They just completed a master bedroom closet and mud room hutch for me and I couldn't be more pleased.  Price was fair and work product exceptional.  It's clear that they take pride in their work.  The hutch was started by another party and was a mess when they took over the project.  They were able to take care of the shortcomings and complete the job quickly.

Matt's work is impeccable.    He put the hardware on my bathroom vanity.    Added the crown molding, kick plate and finishing touches on the cabinet.   It looks great.   I would hire him again.  He is very nice and personable.   Very fair prices too.  He does quality work.   Very professional and precise.

We are so happy with our new wall bed for our guest room/office.  Lynda was extremely helpful in selecting the right bed for our room, the perfect finish and hardware.  Delivery was on time and installers did a great job.  We could not be more pleased.u

Ty has been my Go-to guy on all my cabinets jobs around town. He meets my clients at sollid's showroom when necessary. Answers all their questions and treats them like Family. What better person to ask questions about sollid's cabinets then their oldest active dealer in the valley? Ty you truely go above and beyond and it doesn't go unnoticed. Cabinets Tomorrow is absolutely your best option for cabinets.

They did our our built in cabinet and they turned out great. They were punctual and professional and they did it exactly as we wanted.

I'm really happy with my cabinets once they got installed but unfortunately, during the saleI had plenty of correspondence with Dave. Once the sale was done cabinets were installed he never replied back to getting the screws dropped off at my house, the ones that have to be screwed into the plastic parts that hold up the shelves. We were not told about this and when we loaded stuff on the shelves we had a major collapse. Once we got the screws install that we had to purchase at Ace Hardware they seem to be sturdy, heavy, and at least the shelves are good quality.  Dave for you not calling me back or texting me back, I will not refer your business I thought you were more of a standup person, peoples words go along way.  CRIKETS!  I should've stayed with your competitor!
-------On a positive note, the gentleman that did install the cabinets busted his chops and did a great job.

Decided upon Stradling's Cabinets and Remodeling to assist us in our kitchen remodel. It was rough from the beginning, but we were flexible. Strong, opinionated designer. When we got to the point of construction is when the true nightmare began. Construction plans were not followed which affected balance and use of kitchen. This was corrected. New cabinet were scratched and had to be replaced-with owner Mr. Stradling's approval. Grout color was completely a different color than our existing grout. We were told, It would lighted up over time. They eventually replaced the grout so easily, we wondered why did we have to fight so hard to get it done!
Nail heads show throughout our kitchen-still. We were told by owner that the cabinet company doesn't make a wax pencil in the  cabinet color we chose and bought from Stradling's. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. They came to repair the nail heads 2-3 times only to make things worse. They gleam now.
The designer, Margo told us that we were just being too picky about the nail heads showing. I have two pictures below, but there are more examples of nail heads throughout.
Once, while bringing up a needed repair, she  told us, What do you expect? You didn't buy expensive cabinets. Which after spending over $30,000, it was like a knife in my heart. That really hurt !
Top trim is over shadowed by the cabinet doors. The top trim should extend out beyond the doors. Owner, Mr Stradling said, They do, it's just an illusion. Nope, it's not an illusion.
Cabinet trims do not meet the back of the walls. They were cut too short. So, there are gaps. Some are left with empty space, some they filled with putty(?) Looks pretty bad. -See pictures.
We just wanted the job done right without the delays, stress and anxiety. Stradling's  were having issues with the contracted, and we had to pay the price! It was awful!!! We asked Stradling's owner to just please send someone else to our home to finish up, but there they were day after day making more mistakes that needed to be repaired. So upsetting.

Well, they have their money now, so we have given up on anything being corrected. This was the last resort.

Started bathroom remodel! Needless to say, we Did Not go with Stradling's.

