This is an update to my previous review.  Someone from first impressions finally came out to address the quality issues with my security door.  The technician touched up the paint to my satisfaction, but did nothing to address the poor quality welding.   Apparently irregular, poor quality welds are a hallmark of first impressions custom made doors.  If you want uniform, aesthetically pleasing welds you need to buy a cheaper mass produced door from one of the big box home improvement retailers.  Also, after the technician was finished he just left without telling me what he did or if I was satisfied.  I thought he went to get some supplies, but he just took off.  Strange way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Found these guys on Yelp and called due to their reviews. They have been so wonderful to work with. From the first time I contacted them, they provided excellent service. Their pricing structure is easy to understand and the ordering process was a breeze (all done via email). Everything they told me they would do got done exactly when they said it would. Everyone was professional throughout the process and my gates are beautiful. Two times I have asked them for adjustments and they sent someone out within a day. Company was responsive given their busy workload and the holidays. Came out quickly to measure and were back within a week to complete the replacement of wooden slats for my RV fence. Did a great job at a fair price.

Love my new front gate , decorative fence . Driving up to my place I'm thrilled at the new appearance.Now I need to paint to make the house look better for the fence. The gates are solid and functional totally smooth closures. Looking forward to Having Full Spectrum install a carport for me and other possible decorative ideas. Thank you, Gate Repair!!  We had our Sun City metal grill front fencing repaired. The bottom rails had been rusted out cuz of over spraying of the irrigation system over the years. Juan took care of us even returning to make adjustments we felt were needed. This company was fair and responsive. Call them, if needed.

Absolutely amazing amazing company! Called them at 645pm in a panic a portion of my wall fell over and they were here the next day fixed everything and within 24hrs painted. Absolutely an amazing team! I work Real Estate and will refer them to all my clients

Asked for a quote to replace our fence. Not only did they respond quickly, they gave a lot of quality information via email. We haven't started a project yet but once we do sunset fence is who we will likely call first.

Great working with designer gates. My old tired gate was in need of replacement and I found this company on Yelp.  They were very responsive and the owner called me personally to walk though options so I could tell the difference between a quality gate and one that would not last. I went with composite material which looks good but will also last much longer than wood.  Pricing was great and installation was done perfectly.  We had the gate done and installed within a week of when I sent measurements. 3 business days to be exact!

Just completed a project with Mike Stocker  at Steel Creations & Fabrications. Reputable, reliable and honest are great ways to describe this experience and these folks. And.......their work is top notch! They replaced my exterior fence and it looks beautiful!

Chad our installation technician was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, clean and punctual. He arrived at 8am and left at 1pm. We worked out a plan and he got to work. I even downloaded the yelp app to make this review. We are very happy with our mesh fence and was the lowest estimate.

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.
