Larry is an energetice character! Very personable, and friendly. Gates can take a loooong time to create, but who wants cookie cutter? I LOVE my gates, even if they took a few months to get. Larry put up with my picky requests with a smile on his face and told me that he would want things perfect too. Just a very nice transaction all around. The gates are oil rubbed bronze and perfect against the backdrop of the mountain views! The fabricated wood will last for a long time, and the metal gates are strong and sturdy, and beautiful. Love my new security screen door from Steel Shield. They are very competitively priced and service is outstanding. Issac, their installer, did a fantastic job installing the door. Shuts perfectly and looks beautifully on our front door. Now we can enjoy a nice breeze moving through our home. I highly recommend them. I called All Pro and arranged for a quote. They came out and looked at the project, measured, and said that they would email me a quote later that day. This was on Friday the 31st of May. The following Monday I had not heard from them or received a quote. I sent a text message Monday evening to the person who gave the quote and he responded (cut and paste from text) Sorry for the delay, I haven't forgotten- I wasn't in the office over the weekend and I'm just getting caught up. I will have it to you first thing tomorrow morning. I responded no worries--thank you. I am writing this review a week later on Saturday June 8th and I did not receive a quote or ever hear back. How do companies like this stay in business? And if this is what they consider customer service before a sale, imagine the service once they have your money?! Proceed with caution with this outfit.

They are good! I needed a busted up chain link fence replaced on a home I had just bought. First win: I actually got a quote from them based on them actually looking at the property! I think I contacted every fence company that said they service Phoenix. This is the only company that actually came to look at the property to get a good, valid quote. Once I agreed to the quote I was then told what to expect and preparation steps. The construction went much faster than I expected, and communication during the construction was handled well. Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! Everything about my experience with Toro Construction was above and beyond my expectations. Dan the boss was great. He called me back he scheduled a time that worked best for me he even waited for me because I got stuck in traffic and was running late to meet him at my house. He explained everything so thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable with my decision to go with his company. His guys were professional and did not mind my dog when she had to go to the restroom where they were doing their work even though she's a scary pitbull (sarcasm). They started the job within a week of my quote and finished a 203 ft job in 2 days including demo of my chain link fence. Beyond happy with the work they have done. Thank you Toro Construction!!!!

Dane the owner set up my appointment and worked around my schedule, he was very flexible. He also came out and did the install to my surprise, he seemed very involved in his business from start to finish. Dane and his crew were very professional, and efficient. I contacted Fence Pros to come out and install a new gate for my backyard. After the consultation I decided to go with this company over some of the others and now I vastly regret that decision.
Once I made my initial deposit payment I was told by the salesperson Don that the gate would be installed in 3-4 weeks. In the middle of the 3rd week I called to try to schedule the install and was then told 4-6 weeks. I called a few more times over the next couple weeks to check on the status and every time I was told there was some sort of delay, which wasn't communicated to me until I reached out to them.
When they finally came out to install the gate after over 6 weeks, the installers, after finishing install, told me that the column on my brick wall was a little loose but shouldn't be an issue.
I had to call them multiple times over the next 2 weeks as my gate continually shifted and wasn't able to shut at all, leaving my backyard open to my whole neighborhood.
On the 3rd time calling them to come fix my brand new gate I spoke to the owner Bryan. He proceeded yell at me for 5 minutes and used the F word multiple times. I was blown away by the fact that a business owner would treat a customer this way. As I tried to talk him down from his tirade he wouldn't budge. I explained to him that I didn't want him on my property again and then he began to apologize and tell me he would come adjust my gate again. Too little too late unfortunately. I now have to pay another gate company to come and actually fix the brand new gate I bought from Fence Pros.

Johnny arrived to eval the problem with the iron gate, and within a few minutes, outlined how he would essentially re-engineer, disassemble, reassemble, and it would not only fix the aggravating opening and closing problems. In the end, it was done perfectly true, square, and spaced = above and beyond its original state. Superb workmanship and professionalism and NO price gouging like nearly everyone else.

Beautiful door. Don't buy from them if you still want your doorbell to work. The installer pulled our wires loose somewhere in our home and it's not repairable.
The sales person told me to make sure there was extra wire and they'd put the doorbell aside and it would be okay. Well, not true. A call to the company got me no where. No compensation for the damage. They hide behind their disclaimer and won't accept any responsibility.
Sad that they don't care any more about their customers. If you are looking for a security door, go somewhere else! There are lots of other choices.

After filing this review and a complaint with the BBB, they finally wanted to hear about my problem. The first person that called offered me a wireless doorbell which wasn't a solution for us as we needed the power source to work for a camera doorbell we were about to have installed. Then a customer service manger called me. She knew where I worked (not sure how) and brought my place of employment into the conversation as she lectured me on don't I know how bad reviews hurt a small family-owned business?. Finally after about 10 minutes of her trying to shame me for writing an honest review of our experience with this company, I told her to wrap up the conversation as she wasn't even going to give me an idea of what they were willing to do to correct this situation until I took down my review and withdrew my complaint with the BBB. I wasn't willing to do that. More shaming and no resolution over the course of every conversation and email with them. Then they told me they'd pay part of the repair but only if I'd remove this review and my BBB complaint. I still wasn't willing to do that. So we had 3 electricians look at the doorbell and all 3 stated that the new First Impression door was in the way so they were unable to even give me a good estimate as it depended on what they uncovered under the door. I contacted First Impressions who continued their attempts to shame me for reviewing them, however they were even unwilling to uninstall the door so we could get the doorbell fixed. The director of customer service proceeded to tell me just exactly how to fix the doorbell although he is not an electrician and was never at our house. After telling him that if he could fix it that easily, to please do so, they closed the BBB complaint and cited their disclaimer.
This is the worst lack of customer service I've ever seen and quite frankly shocking. How many unhappy customers do they shame into taking down bad reviews and complaints?

I have tried to reach them for a quote. They answered my call the first attempt and told me to send pics. I did so and never heard back. I texted them the next day and nothing. I called again and the guy who answered told me to text pics again, which I received no response again!
I get it, times are busy, but to forget about your customer that many times when I am trying to give you my business? It makes me wonder if I dodged a company that would have not provided good services. First impressions are important! Please improve if you are going to offer services to people!
