They do a great job of selling you with their high-end showroom in the high-end locale of old-town Scottsdale.  However once the contract is signed and after they've received 100% of the payment after delivery (not installation), their attention clearly goes elsewhere and you're left working nearly another full time job to attempt to keep them honest on their committments.

After experiencing a previous cabinet install that went horribly wrong (in which we went through the AZ ROC and received a settlement), we were hopeful C&F would be the complete opposite experience for us.  Unfortunately as life cycle of the contract played out, I began to think this is just something you are forced to deal with in the cabinet industry.  

1) we were given an install date 2 weeks in advance so we could ensure everything was demo'd and cleared prior to install.  Once we demo'd, we received a call from our install contact that she screwed up the date by one month - leaving us without a kitchen for a full month while my wife was pregnant!  Other than a box of chocolates offered as an apology, we were given nothing in return.  It took me talking to Dennis and ASKING him for a temporary kitchen to be placed in as a short-term solution.  No solution was offered by him, just an I'm sorry.

2) They offered to do a free demo for us in order to close the deal - well in demo'ing the bathroom and removing our old countertop they damaged a pipe that caused a slow leak - not noticed at the time of the demo.  Our installer told us it needed to be fixed prior to setting the cabinets in, so I was forced to pay out of pocket.  Logic would lead me to believe that C&F would accept responsibility - however their response was 'well we gave you a free demo'.  So really, it turned out to be a $265 demo for us.  They never reimbursed me nor did they even attempt to meet half way.

3) We are nearly 3 months post-install and still have issues with our cabinets.  Our installer and main contact left the company recently and we are now forced to work with C&F owners to get issues resolved.  After having paid 100% of the contract value, it's mind-boggling to think that we would still be waiting for work to be completed.  

I suppose this may just be the 'way of life' in the cabinet industry, but it's truly maddening when it carries on for months on end.  Just be prepared for the worst if you are doing a remodel that involves new cabinets, C&F or otherwise.

Ellen was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Not only was she the only company that gave us a quote. She also was the only one that was willing to work within our timeline. We had three other companies come out and none had a yes mentality like Ellen. I would definitely recommend her company and we will use her again in the future.

This is a local family owned business. They have multiple locations throughout the valley. I buy and sell a lot of real estate for clients and always refer this company to my clients. What makes them so great is how easy they are to get ahold of and also can ship to you directly from their own warehouse. Additionally they actually have everything in stock!

Custom Design built me total custom entertainment center. If you want quality - if you want knowledge and someone that cares go here. You can go to the cheap guy but results are cheap trust me....

These guys are very professional and honest.
If you are looking for solid good looking cabinets with a reasonable price they won't disappoint you.
I found a huge difference between my kitchen cabinets and the ones I got from the Kaloti Cabinets.
At least you know it is made in USA not the cheap materials coming form overseas.

We have been working with Cabtech this past year, completing 2 projects and gearing up to start our 3rd! I cannot say enough about the positive experience we've had. We started with our media wall and fireplace project, pictures attached. The design process was quick and easy-I sent inspiration pictures and they crafted it to fit our space. My favorite part about this whole project was that quality lead every step, and they were willing to share their expertise with suggestions about how to make certain aspects of the project better. As with any project, once in production there were small functionality things we noticed and wanted changed. Every contractors dream right?! Well everyone from DJ, Ernie, Jimmy to Pete were receptive, understanding and willing to work with us to achieve our vision. As with any project these days, we dealt with some supply chain issues but Jon stayed on top of communication with us and the supplier. We did have one area of the fireplace wall that didn't look quite how we thought it should and when we brought it to DJ's attention, he was incredibly helpful and also pointed out another piece that did not rise to their own quality standards. Both were redone no questions asked. We absolutely love the final product, it's better than the vision we went into this project with. Though we dealt with some delays, one thing I never had to battle about was quality craftsmanship, which took so much stress off my shoulders. The saying is true that you get what you pay for, and working with Cabtech is worth every penny.

I came to Mark with a handful of ideas and a dream to make my place my sanctuary. He and his team delivered so much more. He was so amazing to work with and went above and beyond through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their home. He answered all of questions, was always available and kept me up to date on the progress of my project every step of the way. I  went with J&K Phoenix with my kitchen Island cabinets for my first time home. What can I say I was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets. I purchased the cabinets and the next day they were assembled and ready to go.
Recently i have upgraded to a bigger home for the family and went back to J&K do the entire kitchen cabinetry. I ended up assembling all cabinets which was a breeze from following the step by step videos on J&k you tube. Not only are these grade A cabinets but the staff is extremely helpful. Had them install a Sollid Cabinetry pantry. Throughout the process, communication was great, cost was very competitive (based on several estimates) and the installer was very professional. Was very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them based on our experience.

I would highly recommend Chris to anyone! He is very talented and was able to bring my vision to life. I wanted custom barn door baby gates made for my wide stairs. He delivered way beyond what I had envisioned. The doors he made are beautiful. They match the regular barn doors that are in my house and matched the color perfectly. He took his time installing to really make sure they were impeccable. I also gave him a really tight deadline and he came through without any complaints. He was very easy to work with and the final product was amazing. I get compliments all the time on his work. I will definitely be using Chris in the future!

Georgianna and Sam have been amazing throughout my floor replacement.  I had gross carpet and original tile throughout my home, and decided to put in the waterproof LVP flooring.  They matched the price that I received from another store, and even beat the demo pricing and other line items on the quote.   The floor is amazing, and Rocky, the installer, has been wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for, as it has been easier than I thought.  Both the owners and installer are very fast to answer the phone and any questions that I had throughout the process.  I would highly recommend Remodel Store & More to anyone looking to update their house.  They don't just do flooring- they do it all!

This company is so stellar. So from beginning to end the type of professionalism is just amazing. From time of order and install to pricing and being on top of all issues , comments, questions or concerns. They have wonderful prices and amazing customer service. Grand Canyon home supply is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a luxury vinyl. Nan and her husband were very helpful and quick to respond. We needed more material last minute and they were able to order the material and make it happen within Minutes. If you are looking to do any type of home renovation this is the place you wanna be! Efficient, lots of selections, and quick. During a time like this I couldn't be more thankful that we chose Nan to go along this journey with us.

Beware!! I had a condo remodel that should have taken 1 month. Due to mismanagement of subs, poor quality of work it was left unfinished at 6 months. I had to hire other subs later to finish job. Please go elsewhere. Nightmare!!
