Kathy and her team did an amazing job of turning around a really crappy experience I had with a contractor who lied about where he bought cabinets. She helped fulfill a delivery so that we could get our cabinets finished by a different contractor.

If it weren't for Kathy, our cabinet order would have never been fulfilled!

They did great with our epoxy floors absolutely love them five stars on that cabinet we had a few issues.  A few doors were broken so they said they come back on Saturday with the new doors which was fine made an appointment for 10 AM.  We got a text stating that they wouldn't be there on Saturday because during the monsoon the night before a tree had fallen on his car.  So they rescheduled for Sunday at noon and at that time the gentleman was he finished installing the cabinet doors that were broken previously and then he put on the hardware which was supposed to be done at the time they install the cabinets originally.  Don't get me wrong I know things happen things have to be rescheduled the cabinets are beautiful the floors are beautiful just the cabinet technician wasn't all that impressive the gentleman who did the epoxy floor we're very professional and we're awesome.

We used Structures for cabinets for our whole home remodel. They were able to find exactly what we wanted, I am very picky, installed everything beautifully and the customer services was top notch. Our family will use them again when the time comes!

Keith and his crew just completed my kitchen and the results are excellent.  I would highly recommend using Arizona Kitchens and Refacing to do your project. This won't be the lowest quote, but their work is worth the extra cost.

We contacted Capital Mark to remodel our master bathroom.  From the beginning, the process was timely, organized, and pleasant.  Kyle's estimate was clear, lower than other estimates we had received, and in the end, accurate.  John and Justin were the people who were here every day performing the majority of the work.  They showed up on time (and every day!), they worked hard all day, and they cleaned everything up at the end of each work day.  They were especially careful to keep the dust to a minimum, as I have allergies.  They used high quality materials and paid attention to details. They respected our time, our home, and our pets - basically, common courtesy, which can be uncommon in this industry.  The job started on time, finished on time, and was on budget.  We are thrilled with how our bathroom came out, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends (which we have already done).  We will definitely have them come back to do our kitchen down the road.  Thank you, Capital Mark for renewing our faith in good companies that take pride in their work.  Five stars!!!

Eddie was kind enough to take on a minor repair job for us & did excellent work. Would've had to try to replace the door & match it to existing cabinetry which we weren't looking forward to doing. He did an excellent job, was conscious of all COVID related precautions when at our home & was very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend for cabinet projects large or small! I've now used Ultimate Garage several times on various properties around town. Nick and his team are always professional and detail-oriented. I can't believe how they convert an ugly garage into a beautiful space in just one day! I can't stop looking at the garage every time they get done with it. It's really the ultimate conversion of an average house into an upscale, unique showcase!

We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodeling team.  We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped guide us in the right direction, presented us with a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to select tile, stone, etc.  They also listened to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project.  Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early!  Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work.  We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry).  The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate.  I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing.  We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).

Ken installed rollout drawers in my kitchen and master bathroom a few years ago.  It is SO much easier to use lower cabinets when you don't have to bend way down or get on your knees to get something.  The space becomes so user friendly. It cost close to a thousand dollars, way less than new cabinets.

Very disappointed with the quality of the service and the timeliness of the service at this shop.  I took in a canned back chair on May 24th and requested the cane backing be repaired and the cane be stained to match.  I also, explained that I was necessary to receive the chair back before June 23 since I planned to pack a pick up truck that weekend to drive to Idaho the weekend of June 30th.  I was promised the chair would be done prior to June 23.  I called Irwin's two weeks prior to June 23rd and asked if there was anyway, they could get it done sooner since I decided to leave a week earlier to Idaho.  I was advised very sternly that I could not receive it any sooner and that I would be called when the chair was done.  Since I was not leaving until June 23, I decided I could live with it plus they had already made me pay 100% of the price when I dropped it off.  On June 23rd I received a call that the chair was ready.  Unfortunately, I was already in the middle of Nevada since I had left early that morning.  In any event I went in today to pick up the chair since I flew back to Phoenix on June 25th.  I went in to pick up the chair and even though the receipt clearly states stain to match the back of the cane was not stained to match.  The front was stained to match and when the manager/owner came out to discuss, he simply indicated that they don't stain the back even though it is visible as well as the front.  He simply refused to fix the problem and said they don't stain the back.  When I explained I was never advised of this and was specifically told the cane would be stained to match he just walked away.  They even had a sample that was cut from the old cane that showed the previous cane was significantly different in color in the back.

