The best plumber I ever had. Mr. Wood does a great job and goes out of his way to satisfy the customer. Honest, experienced and an all around nice guy.

I have been a customer of Newtown Plumbing for many years and the service has always been outstanding. Dan always calls back immediately and is quick to start the job. He even helped me find quality products so I didn't have to shop around at Home Depot or expensive boutiques.

Joe went above and beyond when our tankless water heater broke. He came out right away, and quickly identified the issue. He came back the next day to install the part and our water issues were solved! The price was fair, and Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only did he fix our issue, but entertained as he went. I would recommend Joe to anyone in the Philadelphia area.

Jason is a pleasure to work with-- I had called him after getting his coupon in the money mailer bc I was afraid that I had a major problem with my toilet.  He was on time, showed me his plumbing license, and spent a lot of time with me, Answering all of my questions.  Luckily, the problem wasn't a problem after all.   He is also not the kind of plumber whose gonna charge you an arm and a leg, which I really respect and appreciate in this day and age. Now I know in the future, who to call, if and when there is a problem! He also rescues dogs and other animals, which to me, is a win win. I would recommend him to anyone.

I'm glad to have met Bruce to do the plumbing for my whole house including gas. He was very conscientious about details and checked the code for options as needed to help me save when possible. he is well versed in all the parts one needs and how they will connect to different types of fixtures.

Thank you for such responsive and excellent service.  I am extremely satisfied with my experience.  My tenant called me on a Sunday complaining of a toilet leaking from the first floor into the basement.  I called Bukowski Plumbing and spoke to Robert.  They arrived at the house at the agreed upon time, repairs were completed perfectly, and the price was fair.  I'm so happy I called Bukowski Plumbing, they are now my new plumbing service!

Repair man was here within 3 hours of the initial phone call. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Max did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. He responded almost immediately on Yelp even after 7pm. He showed up the next morning right on time and quickly and efficiently swapped out our disposal for an upgraded one and was extremely friendly throughout. Will call on him again whenever any plumbing needs arise in the future.

Dixon came in the house. I explained the job. He walked to the door to let his buddy in. I said to my wife I gotta wash my hands. I had just been sweeping up the garage and she had made me soup. Dixon turned around at the door. My wife said It's alright he's talking to me. Next thing I know Dixon is telling me we are not a good fit I can get someone else to do my job. And he leaves.
This is my response to Dixon's response. Nothing in his response is true. His response bends the truth to justify his passing on the job. Nothing was said for him to legitimately take offense to-and consequently he hasn't said what it was. Also it wasn't 'one of his plumbers'- I only spoke to Dixon and it was he who had a problem with something I said and decided to pass on the job. He mentions avoiding conflict. There was no conflict potential or otherwise. I explained the job and then got out of the way for him to do it. There was inconvenience to me because he agreed to do the job and then passed on it, saying he can 'pick and choose' what jobs he takes.

Called about getting work done for a few minor plumbing repairs.  Bruce tells me he will be out the next day between 9:30-11:00 AM.  I call their office about 1:30 PM to ask if anyone is still planning on coming out.  The woman who answers the phone asks me to repeat all of the information I have already shared and unapologetically tells me someone will call me back.  Never received a return phone call.  Wasted an entire day waiting for a plumber that showed up or called back.

We have mold from Bob Goldey plumbing . He put in a kitchen faucet that was too short nubs and we had water leaking from the kitchen faucet into our basement for two weeks until we discovered it by the smell . They refused to make good on the damages or even offer to replace or repair .

Did more damage than I previously had and had not returned any of my calls after my acknowledgement of the damage thy caused.!

I used this service twice, each time great, thoughtful and very professional each time, 2years ago... I would definitely use again, if needed!
