plumber come out last week, because we were having problems with a sandy grit coming out of our faucets with our water, and our water pressure was way down. Turns out that when our water softener stopped working, resin from it got into our pipes and was coming out in our water...very gross! The first place we got an estimate from told my husband we needed all this stuff done, that very day. He was at our house for three hours, and was very pushy, according to my husband. Yesterday, Mike Cantrell, from EZ Flow Plumbing, came out, bypassed our broken water softener first thing, and told us that all we needed was a new water softener, and the resin in our pipes would flush itself out in a few days. He was back the very next day with a brand new water softener. The other plumber wanted to flush out all of our pipes, add a house filter and a new water softener for a whole lot more money. Mike said all that other stuff wasn't necessary, and saved us a bunch of money. Both plumbing companies got five star reviews on Yelp, but I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing, as they don't try to sell you things you don't need. We will call them whenever we have plumbing needs in the future.
EZ Flow is one of the few, straightforward service companies out there. We had them come out a couple of weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised when the technician suggested seeing if he could fix our current faucet before we ran out to purchase another one for him to install. Within a few minutes he had easily solved the problem; on top of that, he fixed a minor issue we had with the faucet spraying all over the place in our guest bathroom--for which he didn't even charge! I've used EZ Flow before and was impressed. I'm even more impressed now.
Scott and his team are simply awesome and go above and beyond expectations. Our water heater failed this week and the shutoff valve to the unit only partially closed. We called EZ Flow Plumbing and they were booked solid for a few days. Mike arrived at the house shortly after our call and bypassed the water heater so we could have water while we waited for their schedule to free up. Scott installed the new water heater yesterday with a new pan, shutoff valve, and flex pipes. Very impressed with the quality of the install and service. Great communication (text messages, emails, and phone calls). We promptly received an email with the final invoice and photos of the work completed by Scott. Scott is our new plumber for all future jobs and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Although we did not use EZ Flow Plumbing, I spoke to Scott on the phone today about our leaky water heater. While they were booked for today (Saturday), he gave me great advise about how to handle the situation. Asked about the size and warranty. I found that I had about 3 years left on my warranty and he adivsed to contact the company. They are going to honor the warranty. No charge to me! Scott did what was right and, although he did not get my business, he has my loyalty as a person that does the right thing for his potential customers. 5 stars for being honest and helpful to a potential customer.
I had an overall great experience with Scott installing my RO system.
Very reasonable quote that was actually what I paid, no hidden fees or up selling other services. He was running late the day of my appointment, but called me ahead of time to give a heads up of when he'd be by. I completely agree that Scott is very nice, professional, and conscientious with his work. Within a couple of hours, he put in my RO, and even fixed a broke garbage disposal pipe and looked at a misbehaving toilet while he was here. He cleaned up everything, and besides the new RO faucet I could barely tell he was in my kitchen.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak and caused a mess. I found Scott on Yelp and called him at 7:00 in the evening. He gave me a quote over the telephone which was 50% less than Benjamin Franklin quoted and was able to come out the next day. He showed up on time and worked quickly. There were no hidden fees. I would refer Scott to anyone needing a plumber.
I called EZ flow for a plumbing project and left a general description with the office. Scott called back within minutes and scheduled a tech for the next day.
Rich arrived the next day,( after calling me to see if he could arrive earlier than scheduled, very much appreciated by me) gave an immediate very competitive cost, got the job done in a very quick and professional manner. Rich was very courteous, also pointed out a defective valve I had in place so I could have that replaced at the same time. Potentially prevented a major water leak in my house. He reviewed the project with me upon completion and asked if I had any further questions and if it met my expectation. All was good.