Be very wary of this shop and make sure you give very clear instructions.  Also, make sure you give them more than a month for a very simple repair.  I had noted the very good reviews previously and I was just too trusting, I guess.

Re-New Cabinets, LLC were an instrumental part of our house remodel. Our salesman, Joe, welcomed us to their showroom during our design process. It was there I met Arlette, the owner of Re-New Cabinets. Final measurements prior to cabinet building and refacing, was done by her husband, Robert. He and Joe returned to our home to take precise measurements.

Our project was complicated. We ordered new kitchen uppers, refaced lowers, did all new in master bathroom cabinets, plus three guest bath complete remodel. We also had ReNew add a cabinet to our kitchen island and repaint the island base. Three additional cabinet areas which were drop zone charging stations in our home were also redone by Re-New.

Re-New's employees paid close attention to detail and when they returned for touch ups their work was meticulous.

Our dark wood cabinets were transformed into modern custom cabinetry and included a custom paint color and stains made just for our home.

Review

I do NOT recommend using this company for your cabinet design/installation. It was hands down the worst experience of our entire house remodel.
- The cabinets that arrived did not look like our original renderings that we spent weeks on designing with the sales person
- The cabinet designer did not use any of the measurements taken by shop foreman.
- They started to install the wrong molding
- The corner cabinets were the absolute WORST! This company is completely incompetent when it comes to corner cabinets. The corners never lined up with the molding. We have two corner cabinets that we can't let our kids use because event with limiters... they will hit the corners of the hood and cause major damage.
- The gaps between the cabinets and the drawers were all asymmetrical.
- Needless to say our cabinets and faces had to be remade SEVERAL times.
- We signed contracts on April 29th. It took them until September 10th to complete the job.
- At one point they said everything was perfectly aligned and good to go. The cabinets were so bad that we couldn't even open four of the cabinets.
- On all of the top drawers... they made the trim so wide that you couldn't even fit a handle on them.
- The installer ended up putting a large hole in our wall
- Three different employees said the phrase this was a learning experience for us
- The medicine cabinets were all the wrong size
- The touchup person took a package off of my porch and used it as a table to paint the cabinets.
- They added a set of drawers to the master bathroom which would have been fine if they worked. That drawer set literally went over our sink plumbing.
- The lower kitchen cabinets were off by an entire 1/2. Our counter installers had a heck of a time laying counters because of how unleveled the cabinets were.
- Emailed the main person we worked with, Leonard on several occasions about the issues happening at our house and never once directly addressed our problems.
- After everything was a complete mess we insisted for our project manager to actually come look at our home. At that time we told her that this job had taken way too long and had a hard deadline of 9-11. We were hosting a huge party for our daughter. After that meeting I got an email from her stating that they will begin working on the issues on 9/14!!! Two days AFTER the deadline for my daughter's party.
- Traci assured us that there would be a discount on cost for all of our troubles. That did not happen. I received a bill for the full amount due. When I asked about the discount for all of the issues... they knocked off $500. That is $500 off of a $30k project.
- The cabinet that was made for the subzero fridge was the wrong size.
- We spent the last year removing every trace of brown from our home. The cabinets are not finished on the bottoms so now there is just a whole lot of brown showing in our grey home.
- The cabinet installers scratched the heck out of our brand new front door.
- Bar glass cabinet was built with two doors instead of one. It sags so bad and caused damage. They didn't put the large hinge support like the renderings originally showed.
- The refrigerator panels were made incorrectly multiple times
- Upper corner cabinets were originally made 4 inches too short. And they were made the wrong shape/style.
- Display cabinet was made unfinished and too shallow.
- Installed a tiny spice rack drawer instead of a large corner cabinet.
- The cabinet from the sink to the ice maker is off by nearly an inch.
- The banding on the cabinets is inconsistent. It's literally two different colors and sheens.
- I've mentioned to them on several occasions that some of the cabinets they remade have a different color than the original ones.
- There is still a bow in one of the kitchen cabinets.
- After these issues and MANY more... they have the audacity to ask me if they can have someone out to photograph our cabinets.

Found him on Nextdoor app and I sent message and he came to my house checked out all the work I wanted done.  He gave me a quote a week after he said he would email it over after I had to keep texting him.  Then I messaged and tried calling to tell him what I wanted done based off his quote.  He then went to ignore my messages and phone calls.
