Best Playground Turf Installation in Phoenix AZ

Great experience from beginning to end.     Rafa came out when promised and discussed the project.  He came up with a reasonably priced proposal and his team got the job done ontime with great results.

Horrible experience without even having the ability to have them come over and view the area. My wife found their information on Facebook and inputted my contact information. I received several calls and texts from Amanda asking me to give them a call. Unfortunately I did. I spoke with Amanda and she asked for my name. She completely changed her tone after I mentioned my name was Manuel. She asked when I wanted to schedule everything for and I asked if I can get information first and see how it works. I asked if it would be a free estimate and her response was it is a free estimate, but we work with the higher end of things. We don't do any jobs less than $2,500 so we're probably not the company for you. I never once mentioned a budget or anything else. I simply asked if it was a free estimate and her response was 100% based on zero information provided other than my name and a question. No thank you. I would gladly even pay more money somewhere else than be spoken to in that manner.

Be careful with this group.   sometimes great work and sometimes rushed.    the rush has cost me thousands in a water leak i didn't know about for 6 months.   they had a water leveler that was higher than a hole for a cord.    yes.  that really happened.  

Irene was rarely out to check on details .   i was more a project manager than her.    and of course i had to tell her what was not done so i wouldn't be charged.   sloppy.  

very disappointed.  i have taken on extra work just to pay for my water bill and to undo the plumbing they messed up.  

if you can project manage then great, otherwise watch out.    wrong colored pavers they refused to fix.   my friends think it's ridiculous that they didn't 'see it'.

We are very happy with the work that Michael and his team did in our yard. It took a while, but it was worth the wait. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was done right and clean up was spot on. Jesse and his crew were friendly and hardworking gentlemen and made sure that we were pleased. I would highly recommend them.

We just moved in to our new home in Gilbert and were in need of landscaping in our yard. After doing some research online we reached out to Paul who quickly responded and came over and provided the most reasonable estimate we received. Even with a kink on our side, (had to get approval of the design from our HOA) he got the job done quickly as soon as the HOA approved our plan. Such an accommodating guy to work with! I'd highly recommend him and his team.

I have had a difficult time replacing my landscaper. People do not show, can't give me an estimate and open times.
My yard was out of control! Sun of the Valley provided a prompt and reasonable quote!
Communication was top notch, I knew what to expect and they are very polite and friendly.
My tree was taken care of and beautiful clean up.

Three stars to bring your attention to this so you don't waste your time. I would have liked to have possibly hired them but they don't respond to inquiries. I emailed this business in Nov. 2016 for an appointment. I had been referred by one of their happy clients. I never heard back. In April, I phoned to get an appointment for an estimate on another job, figuring I'd give.them another chance. The owners voicemail says they are not accepting new clients at this time. Which is fine, but why are they still running this $79 promo purchase on Yelp? I'm glad they are successful but they should update their social media and websites.

Eddie did a great job from the beginning. We had a 25 year old pool that needed to be remodeled. We added Baja step and bar stools. Great service, price and done quickly. Turned out awesome. Highly recommend Eddie and entire Innovative team!

I am not one to publish reviews often, but, when the work is outstanding and the results are exceptional, I have to take the time to acknowledge the work.  The Hardworkers are just that, hardworking young men with who get the job done and do it right.  I searched for a company to install a new walk with pavers along the side of my home in Gilbert, AZ.  I got a list of companies on Yelp and contacted three of them via email detailing the job and asking them to contact me for a quote.  Jason from The Hardworkers, was the first and only one to answer my request.  He came to my house, reviewed the job and gave me a quote via email that evening.  I agree to the job details and the price and Jason returned to my home to have me sign a contract for the work.  He explained that the pavers were hard to find and that finding ones that exactly matched my existing driveway was not possible, but he would do his best.  That he did.  He sent me pictures of the ones he had found, and they were close to what I have but a little darker.  I was pleased with them and he purchased them and delivered them to my house.  The Hardworkers were engaged in some other major jobs when they took mine on so I expected to wait for the installation, but within a week, they were are my house and doing the work.  The work was started in the morning and the crew worked tirelessly in some real heat (105 degrees).  They installed the pavers, including a good size pad for my trash cans, in less than eight hours and I am very pleased with the work.  The professionalism, detailed work is evident in the final product and I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the price I paid.  I highly recommend The Hardworkers.  I know you will be more than satisfied with their work.