I was pleased as punch when our emergency water pipe leak was fixed by EZ Flow Plumbing.
The main water line in our front yard had spouted a bad leak. My dad referred me to EZ Flow Plumbing. EZ Flow Plumbing had helped them hook up a sink or something, and my parents were pleased with the results.
When I called, Scott was able to come out to give us a quote within the hour. He was doing a job just around the corner, so it worked out nicely. He knew what he was talking about when he gave us a quote and talked to us about the different possibilities. We scheduled the work for the next day at 1pm. We were in a hurry to get it fixed because the City of Chandler said we were leaking a half a gallon a minute. In addition, I was nine months pregnant and ready to go into labor any time. Needless to say, time was of the essence.
The day of the service Scott gave me a call and told me about an emergency job that was going to take him most of the day. He wanted to reschedule for Friday, but I expressed my desire to get this fixed ASAP. Immediately upon hearing my concern about timing he started to rework his schedule, and after he made a phone call, he called me back and told me he could be there the next morning. This was much better because it was only a half a day delay.
Sure enough he was at my house right on time. He gave me a heads up call about an hour before he arrived, letting me know the thirty minute window he expected to arrive in. Also, he gave us helpful instructions that the water would be turned off when he got to the house, so if we wanted to we should shower and use the water now while we still had it. That was very useful information.
He started work at 8:30a and kept us in the know about the progress. It was diagnosed, finished, and put back together by 10:30a. The best part was that it ended up costing us exactly the low estimate he had given earlier. Thank goodness, because we were on a tight budget.
Many of the reviews mentioned that Scott was very professional and nice. So true! But the most important part for me was that this nightmare job for us was fixed so quickly and efficiently. My husband and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders. We will definitely recommend this service to anyone in Chandler. And we would definitely use them again.
Called Monday afternoon to make an appointment to replace my leaking hot water heater. Scott set me up with a 10 am appointment the next day for the install. Tech called me at 9am and said he was running early so he got going right away. He knew exactly what he was doing on the install and did a great job. Clean, done right and price was accurate.
We went through a lot of aggravation trying to figure out why we were not getting hot water in our house. We had the owner of the company that manufactured our solar water heater come out and look at our system who stated it was running fine and that we had a plumbing issue. We then contacted two separate plumbers who stated it was a water heater issue. So, we again called the owner of the solar water heater who just reiterated what he previously stated that it was a plumbing issue we needed to get resolved.
At this point we were back to square one and going on our third week of NO hot water. So my boyfriend reached out to EZ Flow Plumbing. When Mark arrived he knew exactly what the plumbing issue was and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. He was courteous and professional. My only complaint was the price. It was quite high for the amount of time he spent working.
In the future if I have any plumbing issues I am torn if I will use them again. For one, I did not get any type of warranty in writing guaranteeing the work they did or part that was replaced and secondly, the price was so high. I do appreciate that after weeks of back and forth with other companies we finally have hot water again!

Scott was professional from start to finish. He called the manufacturer of the tankless water heater in my mother's house and was able to isolate the problem. He ordered the switch from the company and came back to install as soon as it arrived. Thank goodness my 91 year old mom didn't have to go too long without hot water. Scott and Wyatt replaced several valves and repaired a leaky faucet handle for my parents' new home. Scott's communication and customer service skills are exceptional. He was running quite early (but I wasn't able to), so he moved some work around in order to arrive at the exact time we'd previously agreed on. The team is very professional, including wearing booties to protect the home's flooring. EZ Flow is up to date technologically, sending texts and e-mails when they are en route (and e-mailed invoices), in addition to personally calling the customer.
EZ Flow's pricing is about 20% higher than a competitor who is also well reviewed on Yelp, but Scott came across as more knowledgeable in his diagnoses and was easier to communicate with than the competitor. And, Scott and Wyatt were able to complete the repairs during the same visit as their price quote, unlike the competitor who needed to come back a few days later.
The Techs and the owner are friendly, but the cost is way too expensive.
I have them come to the house and quote me to replace a vaccum breaker and faucet out side of the house. They quoted the labor being about $450. Something like $350 (labor) to replace Vacuum breaker and $140 (labor) to replace the faucet. All the work will be done in same trip.
I rejected the quote and got another contractor in and job is done within 55 Min. Cost =$120.

We didn't end up having work done, but was very happy with quick response back and quick arrival on site. Had a water come leaking through a ceiling. EZ Flow came out quickly and spent several hours checking all the sources of water and all the pipes in the ceiling and narrowed it down to a leaky shower pan that meant our shower needed to be rebuilt instead of plumbing replaced.
We needed a new hot water heater installed, Scott and his company are great and a real class act! He was prompt, had good communication throughout the entire process and very fair in price. We will definitely use again and will recommend EZ Flow to all of my friends and family!

