We LOVE our new Iron Entry Door from First Impression Ironworks!   An investment that was we should of made years ago!   Every part of the process was fantastic.   The design details, colors, delivering samples of the glass , shade and color helped ensure we were confident with our decisions.  

We had great email communication throughout the process, which allowed us to know what stage the door was before the installation.
Schedule and communication of our installation date was made well in advance and the day of install was perfect.

Bob is amazing. The fence we got was better quality than the other vendors we quoted and we even got it for less without the hard-sell extras the other guys tried to sell me on. It looks GORGEOUS! I recently had Sunset out to replace my 15 year old sun battered side gate. I cannot remember the last time I have been so satisfied with a home improvement project. The gate is beautiful. The quality and installation were both top notch. My only regret is not having done the upgrade sooner. I've gone out and opened and closed the gate probably 70 times to enjoy the silent and smooth operation. Worth every penny.

The team at Integrated Metal Structures were great! I had an issue with a rusted fence that had fallen over and submitted several requests for quote on Yelp and Angi's List. Alex and Marc were the only ones to respond to my plea for help. I shared pictures so they could get a feel for the work that was needed, then Alex came to the house to personally inspect the area and take measurements. The next day Blake showed up and did a great job with the repair. E was professional and worked quickly to get the job done. He cleaned up the work area after the project and made everything look great. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Sebastian at Gates The Right Way.  I needed a quote for a RV gate that had a broken hinge, he came out at 6pm gave me a quote told me a couple other things he recommended it needed for a very fair price.  Asked him when he would be able to do the work and his answer was, right now!  Well hell yeah man, let's go!  He backed up his work truck and started the job.  I would highly recommend Sebastian at Gates The Right Way, anyone that's needs some gate work done, reach out to him!  You won't regret it!

Paul brought his mobile welding service to our home for exterior gate door repair. He fabricated a new bottom railing to replace a badly rusted one. He replaced several rotted out boards and door hinges, replaced the latch, and then reinforced all remaining hardware. Very satisfied with the finished product and the quality of his work. Paul was prompt with communicating, arrived on time, and a very good craftsman. Highly recommend him.

After living for years with a subpar gate installation, the wind finally broke one of my alley gates! I wish I had known gate repairs back then!

It's no wonder these guys are busy!  They are courteous and professional.  My quote was completely explained to me and while I did have to wait to get the gate repaired, Alex, the tech, was fantastic.  I have some other gate issues that I will be calling Gate Repairs for.

They did a beautiful front porch railing fabrication and installation between two arches.

Great and fast work... Very reasonable price too. One gate was hanging on by a thread and dragged so bad that my wife couldn't even open it. Geoff rehung it and secured it and now she can open it very easily. Highly recommend Gates by Geoff. Thanks guys!!!

We had Bob, from Sunset Fence, come out to evaluate the damage to our block fence. Our fence is cracked horizontally, vertically and stair-step. In addition, it is bowed, inward--but, is not in danger of falling. Bob wrote a professional assessment that we have no water damage or trees that would create this damage. He concluded the rebar had suffered corrosion, footings had failed and tree roots (we have no trees) contributed to the damage.

His assessment, in conjunction with a arborist experts report, will prove beneficial to us, in the future. We back to a common area retention basin with huge mesquites and have neighbors with citrus planted close to our wall. We water our grass, on a regular basis, and mesquite and citrus are known to seek water. The common area water is turned off, as was our neighbor's irrigation. We'll see what happens, though we plan on spending about $1000 to repair our fence, ourselves.

We used Ron to create 3 gates for our property and are happy to recommend him. Ron responded quickley to my initial call, came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate. He provided a number of options as far as the type and color of the slats to be used. From the time we gave him the approval to the time the 3 custom gates were installed it took less than 1 week! We needed the work done quickly so we appreciated the attention Ron gave us. Our gates look and fit great, all done within our budget.

Mike came by to consult with us on the courtyard gate we were thinking to have put it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with a reasonable quote in a timely manner. He set the right expectation. Our gate was installed as scheduled and we are very happy with the product!

Chad our installation technician was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, clean and punctual. He arrived at 8am and left at 1pm. We worked out a plan and he got to work. I even downloaded the yelp app to make this review. We are very happy with our mesh fence and was the lowest estimate.

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Gabe helped me understand what can be done with metal and offered suggestions from his years of experience and his expertise took my vison to another lever that I did not think would be possible.

(I am that annoying homeowner that loves to hover and ask questions so I was very involved with the project which allowed me to see the time and effort Gabe displayed in making sure my project was being constructed to my liking). My project involved working closely with another contractor which can be challenging but Gabe did not skip a beat and worked hand in hand with my paver installation allowing both companies to do their best work. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. Sounds like they build great gates and was excited to work the this company but I have waited a month just to get someone to come out for measurement!  I called to check in on a status 2 weeks ago and Carol reached out saying I was still on the wait list and could not schedule and appointment for me. It has now been a month and I have decided to go with another company as I can't wait over 4 weeks just for a measurement and price!
