Spent two weeks messaging them where they said they would be in touch to schedule. They messaged every few days on Yelp to say someone would schedule. No one ever called and my call was not returned when I called on my own. Very odd business practices, or lack thereof.

Mitch was great and look forward to seeing him again when we need carpet put in. Mitch came out and looked at the office and told us the price. His crew showed up and did a fantastic job putting the stone vinyl floor down.

It was fast and we are very pleased with the result

I've had many flooring people come out to give estimates. Quick response was professional also did three floor to ceiling lockers for my totes . I am thoroughly impressed with not only their work but price also . Definitely give them a call !

Misty and Dave Beck are great people to work with. They're professional and have excellent installers. Installers are detail oriented and clean up everything. Beck's Flooring is competitively priced. Their selections are current and huge. They answered every question I had as soon as possible. They installed a beautiful stone fireplace, screened porch ceramic tile, carpeting in two bedrooms and vinyl planking throughout the rest of the house. I recommend them for your flooring needs.

Very communicative with customers and backup their product. Have their own installers so you are not getting independent installation that can be hit or miss.  Strongly recommend.

I'm currently remodeling the interior of my house, so I've been searching for different businesses in Arizona. Mike was the first one that returned my call, so I'm glad I hired him. He and his father replaced the tiles in my shower, and they exceeded my expectations.  To my surprise. He was able to squeeze me in within the week! It's my first time hiring him, and I will continue to use him. He works with his dad, and they do a fantastic job!. I'm getting my kitchen, and family room remodeled soon, so I plan on hiring them again when they return from their vacation

Joe is very knowledgeable about his products! Small store/showroom but they carry a huge variety of products. Floor Source installed beautiful laminate and new trim in our rental property! Joe even came out to our rental with samples to help us pick the perfect product! Will definitely use Floor Source again

As a millennial, I loved that I could message the company and set up everything through messaging! They gave me an accurate quote online, showed up right on time, and completed the project faster than expected. Bruce recently completed his second job with us - and both times I can confidently say he went above and beyond the call of duty.  He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure that not only the job is done right, but in the end the customer is 100% satisfied.  He made great suggestions and we felt like went he went out of his way to help make sure we chose the the right tile - and continued to help us find samples when we were not sold on anything that we had seen previously.  The crew was on time each day, did a nice job and we are pleased with the finished product.  Bruce stopped over during the installation several times to check on the progress and to make sure we were pleased with the progress.  We will be using him again for our future tiling needs.

This kid( I'm old and he's an adult) is a hustler. I mean that  as the the highest form of compliment. He went above and beyond to do a fantastic job on our floors.  He's professional and punctual. Job started on time and finished on time. That's the best compliment I can give a contractor. His crew is also a bunch of great guys.

Vikki & her mom are a-maaazing!  Customer service like the good old days.  My son and I came in on a Saturday afternoon with no idea what I wanted.  I knew I hated what we had (gross carpet) and what we had to work around-- saltillo everywhere else.  

Vikki listened to our needs (neutral, durable, pet/family-proof) and general budget and then showed us a handful of samples.  Maybe other people love to look through all 300 choices, and I'm sure she would have been happy to oblige, but I loved the way she was able to grab a few things that sounded right and start there.  We did some like it-don't like it and then got a written quote to take home.  It ended up being less than the local big box and there was less-than-zero pressure.  When I tried to schedule with one of the 1-800 places they wouldn't even come out to talk to me if my husband wasn't home (i.e. both "decision-makers").

She brought the sample finalists to our house for the final measurements and official choices.  Scheduling was easy, laminate was installed within a week and the carpet just after that.  In both cases, the installers were on-time, professional, wore masks while working, and finished within a day.  Vikki came out herself for the final inspection on both jobs to ensure we were satisfied.  She also threw in a custom rug that I got to choose from their big remnants stack.    

But the real reason I'll recommend them forever is when I texted Vikki on a Sunday morning ONE week after our final carpet installation.  Above-mentioned son had a bad run in with drive-in movies, Red Vines, and Strawberry Fanta.  Despite not being a business day, she called me back right away and talked me off the ledge.  And through the process of painstakingly hand-cleaning our brand new carpet.  And it worked!  Vikki will forever be our carpet doula.

I did a lot of online research on multiple websites before choosing Adriatic. We are SO HAPPY with their work. We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed 2 weeks ago (I think that's what it's called, it looks like hardwood, it's not tile). They were so easy, reliable and nice to work with! Our floors look fantastic!!!!!

My garage floors were in poor condition and it seemed like getting them epoxied would be the easiest option, plus I liked the aesthetics. I didn't really have a lot of time to research products and techniques so I just ended up choosing a company that I though had fair prices and had good reviews. Well long story short I kept calling them and emailing them days before I was scheduled to try to change the service date and they never responded. I was so fed up with their lack of response that I decided to waste more time finding another company instead. I hopped on yelp to send out messages to different companies about my project and Eric (owner) from First Class Coatings was the first to respond to me. Within a few minutes we were on the phone discussing my project. He gave me a lot of insight into the products they used and their techniques, and I certainly appreciated his prompt response. I still decided to get a few more quotes from other reputable companies before jumping the gun since choosing hastily caused me problems in the first place. After talking to a few more companies and gathering more information, I decided to work with Eric since we had spoken about my small project several times on the phone already, and I could feel that he was sincere and knowledgeable. I finally felt like I was in good hands and didn't expect any issues with not being called back. His crew came out Monday morning and worked all day grinding and patching up my floors and stem walls. Before they left that day the first layers were down. The next day they came back and finished up the following layers, Eric was there to inspect and wrap up. We went with a full chip floor to hide some of the more egregious imperfections, and I am very happy with how they turned out. No one needs to know how bad they looked beforehand...no one... Overall I'm super glad to have found First Class Coatings and saved myself the headache of dealing with an inferior company who won't even respond. Any homeowner can attest that contracting work is time consuming and no one wants to deal with problems, let alone paying for those problems. I'll definitely use their company for the next house we buy if we stay in AZ. Just the time I save will be worth it. Eric has been doing this for a long time and it shows. Take a look at my pictures at my awesome floors! before shot included. I loved the color, and it didn't turn out as busy as I thought it would be. But for the life of me I can't remember what it was called.

A few side notes and tips
1. the flakes end up everywhere, on lawns, landscape rocks, and inside cabinets even. Be ready to vacuum the insides of your cabinets.
2. make sure you talk through the process and details with the crew that comes out if they weren't the ones you talked to in the beginning. Things get lost in translation. A joint I didn't intend to have worked on got worked on, and the toe kicks on the cabinets I asked to be done weren't. It wasn't a big deal since they just did them at the end when I pointed it out. That's a lesson for me as well since I try not to hover when people are working.