My husband noticed last Thursday night that we had what appeared to be a slow leak from the top of our hot water heater. Now, my husband is a pretty handy guy when it comes to basic home maintenance, but this was beyond his basic skills. Never having the need for a plumber before, I searched Yelp and came across EZ Flow Plumbing. The reviews looked good so Friday morning my husband gave them a call. Mark was able to come out Friday morning and took care of everything!
Mark replaced our water heater and all the fittings quickly and efficiently. However, he did more than just the water heater. Mark noticed that there was significant drywall damage from the leak and suggested we get a water damage company out to take a look at it. He recommended one he had worked with before and offered to call which was fine with us.
Good thing too. As it turned out, there was not only drywall damage in that corner of our garage but also in the bedroom that shares a wall with the garage. Water damage can cause a host of problems if left untreated but thanks to Mark, we were made aware of the problem and were able to get the process started to take care of everything that day.
It is nice to know that there are still people out there who will go above and beyond the basic duties of their job to ensure that their customers are taken care of 100%.

The overall experience with EZ Flow Plumbing was great - from the first phone call, the tech that showed up on time and was friendly, and the customer service in general. The reason I give 3-stars is their prices were really high for the job that I needed done. My kitchen sink needed unclogged and my quote was $280 (basically for them to professionally snake the drain). I really appreciated their time and friendliness but that seemed way off the mark. I had another company come out and do the same job for $59, with no issues, just as friendly and professional, and the sink works perfectly now. I would say if price isn't your concern EZ Flow has a great thing going, but otherwise get a few estimates.
Very easy to schedule with them. They came to inspect my water system, although I did not use them for other reasons, they are very professional and give me some good advice. I will definitely use them next time when I have problems next time.

One of your technician Mark came and he did a remarkable job. We were shock about the estimate but we thought it's time anyway to get all kitchen and bathroom repairs done. Any time I need some work done on my personal property or one of my rentals, I email EZ flow. Its really convenient to be able to just send an email, get a quick response, and it gets taken care of without further effort on my part.
They send me a text and an email letting me know the plumber's name and that they are on their way with an estimated time of arrival.
Their pricing is more on the higher end, but I believe it is worth it.
A little pricey, however plumbing is pricey in general. They were clean, prompt and professional. I'll use them again for sure!
I woke up to a backed up sewage line. I called five companies and EZ Flow was the first to respond. They told me 10AM and JD arrived at 9:45AM. The clog was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Since they were already out, I had them replace the cartridges behind the shower handles. I have an older house with 'questionable plumbing' and obsolete components. JD did an excellent job of explaining the issues to me in advance so that I wasn't surprised by the pricing. Based on previous experiences with plumbers, I think that their pricing is very fair and reasonable.
On a different note, they also email you a notice with the name and picture of their plumber who is going to come out. While I personally don't care, this makes me feel much safer if my wife needed to handle this while I was out of town.
Needed a gas dryer disconnected and a new one hooked up. It's not a tough job, but you don't mess with gas unless you are really brave. I'm only a bit brave, apparently! And I kinda like our house and don't want to blow it up. Saw that this company got positive reviews on yelp, so I called on a Tue and they sent someone out the next day. They called me to let me know they had a cancellation and asked if they could come earlier than the schedule time, which worked great. Service guy was super friendly and did a good job. I used the $30 off coupon from yelp and the price was $117 for this job, which I think is slightly high, but based on the quick service and efficiency, I would recommend them.
Scott and Wyatt were fantastic! They fixed my toilet problem in no time and left it 100% better than it was. They do put their customers first. I will not use anyone else. Neither should anyone reading this review.
Found a water leak early in the morning at the toilet shutoff valve. I called Scott and he had JD out to my house in about an hour. EZFLOW uses a text and email service to notify you when the technician is en route. JD arrived and was very friendly. He explained what needed to be done and how everything worked. Price was fair and competitive to others I've seen. After he completed the job, JD and I talked about my old water heater and he took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend EZFLOW Plumbing to my friends and family. I will definitely use them again and have them install a new water heater for my home. We met Scott and his assistant, Wyatt, when our kitchen faucet began leaking noticibly. Based on what was discovered when Scott removed the faucet, it had been leaking slowly for some time. We found EZ Flow on Yelp and were impressed with the reviews. These reviews turned out to be absolutely correct. Scott called when he started towards our house, he arrived on time, assessed the situation, and explained how he developed his pricing. Once he had the faucet removed, we could see that the porcelan sink was so badly rusted under the faucet casing that the sink was also in need of replacement.
Scott told us what our options were, quickly checked prices for us, and picked up a new sink. Within a couple of hours, the work was completed. He was fast, thorough, personable, and the price was fair. My wife was particulay impressed that they wore shoed covers and were impecable about cleaning up when they finished.
We will absolutely recommend Scott's company, EZ Flow, to anyone we know who needs a great plumber.

