Absolutely a great product from a family of real cowboys. These guys actually know what works best and have designed a simple modular system that is so easy to fit almost any need.

Another reason I like Seven Peaks Fence & Barn is because it's a family run and operated and they seem to be genuinely good honest people to work with. I couldn't be happier with the business.

I needed my gate lifted and the boards replaced, so I called Michael and sent pictures of my situation to him. Within minutes he provided several quotes with our options, all which were reasonably priced compared to my expectations of the work involved to do it right. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome what little effort from my end. The job took about 4 hours, he raised my gate, patched the old holes on the wall, cut and welded a new piece of metal that was rusted out, refinished the metal, replaced the wood and old screws with bolts. I would definitely recommend his services as was reliable, detail oriented and affordable.  Pictures attached show before and after, the darker wood is pictures of before and lighter wood after completion.

I recently purchased a house in Fountain Hills and the gate in my fence wasn't automatically closing as required to comply with the pool barrier regulations.  I called A LOT of fence and gate companies to come and look at the gate and FredCo is the only one that responded. I was anticipating a very expensive repair or maybe even having to replace the entire gate, but he fixed it by tightening the spring mechanism, and didn't even charge me for the service call.  Wow!!  This will definitely be the company I call if I need metal fabrication done in the future, plus I love that I can support a Fountain Hills business.

So, you can shop for price, quality or both.  I went with Landmark Iron for my front door and later for a pool fence...because of uniqueness, plus price and QUALITY!  Corners, angles, curves and slopes.  No visible seems and nearly invisible caulk lines.  Perfect welds, heavy duty hinges and latches.  For someone who did not want to replace a front door or add a pool fence, I'm now glad that I did both and consider them pieces of art.

Juan came out the same day to fix our iron door and did a great professional job! I recommend this company!

It's been impossible to reach anyone at this business. I have submitted an online estimate request at least twice, left multiple messages, and called several times with no response. My family members also called multiple times. We took our business elsewhere because this did not bode well for what to expect if we had actually hired this company. This was disappointing to say the least.

On March 15, 2015 Mr Moon and I agreed on terms and signed a contract to complete two courtyard gates for my home.  One of which was to be modeled exactly as the gate we loved on a house a block away.  He took measurements and pictures and set his target date for completion a month later on April 15.  The target date passes, I didn't hear from them so on April 22nd I followed up and called to check on the status of my gates. They told me they needed another week.  Being reasonable and understanding some parts of the process (Powder Coating) were out of their control, I accepted the delay.  We agreed on May 1st for installation.  

May 1st rolls around and they show up as promised and begin installation.  I immediately notice issues.  

1) The iron across the arch of the top of our main courtyard entry gate is bent crooked rather than a continuous arch.  

2) The center slats on the side gate appear to have extra pieces that were glued together at the bottom to fill the space rather than using single pieces.  

3)  The main Courtyard gate is completely missing the 44 round Nail head details that I told Mr Moon I definitely wanted when we discussed replicating my neighbors gate.

I was willing to accept and live with the first two issues but asked him if he would please figure out how to get the nail head details figured out.  He said he would look into it and contact me once he figured it out, but it would come at extra expense.    

Several days passed and I never received a phone call so I called to ask him and he said he's still looking into it.  After following up and calling Moon ornamental at least 10 more times to let him know one of the slats is now loose and to ask if he would finish the job that was started over 4 months ago he is not responsive.  

I am disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship in the work and am even more disappointed in the lack of follow-up Moon Ornamental has as a business.

Called several times, Kurt set an appt and then never showed up.  Doesn't want business.  I wouldn't bother with this place.

Sun King did an awesome job installing our pool fence. We were moving to a new home from out of town, and needed to have the fence installed before we got there. They were able to accommodate us, and the job was completed by our move-in date. And let's face it, a pool fence isn't the prettiest thing to look it. Sun King provided plenty of options to make it look nice, and it's the best looking home pool fence I've ever seen. It is well constructed, the lock works great, and we are completely satisfied with the service. I would definitely use them again in the future!

if negative scores could be given they would get the lowest.  had a quote from jason sandoval for a block wall job at our new house, he came out and gave a bid $3200 - needing half up front to start the job two weeks ago.  gave him the $1600 up front and now........ no wall, no contact - won't reply to calls or texts.  absolute crook and we will be taking this to the fullest extent.  spoke with the roc about your license and bond and your insurance - platte river insurance - lawyer next - you messed with the wrong local neighbors and we will post on every site and tell every listener about your crooked thieving buisness.  three on your side might be a good place next.  and you are in buisness with your brother adam who seems decent and will be tainted by your immoral shady thieving ways.  how you are in business is a miracle, how you sleep at night is baffling.  we are hard working people - with a new home - we need a wall - and this is what happens?  you steal $1600 from us and think we will just let it happen.....

If you want someone who is overpriced for the lack of quality you get and doesn't deliver on his word. Hire Justin. Check out other companies who actually have a track record in business. 20 years in business? He's not licensed with Arizona register of contractors, when you look up the company it wasn't filed until may 25th. How does the yelp app show 20 years in business, maybe if you count all the time he worked for others but definitely not as Fab48.

(Edit) owner response says that he didn't work for us but he did. Just a warning to future clients. Run or be careful.
