Lev did an amazing job. He stopped by to offer a free quote and did a very professional job. Good communication and excellent follow up throughout the whole process. 1000% satisfied.

I wish there was something lower than 1 Star.  It all started out great.  The salesman came to the house and we completed a contract I paid.  The next day I realized I wanted another design.  The salesman came back and was very accommodating.  That where the wheels came off.

Almost 2 months later still no finished doors.  Salesman responds intermittently.  Has made promises but doesn't deliver as promised.  When I call I go to voicemail.  When I finally got through to a person, she would relay information but no one in authority would talk to me.  

This is all before they are installed.  

DON'T DO IT.  The doors are pretty but if you have a problem need a response or service they have no interest in listening to your concerns.

Super happy with our new fence! Install was quick and efficient--excellent quality for a reasonable price. The install date got pushed back due to weather, but the final product was worth the wait.

If you need a fence stop looking. Bob and his team are awesome. Another fence company let us down during our pool build and these guys stepped in and they were able to accommodate our needs. He even gave us advice our pool company didn't catch. Super nice no BS company. This is actually the 2nd time we used them, I forgot we used them 4 years ago. Happy experience both times

Excuse me, but I was NOT offered a dinner, just a $25 gift card (which may have been for dinner, although the person I spoke with, who, I'm assuming, is you, Shawn, never mentioned what the gift card was for, just the amount.)

In any event, I neither was nor am interested in a peace offering, or, to my mind, a bribe of any sort. I am interested in great service first and foremost.

And I did not need a list of any other so-called reputable companies because I had already received an estimate from another company - one whom I immediately engaged and who came out on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and who did an excellent job. And I'd like to pose a rhetorical question to you, Shawn: Why would I want a recommendation from you for *any* company, given what happened? The answer is that I wouldn't, and my recollection is that I declined such a recommendation both because if your company functions in such an abysmal way, so would your recommendations and because I knew I would be calling the aforementioned company immediately after speaking with you.

Yes, I did hang up on you: we were going around in circles and, at that point, you had insulted me by implying the issue was my fault.

You're correct, though, something *DID* slip through your euphemistically named fail-safes: your professionalism and integrity. It was, after all, a woman in your office who set up the appointment. And, as I wrote in my initial review, when I called and mentioned the 1/2-hour in advance call, I was told, 'Yes. that's us.'

If she or any of your other office workers don't know how to set up an appointment properly or err in another fashion, YOU needed to take responsibility for that, not blame me or any other customer - and not try to buy a potential customer off with a peace offering so that they don't leave a review such as mine. And if I am outside of your service area, well, make certain ALL of your employees know what your service area covers so that errors of this sort do not happen again.

You may pride yourselves on excellence and integrity, but anyone can be delusional in his self-assessment.

Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. I'm sure that once I DO finally do business with him, everything will workout exactly how I'd expect. THANKS ALEX!

We needed new bolts and anchors installed to secure the metal fencepost to our cement wall.  Sebastian was responsive to our request for a quote and completed the job just a couple of hours later.  He is professional, knowledgeable, very respectful of our property, and guaranteed his work.  I would DEFINITELY recommend his company, Gates the Right Way, to anyone.  He is a very nice young man with a solid work ethic and I wish him the best of luck in growing his company - he deserves every success!!

Our company has been working with Juan Morales and his company since 2012 on custom projects such as front doors, stair systems, fencing, fireplace surrounds and many other customizable requests for clients. They have never failed to impress with their outstanding customer service and quality products!!

Paul turned an old termite-eaten wood fence into a beautiful, artistic expression with our metal fence. He was great at communicating updates and was thorough with the job. We invited him back to create a decorative cover for our water softener.

This company was prompt and courteous with communication and gave by far the best quote of those I requested. Even dropped the price when certain materials weren't needed.  I wouldn't hesitate to call them, they clearly care about doing a good job and having happy customers.

Geoff and his guys did a great job. We can across some issues ( squeezing every inch out of a tight space to make room for a trailers ) but, Geoff worked through the issues and we got the job done. My new Gate look great, and I have the room I need to roll my trailer in and out.

They couldn't help me but gave me advice on who to call t get the wrk done that I need.

Great working with designer gates. My old tired gate was in need of replacement and I found this company on Yelp.  They were very responsive and the owner called me personally to walk though options so I could tell the difference between a quality gate and one that would not last. I went with composite material which looks good but will also last much longer than wood.  Pricing was great and installation was done perfectly.  We had the gate done and installed within a week of when I sent measurements. 3 business days to be exact!

Absolutely terrific experience with Steel Fabrications!  Mike Stocker visited our home, discussed what we desired, and took measurements for the bid, which came promptly--and reasonably.  Mike even assisted in expediting the approval process of our HOA.  Later measurements and installation were done quickly and satisfactorily--which is an understatement.  The gate we acquired from Steel is beautiful.  The entire operation of Steel Fabrications is first rate, professional, and friendly.  Great business and great people.

Great company!! I had them come out and alarm my sliding glass doors for our pool. They got the job done fast and the technician was friendly.  Gina was awesome to work with setting up the appointment and helping decided what product would be the right choice.

We love working with Gabe. We hired Dig It Design to completely redo our front yard. Sacred Steel handled all the custom steel work, including edging and planters (rectangle and V-shaped). Gabe was very knowledgeable and executed the work beautifully!
