We had a tight budget and a VERY SPECIFIC need for a custom kitchen. Tony has been holding our hand every step of the way.  He went above and beyond what we would have expected from other companies  Thank you Tony for making this has painless has possible.  Looking forward to having you over when it's ALL done.

Dawn created a built in bookshelf/entertainment unit for my master bedroom a while back. It came out amazingly well crafted and stunning to look at. Her team was dependable, professional, and nice. I get a ton of compliments on this bookcase. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and would certainly use her services again.

Alfredo and his wife Rosa did a wonderful job repainting my metal driveway gate.  And replacing all the wood and bolts in my yard gates.  They also painted them.  They communicated well, were very honest, we're super nice, and did a great job.  I will be hiring him for some other work.  Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the designer, Silviya. She came up with a wonderful design. We had to wait 2 months to get installed. The installation was fine except there was a damaged mirror door that we thought  would be replaced quickly.  Be prepared to wait and get the run around. I called every other day starting February 1st.  You leave a message,  they will call you back in a day or two and really have no real answers. Be prepared,  our install was January 22. We finally got our replacement mirror door April 3rd! You get a sorry and that's about it.
Love the product.  Customer service is nonexistent. Pray you don't have any damaged products.

I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work, customer service, and responsiveness from full throttle. The owner delivered and I recommend him to anyone who has high standards.

Just signed off on the re-facing of cabinets in our kitchen, linen closet, master and common bathrooms.  Tyler Steward was our installer and we are extremely fortunate to have him for this project.  Walking up to our front door on day one, I saw a confident professional.  Everything he did reinforced my initial impression.  His carpentry skills are outstanding; he knows his tools and how to use them.  His customer interactions were timely and professional. His dedication was on display every day.  Admittedly, we are Costco loyalists and trust its warranties.  We probably would not have done this project if not for Costco's escrow-like involvement   Our project progressed just as Khemo Rivera, Regional Sales Manager, said it would. Time will tell how good the product material is, just as time will also tell how good the install was.  Right now, we're feeling pretty good about the whole thing.

True professionals!! Bobby the owner of Madera came recommended and I am so glad. Every little detail from start to finish Bobby made sure to work through with me. When I had ideas of changes I wanted to make, they took the time to give me visuals of what those changes would look like, and was so patient until I could decide on what the final project would be. Their installer Shane was amazing. He worked collaboratively with me with custom touches until I got what I was looking for. Best experience from start to finish. I will be recommending these guys!

Wow!! I just got my countertops done by Syles Brothers and I am astonished! They came out exactly how I wanted. Michele and her husband were prompt with their appointment to measure the tops, they were also extremely professional and personable. Rosalie, one of the owners, was able to answer any questions I had about the process. I am just beyond excited about the look, they are amazing! The crew arrived promptly and worked diligently to finish the job. I love them!! My new counters make my kitchen look brand new!! Thank you so much, Styles Brothers!!

I was lucky to find Tom's store because it was next to the big flooring store. We had just bought a fixer upper that needed a new kitchen. We had a tight budget and timeline, and other companies I looked into couldn't meet our needs (price, style, and timeline). I stopped in, Tom was there, showed me the flat panel options, and he said he could give me the kitchen we wanted in 3 weeks! Perfect!! The next day, he came to the house and measured and submitted the order for the cabinets.
His guys installed them on schedule as promised and they looked fabulous. Tom also hooked us up with his countertop guy Peter (custom cut granite), who did a great job w the sparkling coconut quartz we found at Aracruz.
Tom also ordered & installed our cabinet pulls (Richelieu), which took a little while and were $$$, but worth it.

Beware of this company. Rudy is the owner and will take your money and leave your kitchen /the job unfinished. He and his employees are unskilled and take no pride in their work and do not care for it either... I'm almost certain they have only done 2 other installs before mine... At least you will think that after you see what they've done and he treats you. He will leave you with an unfinished kitchen while he takes on another job. He will try to hide his installation mistakes, claiming he will replace it... Only to never hear from again.

