Lev  helped resolve a sagging gate - re-poured the footer for part of the block wall, rebuilt the wall and even painted it with color matched paint. The gate was rehung and it works great. We thought the lock may have been broken, and he stated that the lead time was a few months - he called me the next day to say that he had a used one from an old project and could help me out with it for a really fair price, installed. I got the lock working and didn't take him up on the offer, but I have to say that Lev is very responsive and the entire process was straightforward.

I cannot say this strongly enough: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I, like you are now, read the reviews and did not take heed- I read the customer service was poor but I can tell you it is.non- existent! I paid thousands foe my security doors and the problem? I.CAN-T OPEN OR CLOSE THEM!!! The slim line locks that they install break so easily, that within the 3 years I have had to replace them twice because I couldn't even open or close the doors, much less lock them. I now need to replace.them for a 3rd.time
Because they only warranty the WELDS on the door, (they take the 5th on the handle and locks)  I am S.O.L. YET AGAIN. They do.not replace.them- I was told I have to go to a special.place in Gilbert and replace at my cost and have a handyman or someone to replace.for me YET AGAIN.
They are doors. They have one job. This company will not stand by the product, the handle or locks, that allow them to function as that- as doors! The fact that they don't open or close, much less lock- they don't see as a problem with their doors. I Do see that as their problem.
I have nothing but regret and contempt for this company. No attempt on their part to make things right. They take no responsibility whatsoever.

Super happy with our new fence! Install was quick and efficient--excellent quality for a reasonable price. The install date got pushed back due to weather, but the final product was worth the wait.

I am so happy we chose Bob and Ace Fence Co.  From the begining Bob was concerned about the safety of our daughters and making sure the fence looked visually appealing in our backyard.  He went above and beyond and the result is absolutely wonderful.  I had no idea a pool fence could look so good!  If anyone needs a pool fence PLEASE call Bob!

This company was excellent to work with. They responded quickly, communicated frequently throughout the process, very easy to get a hold of. We even got the gate installed a few days earlier than estimated. The quote matched the final price, and the gate is beautiful! Hope to work with this company again in the future. I highly recommend this young company.  They do all of their own welding and finish work.  Every gate is a custom fit.  If I ever have need for another rv gate I will definitely use these guys.  Very high quality and pride of  product shines through in all they do.  Affordable and absolutely A1 service.  My wife and I are very happy with the end product.

We contacted JM to install a new RV gate for us as the old gate was showing its' age. JM quickly responded and scheduled a date to quote a price. The quote came in at a reasonable price and we went with JM. Due to changes our our end, we had to change the install date of the gate. JM was very flexible and once we did get the gate installed, the work was done in timely manner and it looks fantastic. We have already had 4 neighbors ask for JM's contact number due to how good the gate looks. I would use this company again and refer them to others due to the quality of work.

We absolutely love our gates!! And Paul was incredible to work with. He listened to our thoughts and incorporated them with an artistic eye. He knows what he is doing! I have known Paul for many years and he has always had a lot of integrity with everything he makes!! His business is run that way as well. We can't wait to decide what to have him make for us next!!

I had an excellent experience today! Called for a quote and got an immediate answer. He was there at my house within 30 minutes and gave me great quote. He began working immediately and had the gate repaired within 45 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

They installed a wood gate with metal frame for the back yard. Redwood stain and I love it!

Geoff responded to my quote request immediately on a Sunday and was at my house the following mid morning. He was honest and gave me a few options for price points, all being fair in price. I chose my option and within the hour my problem was fixed efficiently. Again, great price and super friendly service. Highly recommended.

Ron is a good guy. Straight shooter. I liked his old school way of handling the project. Very easy to work with. The most important thing was the communication was good and he kept me informed with any changes that  needed to happen to complete the work. I'll call him again when I need another fence/gate installed.

Mike came by to consult with us on the courtyard gate we were thinking to have put it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with a reasonable quote in a timely manner. He set the right expectation. Our gate was installed as scheduled and we are very happy with the product!

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I am so happy with my new gate. Tim did a superb job on it. I especially wanted it snake proofed and he went the extra mile to make it perfect. My neighbors are loving it also as the old one was very ugly. It has a great locking feature which makes it safe and secure as well. We couldn't be happier. Just Gates is a family business that really cares to do a job right.
