Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I emailed CCE past 8pm this past Friday.  Rodney responded with availabilty and was out promptly at 9:30am the next morning.   He was able to make short work of the switchbox I had deconstructed (but could rebuild!).   He also tackled a side-job I asked about once he was here.   He made sure everything worked and got me up and running in no time.

He does great work and I would refer him to anyone that needs a hand with the their home electrical needs.

Great service and staff!   Chad was out several times working with me to determine the cause of my fan not working.  Ended up being a warranty issue and unit was replaced by the manufacturer.   Could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Chad at my home and with Lisa in the office.   I would highly recommend this company for anyone with need of ceiling fan repairs.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and knew right away what the issue was.  He took care of it efficiently and explained what was happening as well.  I would highly recommend DLI and Jonathan and plan on using them in the future if I have any other electrical needs.

We had Barney's Electrical install electrical to our island, a new outlet in our bathroom and install motion lights outside. They were professional and very accurate with their work! They were on time and did a job well done. I highly recommend Barney's Electrical!

Unfortunately they were not able to help with my issue (apparently MASSIVE issues far beyond the scope of their manpower) however Larry & Ricky are no doubt stand-up guys. I've no question they worked to the best of their abilities (free night call, trouble shot twice, communicated perfectly and reasonably educated me).

Larry handled my stressful situation like a TRUE BOSS!! I only wish the problem was solved but still ... great team.

Not impressed - I just made an initial call to him where I could barely understand him as he was on a job.  He does not do quotes, won't come to look at the job to see if he can even do it, and eventually just said sorry and we hung up.  So odd

Great company. Honest, competent with first rate customer service. Plumbing issues suck. Dealing with unethical plumbing companies suck. You won't be disappointed with these folks.

I got a huge water bill on Friday and Aaron came Saturday morning and explained that I had a bunch of smaller leaks. He fixed my running toilets right then, and said he could buy me a new faucet or install one I bought.

He came back and installed the new faucet for exactly the price that he quoted me, even though he had to redo some of the plumbing under the sink. He answered all of my questions and let me know what I could easily do myself and what I would need a professional to do for other upgrades I have in mind.

He even caught some out of code work another plumber had done (I verified and he was absolutely right) and fixed it for a very reasonable price.

I will absolutely call Rooter Man again next time I need a plumber.

Professionalism is alive and well! Capital came four days ago to find and repair a broken pipe. Best experience ever with a plumbing company. As you can see in the screenshot, our water consumption went back to normal the same day they fixed the leak! I've sent all of the necessary proof of repair information to the City of Austin. I should see some sort of credit on our utility bill soon! Shout out to Jason.

I highly recommend E Z Flow plumbing. Theo is exceptional!  He and Jonathan deserve a five star rating! They arrived well before their scheduled time of arrival and were able to clear a clog in record time. This is a family owned business located in Pflugerville and is run by professional and honest folks.

Although I ended up not needing a service from them, they responded with insightful information that saved me some money and didn't just try to get a sale. Trustworthy company and they will be my first reach out for future plumbing needs.

Today Walter and Marcus came out to do our pool electric work.  These guys are fantastic. First they showed up and were careful to knock on our front door after reading the signs of please knock baby in the house (good thing lil man was asleep at the time). They waited patiently and were about to call as I spotted them.  These guys are super flexible, and were able to accommodate my last second request to add an extra outlet.  Really nice and personable too! I highly recommend Rosen electric especially Walter and Marcus.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
