Larry was quick to respond to my quote request for an RV gate. He promised to complete the job before Christmas and he did. He is a great person and I truly recommend him. I will sure use him for other jobs as needed.

We did some shopping around and chose to do business with Steel Shield Security Doors and more. They were prompt with setting an appointment to measure and got our doors ordered immediately. There was a wait for the manufacturing but when they were in, they got them installed quickly. There were a couple of aesthetic issues that were handled immediately. I was quite impressed.
We've had our security doors for almost a year now. Couldn't be more pleased. The doors are solid, lock into the doorframe and have dual bolt locks. Oh yeah, and the gf says they're pretty. With the increasing crime that comes with big city life, we are at ease knowing the added security these doors give. While nothing is 100% secure, these doors give us the extra time to arm ourselves (phone and otherwise) to defend our property and lives.

Fred did a good job putting up my chain-link fence. It didn't take him very long considering he had to do it all by himself. The job looks good I just feel like he should've had some help. That is why I'm giving it four stars

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! Everything done as promised. 70'x8' with drainage and a gate. Dan gave me the lowest quote and we couldn't be happier. The job was done in two days and the guys were very respectful and kind to all my Pitbulls and no one escaped. They picked up after themselves and even hauled off about 90' of chain link after removing a 20' section that they weren't even working on. I will definitely call on them again

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

My spare tire mount broke and M&M trailer repair helped me pick out the right replacement, cut off the old one and superbly mounted the new one. He took great care to make sure it was mounted correctly. And even though it took him longer than expected he honored his price.   Highly recommend.

After I gave bad review 3 months ago this company changed its attitude in a very good one. They fixed my door lock on time and the menager was so professional with me overall superproffesional from top to the bottom. The technician was so courteous .Very good job! I recomand anyone to try this company for promtitude and quality.

This is an update to our first review.  We were contacted by head of engineering to make this right.  He came to our home and measured for a new screen.  The new screen was installed and it is good.  We were assured the President of the company is taking all these complaints seriously and has moved to a cubicle in the Customer Service Dept.  They have hired more people to handle issues in Customer Service.  However, we still had a number of failed communications while the company was trying to schedule a date for replacement.  Our door is quality and we are now satisfied with the product.  However, Customer Service and how they communicate inside the company still needs improvement.

Juan responded to my request for an estimate immediately and worked on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule and dogs. The gates are beautiful and I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
