I was very impressed with there service. our company needed a new gate installed. I had a lot of picky details I wanted done for our gate and matt saw my vision and did it ten times better than I expected! He was a very talented welder!  I know I can always count on this company to be there for us!

Their truck threw rocks at my truck over $3,000 in damage...they won't even fix my truck!!! Horrible Company!!!

Patrick did an amazing job on our 5 custom trellises. They look beautiful in our newly landscaped yard and we could not be happier. We've gotten several compliments from neighbors and friends. The price was reasonable and Patrick is a real pleasure to work with. Now we are working on a new backyard gate. I can't wait to see the results. Thanks Patrick and JP for beautiful work and great customer service! You truly do put the customer first!

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

Brad was great, he came to our property and spent as much time as he  needed to to walk the property to help with the our fence needs. He put in a small dog run and fixed our horse/dog park fence.
He did what he said he would do and a great job at that.

I moved into a new place and had Jon and Pinnacle install two more gates that are top-notch. They do a great job and have excellent customer service.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY (OR I SHOULD SAY ONE PERSON, Dustin, RUNNING THIS).

I wanted a pool fence installed, was given a quote by Dustin, and agreed to the job. I was told a temporary fence that my 5 year old would not fit through would be installed the next day at 6am. 6am came and went. Everyday thereafter for a couple days Dustin said he'd come, he promises, but never did. I even messaged him saying I didn't like the way things are going already because he doesn't follow through, he says he'll be here working, but he never shows nor even gives a courtesy call or message saying he'll be late/or not show, I'm the one that has to chase him for answers.

Dustin had someone else come to start the temporary fence, which my husband and I were there for. The bars were pushed into the ground, and some of the fence went up. The bailing wire was not attached, the rusted black gate pieces were not even at my home for me to see during this time and the orange gate was not put up with those steel pieces sticking out during the time frame that we watched as it too was not even at my house yet for me to see. There was also no rope during this time. Dustin showed up for only about 2 minutes, told my husband and I he will be right back with the actual gate, left, and never came back. I had to message yet again asking when the temporary would be finished. He did come the next day and finished the temporary, however, my husband and I didn't see it until the following day.

When we saw the fence, I immediately took pictures and video as the bars in the gate were wide enough for my 42 year old husband to fit through (mind you, this is the first time seeing this gate), the black rusted pieces of fence that he added without me being present were held together by rope, there were rods sticking out that could really damage someone's ankles/feet, bailing wire was used all throughout and the ends were just sticking out in all directions-again, added when I was not present. He had the audacity to leave me a form to sign saying the gate was designed to prevent debris from falling into my pool-however I was verbally NEVER told this, I was told the temporary was essentially for the protection of my 5 year old. I was completely mislead. I understand my child's welfare is MY responsibility, but to mislead me into think this temporary would be put up for his protection is wrong!

I messaged him about all of this and some of his responses were:

The release is mainly due to it's not legally a pool fence to be a pool fence it would have to have the poles in concrete is why I have it worded that way as if I called it pool fence I would be breaking the law      Again, I was NEVER told this before, therefore mislead completely.

I cancelled the job 9 days ago, asked for my refund, which he said he spent. In 5 days he spent $1,250...I can guarantee it wasn't on my job. I told him I contacted my bank to report fraud, I have also contacted GPD and MCSD to report a scam. I'm prepared to file in court on Monday, (my bank advised to wait until then do they can try and obtain the funds first.)

Please do your due diligence and hire someone else! Do not end up like me having to file in court for my hard earned money, which I'll probably never see again, but at least I'll try and get a judgment and spread the word about this.

Tom with universal fence and gate came to my house and verbally quoted a price of 2500 for arched wrought iron fencing with a double gate on the widest span and a smaller gate on the east side. He included a 400 dollar price to fix my side gate.

I thought why look around I would just go with this company. I asked him to send me a written quote and it would be good.

I later received a quote for Kerry with a quote of 3552.00. When I called tom he said once he went back to the shop and after redoing the numbers it was higher. He said it wasn't uncommon for quotes to be 18 percent higher.

I called the business number and complained. They said tom would call me back. I explained to tom I had someone else's quote. Tom said he would check again and call me back. That quote was from 03/21/2017. I have not heard from him yet.

I did not have them work on my yard, however I did receive a outrageous quote.

I called to get a quote to remove 4 cottonwood trees. They came out. They were nice and professional. But he quoted me almost 40k. That's 10k per tree. And 18k if I were to just do 2 trees.

I waited to receive quotes from other companies to see what the best deal was. Every other company quoted me around 3k per tree and 12k for 4. So yeah i didn't go with them.

I'm not sure how they get their numbers but it's not worth even having them come out. Scam-ish

Absolutely the most disrespectful company. Workers were NOT wearing masks and my 83 year grandpa was standing right next to them. Called the office to request they leave and they were not notified to leave my home immediately. If you value your health and respect, do NOT contact this company.

We hired Sheldon to replace our old RV Gate. He was friendly, quick to respond and even followed up a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy with it.  We gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and he fabricated an awesome product for us.  The new gate has made such an impact on the curb appeal of our house and we've gotten quite a few compliments from neighbors.  We'll be reaching out to Sheldon for any future metal work.

Thanks to Ty and his crew for a great job. The fence looks great.We will defiantly refer you to anyone we know.

Installed two posts for the pergola and never returned to complete the project.
Basically burned for the $3200 deposit for 1/2 the project price. Tried to contact Jamie for over 2 months, never received a call or email from him. Not happy with business practices.

My garage door springs went out, I needed fast reliable service. That wouldn't hurt the pocket. Great Doors & Gates was the best choice. They were very knowledgeable, reasonably priced. And they weren't trying to sell me products that I didn't need. My door and opener were also serviced. I got the full service! I'm an extremely satisfied customer. Any garage door needs in the future, I know who I'm going to. And who I will refer when friends and family need garage door services!
