I had kind of an odd job for him. I had special-ordered some fancy Emtek entry door hardware (deadbolt & locking knob, both w square backplates), and I couldn't get them to align cosmetically while functioning technically.
Jon dove into the problem and managed to figure it out & fix it.
He also re-keyed both pieces, one of which I had no key for.

These folks have been so very helpful, on a couple of occasions 1.  Getting a key made, which they did very quickly/cheaply.   2.  Went in to see about getting special-order locks for the cargo carriers on my motorcycle. They are made in italy.  One helpful & friendly employee told me how I might go about it, but also offered to clean it up with graphite and oil it too.  Really helped!  Hardly need new locks for the time being.  Didn't charge me either.

Well I had quite a predicament on my hands, I had a smart key deadbolt, and electronic keypad, two new locks and two older locks, I didn't know how I could get one key to work, but Ayden Took great care and Percision, and got me exactly what I wanted. And the rate was extremely fair, I was worried about the cost, but they weren't anything close to these guys, they are really the best for less. I would highly recommend it to any friend or family member

Our new house came without a mailbox key. I requested a quote and immediately had Savannah responding. The rate quoted was super reasonable, and the service was spectacular. I offered to pay upfront and was told to pay once the job was done. Ricky communicated with me on his way to the job, and called me after it was done. And because we are not yet living at the new house he offered to mail our new keys to us. If you need a locksmith Castro's is your company! I'm keeping their phone number just Incase we need any further help. This was NOT an emergency situation but had it been I would have been extremely pleased.

Mickey managed to figure out how to fix a lock on an antique post office box door lock so I could turn it into a bank for my grandchildren.  He then showed me how to change combinations.  Very helpful.  Works out of his van.  Fee was very reasonable.  He'll get more business from me for sure.  Strong recommendation from me.  Use this guy, you won't be disappointed.

Having recently purchased a mobile home I needed a locksmith to come over and repair and rekey the  locks on the unit.  I contacted Arizona Locksmith and spoke with Tom about my needs.  
Tom was cordial and professional and we set an appointment for the next day.  He told me it would be one of his technicians who came out to do the job but he would be available should there be any complications.  When I hung up the phone I had a good feeling about the way I was treated and the services Tom had recommended .
The next morning right on time The Locksmith technician arrived.  He cheerfully introduced himself and we reviewed what was needed.  Moshe was very professional and was able to repay all three locks as well as make an adjustment on one door to insure everything worked properly.
I can't say enough about how great is was to deal with this company.  I recommend them highly and before I forget the charges for the job were very fair.

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. B-1 answered the phone immediately and were at our house within an hour or two.  They did a good job removing a failed door handle which locked the door shut.  They were skilled, competent and friendly.  The price was very fair.

The owner James charged me 125.00 to repair a lock, that he could not repair.  I purchased a new one for 60.00.  This business it crooked.  Use any other locksmith except for this one.

Roy and Eagle Locksmith have come to our rescue numerous times!  This review is long overdue.  The latest case of Roy rescuing us is when the power recently went out and I was with my two soaking wet kids (we got caught in the storm).  Upon arrival at our house I realized I didn't have a house key, only our garage door opener which of course didn't work due to the power being out.  We also had a brand new puppy who I knew was probably so scared to be in the dark. I felt so helpless until I called Eagle Locksmith.  Roy literally dropped everything to come to our rescue.  He showed up not 5 minutes later and let us into our house so quickly.  I was and still am very grateful for his top notch services.

I called Andrew in the morning and he had another job but he said he could be at my place in the afternoon. Steals from his employees and rips off his customers. No standardized pricing for his techs, prefers when his techs charge the maximum possible for any given job. Many other companies out there that charge less and provide a more professional service.
