I flooded under the kitchen sink and my floor due to an issue with my disposal. I called Magic Men and the two nicest guys came over and replaced my disposal.  It was a great experience. I'll definitely use them for any other plumbing needs in the future!

I don't normally write Yelp reviews but I think this business warrants one. Joe the plumber from Allison Plumbing just left and was so nice. We had an issue with our sump pump. He explained what he was doing, was patient and never made me feel dumb (I'm clueless with this stuff). He was super polite and had reasonable prices. Even the lady that answered the phone was really nice. I'm happy to say we have found our go to plumber.

Stefan helped fix some electrical wiring on my roof leading to my air conditioner. He responded promptly when I reached out one evening, was able to come the next morning (2 hours earlier than he'd originally estimated), and fixed the issue that day. Highly recommend!

Had Ryan come out to repair a few lights and outlets that weren't working properly. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issues. He realized I liked to try my hand at home repairs and gave me some tips and advice for fixing and diagnosing problems myself in the future. Good work by an honest guy.

We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Rogelio was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, and got the job done in less time than the estimate. He also mentioned that his company installs outlets, light fixtures, etc. We will definitely be hiring him again in the future for any electrical needs we have. Thank you, Rogelio.

Had an awesome experience with Jake. I got into some trouble trying to swap out a light fixture and created a bit of a wiring mess for myself that he was able to skillfully clean up. He was able to go pop out and buy a replacement light fixture that would fit my junction box and install that too. While he was at my house he added a plug to a closet that we had been wanting installed since we moved in. Super efficient work, very pleasant interactions, reasonable pricing- I will definitely be calling Jake up again for future work.

My go-to.  We just finished a major renovation of our house, but we had lots of little things that needs attention.  I tired Fixer for a simple paint job and leaky sink, and after their professionalism, communication, and work I was impressed.  They are also a Public Benefit Corp with apprenticeship and training for their employees.  Mission driven too?!  Love it.

The process of scheduling through their website is also smooth and another reason why they are my go to.  Instead of awkwardly trying to explain over the phone to someone, you get a text confirming the time slot and request for pictures.  Based on the pics, you get an estimate of hours.  Work gets done, auto-pay like Lyft, drop a tip if you'd like, and done.  

Final bonus - they are honest about what they CAN'T do.  We had a leak under our tub.  The guy inspected it, found the issue, said it's beyond their type of handyman work, and within 10min they texted me referrals to plumbing companies with the right hardware and expertise.

Blacklite Electric came out to fix a few outlets in my condo. Neville texted me the price and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. Neville also gave me a discount for being a yelp customer.

Johnny came out during the window that I was given. He fixed three outlets, two which were not properly wired by prior owner, one open neutral and one out was not properly grounded (scary stuff if you google it). Prior owner also had a chandelier which Johnny helped removed, and replaced it with a ceiling fan. In total, I paid for two hours ($265) for everything. Not bad!

Lastly, I noticed one of the outlet would not accept the plug. neville came out that Monday and fixed the outlet, without charge.