As a result of the great reviews on Yelp, I chose to go with Scott from EZ Flow Plumbing for some work in a condo. Work included: Installing tub spouts and drains, installing shower heads, changing the drain on the kitchen sink, etc. Pretty standard no frills stuff.
The work he did on those items was efficient and exactly as expected. What really impressed me was when I asked him to install a pan and drain line off the hot water heater, he first checked the age of the water heater and advised I reconsider that since the work needed to do so (draining the water heater, etc) and cost associated to do so would be better spent on a new water heater, not that he was saying I needed one, but just that the age of my existing water heater was getting up there and may not make this effort worthwhile when a pan and drain could be installed on the next water heater at a fraction of the price. Mr. Plumber, you want to save me money? um, ok.
Scott had noticed the garbage disposal had some cracks in it when he changed the sink drain and drew my attention to it. As a result of the money saved elsewhere and the obvious good nature of this guy, I asked him to replace it. He drove to get one since it wasn't in the original scope of work, and did not charge me any extra for the change in plans since the new work was about the same as the old work we decided not to do.
On another day, when an unrelated pipe in a very different wall began to leak, Scott was unavailable, but he made every effort to get another plumber he trusted to come out and help.
This is a great plumber! Rest easy when you go EZ.

I Purchased a Whole House Filtration System, but we did not have a Water Softener Loop.
After getting 3 other bids where each Plumbing company wanted to either tear the walls apart of our home looking for the main water source or destroy the drive way requiring extensive concrete work,
Scott came by and quickly figured a solution of piping along a short flower bed section and into our garage with a minimal hole required into the corner wall.
His solution was economically and structurally superior to the other plumbing and heating companies I contacted, and will call him again for other future projects that may require a plumber. Highly Recommended ! Mark

Didn't think an honest, reliable plumber existed. But this guy Scott is exactly that. His integrity and knowledge are exactly what you want if you have a plumbing issue. Seriously, never had good luck with contractors, but its nice to know they aren't all crooks. You will not regret if if you give him a call. Installed a new RO system for us with no pressure to add anything we didn't need. So neat/clean (used those shoe covers) and showed up exactly on time. Like 1:00 for a 1 o'clock appt. Really can't say enough. :)

I read the reviews and checked out their website. I was impressed with the A rating from the Better Business Bureau so I gave them a call. Scott was very honest up front with the work I needed and the price; unfortunately. He was neat and didn't take too long considering what needed to be done. I definitely would use them again!

My review for EZ flow plumbing was delayed. Scott recently helped replace the main faucet and RO beverage faucet. From the moment I spoke to him over the phone for a quote, he is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. His quote is also very reasonable. He showed up on time and complete the work very quickly and nicely. Later I called him about some concerns about the water temperature. He came again for free and found that it was due to the hot summer. I would highly recommend him to anyone else who wants high-quality, professional, trustworthy plumbing work with reasonable prices.