I hired him to redo my kitchen cabinets and counters. He said all would be done within 5 days. Came out on a Saturday and ripped all of my old cabinets out and then didn't come back for 5 days, leaving all the old scrap in my front yard. After numerous texts and calls, I was able to get his guys to come back and put in the cabinets but not even properly. The handles were not centered. Not even close. A few of the cabinet doors didn't open in the proper direction, which was over looked by the installers. Rudy said he would replace it. I watched him in my driveway try to fill the hole with caulk, then spray paint it white. It looked like something had melted on the cabinet door. Again, knowing I was upset with it, he said he would replace it. This was 2 weeks prior to writing this review. He has stopped replying and answering me. He also removed my plumbing, when that's not part of his job (which is what he informed me of before he started) but will cut out all your old piping... Free of charge!! Leaving you to have to call a professional to replace. When you ask him why he did such a stupid thing, he will tell you it was old.... It was 2 years old. The crown molding on top of the cabinets has huge gaps between it and the ceiling. He told me my ceiling was uneven and his remedy was to fill with caulk. He also blamed his 2 week delay on his countertop guy, stating they were fabricating all the pieces. The day they finally came out to do the countertops, I watched these guys measure and cut every piece and fabricate everything in my driveway. Meaning they had nothing to do with him and my cabinets. They are a separate company. The countertop guys were very efficient and got everything done in one day, the only good thing about my kitchen remodel. Rudy is just an overall terrible person who tries to take what he can get and run. He will blame anything and everything for not coming to finish a job and lies about everything. His last excuse to me was his guys were having car troubles. I was only able to find one other review about him and it was on offerup and it said the same thing. He has no social media presence and probably because he screws people over often.

If you're going to spend a lot of money on a remodel, please take my experience into consideration, and avoid this company at all costs.

Tiana and Glen stole $18950.00 of my money as a deposit on a large cabinet order for a new build of my home. they stalled and stalled and in the end would not produce the cabinets or a refund of my money. Cannot trust them to give you what you payed for. please contact the ROC regarding their reputation and they are not licensed contractors.

He made our master bath look terrible. He will paint over old caulk. Doesn't remove it and doesn't tell you to remove it...just paints over it. We now have bumps, weird texture,  and fisheye all over the place. We have a text from him stating I might not have wiped it well when I dried it or something. He will offer to fix it but not right away after he makes it sound as if you are the issue. He doesn't offer a refund no matter how badly he wrecks your bathroom. He will say you don't understand paint. He uses cheap product and sloppily applies  it so much so that my sink stopper is glued shut!!  If it was just a few small details this wouldn't be an issue but his work is not quality. Very unprofessional work and his demeanor is even worse.  Furthermore, he does NOT use an exhaust fan.  Your house will be filled with toxic fumes. Spend a few more of your hard earned dollars on a company who cares about your home and their craft. This guy could care less. He gives refinishers a bad name.

Zero stars. My 6 months of hell won't be over for at least another 3 months. I ordered kitchen cabinets in early September and was promised delivery by Christmas. Based on this timeframe I went ahead and gutted my kitchen so I could install new flooring and plumbing before the install. (Big mistake on my part). The original design had wrong measurements for the island because they did not measure correctly. I caught the error, they did not!  The redesign delayed my order, and they installed in February. When it arrived, it was the wrong wood color! I accepted it because I had been without a kitchen for 3 months. They offered to have their installer re-stain the wood. Really? Not only that but the drawer under the sink did not fit with the plumbing, and the corner cabinet was a complete waste of space.  I had ordered my appliances before they designed the kitchen so that they could make them all fit correctly.  When the appliances arrived, the refrigerator did not fit, and the cooktop did not fit. They had to cut into the base cabinets to make the cooktop fit.  I had to reorder a different refrigerator which will be delivered in April. They had to reorder refrigerator panels which will take 3 months (June delivery). Meanwhile I still do not have the under cabinet lighting or the shelving units. The headache I went through to talk to them and have them correct errors was exhausting. I accepted a refund, which was less than 15% of the total cost of the cabinets. This is not near enough compensation. I am not optimistic that this will end well, if ever!

I wanted to put Woodmode cabinets in our remodel. I went to the showroom and met with the salesperson, Karen. I explained that we were not ready to order cabinets yet, but did want Woodmode. I gave her our plans and told her that I wanted to do the kitchen. Karen told me that she would do cabinet plans for the other cabinets in the house without any obligation. At our next meeting she presented me with cad drawings of all cabinets and a contract. Karen explained to me that Woodmode was having a promotion that was ending at the end of the year. Karen told me that she called Woodmode and asked them to extend the promotion past the end of year as I was not ready to order cabinets yet. Karen said woodmode agreed to extend the date on the promotion as long as I gave a deposit. For a kitchen that was to cost approximately $53,000 I gave Karen the requested deposit if about $26000.00. After the deposit was given the cost of the kitchen kept going up. Karen finally told me that Woodcrest would not honor the original contract. I contracted with another company and asked for my deposit back. I confirmed with Woodmode that Woodcrest never ordered any cabinets for me. Mark, at Woodmode customer service, confirmed that I am not in the system and couldn't understand why I couldn't get my deposit back.

To date Keven Mooney the owner of Woodcrest Cabinets in Scottsdale has not returned one penny on my money. I have been requesting a refund for over one year.
