This family owned company is amazing! So very knowledgeable, and they actually care about people! Very honest, and reliable! These guys were a breathe of fresh air to do business with, and they fixed our electricity right up! We had problems with a very old home and an electrical mess to say the least, and they were able to fix the situation in an excellent timeframe and with great care!! We will definitely be using them for any and all electrical needs!

Freddie was not only professional he was outstanding and meticulous in his work. He went above and beyond what I needed done and was efficient as well. He worked overtime and late into the night to complete the job. Freddie was extraordinary to work with I will say, without a doubt as an interior designer this man is a genius and a problem solver...use him for any project and I have full confidence that he will get the job done while exceeding your expectations!  This is hard to find in the industry!

Quick response and great service. Had an entryway chandlier installed that was too high for our ladders. The guys from Tyner were extremely nice and efficient. I would  highly recommend.

Great experience with Raines Electric in getting a manual control switch installed for a portable generator. My contact person was Brian.  We communicated via text, as it was easier for me to send him pictures to get an estimate for the job. He was quick to reply, provided very reasonable rates, and the technician arrived on time. Michael and James were on time and installed the manual control switch. I had some questions about the install and sent a picture to Brian. He wasn't particularly happy with the install, and he arranged for Randy to make the necessary corrections to the the positioning of the manual control switch to make it safer. I'm very happy with Brian's response and with the company. Raines was referred to me from one of my neighbors, and I in turn, recommended them to another neighbor. Top notch communication, great work, and I'm happy to support a local business! Thank you!

I've used them three times. The first time I got what I thought was a great deal. The second time, the guys left for about an hour and tried to charge me for the time that they were gone. The third time, today, they did the same thing. They showed up at 8:30, left for an hour to get the parts they needed, then charged me for that hour. I will not call for the 2nd time and ask for a credit on my bill. What I will do, instead, is let everyone know that this company seems to be lacking in the ethics department. Find another electrical company, one that doesn't show up lacking the supplies they need then charge you for their time to go back to the shop and get what they need. That is crooked!

I was shocked to see negative reviews that brought their yelp score down; after using them on three separate projects with stellar results. When I read the review I realized that the person is located in Saint Louis & was trying to review a completely different company.

My experience has been outstanding; their estimates are for the entire project so there is no room for surprises whether it takes an hour or 30 hours you know what to expect before they start. The work is professional, they're available 24/7 & the scheduling/communication is excellent.

Finding contractors like this isn't easy so I have no intention of ever having to search for another electrician .

After 3 attempts to make an inquiry for service/repair on electric installed by Lanehart, there has been zero response. I have waited a month now, sent multiple messages via email, contact us form, and called with no answer.  My home is 2.5 years old, and having issues with breakers/outlets installed by Lanehart. Outside of builder warranty but obviously Lanehart does not stand behind their work enough to respond this type of customer inquiry.

First, I called at nearly 1p today, so of course they scheduled me for the following day. With an added opportunity to be called back today if there were any other scheduling changes with others. As luck would have it I did get a call from Hightower about an opening in 30 minutes or so of that call. Completely delighted with this opportunity and Nick showed up in 20 minutes or so. Got right to work immediately. He checked our equipment both inside & out then took care of our issues in about an hour. Hightower has always treated us right and have been honest about the repair process. Highly recommend this company.

I paid $235 per light fixture to be installed with an additional $39 for a diagnosis. I paid less than that for the two light fixtures. I feel like I was scammed. Would not recommend this company unless you feel like throwing money away! Just do it yourself.

At first, they seemed nice and reliable. They were able to ground the shop but, I had them run a large gauge wire for a Tesla.and asked that it be appropriate. I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp.
I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back.
I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!  Just terrible.

I am a business owner with nearly 100 vendors and Cirro Energy may be the worst in 20+ years of doing business.  They have no idea how to bill a client with multiple locations. They also had my power disconnected because of their billing issues.  I have left them and have moved to another provider.  Should have done it long ago.  Put up with poor service with their reps and their billing dept.  Bill Beavers and Neil Turner should be running a lemonade stand instead of an electrical provider.  They have no clue.
