Totally recommend Mr. Tubs.  Everything worked great in getting a new hot water heater replaced.  Price was super fair as I searched for a week or so looking for good company, fair price, etc.  I was referred to Mr. Tubs by a neighbor, which was referred to by another neighbor and now I'm referring to other neighbors.  All good with Mr. Tubs and thanks.

Came right out. Cleared our stack fast. Charged reasonable rate. Explained everything clearly and felt very comfortable having them in my home to do the work. Definitely recommended.

Jeff and the entire team are extremely professional and very competent. There prices are competitive. We've had them do four jobs so far: Whole house humidification. Sump pump system advice and replacement and the gas portions of a whole house generator. We've also used them for a very simple drain cleaning.

They ALWAYS are on time, they do exactly what they say they will, they take care of your house (drop cloth's, shoe covers etc) and they do high quality work.

Completely recommend.

These guys are great. They have a very professional operation - you call them, talk to someone (or leave a message and they call back promptly), tell them your issue, set up an appointment window, and they show up when they say they will without having to chase them down like you might find with other contractors.

Can't comment on pricing since I didn't bother to shop around based on all the rave 5 star reviews these guys have and I'm the type that is willing to pay a little extra for peace of mind rather than risk quality to save a few bucks. The price I was charged for the job was in the ballpark of what I was expecting to pay and it seemed reasonable enough. No complaints.

Go with Philadelphia Plumbing Services if you have a plumbing issue and just want the damn thing fixed without having to chase anyone down.

Quick response and excellent service after our basement flooded. Really appreciate the honest advice that enabled us to get the hot water heater back up and running without a full replacement.

Reasonable prices and the workers were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and the price was as quoted, no additional charges or tricks. Would recommend.

I used Prices for a rotted out sewer line that continued thru walls and ended in two bathroom remodels and wall repair. Although a little messy they did wonderful work!  I will use them in the future for any plumbing or hvac needs

Made an appointment for a visit six weeks out.  Sept 29th Ray came out to visit and see the job.  Told us an estimate would follow.  Seemed thorough and genuinely interested in the job.  Today is December 20, 2020. Three phone calls later asking for an estimate and nothing.  Based on that alone I would never recommend his services.  If he didn't want the job he could have said so and we wouldn't have been insulted.  Sorry Ray we tried while you did not.

I called Eddie B at around 11am about a Kiak from upstairs bath into the kitchen.     They said they could send someone out in afternoon.  I told them no rush because it wasn't a bathroom usually used but they still were able to get someone out.    Jim was sent and he was pleasant and courteous.    He was got in by 130pm.  By 215 he knew what needed to be done.   By 4 he was gone and everything was cleaned up.   He not only explained the problem and showed and took the time to explain the pieces and what happened.   10/10 recommend

Clarence was highly recommended to me by my realtor. He is professional and punctual and did work quickly. He answered all of my questions. He fixed mistakes made by a previous plumber. He responds quickly. He's also a master plumber and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to immediately identify the problem and fix it. Thanks!

I have used Masciantonio for all of  my plumbing needs and have never been disappointed.  I just had a gas line installed for my outside grill.  Rick came in gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) - he was the one who showed up to do the work as well.  He was in and out in 2 hours!  Excellent workmanship, was on time - nothing but the highest praise!

I had to call them to fix two sinks and a leaking hose in the bathroom. First time, the plumber made sure he worked for 1hr 5min and charged for 1hr 30 and claimed everything was fixed. Next day, I found the bathroom sink leaking and they had to come and fix it. There was no charge this time. Very next day, we noticed the bathroom hose was still leaking. This time, I had to wait for two days over the weekend and they came on Monday to fix the leak. He replaced some parts and claimed to have fixed it. Today the charge was for an hour and parts $70. In total, I paid $400+ to call them 3 times and sacrifice 3 half-days for them. I will not recommend them for anybody.

This company was doing cement and plumbing work for my neighbor. And like most contractors, made a mess and were inconsiderate of the neighborhood. That aside, I was planning to call them to do some work for my house until I discovered that the son of the company owner helped himself to my garden hose which is two houses down. He dragged my hose through cement, mud and muck, borrowed it without asking and then had the gall to toss it back without winding it back on the spigot. Disrespectful and rude. When I confronted the son his reply was it was an emergency.  He left sand and grit on my sidewalk and curb.

Folks, I'm not sure if you want to hire a company whose owner helps himself to other people's belongings.

Met with salesman Jon Dobrowski tonight and he was GREAT. Then he called his boss John Cambro (sp?). Jon D told John C that I wanted to think about it overnight before I decide if I am spending 7,000 dollars for a new heater. Then I overheard John C say ' well why did she drag you out on a Sunday night if she didn't want to buy a heater'. Really, John C, I am just suppose to drop $7000 because it is Sunday? Oh and by the way it was Horizon that suggeted someone come out tonight and not Tuesday like I originally asked. So instead of thinking about how I want to finance a new heater with Horizon I will be thinkg about how many people I can tell this story to. Sleep well John C.
