I had an automated gate installed with Dezert Gates.  Not only did the gate installation go exactly as planned, the customer service was outstanding.The owner, himself came out for the installation, he was courteous, and very professional.  I was impressed with the amount of care he took with the job.  I would definitely use this company again.

We originally stopped at Pioneer next door where we had a horrible experience and on our way out we saw this place next door. What a difference! Patrick did an amazing job on our 5 custom trellises. They look beautiful in our newly landscaped yard and we could not be happier. We've gotten several compliments from neighbors and friends. The price was reasonable and Patrick is a real pleasure to work with. Now we are working on a new backyard gate. I can't wait to see the results. Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

Our new split-rail fence looks awesome and it going up in one day was great to experience. They made the install appointment over a month out and I never once had to call to checkup on them. They were there exactly when they said they'd be. So nice dealing with professionals.

We called a number of fencing companies to get estimates on a fence to provide a backyard barrier for our dogs. Pinnacle responded immediately, came over the next day, and gave a decent bid. After reviewing the others (who, by the way wanted details over the phone before they would even come out...and two didn't even show up!), we chose Pinnacle. Two workers arrived as stated, worked professionally, and completed our project in less time than we expected. The fence is exactly what we discussed. We are very happy with the finished product, and commend the work staff for their expertise and professionalism. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Fencing Solutions.

Called them two times for separate jobs NEVER returned my call. Don't give them any business.

I have called this company now once or twice a week for the past 8 weeks trying to get a repair welder out to fix a broken weld.  Their receptionist does not follow up, return calls or respond to email.  I have been very polite throughout the process.  I approved costs for the repair but they just never give a specific time or date the repairman will arrive.  They do give dates like Thursday or Friday this week, which come and go.
Here are pictures from my 2 year old iron fence and gates they installed.  Note the rust and paint decolorizations on all their work.  I would highly recommend that you use anyone else.

We hired Sheldon to replace our old RV Gate. He was friendly, quick to respond and even followed up a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy with it.  We gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and he fabricated an awesome product for us.  The new gate has made such an impact on the curb appeal of our house and we've gotten quite a few compliments from neighbors.  We'll be reaching out to Sheldon for any future metal work.
