Spoke to the owner Jeff at length over the phone to figure out what I wanted/needed. He was so helpful. We scheduled an appointment. Jeff arrived right on time and did a great job.  He re-keyed entire house and installed Guardian Door Latches.  He had to come back the following day to finish and again arrived on time and texted me his ETA!!  He is an honest and hard working man. I highly recommend A-1 Minute Key Service.

Called to request for a remote key to be made and programmed. Seemed unprofessional from the start but I proceeded. I explained my issue and the guy gave me a quote but then when he arrived he told me that I had told him something different and the price went up. Which I suppose it's fine but it was annoying the way he said I had told him I bought a key for him to program- because I definitely didn't tell him that. Lol At 3:30 he told me it would take ten min or so. At 5:00, both of us dripping sweat and me fighting tears he told me he was missing some sort of chip or somethingfor my specific key model and asked if he could run and grab it and come back or meet back up tomorrow. It was either a serious off day for him or I even wondered if he was just covering for someone since they have pretty good Yelp reviews.

Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

These folks provided EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend them. Called them on a Sunday evening and they were prompt and professional. Herb and his wife were honest and provided the best option for getting me back in my car and house. No hidden fees as another customer mentioned and they made the process smooth in an otherwise difficult situation. A pleasure to work with them!

This is my second time using Az Locksmith. The first time was three years ago, Tom came to my house within an hour of calling and had the correct tools to help with a 75 year old mortise lock on my historic home that I thought was hopeless. A fair price, quick service, and excellent customer service cannot be beat.

Today Nick came to re-key my new home and arrived even earlier than promised. 4 doors keyed in no time flat! Same service and fantastic work as before. I told him AZ locksmith would be who I will use forever!!

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

I received a flyer in the mail with a new move in re-key special. I called that day to set an appointment, and he was available the next day. Ernie re-keyed all of my locks in about an hour. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his workmanship! I will definitely recommend him to friends and family who need a locksmith!

I broke my key fob for my 2010 Nissan Altima and lost the motherboard so my car was stuck at my job. I called Tyrone and he only charged me a $100 flat fee! Other locksmiths were going to charge me 165-400. Which was INSANE! He was awesome enough to meet me where the car was located and he was very professional and kind! If you ever have any troubles with your keys or locks I highly recommend this gentleman! :)

I needed a key made because we misplaced our keys. It was so nice to talk to an actual person. I made an appointment that day and paid for the services. We ended up finding our keys and Austin Lock & Security refunded all of our money. He could have charged me for the service fee because I had an appointment and he did not. I have left my house with the garage door open so many times, I almost judge my neighbors for not stealing stuff! Lol.  No more of that. The pre settings, and remote (and I mean different state remote) control of what's going on at the house is just such a mind and soul comfort. I even have a main water valve shot down sensor, in case I have a flood!

You are totally out ragged with your prices and out of your mind to charge 500.00 dollar an hour, your NO BRIAN DOCTOR, YOU MAKE KEYS YOU NO GOOD $÷×@HOLE....

They are not very good at their "Art".  They only cut three out of four keys correctly.  The person who helped me was smug and curt and never apologized for ruining an expensive blank.
