The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

My shower had a lot of black areas on the grout joints and corners. Now it looks brand new!!  I've heard Beyond Stone is the best and I didn't expect any less.  Awesome results and very professional!!

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. I am a first time homeowner and needed a remodel that looked great, but didn't drain my bank account. I worked with Joe 2 years ago and I could not be happier. I fall in love with the work they did more every single day.  Joe and his guys redid my flooring with wood tile, put up new baseboards, and revamped my fireplace with stone.  I had a few big events coming up that led to some time restraints, and Joe catered to my needs without sacrificing quality. The guys that did the tile and stone were extremely talented and precise, I cannot tell you how many compliments I get on their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future for anything I need done! Thanks again for everything guys!

Sir Grout cleaned and color sealed my ceramic tile last week.  OMG...what a difference!  It looks like new tile.  My big question was what is the difference between Sir Grout and the other companies that charge a lot less.  Well, I can tell you, you will not be disappointed if you hire Sir Grout.  Brian is the owner.  He came in, measured, told me the process and timing.  He did exactly what he said they would.  Showed up on time, cleaned, color sealed and buffed my tile.  It looks AMAZING.  Do yourself a favor...pay the extra money.  Professional, do what they promise and follow up after the job is finished.  You can't ask more than that!

Anthony is amazing. We remodeled our 1957 home and really wanted finished concrete floors. We moved some walls around, pulled up the tile and realized there was terrazzo tile underneath, imbedded in the slab! We decided to fill and patch the space ourselves and asked Anthony if he could epoxy over the fill. He walked us through the possible issues and his approach and was very positive. We were working around a lot of schedules with our cabinets and counters and he was able to devote time to our project even with the holidays looming and his regular job. We asked for a platinum gray with a matte finish and I could not be happier with our floors. It has been nearly five months now and they are holding up so well with our 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 3 cats! Exactly what we wanted and even better than we hoped.

Kennedy Tile just completed tiling our entire home and it looks great!  We were so happy with the excellent job they did on the floors that we had them tile our master shower makeover as well and the kitchen back splash.  The workers always arrived when they said they would, they were polite and professional, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done.  Costs were fair and we knew up front the exact cost for materials and labor.  Owner Brian Kennedy was always aware of every step along the way, and his texts were always returned promptly if we had questions.  The entire crew were very professional and did excellent work.  We recommend them with no reservations.

Uptight recently replaced nearly all of our carpeting and tiled the master bath.  They were wonderful!  Frank was so helpful and patient especially regarding the choice of color for our carpet, even coming to our home a second time to make sure I was completely at ease with our choice. The installers were on time, courteous, and professional. The carpet installers, Danny and Victor were exceptional. I cannot say enough about these men and their work ethic. They arrived early and didn't leave until the job was totally done to our satisfaction. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The team at Builders Flooring & Design has done a great job of coming up with a design for cabinets in our laundry room and key drop areas.  They helped me stay within budget, get high quality cabinets, and installed in a timely and efficient manner.  Unlike projects done by other vendors in the past, there were NO mistakes along the way.

I have no suggestions for improvement.  Good job, Laurel and Nik!

I would love to see what email your supposedly sent since I was the one who provided my email address. Also, I can 100% guarantee I never received a single call, let alone "multiple calls" or a voicemail. Ellen called me a few times to arrange a visit and I HAD her all her contact numbers saved in my phone so I would have seen her on my caller ID. Finally, the fact that your accusing me of being the reason you didn't follow through with sending me a quote is embarrassing for you as the "compliance team member" and you should just take the loss and move on without trying to blame me for your business practice
failures. But, I get it, it makes you look like the good guy and shifts the blame... typical sub-standard contractor move from another shady Arizona contractor.

Our windows looked great and carpets cleaned as well.  Very nice guy, very accommodating and mindful about customer preferences. I would call them again.

About two weeks ago, we started looking for a company that could "seal" outdoor travertine tiles.  Ours were installed beautifully around our pool, patio, walkway, edges of the driveway and front entry.  It was less than a year old and in great condition, but we wanted it to stay that way.  After an extensive search, we came up with three names - one was a national company that dispatched its crews out of Florida, two were local.  We ended up speaking with only two - the third couldn't get us a quote for several weeks.  The first thing we learned was "you don't want to just 'seal' travertine."  There's a process by which they fill in the naturally porous stone with a fine sand, then go through several other steps to get to the final reveal - a stunning look that brings out all the beautiful colors of the stone.  We told the two with whom we spoke that we especially liked the look of our travertine when it was wet, and both companies said that's the look we'd get.  While we believed both would have done a fine job, we felt most comfortable with Rob - an easy to talk with straight shooter.  He came out a week later with his son, Nick, and helper, George.  They completed the job in one day, and it came out exactly as expected.  Bravo!

If you're looking for a referral for a great flooring company, this is the one! If I were your neighbor or co-worker and you needed a recommendation East Valley Floors would be it. They went above and beyond to take care of our family's new floors as we were getting ready to move in. Von and his crew's service was such a blessing I can't say enough. And for the service we received, the price was very reasonable! Don't hesitate, give them a call.

This place is a joke.  They post great prices on Craigslist but thats where it ends.  Ive called/emailed their Mesa location 4 times over the past 7 days.  No return call or email.  I then called their Scottsdale location and he couldnt explain Mesa.  But he took my info and was going to call me back shortly to set up an appt to come by with samples and to measure.  Two days go by, no call back.  I called back again and he said ""well how much carpet do you need"  Apparently because I only want one room done, I am unimportant.  Good luck with your business

I had granite done by Apache tile for my townhome, which I was preparing to sell. This company was wonderful to work with and got everything done in the time frame they promised. There was a discrepancy in the measurements between the drawing my husband brought in, and the correct measurements as done by their installer ahead of time. Ben really worked hard to make it work for us at a small additional price, as my husband had not calculated the need for an island piece (which required a whole additional sheet of granite). We ended up getting a bathroom counter done too, and the customer service was exceptional throughout this process. The installation was perfect, and on time and the black galaxy looks awesome!

We moved and liked the work so much we had them do flooring for new house.  Went to 5 other places including big box stores with sales but decided there was nothing as nice so came back for the same tile from first job.  They were able to find it again and the price was right.  Expected a small business to be more $ but not so.  Plus their men do the work not the low bidding sub contractor not connected with the store
