I work at a small Christian high school in central Phoenix, and we had a problem with our security gate.  Matt and Erica responded promptly and assigned Preston as our tech.  He called ahead of time and arrived on time.  Personable and knowledgeable, Preston did a great job in fixing the problem.  They will get all our future repair business.

We were able to purchase everything for our project at an extremely fair price. We originally stopped at Pioneer next door where we had a horrible experience and on our way out we saw this place next door. What a difference! Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

There are still companies in the greater valley that show integrity in the way they do business,and most especially in how they handle not so everyday problems. This company has been here for decades,and by no accident I can assure you. Do not hesitate to use this very respected COMMUNITY aware company with complete assurance of their professionalism.

They are putting fence up for our neighbor but they are in our yard walking on my flowers .Breaking them off, taking our rocks that we paid for and putting in her yard.You say something to them and they smile and say sorry.  Her yard is all dirt nothing in it to walk on but my yard is landscape. Plus we paid for mound in our yard they were cutting the side off for her fence. But mound is in our yard not on the border line. 7/17/15

Belated Update:

As of July 1, the work is completed.  The fit and finish is average, with some unnecessary holes and sloppy mortar patch jobs on the block walls where the gates are attached.  The gates themselves are reasonably good quality.  The biggest problem with the entire project was still Dustin and his inability to honestly communicate and follow through on promises.  It seemed my job was always last on his list of life priorities.  And for that reason, I cannot recommend this business.

Reasonable price, reasonable workmanship (minus installation mistakes), terrible project management and customer service.

On 8/22, Tom came by my father's house to give an estimate. He did not call ahead as indicated. He left with no word. I called Tom's cell, and he quoted $6,500 to repair the wooden fence. Said he'd email the estimate same day. No email. Called him again 8/29. Said he'd email it. Nothing. I called the main number on their site today, 623-748-9697. It's out of service. At this point, I'm not calling Tom's cell again. Something is very wrong here.

These guys do a great Job, Will has been great helping our projects in Clarkdale. We have them do some landscaping and are having them back to do more. I recommend these guys for sure.

If there was a 0 i would give that. Called made an appointment and no one showed... called for multiple weeks with no return call. Asked my warranty guy to help. Finally got ahold of them and they no called no showed.

Some of his guaranteed work is defective and I can't reach him. His rails are loose

He told me he is not a licensed contractor

Jaime was very helpful in choosing a gate for my courtyard. He always answered my questions in a timely manner. The installer, I wish I knew his name, was quiet and efficient. A pleasant man with a smile on his face. I definitely recommend Gate Daddy.

JOSHUA WAS SERVICEMAN...

Confrontational encounter with Joshua Pettiette on August 1, 2022...at approximately 1:50 pm. Joshua arrived to check out my garage door. He had another person with him. This was a recall to try and diagnose the problem why the door had went out of balance. He had replaced both tension springs on 12/31/2021...but within a couple of months the door slowly started to go
off balance...I texted him  a video showing him the stress the opener was
going through trying to open the unbalanced door. and told him this had been going on for a couple of months.  His comment was I only hear the rollers., but the stress continued. In late July the stress on the opener got so bad that I disconnected it from the door and operated  the door manually. I sent him a couple of text and called him asking him to return. I told him that
both the local spring distributor, COOKSON and the door manufacturer, CLOPAY had indicated a totally different set of torsion springs for my particular door, different from the ones he had installed. He refused to return without charging me a service fee. I told him that the problem appeared to be either the wrong springs or a problem with the installation of the springs. When he arrived I tried to show him the emails from both companies indicating the proper springs but he refused to discuss the matter any further and said THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! He proceeded to work on the door adjusting the springs, etc.  and I did hear him say that there was a problem was a cable on the right side that he adjusted. He then looked at me and said I am going to charge you a service fee. I said ok but explain to me what he had done and why wasn't the problem solved when he first installed the springs. I told him that every time I tried to explain anything about his service he wouldn't listen and shut down any conversation. It was at this point that the other person with him looked at me and said SHUT THE F*** UP! At that point I felt threatened and dialed 911 telling the 911 operator that I was being threatened by a garage door service person inside my garage. She immediately dispatched 3 Sheriff's police officers and told me to go into the house. Joshua and the other person immediately left before the Sheriff's police arrived.  I told the officers the story and said I'm 80 years old with a heart condition and definitely felt threatened by these 2 people, but decided to not file a complaint.
