Called Matt, the owner, about installing a new gate and automatic opener for our external garage.  He came out, took a look at the job and promised me a quote within a few days.  Two weeks passed, during which I sent him an email and left him a voice mail, but never received a response.

If the job wasn't right for him or he was too busy or whatever, I would have preferred he be straight with me and simply say that.  Not responding at all is unprofessional and indicative of a poorly-run business in my opinion.

Purchased 8 ton plus delivery. I received a big pile of dirt. Rock was terrible and I would have loved to re scale it. Very unfortunate

If you are looking for any type of fabrication I highly recommend his shop and staff.

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

Brad was great, he came to our property and spent as much time as he  needed to to walk the property to help with the our fence needs. He put in a small dog run and fixed our horse/dog park fence.
He did what he said he would do and a great job at that.

I found Pinnacle Fencing through the Next Door Site and since no one else I had called for an estimate had even bothered to show up...I called Pinnacle.  So glad I did.  Jon came out the next day and wrote an estimate.  I was able to get on their schedule for this week which is wonderful because we are having people over for Easter and how I have a beautiful new fence instead of the rusting one that was there.  They did the entire job in 2 days.  The men who came out to do the work were polite, friendly and did an excellent job.  They took great care to ensure that my 2 dogs were kept safely in the side yard.  They used my old fence panels to construct a very nice temporary dog run and even took into consideration where the dog door was and made sure the dogs could still get to that. One of the guys noticed that I had a loose hinge on a gate on a part of the fence they were not even building (the front yard gate) and he made sure to tighten the hinge up before they left.  The lady I spoke to in the office was very sweet and professional.  Overall this was a very positive experience and I recommend them!!

Belated Update:

As of July 1, the work is completed.  The fit and finish is average, with some unnecessary holes and sloppy mortar patch jobs on the block walls where the gates are attached.  The gates themselves are reasonably good quality.  The biggest problem with the entire project was still Dustin and his inability to honestly communicate and follow through on promises.  It seemed my job was always last on his list of life priorities.  And for that reason, I cannot recommend this business.

Reasonable price, reasonable workmanship (minus installation mistakes), terrible project management and customer service.

Had a nice conversation about repairing a chain link fence post at the grandparents home. Estimate sounded within reason and an appointment was set. They waited all day and no call or show. Disappointed.

Called them two times for separate jobs NEVER returned my call. Don't give them any business.

This company does great work for a fair price. The gate they built was exactly what I was looking for. Quality work and great customer service from Aiden and his installers. Will definitely use them for any future needs and will refer to my friends. Thanks Aiden.

We hired Sheldon to replace our old RV Gate. He was friendly, quick to respond and even followed up a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy with it.  We gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and he fabricated an awesome product for us.  The new gate has made such an impact on the curb appeal of our house and we've gotten quite a few compliments from neighbors.  We'll be reaching out to Sheldon for any future metal work.

Installed two posts for the pergola and never returned to complete the project.
Basically burned for the $3200 deposit for 1/2 the project price. Tried to contact Jamie for over 2 months, never received a call or email from him. Not happy with business practices.

I sent photos to Joshua to see if he could repair a broken weld joint on my fence.  He stated that would not be a problem.  He attempted to weld the fence on October 5, 2020.  The weld joints failed that day when I returned home.  He already collected $175.00 dollars for the job.  I called him immediately and notified him that joint failed that he needed to correct the problem.  He agreed that he would come back on October 7, 2020 to repair the weld joint.   His second attempt also failed.  The pictures indicate his 1st and 2nd attempt to repair the weld joint.

He left the job site without contacting me telling me and telling me that he was not able to correct the problem.  I spent two days trying to reach him and he stated that I friend would repair the fence for him since he was working in the area.  His friend never contacted me.  Joshua also stated that his other machine to repair the fence was at another job site.  This statement turned out not to be true.  He did not have another machine.  In addition, he stated that the machine that he used was too small to do the job.  As a professional who does this a living you would think he should have known this prior to accepting the job.

Joshua never returned my phone calls or text.  I gave him an option to refund my money of $175.00 dollars or take a bad review on Yelp.  He chooses to take the money and the bad review.  He did honor his word or the warranty that he committed to.  I would not recommend them.