I was so impressed with Scott! He was kind enough to come help me change out some old water valves under our sinks, even though he already had another scheduled appointment. He was there in less than 10 minutes and in less than hour, the job was done. Great, great service and a quality job. Will definitely use EZ Flow again.
Their name really says it all. I contacted EZ Flow a few months back because my water heater needed replacing and there were some old angle stops under the sink that needed to be updated as well.
They were able to send a technician out to do an estimate right away. I was asked how I would like to be contacted in the future, I said email. Hung up the phone and my email went off. It was a confirmation of the technician dispatch. It included the name and badge photo of the tech. I really love that I knew ahead of time exactly who to expect at my door. J.D. arrived to do the estimate.
He was professional, thorough, informative, and funny. He even wore shoe booties into my home. After assessing my issues he showed me the pricing lists for the units and parts, answered questions I had about different unit types, and gave me really cool information on the fabrication of the units. The estimate was done on a digital pad he had with him based on my choices. I say my choices because that's what they were. He gave advice when I needed it but never tried to push me to upgrade or spend more. Once that was finished he hit save and while we were talking as he packed up my email went off again. It was the estimate he had just preformed. The speed and efficiency so far had me impressed. We set a time window for the next day.
In the morning I received my Tech on the way email shortly before J.D. arrived. Now, I know a little about plumbing and am very curious. J.D. happily answered all my questions and explained anything he was doing that I hadn't seen before. When the old water heater decided to give him trouble emptying he knew what to do right away and made very quick work of what looked to be a rather nasty snag in the process. We joked a bit and before I knew it the work was done, cleaned up, and he was ready to go.
He brought up my info on his pad, verified with me that everything was correct, and after payment I received an email with a copy of my receipt and the invoice for my own records. No paper, and I still have the option to print if I want.
By far one of the best home maintenance experiences I have ever had. I will be calling EZ Flow Plumbing anytime I have an issue in the future. They were amazing.

Mark is an absolute stud. Having just moved to AZ, we hired a different plumber for a host of things for our new house. While they were nice, we simply weren't thrilled. Constant leaks, no hot water, stuff. After our InSinkErator randomly stopped working after no real use, I decided to look elsewhere and called Mark. He came out in a few hours notice, was courteous, fixed, tightened, flushed, you name it. hopefully I never need a plumber, but if I do, Mark and EZ Flow is who I'd call. Thanks guys.

I called EZ Flow with a leaking problem in my shower. I'm pretty sure that it was caused by a guy I called to fix a hot water flow problem. (turns out that there are screws in the valve that control the amount of water flowing through them), in any case when the guy fixed the flow problem he somehow caused the leak. Mark arrived, on time and identified the problem right away. Because the shower is all tiled I decided to have him do the repairs from the outside. So he, very neatly, broke through the stucco and made the repair, which required a new valve assembly. It was ordered and coming from the east coast it was delayed by weather. Mark kept me up to date on the part arrival and came, right on time to finish up the job. Cleaned up the area and was gone in less that an hour!
Great service and they came within the window they said they would. Mark was easy to describe my problems to and he finished the work in short order. We're sure to use them again.
Scott came out and added a new drain line for a second sink for my kitchen remodel plus he installed new plumbing for my main kitchen sink. He did excellent work at a reasonable price and was available in a reasonable time frame.

I had a very good experience with EZ Flow Plumbing. I had a shower/tub that had no hot water, and although the problem was not critical he was still able to come out promptly to look at it. He was very prompt, professional, courteous, and competent. He identified the problem, obtained the parts, and returned and had it fixed a few days later. And the best part, is that he did it at a very reasonable price. I am sure I would have paid a lot more with another plumber, and certainly not gotten any more professional or competent service than with EZ Flow. Altogether, an outstanding experience and I will definitely be using him again with any future plumbing problems.
Needed a plumber right away as we discovered our Hot Water tank was leaking in our garage. Did some research and came across EZ Flow and all the fantastic reviews about their service, so I decided to give them a try. And as expected service was wonderful. The owner Scott called me back within an hour of leaving a message and scheduled me for same day service. He ended up coming an hour early (which was even better), discovered our Hot water tank which was almost 8 years old needed replaced. He quoted us a very fair, reasonable price and did the work right away. He hauled away our old hot water tank, installed a new one as well as a few other recommended items and we couldn't have been more happier with the service received.
I have used EZ Flow Plumbing many times, most recently a new H2O heater for my home. Scott is professional, honest and very knowledgeable in both residential and commercial applications. I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing!