I recently got my turf done by tough turtle turf and I am very please with their quickness and professionalism! My turf looks so beautiful and it was installed within one day. Seth also helped me set up financing so it wasn't crazy expensive! I wanna spend all my time in the backyard now.

Cary did an outstanding job with our landscaping. The crew was very professional and know what they are doing. They are very clean, thorough and pay attention detail. Cary, the owner, made visits each day and answered any questions and updated us on the progress. We have already recommended Thomas Cary to our community and family.

This company stole money after we hired them to install pavers and pool coping. Project materials were claimed to be in inventory but were not. This resulted in an out of scope project timeline. At the start of the project, they left the site in a messy demolished state for weeks before partially installing pavers. Materials were stockpiled in the street for too long resulting in a city violation to us, the site owners. They installed grading improperly so that our existing pool gates would not open. Our wooden access fence to the backyard was broken during their work.

After too many delays and responses of we will be there tomorrow and no crew or material showing up, we requested a refund and termination of the project. Three large contracting companies came to provide quotes to fix their mess and complete the project and said their work was installed incorrectly with grading going directly into our pool.

This contractor offered a partial refund due to out of scope timeline and unavailable materials. Now they will not respond to any form of communication after supposedly mailing a refund check 12 business days ago. We keep trying to contact them by phone, text, email, and all social network messaging options. They refuse to answer or reply to confirm the address the check was supposedly mailed to. We offered to meet them somewhere to pick up the refund personally. No response. They even took an additional $1,000 for upgraded travertine pool coping that was never delivered.

I have submitted a complaint to the AZ ROC and would file for a civil suit, but the amount of money we gave them is over the small claims court limit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!

Great job and they gave us a beautiful yard. They were very thorough with their measuring and leveling. They are very knowledgeable too!

Roman and his team were fantastic! Timelines were kept...this was very important to me. Great attention to detail. They really took the time to make sure everything was level or had the appropriate sloping so water runs away from the house for the small amount that we do get. I also have an irrigated front yard, so they took the necessary steps to ensure the footing for the wall was installed appropriately. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants pavers, walls, fireplaces and so on. Best of all, he was affordable!!!

Do not use this company for your landscaping needs! Unfortunately we did and we seriously regret it. They were contracted to put a putting green in our backyard. Joseph Benites came out to give us an estimate and stated that he would make sure that we were happy with the work when it was completed. First thing I questioned was the fact that they had the fill dropped off in the street and we weren't even told of a date that they would be here to do the work. It was more than a week before they came and of course we had rain in between so it was washing away down the street. When they finally arrived to do the work they didn't bother to go over the design shape with me, they were just going to match the rectangle area that was currently in place when we actually discussed with Joseph that we wanted curves in certain areas. The workers actually tried to tell me I couldn't have that because they weren't told about curves.  I told them to call Joseph and if there was a problem he could call me but I am getting the design that we agreed to pay for.  So they managed to get the shape somewhat correct and they had the fill in the backyard and said they would be back to finish the next day.  Well that evening we had that torrential down pour of rain and everything was just drenched so I figured there was no way they would be able to finish with the fill and put the green in place.  Well obviously they don't know the correct standards when putting in a green.  You don't do it when the soil is wet!!!!!  They showed up at 6:30 the next morning and finished installing.  I thought ok they will come back to roll out the lumps when everything dries out. For 5 weeks I have tried to get them out here to roll it and every time I am told they will be here they do not show up or they have an excuse as to why they didn't show up.  I have a very lumpy putting green in my backyard now and they don't care.  I am filing a complaint with the ROC compliance department.
Please, if you really want to have something nice for the money you pay for landscaping DON'T USE CUSTOM OUTLOOKS!!!!!!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I made a huge mistake by giving them a deposit to grade my backyard and take out my tree. They asked me to Venmo them $1500 to get a bobcat to my house which they never came back with. I have been begging for a refund and just get false promises of them showing back up.

These people have stolen my money and won't refund me for not coming back to do the work. I feel stupid for having sent them money that I worked so hard for to get nothing in return.

Huge mistake sending them any money and I hope you take caution because to this.

Below is the plants they took out that cost me $1500 due to me sending money too early. They promised to also take out the tree, flatten the dirt, and take out the rocks. All of which didn't happen. I'm very sad to have lost the money I paid.
