Best Eco/Green Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I'm very happy with my weekly cleaning services from this company. The employees are very professional and efficient.

Very professional and did a great job. I was amazed the ladies were able to clean the house so well without using any chemicals.

They did a good job - while they showed up.  One week in December they needed to switch days, which was fine. Then the person couldn't make it on that date. They never came back.  I have texted and called but have received no response.  I'm hoping this review might get their attention, but I shouldn't need to chase them down to give them business.

I've am so happy to come home to a beautifully cleaned fresh smelling home. Wow. Great job. Highly recommended!

SECOND UPDATE: If you are comfortable doing business with a company as long as they financially compensate you for any misdoings, then Tidy Casa is probably for you, in spite of my poor rating. Additionally, if you have a policy of always being home during cleanings, you may find their service much better for you, as I doubt they would be so bold as to treat your home with as much flagrant disrespect as they did mine, since I was not home during the cleanings described below. Anyway, I am not such a person. I want to transact with a company I can trust, and no amount of throwing money at me in an attempt to "make it right" will persuade me otherwise.

Ryan reached out to me on multiple occasions, making sincere efforts to make it up to me. He offered additional free cleanings, gift cards, cleanings from other services, and so on. If this had been an issue of poor performance, e.g. showing up late, I would have been completely satisfied with such offers. But this was a matter of my home being treated with aggressive inconsideration. For what it's worth, I think Ryan did the best he could and that a lot of people would have been happy with his response, but I am never going to budge on this.

FIRST UPDATE: I will absolutely NEVER conduct ANY business with this company again. I had set up monthly cleanings and last month, after the cleaning, I discovered that an item in a makeup bag was broken and some makeup had spilled all over the bottom of the bag. The item was plastic and there was a slight possibility that the item was broken honestly, so I complained but didn't press the issue when the cleaner said they didn't mistreat anything.

Today I got a cleaning and they slammed a box around so roughly that they BROKE A GLASS VIAL inside the box and spilled oil all over the inside, then they left without a word.

ADDITIONAL EDIT: Later, I discovered that the dishes in my drying rack had just been quickly rinsed and not washed at all. There were fingerprints all over them, and pulp from lemonade that had dried in one of the glasses.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

The cleanings are really good. I have them go to the leasing office at my apartment building and the office staff unlock my door, let them in, and then lock up after they leave.

My place always looks and smells great, there are tiny bars of nice hand soap left on all the sinks, and the amount that the cleaners rearrange my stuff is manageable. They do an amazing job of cleaning the shower and all the other surfaces, especially my floor, which gathers dust and other debris nightmarishly. I currently subscribe to a cleaning every month and have no reason to stop.

I moved to the area about 9 months ago and had a hard time finding a company I trusted to come into my home to help with cleaning.  I found Ecomama and decided to give them a try.  Since then, we've developed a fantastic relationship and the support I get from them helps me focus other tasks that require my time and attention.  The team is always friendly and prompt.  They provide solid, proactive communication if changes need to be made.  Most of all, I trust the team and the management.  It can be scary letting strangers into your home but the team has earned my loyalty.  My mind rests easier knowing my home cleaning is being done by Ecomama.  I appreciate their thoroughness, focus on ecofriendly products, and the fresh peppermint smell that lingers after a cleaning.  I would and have recommended them highly to my friends and family.  Thank you Ecomama!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

Rebecca and her team did such an awesome job on cleaning up my neglected rental. They went way over the estimated time as things were so bad. But they didn't complain or charge more...I did give a nice bonus. They worked so hard and paid attention to every detail. The communication and follow up were very good and professional. I was totally impressed! Highly recommend

Had a wonderful cleaning by Team 2 Myriam/Raquel this week. Needed to reschedule the date and was accommodated with no issue. I originally had used another local company (twice as the Relo company randomly chose the same company after I had tried them and been disappointed). The other company charged me twice as much as Simply Housekeeping for a supposed move in clean that was far less thorough than what I received during Simply Housekeeping's regular cleaning service. So impressed that I have signed up for regular scheduled cleanings. I moved here from out of state and had my amazing previous cleaners for nearly 10 years and was worried I would not find a great team again...so happy I have!

We love them! Milka and her ladies are exceptional! They deep clean better than anyone we have ever had! I would recommend them to anyone. They are trustworthy and stay focused to get the job done correctly and quickly! They pay attention to details and over an amazing value. So impressed!

Paulina and her team are the only cleaners I trust to get my Airbnb units spotless. They are SUPER reliable and professional, always getting the job done on time and even going above and beyond whenever I need anything extra. She has rearranged her schedule at the last minute to fit me in, worked around guests who don't check out on time, and texts me to let me know when she's done, among many other things. I've tried other cleaners in the past and no one else compares!

Joe, Grace and Crystal were awesome!  We had to move out all of our contents over a week ago (for a large home painting/renovation project).  Didn't realize how messy that scope would be upon completion, and had not made plans for professional cleaning in advance; so I jumped on yelp and found Classy Cleaning Srvc.  Not only did they promptly reply to every question I sent them, but they got me on the calendar asap too.  The communication on the day of the service was great leading up to the appt and once they got to the house, it was 5+ hours of pure professionalism and non stop cleaning!!!  They work great as a team and I will definitely be using them again for traditional cleaning needs after seeing how they attacked a messy construction clean up with such a great attitude!  Would recommend them for your needs, you wont be disappointed.  Looking forward to seeing the Classy Cleaning Team again soon!