Review of Millennium Designs, Inc. located at 4707 E Bell Rd Ste C-3 Phoenix, AZ 85032--To any customer, please be aware this could happen to you!!
I researched companies and reverified their credentials with AZROC, BBB and looked at their reviews before deciding who would remodel our guest bathroom and the master bathroom. Then I found Millennium Designs, Inc. their website looked great; they have many happy customers and won awards. When you read about the company, it says we are your one-stop-shop for all your remodeling and construction needs in actuality; It is a one-stop-shop that does NOTHING.
I would not recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism and lack of communication. I spent nearly five weeks wasting my time starting from 7/8/2021 when I went into their shop to discuss the project, and due to the owner going on vacation, an appointment to visit our home was set for 7/21/21 at 11:00 a.m. to look at the project.
He committed that he would do the job when he came to our home on 7/21/21, looked at the guest bath, took measurements, and needed to generate a quote. However, he never performed or produced a quote after several requests, and nearly five weeks later, we were strung along with the owner, Neil Kortie. When asked if you are interested in this project, he never said no when asked on 8/3/2021 on the quote status, he texted back on 8/4/21, and I quote him, she will be coming around the mountain when she comes, getting closer.  I did not appreciate that remark or humor!
He also never indicated not to purchase any fixtures for this job; I purchased fixtures to move the project along, including the granite slab for the custom vanity countertop. I am still waiting to get another contractor and the slab fabricated. Total costs for the fixtures/slab to date are $4500.00, excluding the costs of the shower door, the custom vanity, or fabrication.
I made an additional phone call on 8/9/2021; he said he was very busy will have the quote by the end of the day. On 8/10/2021, I received no quote, so I called him and said, this is not working for me, and we need to go our separate ways, so he was fired on 8/10/2021; his only response to me was good luck with your project. It is clear to me that due to his countless delays, he never intended on doing the job in the first place after all these wasted weeks, let alone not being honest and upfront with me as the customer!!
Companies are having issues with not wanting to do the job because I have already purchased the fixtures. They can't profit from the fixtures I have purchased, regardless of having the master bath coming up next; thank you, Mr. Neil Kortie. What happened to our society in helping people or being kind and doing your job which appears does not exist anymore.

Amanda at Cost Plus 20 and her team did a fantastic job on our home. With a short time frame they installed beautiful hickory tiled flooring throughout  (cant tell its tile..looks like wood) and quarts countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. What a great job!

Well I would like to start out by saying these guys are truly phenomenal & exceptionally skilled in their craft,  and utilize cutting edge machinery in the mill space. Jeremy and his staff use only superior products and do not cut corners (no pun) on your project. They are hands down the Millmasters. Jeremy sat down with us and explained everything in great detail and used laymen's terminology so we understood the process. He is ber professional, patient, kind and a pleasure to work with along with his staff. If you want stuff built cheaply and falling apart in a few years don't bother dealing with Kingswood. They make your product to last for an eternity and remain beautiful as well.

Although my job took 54 days to complete the owner did try to make it right.  And my laundry room looks great.

We just had Granite Transformations out to update our kitchen countertops, sink and backsplash. We are extremely pleased with the whole process and the products. They were very professional and always kept in great contact.Our installer Brad was extremely professional and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

I was also a victim of Frank's con.  Agave Custom Homes took my family for a large amount of money, unfortunately.  I tracked down some of his vendors and they told me Frank and his family have a history of misappropriating and sometimes outright stealing customer deposits.  I was told that Frank is on the run from creditors and he has multiple complaints filed against him with the AZ Board of Contractors.  Every few years Frank changes the name of his company (Stephanie's Cabinets, Downtown Cabinets, etc.) as people catch on to his fraud.  

He posts multiple ads on Craigslist - be careful.  He will bid you a great price on a job and then ask for a 50% deposit.  Months after we gave Frank a deposit (and each week a different excuse from Frank) he brought over some poorly constructed furniture to our home to finish assembly and paint.  Frank showed up with one of his workers with gang tattoos who did not speak English and asked to leave this worker at our home while he Frank left for the day.  Scary is an understatement.  When Frank completed our entertainment center and other furniture we had to have another vendor rip it out and start over as Agave's furniture was uneven, shelves misaligned, mismatched paint/stain - - totally amateur work.  AVOID!

P.S. not sure why Yelp shows me as being in San Francisco.  I live in the Southeast Valley of metro Phoenix.  Agave Cabinets operates in the metro Phoenix area.

I set up an appointment with this store owner to get an estimate of my kitchen cabinets, but he did not show up because he forgot my appointment!! Finally, he showed up and took measurements of my kitchen. He told me to take about two weeks to get the estimate, but I did not hear anything from him.  I did not bother him anymore because he forgot my appointment and did not follow up afterwords.
