It's been 6 weeks since our new floor was installed and if I could give more stars, I would! Cosimo was extremely kind and professional from the moment we contacted him. He prides himself on great work and making customers happy and really goes the extra mile. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate that genuine touch. I left him a message with a concern on a Saturday night and he got back to me within 30 minutes, which I did not expect (he was out to dinner with his wife). Further, his workers are the best we've had yet. They were on time, left the place as clean as they could each night, and were respectful of our home. I did get bids from two other companies, but they couldn't beat the price and service I found here. We love our new floors and would use Paradise again in a heartbeat!

Quick Response applied epoxy on our garage floor and installed garage cabinets.  We had another quote which was less however, the response from out salesperson was honest, knowledgeable, informative and creative.  The other vendor only spoke to my husband, I'd ask the question he'd give husband the answer.  This is a red flag for me.  QR salesman as stated very customer oriented being very inclusive in our conversations.  The guys that came out and did the epoxy floors were excellent.  Not one mar or smudge or anything amiss.  And it's beautiful, sorry I didn't get the crews names.  Thomas came to install our cabinets.  Another purely professional person completing an excellent job, they also are beautiful.  In addition, Thomas kept apologizing for his accent (from Belgium).  He was so concerned we couldn't understand him and in my opinion he spoke English very well with a very slight accent.  Thank you Quick Response for an excellent job and hiring excellent people to work for you!!

Beck's Floor Installation's is a fantastic company and they deserve every high rating and positive review posted on this site. I am a real customer and not connected with them in any way shape or form. I selected them for my home tile install based on their yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Misty is fantastic to work with and made sure everything went smoothly for our install. Guy and Mike arrived on time to do the install and they taped off the surrounding area and furniture. They have been working together for over 20-years and are a great team. They have the project coordinated and managed so that they trade off taking the lead for each major step ... from removal of our old tile, backer-board install, tile layout and cutting, floating and tile install. All this completed in one day, with specialty cuts, grouting and cleanup on day two. Again, they worked in concert with each other and they focused on every detail to make it all look perfect when completed. So yes, I highly recommend Beck's Floor Installation's and hope this review helps you find comfort in selecting them for your tile install needs.

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

I made a mistake and went to the address listed on the internet. I walked in the open door and was looked at like I was trespassing. Then they raised the voice and ask if I had an appointment. I said no and they said why are you here because nobody is supposed to come here. If they don't want anyone to come to there place of business they should remove their address from their websites.

I had a small project that needed work done at my house. Danny came through and gave some insight on material options. Day of install Jose and crew did an awesome job. The whole process was professional, reliable and high quality standard.

We redid all the flooring in our house. We worked with Danny on selecting flooring. It was a good experience. The installers arrived on time and finished the job before the scheduled completion date.

Shamus and Travis are magicians at working on repairing anything stone. We have limestone floors that need a lot of attention and they perform miracles on the floor as well as our quartz countertops.

Dustsharkz did a fantastic job removing my ceramic tile.  They were incredibly easy to work with and true to their word.  They showed up on time, sent a crew of 3 guys and were done in the amount of time they promised.  The crew were so courteous and conscientious and really care about Customer Service.  I can't believe how clean they left the room and very minimal dust.  Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Matt and his crew recently did approximately 600 sq ft of dustless tile removal in my house. Matt gave me a rough quote over the phone and then we set up a time one morning for a more official quote which Matt had to me before he left.

On demo day they showed up on time, laid down protective mats as to not damage the flooring which was staying on their walkway to the outside, and took care in moving large furniture items which were in the way of the tile removal (kitchen table and refrigerator).

All in all I couldn't be any happier and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Had an old bathtub removed to make a shower.
Met Bruce the owner of the Company who gave me a very fair quotation and told me when they would start work and finish in one week. That's exactly what happened. It is so great In this day and age to have a contractor who actually keeps to the schedule. Oh and incidentally the work was first class. Great tiling to walls and non slip floor. I can high recommend this Company. Speak to Bruce you will not be disappointed

Eduardo and team did a fantastic job updating my upstairs room and stairs from carpet to tile.
Eduardo gave a reasonable quote (I've had some tile done in the past by other contractors, and other quotes  so I am aware of what a good price for this kind of work is) the team was very clean, respectful, and professional. I would definitely use them again for flooring needs!

Please look no further for carpet and flooring stores!! This a gem!! Their prices are better than anyone else that I checked and the service is phenomenal!! This is a family owned business and they really care about their customers!! Vickie is AMAZING to work with. She makes it so much fun!  Her sweet mom is just the icing on the cake!! She sure can cook too!  If you miss the old school mom and pop store, that has been in business for years, this is your place!  Their installer was a perfectionist!  5 big stars

Denis and Adriatic Flooring did an amazing job on my floors.  My house looks brand new. Very low pressure, reliable, and great value for everything they provided. They took my original tile flooring and base boards out, leveled the floor, and installed over 1600 sq ft of luxury plank vinyl and new base boards.  They're quote was accurate up front, their pricing was very fair, and they finished right on time.  I will recommend them to everyone I know.

We recently bought a home and I chose Eric based on the Yelp reviews.  True to all the other reviewers, I found that Eric had great follow up, was extremely thorough and delivered as promised.  Eric stopped by the house for an initial consultation and walked me through all the options, pros and cons, etc.  I really felt as though he was providing advice as though it was his money, not just walking me to the best, most expensive floor finish.  Eric was also not just present during the work, but he did the work.  I liked that he was picky and not in a rush.  By the way, he is the best quality AND value.

Alex is professional, excellent communication and fair prices. We used his services for a spare bedroom tile and carpet. All done within a few days! I will be using his services for the rest of my renovation. Thank you Alex!
